Gr8! Experience with this place. I had ordered 22 HM for my son’s birthday party. Guy on register quickly help me to place my custom request and able to make everything ready at my prefer time so that kids eat while food is warm and fresh and not packed long ago. Person packing all these HM packed in nice box so it was very easy to load and unload car. All the kids were delighted to get their favorite. I’m loving it.

Location is always busy and the employees are always actively working. Would like to know when the store is going to switch over to a better beverage system. Most companies have switched over to the Freestyle machines? Is old Coke dispenser they have have a very limited choice of flavors. Especially if you're looking for something healthy or diet.

Diana, who works in the mornings, is the most top notch person and keeps this establishment friendly and flowing. She truly is the best and a joy to see and speak with. McDonald's- your lucky to have such a ray of sunshine! .

Lemme tell you, this McDonald's knows its stuff. I always come here after hockey to get a McFlurry or a late meal but they always will get it to you in time. The only problem is it takes a while and stuff, half the time the atmosphere makes you feel like a stranger if you're not from the University, but good for McDonald's.

Had the Big Arch meal. It was actually good and looked like the picture, first time ever the food matched the picture. Price was okay 12 bucks.

Three stars simply bc the person at the drive thru was not only rude but just annoyed for no reason. Tried to order, sat at the drive thru kiosk no one took my Oder. I pulled up to the first window and got ignored. I went to the second window and it took forever to be approached only to be told I have to go around again. It doesn’t take much effort to just be decent to people. It’s a poor look on ownership for the incompetent people they hire sometimes. If you’re looking for your typical McDonalds experience otherwise, it’s fine.

We ordered a double cheeseburger plain, cheeseburger plain, hamburger plain, 2 large fries, two large 20 piece nuggets, one medium oreo mcflurry, and one small vanilla milkshake. First, they put two meats on the double cheeseburger and no cheese at all. They didn’t give us cheese on the plain cheeseburger. They gave us the rest good. But this is so weird. How do you mess that up? the girl wasn’t even paying attention she was just typing and staring.

Gave me the wrong drink. Specially mentioned 3 times which drink I wanted. They just offer coke all the time. Some people don't want coke. The food was warm. The fries weren't that good. Having the Fries is why people go to McDonald's.

Very busy, it’s catered with a kiosk which is optional and 5-10 wait on getting someone to take your order. Since the take out is always busy and backed up almost close to the entrance of the premises.

Was not prepared for any coffee orders. Had to wait a while for coffee to be prepared, but this was ok. Workers were nice and the coffee was good, so not a problem. The problem was trying to get back onto 46 or should I say the Audubon. Good Luck with that.

I ordered 3 orders of hotcakes n hash browns and McMuffin . Had to park at slot 1 and waited 10 minutes for it to come out. Just to get home and see there was no butter for the hotcakes except syrup. Unbelievable.

As expected there’s rats around the restaurant but the problem is that there’s a lot of them. Service and food is fine but the fact that there’s rats running and playing around like it’s their playground around the restaurant is scary.

I hate this McDonald's. It's absolutely useless any time after 21:00. They cease curbside pickup, making online ordering absolutely pointless. Why bother ordering ahead if I'm going to just sit in line like a schmuck with everyone else? Pointless. I think I'll pass and just go to Cars instead. I mean, if I'm going to wait an inordinate amount of time for a burger, it may as well be worth it... cold McDonald's? Definitely not worth it. Avoid after sundown.

The bathrooms had music BLARING, like club volumes. Then although the sensors worked to wet my hands to wash them, nothing I did turned the faucet back on, to rinse, so I had to just sit there with soap all over my hands, wondering why their sink only worked sometimes. 2 stars only because Breakfast ends at 10:30 instead of 11:00 like how it states on McDonald’s website and all over the web. I arrived a few times around or before 10:30 and was told breakfast is over. Quality of food is good and friendly staff. They should honor breakfast until 11:00 like other stores.

Pretty good food… Just needs work on customer service…when talking with the drive thru attendant, every time I said thank you, she replied with Uh-huh. I went to 2 different MCDONALD'S 2 days in a row and ordered the same thing and both time I did not get my hashbrown. I order burritos and a washroom. No hashbrown. I know you don't care and probably don't read tour reviews. It's just frustrating spending $3 on something and don't get it. Going forward I'll stop at the local spot they appreciate their customers service and money more.

I used to really like this McDonald's, but the standards are practically nonexistent. After 10pm the dining room closes, which means all orders, whether online/mobile, delivery, or in person, have to go through the drive-thru. It's currently taking about 7 minutes per car which means my food will be disgusting by the time I receive it. Online ordering is supposed to expedite the process, not delay it. If you don't have the staff to keep things moving efficiently, then you should close earlier. This experience has been horrendous. 0/10 Will never come back here again. Oh, and the counter currently has at least 4 delivery or mobile orders sitting and getting cold as I type this because we we're sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes.

