First time at this location and very friendly staff and very fast service. I like how this location is celebrating the new refreshers but decorating all over. Makes it very fun to be here. Will definitely will be coming back

It’s coffee so not much to say. It does get a lot of traffic and noisy inside mainly in the mornings and evenings since it’s next to a middle school. Other than that great staff as of now and will resolve issues if you have any.

After a long day and ridiculously long drive, I stopped at the starbucks. Barba (I hope I am spelling that correctly) was truly amazing. This person was kind, took my order, made my drink, and brought it to me. They were kind and gracious which made my coffee taste that much better. Thank you for the outstanding service keep up the good work.

Pretty excited about their new clover vertical machine. Ashton told me all about it. There are only 3 in the area and Liberty Hill is lucky enough to get one! The machine makes one cup of coffee at a time that normally would be inside of a big thermal. It tastes so much better and has more clarity and less heaviness than the previous way they made coffee. It even tasted good lukewarm an hour later. Plenty of seating and parking at this location. It gets a little congested in the area.

Yesterday, 10/4/23, I went to this location and went through the drive thru. The person about to take my order asked me how I was, and I asked her the same. Come to find out, no one all day had asked her how she was, which is sad, but then made her day that I asked. At the window, she said, "my favorite customer,' which made my day better since I just lost my mom a few days ago and just that statement made my heart happy. I told her that and that I was just surviving. Her name is Shannon, then the barista (not sure her name) that made my drink wrote on my cup, "Have a blessed day" on one side and on the other she wrote, "Thank you for making Mama Shannon's day better!" After I told her about my mom passing, we held hands and I cried. I am thankful for the kindness. Shannon was the epitome of it. Thank you Shannon!

It was a busy day being Christmas Eve. The guy at the drive through was so helpful and patient as I did not know much about coffee, I was getting a treat for my girls. He was polite. The girl at the window was also kind and switched out the kind of gift card I wanted. I later called coz I had a question and the lady that answered was so sweet and polite. I was a needy customer and they were so gracious. Thank you for being so customer friendly and patient y’all!! Merry Christmas! And I hope your boss takes note of who was working today and give you all a bonus!!

To put it simply, the entire team is just the best and Angela exemplifies this perfectly. No matter what day, what shift, rain or sunshine, Angela communicates with the same professionalism and smile over the speaker and in person each and every time. For example, today it was a little busy and Angela greeted us over the mic at the screen with a very heartfelt message of “ I apologize for the wait, however I will be with you shortly in just a bit”. Now, that right there may not seem like much…but in a service industry which is more overwhelmingly comprised with individuals who greet with “Hey uh yea I’ll be with you one second bro”…Angela’s approach is so refreshing. She greets with a smile at the order screen, greets with a smile at the window and asks you to have a good day. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks. Definitely always coming back. Hot food is always hot, Java chip always tastes perfect and the same every order.

I really enjoy their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brews! I have been a loyal costumer since they opened not that long ago. I had only one order that was wrong and we emailed the manager and they responded positively. I will definitely be back!

Shannon at the Liberty hill Texas location is the most personable person gives excellent customer service. That’s why I keep coming back to this location. Customer service is the key to keep people coming back because of employees like her keeps customers coming back. Not sure if she should be taking orders. She is a prime candidate for management. I’m in retail and customer service is the key to success.

The manager here is Fabulous!! This store is cozy & has a warm friendly atmosphere! Lots of open space, tables, & windows. Most of the workers are friendly & nice! Lots of variety in SBs cups, so if you can’t find it elsewhere you’ll probably find it here!

I already made a yelp review but I just had to post this on google as well that this Starbucks has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was a little intimidated at first by the full parking lot, but that’s only because their service is that good. Even with how busy it was, someone immediately greeted me, asked for the name on my order, and made sure it was expedited. 10/10 customer service, and my brown sugar shaken espresso was a perfect 10/10 as well.

Stopped randomly for a quick work meeting here.. nice ambience! Friendly staff.. grabbed a snack and water.. stocked merchandise and some were even on sale. Plenty of seating available. Has a drive through facility and good restrooms..

Staff has always been very nice! Zero complaints with the service either. The problem is that the barista’s aren’t following Starbucks recipes. The coffee drinks are horrible! They taste nothing like any other Starbucks on the planet. I’ve been ordering the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso for years and at many locations. My wife always gets the caramel macchiato. Overall the flavor is consistent store to store. 100% of the times we’ve gone to the Liberty Hill location our drinks taste nothing like they are supposed to. I would urge management to monitor this closer and provide the needed training. We live in Bertram but drive to Burnet or Wolf Ranch to avoid this location.

