At the north 27th location they were very attentive and friendly. They communicated the wait time for new product which was greatly appreciated.

So happy this location opened. We came on opening day and got the wrong food but spoke to Taylor and was told they would make it right. I didn’t catch the managers name, ( Eddie I think?) but I went at a super busy night and watched her get screamed at by some guy and she handled it extremely professionally and continued helping her staff get through orders. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and quite frankly doesn’t get paid enough to deal with the crappy customers. Thank you local Panda Express!

I came to Panda today and the food was exceptional. The people at the front were very attentive and one of the cooks (Suad?) was really friendly and kind. I tried the new menu item and it was very good and would definitely recommend.

Large portions, we got there near closing, s nothing fresh was going to pop out of the kitchen, but food was good, not the typical steam table stuff. Feeding two teens is difficult to say the least, but they were happy to try new items.

Unless I’m mistaken, their bowl size and portions got reduced for the same price recently. Need to order twice as much to get the same amount of food now.
On 6/29 I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes before I got by food and that was AFTER I called them to complain about the wait. So much for “fast food”. I hear that some manager thought it would be smart to schedule only 3 people during a dinner rush. I tried speaking to the manager on duty, but she needs customer service training. The actual staff was sympathetic, but I don’t expect them to stay long if they are over worked and yelled at by customers for things outside their control. I would have gone in if I hadn’t been on day 3 of a migraine and feeling like crap. Management needs to change.
The manager BETTY was not training the new hire what so ever. There was a mishap in the order due to the girl not knowing the menu, which is understand as she is on her first day. As I let Betty know she needed to do a better job training her new hire she walked away on her cellphone each time. ALYSSA was doing such a great job for being abandoned and not being properly taught. I will never return due to Betty’s attitude and lack of training and concern for the misunderstanding of my order. Keep forgetting sauce when I Order in the drive thru even tho I ask for sauce
Not to sound like a bum, but due to limited options for fast food that have a decent protein to calorie ratio, I get a considerable amount of Panda Express. This is by far the worst of the four locations that I know of in town. Doesn’t really matter what time of day you go, they never have all of their options ready at once. I never really dine inside, but that’s also always a mess. I don’t blame the workers inside, I blame corporate for not hiring enough staff.

Usually have good experiences here, today was the exception! Ordered my usual, kung pao chicken. The kung pao was pretty low, so I was prepared for barely warm food. Then the gal boxed up our meal and says "I'll be right back. She was gone for a long while so I asked someone else to ring me up. She tells me the drawer is being changed out. I tell her my food is sitting there getting cold. She asked card or cash, I say cash, she says, can't help you. So, we wait for the drawer to be changed out, then go sit down to a cold meal, not warm, COLD! Bottom line, if the drawer needs changed out , go do it before you box up meals and leave them sitting on the counter 10 minutes! Not to mention, the gal counted out the cash I gave her 3 times (exact change), then asks me, is this exact change? At this point I wanted to say, you counted it, you tell me, is it exact change?! Not impressed with the staff today! After reading all the bad reviews, it's obvious the owner of this location doesn't care about the poor service at his store. I read a lot of bad reviews and seen very few replies. It's a shame!

The employees were friendly and helpful but the food was bland. The crab Rangoon was not good. The filling flavor was bland and seemed like there were no crab meat in it. It was to runny and hard to eat.
Noodles are dry and no cabbage or flavor on noodles... small portions
Horrible customer service. Nothing is never ready. Management is very rude and nonchalant. Don’t go to this location

⚠️FOOD POISONING⚠️ Ordered online for pickup at 7:12 and didn’t get our food until way later, despite people ordering after us and getting orders before us. On top of this my partner and I got severe food poisoning immediately after eating. Noticing reviews from months ago stating the same, I am highly concerned.

The manager came out and yelled at the counter help in front of everyone, so unprofessional, it was embarrassing for all. The noodles were so gummy. Everytime I give Panda express a "second chance" I get disappointed in some way. No more!

Waited 20+ minutes for eggrolls and a side of chow mein and the chow mein was 70% onion and cabbage. Count your days Panda

