Reservations are recommended as the restaurant does not have many seats. We ate Raclette with French cheese for two, which was really good, with a wide selection of wines. The waitress was very kind and helpful with us, and the atmosphere was family-like.

A typical little restaurant in the center of Limone. Aside from everyone's kindness and friendliness (especially the blonde woman who runs the dining room), she's always incredibly nice and friendly. The food is excellent, and the fondue is the best in all of Limone, unmatched. The wines are good, and the prices are excellent and not at all expensive. There's never a table, so you have to book in advance. (I see some people complaining in the reviews; ONLY TWO of them are about the price, which is around €25-27 per person... but eat a sandwich on the steps of the church and don't go hogging a seat in the nice restaurants.)

We went for dinner on August 15th for two. The welcome was excellent, and the staff were friendly and kind. The quality/price ratio was excellent. We had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, potatoes with raclette, and sliced ​​steak. Quality food and generous portions. They also do raclette (cheese melted on the spot using a special heating element) and pierrade (mixed grilled meat and vegetables cooked at your table on lava stone). We also had lunch with their tourist menu, which was very good (the crepe and hazelnut cake were excellent) and also affordable for a holiday destination in August. Thank you so much for everything. Since it's just steps from the pedestrian area, there's no parking nearby. There's a large parking lot about 200 meters outside of town. It's a great place for a nice meal with friends, perhaps no more than four people, as the place isn't huge, but it's very welcoming.

Typical, cozy and very nice restaurant in the center of Limone Piemonte. Wonderful service and excellent food. Unfortunately they hadn't delivered the wood and we couldn't try the pizza. We will return....and that's not a threat..😅😅😅

Absolutely fantastic. The place is so lovely and the people are so warm and friendly, it feels like you're sitting in their living room! The food is delicious and at a very fair price: we spent 100€ on a lunch for 4, with wine, beer and dessert.

Ottimo ristorante dove mangiare le specialità della zona, buonissime le fondute e i piatti tipici che sono ben presentati, abbondanti e soprattutto molto buoni. Atmosfera caratteristica anche perché abbastanza piccolo e molto accogliente. Personale cortese e gentile. Buona qualità ad un prezzo adeguato. Viste le dimensioni del locale penso sia meglio prenotare specialmente in periodi di turismo critici.

Ottima Bourguignonne, ottimi i tomini di Entraque al forno e ottimo lo sformatino di verdure con bagna cauda. Il locale è molto caratteristico e l'accoglienza super calorosa. Pensavo di avere un po' più di scelta x le salsine che accompagnavano la Bourguignonne. Questo direi l'unico punto a sfavore.

Great place for.some proper hearty mountain food. Excellent service and really good nelted montd'or, when it's available. I really liked my fondue, very light compared to the norm. Splendid.

First of all, an excellent welcome. We had two Savoyard raclettes, €30/person, expensive but unlimited and the cheese is excellent, tasty and not salty. The cooked ham is very good but the smoked one is too salty. We ordered what was translated in French on the menu as a vegetable flan but in fact it is a cake with tiny pieces of vegetables, anchovy sauce. It is not the cuisine I like, so I added a plate of vegetables (€10 expensive...) and one of crudités (€8). We saw a very well-served fondue bourguignonne pass by. Book in advance. Service at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

"Questo bar è un piccolo gioiello di calore" We spent some time... too short... in order to appreciate local beer... The waiter is great and the atmosphere relaxed... We like a lot... Ci piace moltissimo!

Piccolo ma caratteristico, da gustare i tortellini del plin con funghi porcini e speck. Abbastanza carucci i prezzi di bibite e coperto.

Good, but not great: we were greeted very warmly, the place was very beautiful and quaint... but... We immediately noticed a cloud of fried food and various fumes... In the entire place, only a meager fan. We ordered two raclettes: as for the service, nothing to complain about, very impressive, but, given the price, we think the cured meats should be artisanal... The coffee at €2 was a bit expensive, unlike the very good digestif at €3... We left the place and threw all our clothes in the washing machine.

Do not eat the Cheese fondue! It was a watery soup with lumps in it. We tried to make the chef re heat it but it seems he just tried to use a blender and the cheese didn't melt. The waitress explained that they're having some issues with their raclette cheese. Anyway we tried to eat it but couldn't. The lady offered us something els, we declined but I did have a tarte tatin for dessert. In the end she charged us fully and gave us a 10% discount. This corresponded to the coffees and cover charge. No shame, I recommend going across the road to La Diligenza instead.

Nice and polite staff, really fast service, but it’s not the place I would come back. The place smells like an old farmhouse, the the food is not good and expensive. It seems like a tourist trap.
