I used to eat a Jimmy John’s at least 3 times a week but now the prices are so high and they can’t even make a decent sandwich anymore I’m done with the Jimmy John’s especially the ones in Little Rock I paid $11 for a sandwich yesterday that was nothing like what I ordered online and was just dry bread with a couple of slices of meat no extra vinegar and oils just terrible I have a credit at jimmy John’s in north Little Rock that I refuse to use because of the mother daughter team that works there and they are rude as hell now the one on west markham is bad to 🤦🏽‍♂️ guess it’s back to jersey mikes

My kids wanted to try Jimmy John's to see if it was better than Subway, so we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, this was our first and LAST visit. KC, the manager, provided TERRIBLE customer service. When we asked for help using the Jimmy John's app, he claimed he had no idea how it worked. At first, we were the only customers, yet we experienced a LONG WAIT TIME. Once KC finished making our subs, he placed them on the counter and stacked the bags on top, leaving us to bag them ourselves. However, a lady who came in after us was served first, and KC even bagged her order. KC also left the sub in the oven for too long to the point that the sub was too hard to eat. Jimmy John's located on Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas NEED A NEW MANAGER. SUBWAY IS A 100 TIMES BETTER FROM THE SUBS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a sandwich and specifically told them what I wanted on it as far as toppings. The gentleman asked me again what all I wanted on it. I said I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. I get home and this is what I have. Extremely frustrating and I don’t want to drive 20 minutes back so they can give me the toppings.

Never had a bad experience with JJ before. Ordered online with request for pickup ASAP. Arrived 15 minutes later and they had not begun to make the order. I redeemed one of my free rewards online and they didn’t include it. They also didn’t include a side pasta or a dessert cookie. They had no customers inside besides me and two cars in the drive thru. If you’re still reading, the Mediterranean chicken wrap is not worth the money, fyi.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent #4 Turkey Tom (regular) at Jimmy John's, especially after paying extra for avocado and receiving barely a tablespoon on the entire sub. Despite being a turkey sandwich, it contained only four pieces of turkey, which was surprisingly scant. The overwhelming flavor of onions, which I did not request, and the almost non-existent turkey presence made me question the sandwich's composition. Despite spending $13.96, the sandwich was largely unsatisfactory, consisting mainly of hard bread and minimal toppings. Given this disappointing experience, and the lack of visible or tasteful avocado despite an additional charge, I regret to say I won't be returning to Jimmy John's.

Just a warning!! Today when taking a bite of my sandwich I was greeted with a hair 🤮 I also promptly got food poisoning. I will no longer be eating here.