Not the best place for food delivery during the drive thru hours. This McDonalds location needs to build a lobby window specifically for food delivery drivers only, where they can press their ring button, tell customers' name or show them on the app then pick up the food from their lobby window. This will be also very helpful to deaf drivers who work for food delivery.

The dude taking order at the drive through window is borderline "menopausal" and raises his voice every other sentence when I take a sec to make a decision or trying to figure out what to add to the order. There's NO napkin at all in my order bag or in the physical restaurant. They initially gave 2 of 3 cups coffee i ordered but corrected quickly there.

Chicken nuggets crispy and hot. Fries were ok. Employees seem to not want to be there. Tables all dirty. Orders were missing items. Asked one of the workers for ketchup for a family of 8 and they only gave 2 packets and a whole lot of attitude. I'd recommend going some place else to avoid an unpleasant encounter with workers who dont want to serve.

It's McDonald's, it's what you expect, but the fries were a little underwhelming compared to other locations and make sure that you actually get your sauce. They charged me for extra sauce and then just didn't give it to me. The sign they posted said that 2 packets of sauce comes with a 10 Piece McChicken Nugget and none nuggets you get charged an extra $0.50, I asked for BBQ with my nuggets and then BBQ for my brother's burger, and I saw it be entered on the screen, but then when I finally got home and opened it up there was only one packet of BBQ sauce. Like it's just $0.50, but I've never had any other McDonald's charge me for sauce and they didn't just charge me for it, they didn't give me all the sauce I asked for after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes.

I went on Sunday evening for Filet O Fish meal and there was a sticker on the drive thru menus saying "Back soon". This implied they were out for some time or going to be. I don't know how to feel about this location but my last time there i saw them pouring coffee out of another cup into my cup and the coffee was warm. Lastly i don't know how many times i have to repeat myself at the drive thru speaker in order for them to understand so i think their speaker systems need to be fixed.

Order 52 on 25 Jan 2025 8:47PM, Restaurant #6658: Drive-thru person taking my order seemed irritated by my sandwich customizations which were all normal things like adding cheese, meat, pickles, and onions. The order was entered correctly, but I did not receive either of the extra beef patties I ordered on my Big Mac. I was driving too far to return to have this addressed that night. I never double check my order before I leave because most McDonald's are very good about this, but to pay an extra $2 and then not get either of the extra patties is frustrating.

Horrible customer service. After watching the fireworks on the 4th we decided to have a meal with some friends. We arrived 30 minutes before the inside dining closed and made our orders. Our friends and their children arrived a few minutes before us and already had their meals on the table. When we, myself and my children, finally got our meals the inside dining was closed. I figured that we could join our friends and quickly eat our meal. The manager was very rude and yelled at us to leave.. I realized that it was time to leave and tried to rush my children. He continued to yell at us telling us he told us 3 times that the inside dining was closed. I realize that the staff had to clean the area but it was not my fault that the food was late. He could have let us finnish in a few minutes and be on our way. It could have been handled in a better way. I have been doing there for over 15 years but will never go there again.

Not only was my order wrong for only 5 items, I was also charged twice. Placed mobile order, credit card went through. When picking up food, was told it didn't go through and they asked for a second card. When I called the store to discuss this, I was treated very rudely and told it was not their problem and I need to call my credit card company. Now I have to cancel one of my cards, because they consider it fraud. Not the first time they have screwed up an order but charging twice and talking to me like garbage is unacceptable!!

I get home and it's still the wrong order. Thanks McDonald's for making pay $9.81 for a medium size Dr. Pepper. That was the only thing correct in my order. You have lost a customer for life. I called the location. The phone rang off the hook no answer, no voice mail option. The not so good news, you now have one less customer. Keep it going in this direction, and you won't have to worry about being too busy for much longer.

My father and I came to this Mcdonald’s to place an order for takeout through the drive through. The lady who took our order was extremely rude and had a massive attitude. She snapped at us when we were ordering & that’s not a way to speak to customers. if you aren't able to speak to people properly, don’t work in the service industry. horrible service.

As of April 2024 and after two remodels they have made this building worse. They didn't spend any time remodeling the terrible bathrooms and I have now remove the soda machine on the floor for customers. Half the time you get a soda here it's flat and now without a second machine you have no choice but to accept the flat soda. How is a company so cheap not to allow refills anymore? We used to go here get food and refill our drinks while ordering more food. Now that there are no refills we will no longer be ordering food here because it doesn't make any sense to spend our money here. They're clearly going away from serving customers inside as there is never a cashier standing by the register. You need to get something as simple as a salt packet will require you to talk to multiple employees who walk away while you're talking to them. I hope that whoever takes over the old Burger King down the road turns it into a better fast food choice than this McDonald's. On my last visit on my last is it I asked the cashier for a refill and was told they don't do refills anymore. These ppl don't know hot to deal with custumers it all. I order 2 kids meals a # 4 spice and # 2. I only get 1 napkin inside the bag no ketchup I ask for two diferent toys and I get the same. No priority for uber eats delivery. They spect you to wait 20/30 minutes when the order is already ready. No regards for the customer receiving the food cold.

