Our server, Dawn, was amazing!! She made our experience so much fun. The food and drinks were all amazing! Katie, the bartender was so busy and it didn’t faze her. I will definitely be back!!

Dawn was our server, and did an amazing job with awesome customer service! My wings were a little burnt, but she noticed it and fixed it almost immediately.

Love that they offer pool, darts, and board games to spend time with friends. Food is all very good. Lobster roll is overpriced for what you get.

We were there on a Friday, around noon. We had some great sandwiches, and the people next to us had pizza, which looked so good I asked them and they said it was very good too. The employees were friendly and the atmosphere casual and fun. We will return to try the pizza and some other sandwiches.

Don was absolutely amazing. He’s funny and took great care of us. Hint hint management, he’s a keeper! The food was fantastic also. This is all that’s left of it, which tells the story of their brick oven pizza.

What a great new pub to this area. I highly suggest a reservation on Husker gamedays. We were immediately seated with our reservation. Amazing food. All sandwiches use a unique pita bread worth trying out. Great food and drinks with something for everyone to try!

Excellent food, excellent service. If you want to go cheap you can go in and split a pizza which is excellent. If you want to go expensive you can get sides and dessert and drinks like we did. Only thing we didn't like was the chicken on top of the mac and cheese. The beer was excellent. The BALT sandwich with sweet potato fries was excellent, truffle fries excellent.

We were in the party room. But we’ve also eaten in the dining area as well. Great for families and casual dining. Fun games and nice space. Servers and bartenders were friendly and quick to help. Food was tasty! Have loved my brunch food and the catering style food was also tasty. Big fan of the pretzel and cheese. Artichoke dip and guac were good. Pizzas were good as well.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lincoln! Alex did a wonderful job of taking care of us! Super friendly and helpful! The atmosphere and staff, in general, is friendly and inviting. 5 stars out of 5!!

Stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting one of my customers and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I really am glad I stopped. First off, the staff was Top Notch. My server was Payton, and her manager was also Payton. I ordered the Thai Chicken pizza. I thought with a name like that, it had to be good and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. I can tell the employees have a lot of pride in is there a restaurant. Everyone was friendly right down to the guy who cleaned the dishes. I felt more like a friend than just a customer. I'm looking forward to my next visit and the one after that and the one after that.

1st time eating here. Met friends for lunch. Service was very good and the food was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The sandwiches are excellent and the bread, well, you just have to experience it. It's superb. The salad I had was fresh and the toppings were excellent. The atmosphere is good with cool, live edge tables. It's a must try restaurant. My only complaint is that we were on our way home to Kansas and will have to wait until the next time we're back to eat here again.

Wednesday wing night is a steal. Some local staples available on tap which is nice. Just wish there were a few more options.

Ethan Swanson helped us. He was really kind, a wonderful human being. He was very quick and precise and very helpful. He made our experience worth it!

We ate at leighton's pub for brunch on mother's Day. There were 13 of us and we were sat in a somewhat private room in the back which was very very nice! Our food was delicious, reasonable, came out in a timely manner and everything was just the way we ordered it! Very impressive , especially for such a busy busy day! Our server was Drake and she did a great job! Thank you!

We held my 40th birthday party in the south bar at Leighton's Pub. It was a great space for our friends and family to gather and celebrate. We used the garage style door to open up the space and enjoy the beautiful weather outside as well. The planning process was a breeze with their party coordinator. The food and service were both amazing the night of too. I would highly recommend!

So fun!! My husband and I had our casual reception here after our elopement and it was perfect! Kimberly that helped us with booking was amazing, very responsive and friendly! The food was all amazing and the set up at the south bar was great for us! Love the inside/outside set up. Everyone is still telling us that they had a great time and even some loved it so much they are wanting to book events! We had a great time and our service was amazing. We had Alex, Don, Zay, Michelle for our service the night of - they all were very helpful, friendly, and kept everything in order for us! Even so much as packed up our leftovers from the event. The only things I would say is i wish they stayed open later for events like these, and I was bummed that at our event the touch tunes and pool table were out of order. Overall though, doesn’t touch on how much I loved the set up and experience. Would recommend this to others! Thanks Leighton’s Pub!

Layc was amazing and a great bar manager! Can't wait to come back and have her serve us again. Pizza was amazing!

Stop by during a lunch on a weekday not too crowded. My son and I got seated. Waited a little while and looked over the menu. Kids menu was requested with options so that was refreshing. He grabbed A cheeseburger and Mac and cheese. I had the Thai pie and it was very good! Crisp crust coming off that wood fire stove is hitting all the senses! Adding carrots to the top was a nice treat.

Everything was really good. My wife handles spice like a 4 yr old, she got the side of Mac and cheese. Turns out it's spicy, but doesn't say that on the menu anywhere. It was too hot for her to eat, so she nibbled off everyone else's plate. The person that had the chicken sandwich said it was a little overcooked and dry but had good flavor

First time at Leighton's Pub. Ordered the Cuban sandwich, very delicious, I especially loved the bread. It's basically made on a pizza crust. Dogs are allowed on the patio AND inside! How awesome is that?! Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job. Like most places, they are under staffed, but the food still came out quick. There were only 2 waitresses for the whole place so wear your patience pants and be friendly.

