Restaurant is very clean and nice. Denise helped us with our order and she was very respectful, courteous, and willing to help. She made the entire experience worth going. The food was fresh and hot, we were very happy and will definitely be returning.

I ordered a small fry, 8 piece nuggets, and a medium drink. The food was nice and fresh and it came out very fast. I am very pleased with the service as well. Daisy took my order and she let me know about all the new specials and the new menu. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!!!

I do not just see this as a regular KFC but an amazing restaurant that you can regularly dine at. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Great food at a Great price. I get a bucket and can eat on it for a couple days. Pop it in the airfryer a min at 400* & it crisps right up.

There is only two places outside of our home. My wife will eat chicken that is KFC and the Burger King original chicken sandwich that’s it. We love KFC and A&W food. Always a good deal when we pick it up not much in the delivery though.

I just did a drive-through at the Lincoln location. I specifically asked how fresh the tenders were. I was told, "They are pretty fresh!" Yes, said with enthusiasm. I can hardly bite through the very crispy outside and the inside is really dry. I should take them back, but I haven't eaten all day (my fault) and was driving home after a very physical 7 hours of work. BTW it was volunteer as I'm retired. I couldn't post a video or you could hear me knocking on the table.

It seems like KFC chicken has gone down hill. I don't eat it often, but the last 2 times I did, I ordered the original and the chicken and the skin was so very dry. I don't know if they're trying to make it less greasy or what but they went too far. I feel Like both times at 2 different KFC's, the chicken was dry. In addition, I ordered a large Mashed potatoes and gravy with the meal and it was 95% potatoes 5% gravy. Who wants a big glob of potatoes with hardly any gravy? I liked it better when they gave you the gravy separately and you've got a large container of it. $58 in total for a large meal and that's outrageous and I won't be going back. Not when food is this high and taste bad. WHAT happened KFC? Yuk!!

Feedback about KFC menu options – classic drumsticks Hi KFC Team, I’d like to share feedback about something that seems to be a recurring issue in many KFC locations. In about four out of five stores we visit, we’re told it’s not possible to buy only classic chicken drumsticks in the quantity we want. Sometimes we’d like to order 8, 15, or even 20 drumsticks, and we’re told they can only be sold as part of mixed meals with wings or other pieces. Even when we offer to pay the full price for just drumsticks, we’re refused. We love KFC and really enjoy your classic drumsticks, but it’s frustrating that customers don’t have the option to order just that specific part of the chicken. It would be great if you could make this option available — to let people choose exactly what they want, like ordering drumsticks only. Thank you for your time and for considering this feedback.
