I know people hate this place and send bad reviews, I know that I hated little ceasers for a bit but I do like it and something I like is the workers never goof and act stupid and they know how to make pizzas and not just that, it’s in a good area where my grandparents used to live before moving near epic air and what I like is that they take not long like they take a minute for food to be ready and they never act all slow and dumb but the one in McLean is terrible cause McLean is just bad at making pizzas, they act all slow too but this little ceasers is better then McLean for sure and I know there may be some boys hanging out near your shop but it’s still a great shop either way.
I come in all the time & the general manager is very attentive & ensures food is fresh and out in a timely manner . Very polite with everybody upfront even during busy times which can be hard working at a food place ! My pizza from here is always great & hot I’ll keep coming back

I was very surprised to learn that Little Caesars doesn’t offer Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes with their pizzas. This is the first pizza place I’ve ever been to that doesn’t provide those basic condiments. I even offered to pay for them, but was told they don’t have any in stock. For a pizza restaurant, that was quite disappointing and unexpected.

Horrible waiting time. On app you put the time frame and never ready within the time frame. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes just for it to be ready wasting my time.
Terrible service. Its literally every single time I come here at LC summit location....they are telling everyone that a single pizza will take over 40min until ready when there are only 2-4 people in the lobby. I asked who is in charge and David is who i was told was running this place. Ever since he showed up here its just been taking even longer. Just for one online order i have to wait over an hour. During the wait time...customers come back and to return messed up pizzas, asking for refunds, and just making customers really irritated. Yes i know its short staffed but they always have an excuses for everything. I really hate picking up orders at this location and before you say "why accept them" its part of my job to do so but the flow here just sucks. Also they are suppose to use diff cutters for only cheese pizzas and all i see is one cutter for all. Thats messed up. David guy is right there not saying anything. Vegetarians should not come here. Your cheese pizzas have meat grease all over.
Honestly I expected better for little caecers I haven’t visited in a month and come back and they give me the most cold and raw breas sticks I’ve ever seen taste to weird
They cooked it by putting paper under one of the pizzas I bought. We realized after eating half of it. My son was almost being poisoned. I will never come again
Order the pizzas online through the app. Came to the restaurant to pick them up and they're still not ready. Why have the portal if orders aren't being met on time. Unbelievable 😡. I even gave them more time than what the app suggested.

They give out horrible service. Even if they are short on staff. Waiting 1 hr for 1 pizza. Come in and wait in line all for them to tell me my order was given to someone else. Waited over 2.5 hrs for ONE pizza!!! They also need to pay attention to their customers. Just because I ordered 1 pizza? They didn't recognize my sale???? Forget this place. Super wack

My wife just had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we’ve ever dealt with at this Little Caesar’s. She called nearly 20 minutes before closing to place an order, and was told they were only accepting walk-in orders — fine. So she drives there, gets there almost 10 minutes before closing, walks in, and is told they’re closed. She explains she just called and was told walk-ins were fine. The employees then try to claim no one has answered the phone all night. She literally stands there, calls the number again, and the phone rings in the store — proving that it works and was being answered. At that point, they say “We don’t answer the phone,” and basically accuse her of lying, saying she didn’t talk to anyone there. This is beyond unacceptable. The staff were dismissive, dishonest, and made zero effort to fix the situation. If you’re going to stop serving before closing, fine — but be honest about it. Don’t lie to customers and waste their time. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Been going here for about 4 months and they have always given me a senior discount. I go in today and a guy comes from the back and said the mgr. said they don't give senior discount. I asked to speak to the mgr. A lady (said she was the general mgr.) came from the back with a terrible attitude (not wanting to make the situation better, acting like she didn't want to hear what I had to say, or even be polite). I explained to her the situation, and she just angrily said no senior discount, the employees were wrong in giving me the senior discount before. So, I said for all these months they have been wrong in giving me a senior discount? She didn't seem to care about what I said. I walked away to get back in line and she says I don't have to serve you. I told her I walked away because we weren't getting anywhere, and I told her I AM TRYING TO DEFUSE the matter. She kept on saying I'm not going to serve you, get out! Saying she didn't like my attitude. My attitude? I was not wrong (or lying) for saying they had been giving me a senior discount for months, and I WALKED AWAY from her to "let it go." It seemed like when she came from the back she had predetermined, she was going to kick me out. I hope it wasn't because I'm white. Like I said, been going here for months and I think I'm the only white person that I've seen in here. And at the time of the incident today there was about 3-4 Spanish families there. Not prejudice at all, I just wonder because when she saw me it was like she had made up her mind to kick me out. I put a lot of money into this place, eating there nearly every week. NOT ANYMORE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (AND IT WAS FROM THE GENERAL MGR.) WAY TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! (UPDATE) Tried calling corp. office and a person picks up and says I need to speak customer service. Was on hold for over 1/2 hr., no one ever picked up. So, it's obvious LC only cares about getting your money! They don't want to talk to you on the phone to hear your concerns or experiences. They don't even respond to the reviews. LC's motto: Just give us your money and then leave us alone! That says it all!

Every time I order, my pizza is NEVER in the damn Pizza Portal like it says it is, and I have to ask for it every time I come in. Today, it was miraculously in the Pizza Portal, only for my name not to show up at all. I found this out right after I got to the register and asked for my order, to which the attendant shuffled through the back pizzas, then proceeded to check the Portal and give me the pizza. While I had worse service before (there were points before my pizza was marked "unprepared" in the app even though it had been sitting in the back counter for 10 minutes, thus the box was soggy at the bottom), it is very clear to me that the term "work ethic" must be alien language to them. These employees just want to grab the check and leave, which probably says it all about managerial treatment.
I ordered online so the pizza would b ready when I expected. When I got there, I was told it would be at least a ten minute wait. No I'm sorry or anything...just like too bad for you 😡Can I get the prepaid tip back?!?
