Visited this ice cream shop during a visit to the Little Rock area. They offer some unique flavors and many mix-in items but the ice cream is not anything special or something I am going to remember. It is good and will do if you have a sweet tooth or want a frozen dessert but there are other places I would go first myself.

I ordered a small milk & oreo milkshake and it cost me $10 without tips. I could not see if the sign showed the price but I believe it did not. The small is abnormally small and was not worth the money spent. Ice cream was decent but there are far better options nearby that cost less. Customer service was also subpar, 2 of the 3 people working there did not seem to care about their jobs. I won’t be returning until their prices go down.

Walked in and was not greeted. We were just stared at. There a sign that says restroom for paying customers only but, there is no sign that says they don't take store gift cards.so if you purchase a gift card at another store they will not except it. I will never return to this business. Ever. And yes I paid for my stuff. The gift card was a gift.

Worst customer service ever. The young lady didn't have a watm welcoming bone in her body The had to wait 10 minutes just to receive what I didn't ask for.

Took my kids here today for what I hoped was going to be a nice treat. Ice cream was freezer burnt. Staff wasn’t the least bit friendly. Wouldn’t go back if it was free.

Please make sure you check your to-go orders before leaving the store. The management is terrible and needs to improve their customer service.

Yiiiiikes. Daughter became ill 5 minutes after taking a bite. She has a peanut allergy and there is no doubt that cross contamination is happening from employees not rinsing equipment. When we explained what happened, the line shift leader was great, polite, and kind and said the owner would call us. The owner spoke broken english, was rude, belligerent, and said because I was "not a scientist" I couldn't prove there was peanut in the chocolate chip. Zero accountability, zero personal skills. Just a disgrace of a business owner. Wish I could leave a zero.

Very disappointed with the customer service in this store. My 11 year old daughter asked for a cotton candy with sprinkles and the person on the counter gave us a cotton candy with m&m’s. We asked for a new cup of ice cream because of the mistake , but person on the counter argued with an 11 year old and did not correct the order. I will never go there again.

If I could give a 0 I would. We walk in at 9:01, and are almost shoved out of the door by an employee walking out of the door to his car, who didn’t even look us in the eye and stated that they were closed as we walked to his car. We understand this, realize the time and sit in our car and start looking up other places to get ice cream. While sitting in the car, we see another pair walk in, get an order of ice cream, then walk out. So, we decide to walk back in since they were served, and then were told they were closed, even though they served another pair seconds before us. We feel discriminated against… we WILL NOT be back. You’ve got to train your employees better than this. If you’re closed, lock the door. Or if you don’t, at least don’t be blatantly selective in who you serve.

It was nasty environment the manager was very entitled, obnoxious, and rude. Didn’t get greeted in or nothing flys was everywhere it was total and utter mess

I had French Vanilla ice cream with Butterfingers added. But I will not tell you how it was. This store has "Restrooms are for paying customers only" signs on the doors, which triggers an automatic 1-star review.

This place has the worst customer service and it is the best ice cream place for me. Especially there are two employees who seem to be forced to work over there. No smiles no customer satisfaction. Why is it too hard to smile to the lovely customers?