McDonald's is now open for indoor dining, and has been for several weeks. 🎉 Update Feb 2022. I think it's beyond the time to reopen the inside area for dining. In Also the parking that was extremely dark when we drove in today, making it a bit dangerous! The food is what you expect from a chain. They are quick with service though! Soda isn't always carbonated enough. The Wi-Fi is great and the workers are fine. I cannot stand the squeeky chairs, which they added at the last remodel, to which I swear I believe they made annoying on purpose!! The bathroom after the remodel was a terrible job. They have the old air dryers that take forever to dry, and the sink water pressure is still weak, although they did improve it from an absolute drizzle. Parking is usually ample.

Avoid this location, they sold me an extremely undercooked burger, it was close to raw on the inside.

My partner forgot to get a hash brown so before paying he asked if he could add one . But they were tooo lazy to do their jobs and click a button on a screen to add it . They told him “ you should’ve added it at the menu , you need to go around “. I worked a McDonald’s for years . It takes 2 seconds to add something at the screen . These staff are lazy point blank.

As with most McDonald's the food is okay for what you expect for fast food. Unfortunately McDonald's has been raising prices so high lately that it's hardly a place I want to go to any more on a regular basis. The parking lot here usually has enough spaces available which is good if you want to eat in or park your car after the drive-thru. Speaking of which the drive-thru seems to be at their preferred method as the last supposed upgrade to the inside included removing the soda machine inside for customers. Seems like a cheap way to run a company and tell people you don't want them in the store. Bathrooms desperately need a remodel as they look the same way for the last 10 years. Hand dryers are a joke as they are models from years ago!

I usually love this location cause they are friendly and quick and efficient. This morning I placed a order for pick up around 4:40 my partner went to pick up the order and approached the screen and whoever was there this morning at 4:40am should either not be helping customers this early in the day or should not even bother talking to any customer at all they were rude from the very beginning and just aggressive they sounded aggravated annoyed everything you can think of. I know this cause I was on the phone with my partner as he picked up the order and to know he couldn’t even get it because she stated they will not be serving till five when on the app it states you take orders at 4 am if so the app needs to be updated as well as her customer service training.

how are you going to say that orders must be picked up at the front door by ringing the doorbell and then when no one answers the door and I go through the drive-through you tell me I have to pick up the order at the door?

I recently had a disappointing experience with McDonald's. Despite spending $26 on dinner for my family, the restaurant was extremely stingy with their sauces. We were only given three packets, which was not enough to adequately flavor our meals. It's unacceptable for a fast food chain to skimp on such a basic aspect of their menu. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience at McDonald's.

I go to this store often enough but 99% of the time through the drive-thru. So just like every other time sat in line got my meal parked. 1st burger (grilled cheese with ketchup) but I was hungry so I was like whatever it happens. I opened 2nd pictured below again no meat. So I went to go inside and door was locked because it was 1115pm I get it . They waved me around to the drive-thru window motioning opposite way of traffic so thought that soon was open nope. Luckily someone was walking out so I was able to get in. Then while speaking to management I said I rather just habe a full refund for one being told to stand in a very busy drive-thru and now being difficult. Management refunded the 1 burger that I brought in. I asked for a full refund. Great way to listen to the customers needs.

One time i was picking up food they were arguing with customers in the driveway today i decided not to argue and just pulled out of the driveway. I see why now, who wants to work with rude foreigners who talk behind your back in their language

The breakfast food is always good. I don’t have anything negative to say about that but the coffee smells like rancid vomit, and I’m not exaggerating whatsoever. It made me sick to my stomach. I asked to return it for two orange juices, but she said she’ll just make another which obviously that wouldn’t fix the situation if the coffee is bad, so I just left and said keep my money and my coffee. I mean it is McDonald’s but rancid coffee?! They seem to have an issue with coffee issues there often lol. Also extremely rude manager there.

Ordered double Quarter pounder meal didn’t get my burger just fries and a cinnamon roll 😂 11$ for. A large meal an only hit like 4$ worth of food you guys are too understaffed

Don't come here. 1. No numbers at the kiosk. 2. Manger tells staff to hurry up with the food (even though food was terrible). Fries were like chewing rocks, burger was cold, chicken nuggets were mushy, cup filled with ice even though I asked for none. 3. No customer service. 4. No drink machines. They took them away and hoard the drinks behind the counter! Hey corporate - fix this place up ASAP!

