The Arena is an absolute blast! Our guide Beau was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great understanding of the games. 10/10 would recommend!

We came for the VR game. It was worth the drive. It was fun and a pretty good workout. It’s even better with more players. Definitely will be coming back to play again. There was some confusion about how to book the game. It sucks you can’t book/pay online. We were told we could pay with game cards but that was not the case. Heads up! Reserve game play at a kiosk up front. It’s $5 per person on weekdays and $9 on weekends. Hopefully this saves you some trouble. VR was the highlight of the night. The other games were okay. We are really competitive and I don’t think there were many that scratched that itch

Visited on Saturday and it was amazing! Place was packed but the wait was only 45min. Once seated our waitress was on it! Polite, helpful, and speedy! Wait wasn’t terribly long to get our food. Everything was delicious! I had the voodoo pasta. We had a great time! Tori was a great waitress. I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong.

Couples I recommend you going on a date here.No matter your age I feel you will have a blast. The burger is the best I've had in a while. You can play before you eat or after you eat, & even have drinks. The prices for food was very reasonable and the money on your play card go a long ways in the arcade

We had a great time here. We are a family of 5 and used 2 cards. We downloaded the app & used that to reload our cards. It was super convenient and the app can tell you how many credits/tickets you have on a card & you can add multiple cards. The establishment was clean, bathrooms were clean and the staff were all friendly. We got here as soon as they opened Monday and were the first people in the door. We got seated & ordered lunch, while it was being prepared we were able to leave the table & go start playing games. Would definitely recommend for adult date nights, too. The grown ups had just as much fun as the kids! Definitely something for everyone.

Excellent server and great bartey! Great atmosphere. Food and drinks were very good. Disappointed that they only run the unlimited wings on certain days. PR needs to do a better job of producing a clearer marketing plan.

Fun casual place to eat and play. The food is standard American casual dining with nothing really bad on the menu. But the reason you're there is for the arcade, and let's face it it's awesome. Whether you're trying to play a coin pusher, a VR simulation of a Kaiju attack, or some straight up carnival games, Dave& Buster's has got you covered. That prize room will make you forget everything you thought you knew from Showtime or Chuck-E-Cheese

Beau helped my party with the arena and he was absolutely amazing! The guys deserves some kind of promotion because he was such an asset to the company by assisting my large party and explaining the games. He was super friendly and professional!

Beau W made us feel welcome and at home. If we had anyrhing questions about a game or anything he knew it and could help. Made the experience with my family great!!

Beau was very kind and helpful , the sweetest and he also explained things when we was lost very great person he’s the sweetest the other people was mean mugging and me and my bf tried to ask one employee for help and they walked off but beau stopped what he was doing and helped us . Very nice guy !! Will be coming back if he is here all the time .

Bow was extremely helpful and very nice. My husband and I had a wonderful time with him showing us how to play darts as well as showing us the different arcade games.

The food was good you have to time it just right so that it won't come out while you are in the arcade, however staff was very insightful 😉 we really enjoyed ourselves. This will now be a place to visit for family fun nights.

Beau was awesome! he was so friendly and he treated my friends and i with so much joy and excitement. we really appreciated him, he made our day!

We had a great time. Very fun and friendly atmosphere. One person in our party got sick during our time here. One of the staff members (Beau) took care of her and brought her water and let her sit in his section while we were finishing up. He also showed us how to play darts while we waited for our party to finish up. We had a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

The Service was amazing. The server was awesome and there was this guy name Beau!!! He went over and beyond. He was so great to us like we came in, and we had a problem with the booking for the party events. He came over. Beau was amazing! We made a trip today when someone in our group started not feeling well. He took care of her and made sure she was okay. He also gave us some great tips on games. He made our visit more fun and enjoyable.

Beau was so helpful on showing us how to utilize our cards and how to do the games for our family. He made sure we had a good time. Mackenzie was also a great waitress for my daughter’s bday and got us everything we needed and more. Great staff and duo to help make our time a success!!

We had a large party that spent a lot of time at the arena. An employee named Beau helped us by explaining the system and even giving us tips on how to get more points. He made the experience super enjoyable with his friendly attitude and helpful tips!

We always have such a great time! The new human crane is so fun and the employee operating it is amazing!

Fast food and friendly service. Upon my second visit I felt the need to give you an update with Dave & Busters here in Arkansas near Nrth Lttle Rock off I 30 highway. Dave & Busters at this location are consistant. They staff are super nice and the Bar- Tenders are ultra helpful, I totally recommend this location for anything from a Birthday Party for kids of all ages to date.night for couples of all ages.

Dave& Buster's Dave& Buster's is usually a very fun time. We got lots of gaming. They have lots of televisions. I wish to watch the game. They have a bar if you want to enjoy adult drinks and they have a nice selection of food which to choose . The staff is usually generally friendly, however this is a very extremely loud atmosphere. Private rooms are available here for your convenience. Prices here vary depending on the day. Wednesday is usually half price gaming day. We have game game, eat and play combos. You just have to be careful to understand that the entrees you may be interested in may not be listed on those list of which you can choose . I bought an eating plate combo wanting to get a steak only to find out when seated that it was not available to me. During this visit I had a party of four who enjoyed the facilities.

My kids loved it. Some of the games have seen better days. My kids scored pretty big on a few games so they were happy. It was a Friday night and it wasn't terribly crowded. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We didn't eat or get any food so can't speak to that. Plenty of people had alcohol from the bar in the game area. Fun place. Would go again.

