Its domino's so it's nothing crazy but the food is decent the people friendly the service solid exactly what you would expect walking into any domino's

I placed an order online to be ready at 5:45: I arrived on time to pick up my order only to find out that an error was made and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. The employees debated on giving me this cheese pizza that was cooked 20 minutes ago but I announced my presence and that thought ended quickly. I didn’t get my pizza until 6:15 because they forgot to put a new cheese pizza in to complete my order. The employees said nothing to me during this time. Neither did they think to put my other 5 pizza under the warmer just keep them on the rack. The food was good, the kids enjoyed it but the service was terrible. I honestly don’t know how to feel about this restaurant. I’ll give him another attempt in the future when I’m calm.

i ordered a spinach feta and it came like this. one of the slices is just a piece of bread. they didn’t even bother to do something about it while slicing up the pizza 😅

Go to the another nearby store or Pizza Hut. The orders are consistently delivered wrong (last 3 out of 5 times) and their favorite thing is to put you on hold as soon as you call and let you sit until you hang up. Like, 3 times in a row. You won’t be helped unless you literally decline to be put on hold and interrupt them. Food is whatever, its Domino’s, we all know what we’re getting but the contempt for their customers is way above and beyond. Just find another place to order; it’s local to this store.

Avoid this location if possible. Overall quality of pizza poor. Toppings not distributed over pizza. Just dumped into one spot. Pizza not even cut evenly. Something seemed off on flavor and texture. Store was not busy, just no attention to quality. Might be my worst Dominos experience.

I can’t believe that dominos took 2 hrs to make my order and i have to wait for it in the store which it should be delivery in the first place i call 1 hr after i place my order and they told me that they where going to send the driver back with my food and never showered so i call again and ask to speak to the manager and they said that he was to busy so we when to the store and try to talk to him and he didn’t do or said nothing we ask for his boss phone number and he didn’t resolve the problem so by now it’s pass 12 and i still waiting for my order i don’t think its the right way to treat customers. I will not recommend im sorry but we cant be treated like this

I ordered food from this dominos not only is my pizza 80% cheese but look at my buffalo chicken look at this I hate this dominos this is the second time I have spent to much money to get food like this!!!

I’ve currently been waiting 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. The manager admitted to turning off the ETA tracker on the website and says he has no way of knowing if my order will be delivered in 30 minutes or 90+ minutes. I asked if he could maybe check in with the driver, he said no. I would be fine if our order was very delayed! But Dominos NEEDS to have a pop-up or a banner on their website saying that “orders are extremely delayed do you want to proceed?” Or ANYTHING so that as customers we can make an informed decision about how we’re spending our money. This feels super shady, and if you only have one delivery driver obviously you need to be offering better pay so you can have more drivers on staff.

Employees are furious they have to work and their extremely hateful towards the customers that's the attitude I got. The location on Rodney Parhamam is the worst I quit going there for around 8 months do to bad treatment.Decided to try again and low and behold the same treatment. That tells me management is bad and treat customers horribly. The reason I say that is when I asked for a management seems she automatically to Employees side.They could be making a lot more money but the help doesn't understand where their salary is coming from. I know customers can be rude,but I'm old enough to understand to be nice to whoever is preparing your food. Maybe she had rude customers before me don't take it out on me.

I paid for a pizza 3 hrs in advance to be picked up at a certain time I get there the pizza was not ready at all they said they were making it. I left came back 15 mins later they still didnt have my pizza so I waited another 20 mins im extremely irritated with this behavior

Ordered online for delivery. At 6:32 pm I got an email saying “your order is on its way”. At 7:15 no delivery yet. Called the store and they said the driver is leaving now. So why did they send a false email to me at 6:32?

i just left from getting a pizza & it was so raw when i bit into it . i feel so nauseous and sick this is unacceptable and they would NOT refund me ill never go to this horrible fast food restaurant again it’s HORRIBLE

The managers here are extremely rude our order was wrong and when I called back to complain, I was hung up on multiple times. They refused to give me the District manager information!

I had 2 pizza order one came back wrong my kids a a few slicse of the pizza before I realized it was the wrong pizza and they wouldn't credit me back for the pizza or remake the one I ordered this is not good customer service. I will never give them my business again. The lady was rude. Told me there was no manager even though the other lady I talked to said the manager would send me out a new pizza.