I love Starbucks Atmosphere everywhere in the country. In this location, I love people, service and less wait times. But on the atmosphere, great seating area but music is so loud all the time that you can't really sit there for more than 30 mins if you are doing any work on computer. You can't attend any meetings or can't do any work due load speakers everywhere in this place. Hope this get fixed like other Starbucks locations.

I ordered one of the holiday coffees, when I was given my coffee it was only 3/4 full. I asked the young woman in the drive through to fill the cup with more coffee and no foam. She seemed annoyed and asked if I had drank any. I said no? I just got the coffee from you and opened it and saw how full it was. She took my coffee and when she brought it back, they had filled it slightly and put foam back on the top. This tells me that they didn’t put more coffee, they just put more steamed milk. So disappointed in the response and the coffee I bought,

The croissant was delicious. However, the baristas need additional training. Trust me when I tell you I know how Starbucks coffees are supposed to taste. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato. The first one tasted like hot milk,no coffee taste whatsoever. So I asked them to add expresso and carmel. Who I assume was the Mgr, said they couldn't take it back (which I didn't ask) and offered to remake it. The second was worse. No flavor, just coffee. The atmosphere was nice but you may want to bring your own drink.

Very upset as one of my favorites on the menu is the tomato mozz, focaccia bread. However lately when I order this almost $10 item after tax, it hardley has any ingredients on it (at least from this location). I'm not getting my money's worth or what I'm paying for. This needs to be corrected and is really wrong. Today it literally barely had toppings for half the sandwich and the other half was just bread and pesto sauce. No cheese or tomato and the stuff that was on there was not even enough to spread across the sandwich. Do better Starbucks, otherwise maybe make the sandwich smaller or cost a lot less. This is absolutely NOT a $10 sandwich.

The music they were playing was pretty inappropriate, especially for the kids who were there after school. Food and drinks were great. Fast service and friendly staff, but they have no business playing explicit songs since a lot of people come with their families.

This location is good - the coffee is good, the service is good, and the seating is good. But that's all it is. Nothing unique or mind-blowing about any of the above. So if you're looking for a next-level coffee experience, keep driving. But if you don't need your mind blown and good is good enough (which, let's be honest, it is for most of us most of the time), this place is worth visiting. That said - if you have a large SUV or truck, the parking lot is extremely tight to navigate. Being a TX location I would have thought the company would account for bigger vehicles like extended SUVs and SuperDuty trucks, but that doesn't seem to have been the case here. Expect some multi-point turns to get in and out of your parking space or navigate the drive-though if your transport is bigger.

Starbucks my goto place everyday… I attempted to try local today…. Didn’t take must go back to car.. sign said… in order to get the best service… so I came here … only to find out I couldn’t but this cool mug because there wasn’t a price tag! … is it liberty or is it Starbucks doesn’t take to consideration how much you go to get your favorite coffee… plus the cappuccino was light for a venti …. More foam than coffee… I will attempt the next Starbucks town in the future… not in Liberty…

My book club has been meeting at this location for months now and haven’t had any issues until this past Friday. We showed up at 6:45ish, grabbed our drinks and settled in for our discussion. While we were beginning, a family with a small child occupied a table nearby. The parents didn’t seemed bothered that their child was walking on tables in their shoes and no one from the Starbucks staff requested the child stop. For the remainder of our time there, no one wiped down the table so any unsuspecting patron would have used a table previously trampled on by god knows what from the bottom of the child’s shoes 🤢. I think what really solidified my rating was the rudeness of the baristas working that night. Once all the tables were cleared except ours where we were discussing our book, the staff lead took it upon herself to raise the volume of the music to an absolutely uncomfortable level. The baristas then giggled that we were having a hard time conversing in a place that tends to naturally have a calm environment. I do not take rudeness well so as we were leaving, I asked to address the music with the night manager. The staff lead said she was the only one there and I could address the issue with her. After informing her that the music was deliberately turned up to an excessive volume, she stated, “you could have told me to was too loud”. No, no I couldn’t. Not with your gaggle of mean girls snickering at your paying customers expense. No, I'm not a Karen. The music was perfect when we first arrived and once we were the last remaining group, the volume was turned up beyond a coffee house level. It was done intentionally.

Lacks customer service!! We ordered a muffin, a cookie and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tasted like water and the muffin was very plain,especially for the cost. We're used to a better experience in starbucks, we were kind of disappointed on this one.

I will forever love Starbucks, but I was very surprised at the service of this location when they get busy. I ordered a drink and a muffin using the mobile order. When I got there, the drink was ready, but I was told it was a 10 minute wait for my muffin. They said they have to go in order and can’t skip orders, but what was really surprising was that they said they literally are not allowed to walk over to the food station and have to stay at their station. They said I could go to the register and ask for a refund or wait 10 minutes for a muffin. I ended up saying, please just give the muffin to someone else when it comes up, because I did not have the time to wait. It’s almost like there is some disconnect between common sense vs following the procedures; that a customer would be told to wait that long for an item that is already premade doesn’t make sense. The fact that the employees are not allowed to walk into other zones to serve their customers is very surprising. This particular location seems to struggle with the volume of business due to their location, and it looks like other customers are having similar experiences based on the reviews.