Update: The food was ok but the service was great! The waitress had to take care of everyone in the restaurant section. She was on point. The food was decent. I had wings and fries. Which were really good. The fries were to. My family liked there food also. One had pizza, bacon burger, Didn't dine at this location at the time because they were out of everything on the menu. We actually just played games and left. The irony though is I sat at a table and the waitress said it was an hour wait and couldn't sit there. No one ever sat there. They were also telling people it's and hour wait while there wasn't even food to serve to them. Boneless wings and loaded fries.

I only stopped in for a couple of cocktails while my family was shopping. I had 2 "pink cadillacs" and they were great but almost $20 a drink was a little costly and the atmosphere was extremely loud although the bartender was quick and efficient.

Great location right by the outlet malls, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Wednesday nights are half off games and they offer a military discount on all food and drinks. Tons of games, hardly any of them were out of order. Great time for the family and the tickets / prizes ratio is solid.

The food was great ! I ordered the mountain of nachos and it was the best plate at the table portion wise. We played games (my 12 year old and I) courtesy of Jeff and Jenna Wang. (My daughter & her husband) It was great until I realized I did not have my keys! The manager and employees all tried to help me find them. I sat them down on the UFC Fighter game only to have them fall into the cone shaped circle under where the player kicks and punches during the game and after manager looked on cameras he found them and fished them out for me. Thank goodness! It was a great time all in all. Will be back there next week and this time keys go in my pocket!

Our server was awesome. She explained everything clearly cause we never been there before. Food was so so, typical bar type food, nothing special. Games were fun. My son enjoyed them.

The games are great but the food was a let down. We got two burgers and they were cooked well done. I guess they only cook to that temp on the burgers. I got a steak and it was cooked medium rare and properly but yeah. The pretzel pizza rolls were like the bread sticks that you get at Olive Garden but they partially cut them into smaller rolls. I had to tear them apart so that was a let down. I say go for the games, skip the food. Maybe I went on a bad night *shrugs*

We met beautiful as we were walking out of my bday celebration. He was very nice and showed us how to play darts. Even came back to check and see if I was winning, I was not 😁

Our waitress was awesome but the way its set up there everything takes a long time (getting through your ordering process and getting your ticket and card back... that could've been because they were short a server or two that day though. Games are fun but must be prepared for unsupervised children/teens running into you and some rude adults who dont understand space and walking traffic. And not as loud as I thought it would there. Still loud of course lol

Took an hour to get a table, ordered food, after 45 minutes was informed that the chef just now told them they are out of Philly cheese steaks. Afterwards was brought the incorrect food then my food was given to someone else before it finally made it to me. Took over an hour to get 1 plate of food, and another 30mins to wait for the food they didn’t have.

The food wasn’t anything spectacular. I paid my bill not really thinking. But, later realized they over-billed me about $75. Been calling for three days and haven’t gotten anyone to answer the phone to talk about it. The arcade was fun and reasonable.

First and last time I will come here. I hoped that we were here for a good time as a family however, that went to …. as soon as we were seated. It began with the table being nasty so we asked for it o be wiped off at which time the guy who was sent to clean the table got the cleaner in one drink, on one set of silverware, and on 2 of the people at the table. Then when we got our food it was nothing like the description. As you can see in the pictures the chicken strips (5) were not even half the size of a dollar bill, the “stacked protein salad” was missing half the ingredients that were listed and was extremely bland, the honey bbq boneless wings were spicy, the smothered fried were not smothered in anything except the burnt grease they were cooked in. Not a single one of us finished our dinner.

RANT!! Worst place I have ever been. We came for a family members bday party. We arrive go to the group who was seated, only to be told by the waitress we could not sit down with our group because she didn't have 2 extra chairs. Yeah, we went to see about a table and told it was a 2 hour wait, what our group had reservations at 6. 2 guests had to go somewhere else and couldn't join. Then we tried to order drinks met with almost an hour before we could get them. Tried to order and a total fiasco. Every order was wrong, not 1 person got the correct order, mine was supposed to come with sliders and told they were out of hamburger meat. What restaurant runs out of hamburger meat. No one order came together. One person didn't get theirs until we were almost finished and cutting cake. Was told they would take off a few items for the mix up, ok i can deal with that. And don't even get me started on trying to get our ticket. A $500 ticket in which nothing was taken off and took an hour to get. We did have a large group and I took that into consideration but this was awful. Our waitress was horrible,.rude, and short even with the kids. If u can provide appropriate staffing then maybe don't book parties or at least get someone who can handle it. I have left alot out or I would need pages for this review. This was the worst experience I ha e ever had. Our reservations were at 6, we didn't walk out till.after 10. Horrible horrible. Oh and charged $19.83 for 1 drink, 1 drink. SMH.

Don't believe the hype! This place is over-rated. Food, service, and atmosphere. I'll give it to the advertising company, they're doing an excellent job. The food was cold upon arrival, and our waitress was snobbish, rude, and crowding. I went, I saw, I was disappointed. Greatly.

We came here for dinner, were greeted by a strange man who just hand motioned us to follow him and was really awkward during the short interaction. We were sat down and waited 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement from anyone there. I saw several servers go in the back multiple times, looked in our direction, and kept walking. They didn't even take our drink order. Nothing. Even after asking for a server, nothing, and the employee that was asked had no enthusiasm whatsoever and didn't seem to care. I understand the football game was on, but the place isn't packed and was not that busy. Y'all need to do better. I won't be coming back.

Negative stars, understaffed, wait times were a farse, internet went out so my kids couldn’t cash out their tickets, we left after being told the wait was thirty minutes and we waited over two hours and still never got seated. Honestly don’t recommend restaurants in this part of town. They’re all understaffed and you’ll wait over an hour for food regardless of where you go