I went through drive through , boy what can I tell you . I parked on the side to eat, and BOOM! A big funky rat … I thought I was seeing these until I saw a whole clan of them running around the garbages and near cars. What is the zoo. Makes me wonder if it is easy clean stuff back in the McDonald’s restaurant itself.wish I recorded a video probably would’ve went viral lol.

I go through the drive-thru towing a trailer. Sit there for 5 minutes nobody comes to the speaker. Drive around the building and there's 2 people with head sets standing at the windows.... Go inside and another person with a head set, I'm assuming manager? Also standing there doing nothing. My friend said maybe the trailer affected the system so I look behind the counter and they have a TV to see the drive-thru camera big enough to see it from the seating area!!! Not wanting to do your job is one thing but this is just crazy

Absolutely horrible experience here tonight. I go through the drive through with 4 friends, 5 including myself. My meal did not come with the sauce I asked for, so I gave the other to a friend because she likes that sauce. I walked in asking for my correct sauce, barbecue. The man at the counter, hardly speaking English, says that sauce is 50¢ a piece or I need to bring the sauce back to exchange, already completely ridiculous. A whole 50¢ for sauce is borderline robbery.As I tried to explain to him that I was in a car with 4 other people and I gave the sauce to one of my friends because they like it, he walked away from me, not saying anything. I was appalled. Customer service here is horrible, especially from that guy. However, I then asked a woman for it, she walked away, walked back, and handed me my sauce. It really is just that simple. I can’t believe I had to go in three times just to get a single sauce. Also to add, I know this McDonald’s is not scrounging around for pennies and nickels, they are in a very busy area and get a lot of business from nearby college students.

Cheap on salt. Come here if you want to have McDonald's fries with no salt. I am never stopping again! Imagine if they are cheap on salt that cost very little what they do with the staff that cost more. Definitely cheap Manager!

My Grandson picked up 2 Buffalo chicken wraps for me. I bit into the chicken. And it was awful! Tough pieces of inedible chunks of chicken . Ugh! He had a burger and it was very good.

Extremely rude and disgusting staff. I walked 20 minutes by food to grab my food. I stood outside in freezing cold weather for 20 mins waiting. They said its only drive thru pick up so go back home after i went upto the window. I insisted heres my order number and all, just hand it to me, i paid for it, but the guy showed anger and said no just cancel it. I even called the store number standing outside and the guy who picked up said yeah no we cant give it to you lol. I dont know if this is franchise owned but theyre all scum and unprofessional.

Monopoly season isn’t over and I didn’t get my sticker and I know I didn’t get the virtual sticker either. And I’m not going all the way back on the other side of the highway to go back on the other side of the highway to go get my monopoly sticker. This is ridiculous. They need to check before they give it to the customers. It’s not on me to go back and get it.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for years and now everytime I go at night the service is terrible. The person on the intercom is viciously rude and then when I got to the window they gave me attitude and problems about giving me an item they didn’t put in my bag. If I paid for it I should get it simple as that.didnt know I had to argue to get what I paid for. Also I never left the window so whats the issue.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I came in starving trying to get some burger patties alone on a plate (a la carte). And apparently they dont do that there. Every single fast food spot all over, does it. Especially McDonalds because Ive done it plenty of times at several different locations. Yet apparently this ONE location all of a sudden doesnt do it and they want to charge several dollars for a full sandwich when I just wanted a patty alone on a plate. So if the QPC sandwich is $6+, Id have to pay $18 minimum for 3 patties on a plate? Disappointing for sure.

Horrible store. Messed up on order. Over seasoned meat patties. They do not do refills even though you are eating inside and not one sign posted saying that you are not able to get refills. Last time I’ll be coming here with the family. Spent over $50 which wouldn’t have been upsetting but with the over seasoned patties you need a refill to wash the salt down. Wouldn’t even give a star but you have to.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up through the window that was clearly labeled “Mobile Order Pickup.” However, the staff member refused to give me my order, saying the window was only for Uber Eats and DoorDash. I pointed out that the sign said Mobile Order, and I was told, “Sorry, but no.” I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, because the employee simply decided not to give it to me. If the window is not meant for regular mobile orders, the signage needs to reflect that clearly. Otherwise, customers are left misled and wasting their time.

Terrible at the end. The service and the food aren't like in Connecticut, where I live. I ordered two times, the second one was just a burger by mobile order to server on table. The lady at register was unhappy to serve directly to the table so start screaming my name in counter instead of serve on table. Then after a while she came to us an almost throw the burger on the table. Then I open the burger to look at the pickles ( I ordered that burger because I wanted the pickles to be honest )...