Trivia night was super fun, but don't expect to have fast service. The food was really good and I would definitely go back for the food.

Quiet bar & grill with good variety of selections on the menu. Recommend the Cuban sandwich. Service is always good.

The food was tasty. However, both of our burgers were absolutely hammered and it wasn't until after we started eating them we realized our server hadn't asked us how we wanted them cooked. They were cooked all the way though no pink anywhere. Like I said they tasted good just too done for either of our tastes. The fries were fantastic though. Reminded me of Hopcats. Beer selection was pretty mediocre but they had Fairy Nectar at least so we each got one of those. If you like sports bars this is the place for you. TVs everywhere. Not really my thing. Also the seating was really uncomfortable. The service was very attentive and friendly. I'm not going to write this place off completely yet. We're very curious about the wood fire pizzas so I may end up changing this review when we try those. Going just off the burgers though I'm not sure I'd recommend it

Visited with my husband and six kids on a Friday evening. While the parking lot was busy the restaurants inside wasn't. We were seated at a table/booth side corner. We had to ask for kids menus. Our server was quick to come for our drink orders. Food sounded good whole looking at the menu. We ordered 4 kids meals, 2 burgers, a grilled chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese with bacon. The burgers were served with a side of fries that was literally like 10 fries. There were more fries in the chicken tender kids meals than a adult entree. The macaroni and cheese with bacon was just macaroni and cheese with 4 pieces of bacon put on top. Figured it would have been mixed in since it was an upcharge to add ingredients to it. The kids pizzas were bigger than other places we have been to and my kids liked them. When we got the check I looked at it and I thought kids meals usually come with a drink but we got charged for them. So that made a kids meal like $12. We may be back but probably just my husband and I as him, one of my son's and my daughter were still hungry after we left. We may visit again, but just my husband and I.

I was taken out for a belated Mother's Day dinner several weeks ago. A lot of times we lean towards Seafood we can share and they decided on Leighton's Pub. We went on a Sunday evening and there were only a few tables occupied so we were seated right away. My son insisted on the Cheese Curds for a starter, proclaiming them a favorite. He stuck with the Chipotle Mayo and we also got a side of Ranch. They were one of the better versions I've had, very yummy! He also got an order of Boneless Wings so he'd have something to reheat later. Blackberry Habanero sauce which appeared to be literally poured over the top instead of tossed with the chicken. First time I've seen that. I was excited to try their Lobster Roll, pretty much the only place you can regularly order it in Lincoln. I had planned on sharing it as we have done prior at other places. It was way smaller than we had anticipated however. Barely any actual "meat", they both got a bite. It wasn't what any of us had expected. I liked the Onion Rings although they were a tad on the greasy side. Fish and Chips we'd also chosen to divide amongst us. Turns out it was little more than glorified fish sticks. Super bummed. We all tried it but we left quite a bit behind. Fries were really good though! Lastly his woman ordered the Goob Burger with peanut butter. She's had it before and enjoyed it with a Sweet Potato Fry side! This was the first place in a long time that really had me stumped. Service was spotty. Food was the definition of hit-or-miss. I know a lot of people that Really love it here. Super High price tag to have that off of a night. They sat us at the south bar (has weird vibes and lacking decor). It took our server a fair amount of time to greet us/get our drinks, but he was nice! Food came quick and was very serviceable bar food. We got the fried pickles, buffalo wings, and the superoni pizza. Satisfied our cravings but wings a tad dry and pizza needed to be cooked like 2 minutes longer (crust was floppy and pale). Not bad food, but not really worth the higher price point.

Thai Chicken Pizza was just ok, the chicken was rather dry. Lobster Mac & Cheese was pretty light on the cheese, but the small amount of flavor that was there was good. Good service, pretty chill vibes, but when I'm paying $60 for lunch, I honestly expect the food to be a lot better than it was. Not a bad experience, but I won't be hurrying back anytime soon.

Service was great but our food was not very good. I order a Double Mushroom swiss burger and my husband order the Jack Burton Burger. When our food arrived, 1. it wasn't very warm, 2. My hamburger was overcooked and very dry, didnt have many mushrooms or cheese either, 3. My husband's jack burton burger came without a burger even on it. When we brought it up they remade the hamburger right away but acted like it was a joke. There was no mention of a discount or anything with the mistake made with our food. When we asked for the check the gentleman that was serving us just told my husband what the bill was without letting him see it or what we were charged for. Although my husband is a fan, I got a very bad impression.

Waitress wasn't very friendly. I had to go get a refill myself, and she wanted to check us out before asking us about anything else. The major thing is THE FRIES! 4.00 for a kid size portion. I counted them 18 fries for 4.00 because wings don't come with fries. I asked our waitress about getting more fries a and she said that's our portion size. She said they complained to the kitchen. It would be better to say sorry it was a small portion, let me get you some more but, no that's what you get ridiculous. Wings were good and the fries were good but the price to high for what you get.

