Only their  Drive Thru at Arby's was open at their IH35 Live Oak location. No Dining In.   This is two years into the Covid Pandemic in which carryout is the  only means of dining.    There were five cars in front of me in the Drive Thru.   All were processed quite quickly.  No long waits between customers.    The call in order speaker was clear.   Ordered two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches to go and & to prevent over issuing,   limited the number of sandwich  sauces to two each of  Horseradish & Arby's.  The Rib sandwich is no longer on the menu; otherwise I would have added it to my order.  The sandwich was warm and delicious when I arrived home.

Not sure about including drinks in the bag with food. Is that a thing now? I ordered a kids meal roast beef with curly fries and apple juice...they threw the apple juice in the bag with hot food. I would rethink that or train your staff better.

I just paid $3 for Mac and cheese and they only gave me this small container worth about 50¢. Maybe this type of value for the money is why the drive through line was empty. The service was nice, but I probably won't be going back.

Customer Associate Karron Guillory Very Rude an Disrepectful While in drive thru there was a very feminine voice that wouldn't let us fully order. They continuously kept cutting us off an talking extremely fast. Once we got up to the window I asked him what he said, he rolled his eyes. Then got the order wrong. Trippled our order an then when we corrected him he rolled his eyes again. He changed the price from 28 to 22 to 16 he was not paying attention an being rude

Awful service! Nasty, disgusting experience! As I was eating my sandwich I had to pull a medium length to long red/brown hair out of my mouth!!! I spat out the food immediately! My husband went up to a complain when the manager finally came to the front she offered NO apology, nothing!! She only wanted to know how much of the sandwiches we ate!? We received a refund for my meal. The person who said she was the manager was the one who had hair that matched the hair I pulled out of my mouth!! Never ever again will we eat at this place again!! Hair nets and gloves should be required!!!!

I just went to the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front. Wasn’t really busy. I ordered 2 beef n cheddar meals and one sandwich barely had cheddar sauce and the other had none. What a waist of money.

Went through the drive thru. After I pulled away I noticed I did not receive the sliced onions I asked for. I parked and was getting out when I noticed after two drinks my large strawberry lemonade was empty. All I had was a glass completely full of ice. I realize I did not specify light ice but to only get two drinks from a large drink I believe is wrong. They gave me some sliced onions... Enough for 2 of the 4 sandwiches I bought. As for the drink they said they are required to fill the cup with ice. I may try a different Arby's to see if it is different but I will not come back here.

Went through the drive thru.. was asked my order ... I gave them my order 2 times and then was asked if I needed help with the menu... turn up your hearing aids and listen to your customers... no wonder there's nobody at your restaurant and there all over Next-door at wataburger. Waste of my time