I've been going to Starbucks for 25+ years. I'm very boring and pretty much order the same thing every time (bacon, egg gouda sandwich and either a venti latte or extra-large unsweet black iced tea). I had a negative experience today that has never happened before. When my name was called for my drink (unsweet black iced tea) it looked very weak. I looked at the label and noticed it said green tea. I waved at the lady that took my order and told her I had ordered black tea. She said no, you ordered green tea. I told her that I'd been going to Starbucks for years and have never ordered a green tea ... Ever. She just put her headset back on and went back to work. Pretty much said "not my problem". There have been a few occasions before where I've gotten something other than what I ordered but when I brought to the staff's attention, they've quickly corrected the situation. Not this time. I didn't catch the server's name but she definitely needs remedial training. When you put the wrong thing into the register, the solution isn't to tell the customer they don't know what they ordered.

Ordered online for pickup and was told to be there at 12:26pm I showed up at 12:21pm and waited for the app to notify me the order was ready or for someone to call my name. It was obviously busy with mothers day so I expected to wait but after the app notified me it was ready at 12:32pm i looked closer at the cups and noticed one of my drinks had been sitting out (iced drink) since I entered and the 2nd drink was no where to be found. I tried to get anyone's attention at the pickup area but was blown off. I went up to the front counter to explain the situation and one of the employees said oh I put it over here in the drive through. Both drinks were iced and melted since they had been sitting out so long so I mentioned it to the employee who I thought was the manager and she said oh no they are just bigger cups since they are out. They showed no care or empathy for the poor service and quality of the drinks. They did not offer to remake the drinks it was pretty much take it or leave it and since I understood how busy they were (mothers day) so I just took the drinks and left. Working in customer service for over 20 years this was one of my worst experiences I have experienced.

Yesterday I ordered a drink and breakfast while heading to a funeral. I wasn't in a real rush when I got there but the wait for my drink was so long that I eventually was in a hurry. During my wait I noticed the staff was not very helpful to other customers. I watched all of the people who ordered after me in line receive their orders but my drink proved to be too complicated. So complicated in fact that when I checked on my order, the person behind the counter was oblivious. Not only that but she was rude and simply apathetic to the issue. She made no attempt to assist or review the orders, nor did she even move from where she was standing. In fact, turning her head to ask someone else for help was too much. Instead, she just basically looked me in the eye and ignored me. Of course I just told her to keep the drink and I finally left. I learned my lesson again today, Starbucks isn't where you go just to get a cup of coffee.

Yesterday, I ordered a refresher with less ice, but I received a cup filled more than halfway with ice. When I requested a replacement with less ice, the staff member serving me seemed upset. Today, I ordered a matcha latte with no ice, but the cup was only about three-quarters full, with the rest left empty. This wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, and when I asked about it, the staff member again responded angrily. I usually visit Starbucks around four times a week, but these recent experiences at this location have been very disappointing.

Employees here resort to being rude and bark at regular customers because they are overwhelmed and frustrated by the traffic coming in from the middle schoolers next door and their entitled parents. Horrible experience overall.

Not sure what to think about this location considering it’s 8:30 and they close at 9 but the store is locked up, cone in drive through and get waived off by some big girl like I'm an ass and am bothering her when she saw me trying the doors. Other 2 employees pretending not to notice me and just cleaning and closing the store. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This place will routinely mess up your coffee order. The food will be improperly prepared like sandwiches and pastries. The customer service is rude. They try to kick out customers from the restaurant 2 hours before closing time. The lines are long and take too long.

Worst customer service experience of my life from Emily the Supervisor. Absolute refusal to take accountability for her mistakes and the attitude to go along with it was atrocious. Really poor leadership and “face” of the operation on a Sunday evening.

This location prioritizes drive through and pick up orders from services. On a busy day it can take up to 45 minutes to get your order. If you’re lucky you’ll get some verbal abuse from the staff as well.

If I could do a zero for customer service due to Emily I would. Zero because she doesn’t have a growth mindset. She even admitted she gets a lot of complaints and her GM and area manager don’t care because in her words, “they know my intentions are good.” Good intentions are an excuse for poor behavior. It’s a defense mechanism she has used to not change, and it shows. She needs three warnings, and to be terminated. Sincerely, A restaurant area manager.

Is this a coffee shop or a club? Why is the music is way too loud. Extremely inconsiderate of guests and workers. Barista couldn’t even hear my order. No point and staying and trying to work.