Ordered ‘the goob’. It was okay but you couldn’t tell there was much peanut butter/peanuts, and the sweet Thai chili sauce was non existent. The truffle fries were sub par. Honest Abe’s is better. They forgot the ranch and the burger had no pink. Probably won’t be back for quite some time after this.

Food was low quality, steaks are either way over or way undercooked, appetizers are overpriced and underwhelming. Desserts are equally so, the whiskey bread pudding had no rise and tasted of egg and the creme brulee sugar was not hardened and tasted of egg a

Let’s be honest: The menu is a little clustered and hard to understand. Burgers are decent, wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had for the price. One of my guests ordered a DPG BURGER but the burger was missing The bacon, pickles and sauce. Waitress later brought the items on a separate side dish. Milkshakes were nice but would be nice to have wider straw to drink out of. Water is from the tap. So if you’re expecting purified water this is not the place. Host and waitresses were friendly but the waitress that attended our table had terrible bad breath. It was hard to not notice. Pizzas were decent, we can appreciate the attention to detail as we were told that the wood they use in the fire stone oven was some special “local oak wood” *Overall conclusion: the food is edible and they seem to take pride in the quality of ingredients and materials they use. But fail at overseeing the quality of the food that leaves the kitchen before it hits the table. Atmosphere is nice service is good and music is not distractingly loud . it’s a nice addition to the Leighton district excited to see how they handle the chaos of game nights. You would think after spending well over $150 that I would had left extremely pleased with the experience but i felt short sighted by the hype and didn’t quite feel the value of my dollar here. I will come back in a couple weeks with another group of guests to try out the drinks and bar area. Looking forward to to trying that out. I’ll eventually try the food again in a couple months and post a new review accordingly. Hopefully the experience will be an improved one than my first. Joe @ TravelMagReviews

Went for a friend’s birthday to try their brunch. First time going here. Horrible food & burnt, hard tots we got. They had just opened and we were first or second customers in. No salsa or hollandaise for the omelets, they were dry. Food was either too salty or very bland. Didn’t finish most of it. My mixed alcohol beverage was way too strong with alcohol. I choked my omelet down. Didn’t eat the rest. Breaded pickles were too salty. Nothing was good. Except maybe our server and her customer service, But even that was mediocre. Prices are overpriced for the quality of food you get. I will never be back!!! Coming from a Restaurant cook here. All around it could be better.

The food was okay, not very impressive. The patio area was very nice though. Now, the customer service, its horrible! I came here on a Friday afternoon (there were around 5-6 customers so it was not busy), i wanted to seat at the patio but instead of seating myself, i came inside to wait to get seated. I was standing at the front for like 15 mins, there was 1 employee at the bar, she saw me stepping inside but she acted like i was invisible, after a few more mins i stepped up and asked her if i could be seated. She told me to wait a few min but i was waiting for an extra 10 min until my friend came and finally we got seated. Its so ridiculous, i dont mind to wait if the place is super busy but at least to get greeted and infirmed the wait time but I got ignored like i was invisible to them.

Terrible service at Leighton’s Pub on July 26, 2025. We waited over 20 minutes and no one even took our drink order. Staff were sitting in the back seemingly on break while we were completely ignored. Another group came in 20 minutes after us and got served right away. We walked out. Absolutely unacceptable and won’t be back which is sad because we were very excited to try the food. It doesn’t matter how good the food is or how much praise and recognition the menu gets if the service is not even basic.

Nope...just nope. The waitress was great, and she was the only highlight. You even move in your seat, it sets off an extremely loud echoing screech throughout the restaurant. The food is extremely overpriced, and it tasted terrible. It was like they thought they were a 5 star restaurant, but I would have enjoyed a Domino's pizza or a Runza burger more. I think I would have settled for McDonald's.

Went in with my college son and his girlfriend at 10pm. They were open and we were hungry after watching a play from across the street. We were set down, then the manager came to us and told us the kitchen was closed, but we could get drinks from the bar. My 19 y/o son and his 20 y/o GF? REALLY? The place closes at 11pm. Not 10. If you close earlier than posted, change the sign. Nice place, wished we could've had the opportunity to try it.

I've been to Leighton's Pub a few times. Service is good and food is decent. However the experience I had tonight will guarantee my friends and I will never be back. Went there for a party. Was charged $19 for each pitcher of Busch Light. BUSCH....LIGHT...not a micro brew or craft beer. No bar in town charges that much and I had never been charged that on previous visits. If this is how your business price gouges large groups, I won't be back. I'm also no longer recommending this location to friends and coworkers for parties.

Our waitress was horrible the food was mediocre…0rdered appetizers that came one ahead time and the other came with our meal.. the chicken Alfredo came out without chicken the noodles had no flavor. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their biggest excuse for the horrible service and food was that they did not know that the marathon was in town. I would think you would know what was going on in your city.

Came as a family of 5 and waited about 40 minutes for a table (pretty normal after a Huskers game). Then another 15 minutes just to get drinks, and it kinda went downhill from there. Ended up being almost 2 hours total between waiting on drinks, food, and the check. Server was fine—it wasn’t her fault, she was literally running all over the place with tables scattered everywhere.