I got mushroom chicken with noodles and it had a burnt taste. We asked for Soy Sauce and they had none???
I’m so disappointed for first time buying some fast food at this place! They charged me twice for 1 ordered! When i come back to ask them to return the part they charged wrong! They said i should give them the receipt ( how can if i have that receipt right i took the order i complained already) they charged and they forgot to void that before they do different one and they just gave me the new one! Why they don’t know they do wrong at that time ???? They paid me for the free meal instead of a refund!but I felt dissatisfied and had a feeling that I was being cheated to get the meal.
I was missing half of the stuff for my kids kids meal, wrong drinks after placing the order an hour and a half early.
This place is terrible with online orders. You will wait while they serve people coming in after you. Take my advice go to the one at Gateway Mall or spend eternity waiting!!!
Wait a year to eat here its brand new and ran poorly. For any one thinking of dining In keep in mind that the drive through is their priority. your food and your order is second to whoever is in the drive through. Employees will straight up stop working on your order to prioritize a drive through order. Its a nice brand new restaurant, the food is what you would expect with any other Panda Express including the undersized portion sizes. Forget the guy that got 5 shrimp, I tried to order 1 bowl of rice and Beijing Beef and i got 5 pinky sized tiny strips of beef. At one point I thought one of the 5 people that was preparing my food was going to fix the mistake but he just took my bowl to the drive through food station and topped it off rice to make it look full. He clearly did not know that I was watching and must have thought it was someone else order because when I stared them down for what they just did they walked to the back and hid. Before I go into specifics I want to note that there is 1 man who seems to be holding the entire place down and keeping it efficient. I cant describe him other than saying he is Eastern European/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern short hair groomed beard, good guy, should be the the manager of the shift. However the rest of the staff is mostly incompetent and unsanitary. 4 to 5 different people handed my food back and forth from multiple food station. all i ordered was 1 bowl of rice and beijing beef, no drink no apz just 1 bowl of rice and Beijing beef,. I watched 2 people watch 1 person cut a chicken breast. THREE people to cut 1 chicken breast. it was thrilling! /s Do you like the taste of other peoples fingers? I watchesd two people walk around preparing a drive through order with their thumbs deep into the bowl touching the rice and noodles. lastly if the person wearing a black shirt and black pants is supposed to be the manager on shift. You may want to pick people that are a bit more mature, and not spending 15 minutes walking in and out of the fridge while while sipping on a soda and not helping the rest of the line that is clearly struggling.
This is the most bland food I have ever had. I do not understand why people like this place. My 1st and last time eating here.
Very poor customer service I ordered food at 5:40 and didn’t get my pickup order until 6:30 I was waiting in store at 6:00 pick up said it would be ready at 6:05 staff kept bouncing off my order to others telling me they were waiting on food but the food was already ready on the line very disappointed would not recommend if you do online pick up they brush off the orders an forgot some of my order
Girls up front weren’t paying attention to me or their coworkers when asking about food. Second they always have a long wait period for food like they only say something to the cooks when they’re completely empty and prioritize the drive thru more than the people dining in. And horrible customer service skills. Definitely dread pulling into their complex parking lot and not knowing what kind of service you’ll expect.
Probably one of the worst Chinese food experiences I've ever had. We stood in line forever. Food was cold. Help was crappy like Burger King has better working staff not happy. Will not be going back
I am deeply disturbed and appalled by the experience I witnessed today. During my lunch break, I saw two individuals who appeared to be members of the management team publicly berate a lower-level employee in the middle of the store, in full view of customers and other staff. This employee was visibly distressed—crying and trying to hold herself together—while being humiliated in front of everyone. It was an unprofessional, degrading display that no employee should ever be subjected to. Regardless of the situation or any backstory, there is absolutely no justification for management to point fingers in someone’s face, speak down to them, and reprimand them so publicly—especially during a busy lunch rush. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope this incident is addressed, and that those responsible are held accountable. No one deserves to be treated that way in any workplace.
Went through the drive-through waited 30 minutes watched 20 people walk out with their food. Still never got mine. Asked for a refund.
Ordered two bowls with orange chicken from here today and they only had a very small amount of rice and 4 pieces of chicken. This amount of food for $19 is a rip off. Not worth my time to drive there or the amount of money I spent. Very Sad Showing on Pandas part.

I asked for fresh entrees and the server behind the corner said I had to get what was out. I will no longer be going to this location. Poor service and bad food quality.
I have been a customer here since they opened. I never experienced any problems before but I got some food from here yesterday. 12/30/25 Today I have severe diarrhea. Breaking out in sweat & clutching the sink loll. I was in a lot of pain & I think I won’t be eating Panda anymore.
I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the scheduled time, only to wait an additional 30 minutes. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The most frustrating part was watching multiple walk-in customers get served before my order was even started. The level of incompetence I witnessed was astounding. If you value your time avoid this place.

Did an online over order over 45 minutes ago. I’ve been sitting here watching no less than 20 to 25 other customers come through and get their food, plus the drive thru line orders. Well, half of my food is being packed the other is sitting there getting cold. Ridiculous. Manager doesn’t know how to manage. Made me late to pick up my other food order. Now I have two cold, soggy food orders for Friday family night. My order should’ve been free Will never order from here again.
