The donuts are great, but more importantly, that staff is amazing. I end up here at 2 or 3 am sometimes and the guy working the counter is always cool

Their donuts tasted good when they are fresh but the chocolate they use tap water I dont like it I dont mind more expensive but drinking water would be good

Service and food were great, I ordered a ham croissant + mango smoothie and it was delicious. It seems like a very small but cute family owned business. The building seems a bit old but otherwise the place is great.

I love Freshhhhhh! I always get the bacon egg and cheese croissant with 4 pieces of bacon. It's unbelievably good! The bacon is thick and crispy, the eggs are freshly scrambled and the croissant is chewy perfection. I used to manage and own restaurants in Chicago, including a bagel place, and I'm generally pretty disappointed in California food, but for donuts and breakfast sandwiches, Freshhh is awesome. Try the cans of Vietnamese coffee, too. Sooooo damn good!

Was visiting on vacation a couple weeks ago and loved coming here with my brother for our breakfasts. The staff are friendly and hardworking. They make great donuts and other baked goods. The breakfast sandwiches were very good, with crispy bacon, and the smoothies/frappes were nice on the side. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the area

I order ahead and they always have my donuts neatly packed. Today, I order 4 dozen and the owner helped me carry them to my carry in the pouring rain. I love this place.

I often frequent this place during finals week at UC Riverside but I tend to come here whenever I'm in the plaza simply because it's just so hard to say no to the cheap deals this store has to offer! Donuts don't go for more than $1 or so and even their specialties are affordable. I've never tried anything other than their donuts and croissants but I do know that every donut I've ever had by them has always been fresh and delicious. The top choice for this store is certainly the donut holes. For $1.25 you get 12 delicious pieces and oftentimes the owner doesn't care to count so I end up with more than what I paid for-- thanks!

24 hour donut shop in the city of Riverside. Located near UCR this donut shop is a neighborhood staple. Fresh donuts and coffee, along with excellent customer service.

Great donuts and fast service. Loses a star because it's advertised as open 24/7 but there have been many times when I've come by to find them closed.

Good donuts and they're open at all hours. Typically by late afternoon the donuts aren't as fresh so it's best to go in the morning. They have drinks and snacks if you need them.

Mikey used to own this shop and had the best donuts around. But he retired and sold it.. darn. Times are hard and the donuts are often old when you get them. Donuts just aren't very good the next day.... its the cost of doing business. To bad. Don't even go out of my way anymore. The demise of a good thing.

Cute little place. Used to love it but idk who changed making the coffee and donuts. The donuts taste like a synthetic vanilla and more bread like than airy. Coffee was amazing but it’s really watery now which sucks because it was their best. Good sandwiches though??

They refused to ever help us and pretended we weren't there. We would wave and say hello but he blatantly ignored us. We stood there for over 8 minutes in the same room as someone who refused to acknowledge us. We walked in the same time the man working walked in so he knows for a fact we were there. We've been multiple times before due to it being on our way to school but never again. It was a quiet room and we multiple times said hello and sir so we could order. I always have patience in restaurants or stores but he was just purposely ignoring us for no reason. It was only us three in a tiny store wanting donut holes. Then once we walked out, he finally came to the front of the store and watched us walk away, what was the purpose?

I despise the very idea that my sons were given terrible customer service likely because I decided to stay in the car this morning (I was in pajamas for this early morning school drop off). Not that it should matter but I raised my boys right-they know to say "please" and "thank you." When my youngest son (11 yo) was asking for his donut and chocolate milk, albeit shyly, the man behind the counter told him, "Just tell me what you want. You keep saying things but you're not telling me what you want." When my oldest (15 yo) asked for a croissant with cream cheese (my request), the man behind the counter just told him, "No." There was no response from him to say what croissants they had in spite of the fact that my sons could very clearly see croissants in the glass case. As upset as I am about the situation, my children still kindly gave him slack— “maybe he is just grumpy…today.” Professionals and business owners should not treat customers this way. People who treat children poorly are not deserving of my hard earned money. Shameful.

The donuts but when I was placing my order for a dozen they let someone cut in front of me because they just wanted two donuts which doesn’t seem like a problem but because of that they didn’t have the donuts I wanted because the person who cut in line bought them. So meh 🫤

Poor customer service , very rude. I asked him if he could wash his hands after touching the money since he was about to touch my food and he got mad and ran one hand under the water for 2 seconds and wiped it on his shirt . VERY NASTY !

No receipt. Hopefully they clean up their act and fix the issue.
