Best sandwich I have had. Everytime I eat one I am never disappointed. Service is fast and everyone is friendly and helpful

The gentleman working today at 3:50, I hope the manager will do something amazing for! He is so sweet and made my order super fast and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. He was amazing!! Way to go hiring a great individual who loves his job!!!

Service has been consistently excellent.....even during Covid-19. I love the fact they really have a roast beef sandwich that actually has the option for a significant amount of roast beef on it. When I want a sandwich, I want what I want and this location has delivered. (FYI: The dill pickles here are wonderful and worth the added cost to buy an entire dill pickle.....if you like them.)

Believe it or not. 1st time I've had a sandwich from this chain. This was one of the best sandwichs I've had from a chain restaurant. Very polite, and made the sandwich exactly as I asked. For a first time, they knocked it out of the park. I would like to thank them for such a wonderful sandwich. I'll definitely be back there when I come through town again. Great job to all the crew who work there. Great experience, and it's just a sandwich shop! That place made a fantastic sandwich, and made me a Jimmy John sandwich guy for sure. Check them out.

After working all morning up on Backcrack Ridge setting up the Ripley's device with Squiggles McGee, I couldn't wait for lunch! The Squig tells me about the best joint in Livermore is Jimmy John's...so off we went. And...he was right, the sandwiches were Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

This place is always great! The ladies that work in this shop are always smiling, always helpful, and always super quick!

The minimalistic approach to the sandwiches here is paradoxically the best part about this place, IMO. While a big fat sandwich stuffed with lettuce, tomato and the whole works may look more photogenic, this sandwich is every bit as good as any other. It becomes apparent with these sandwiches that sometimes less is more, the most welcome quality being how easy their size and shape makes them to eat, especially if you're looking for a bite to eat while on a drive.

The sandwich clerks were very friendly and accommodating, especially after we'd told them that that was our first visit. They took the time to explain the menu, options and extras. In the end, we ordered the number 9: Big Italian Night Club. I should explain that a full-sized sandwich there is an impressive 16"! My husband and I shared one full-sized sub, and it was more than enough for us. The bread was fresh, the meats savory, and the veggies crisp. In short, it was delicious! Did I mention that the service there is super fast? The dining area, as well as the restroom, is clean and well maintained. This particular store is far from our home town, but we did find one not too far from where we live. We hope that that Jimmy John's leaves us as impressed, and satisfied, as did this one.

10/28/24 @ 3:04 PM. Pulled up to the front window & parked. Lights were off. A woman was working inside When I looked inside the dark room and pulled on the door it was locked. The woman waved me off. I executed my “WTF” mindset right there in the car outside the shop and gave a 1 star write up on NextDoor about the business. As I was leaving the parking lot another guy in his car was pulling up with his window down and I yelled to him, “Don’t waste your time. They’re not open and I don’t know why. “ He yelled back to me that there is a power outage in that area right now. I looked around and sure enough, every business in the parking lot was dark. Man, did I feel stupid!! A lot of anger wasted right there in the parking lot creating a negative write-up on NextDoor and coming back and having to correct it after arriving at home. The GOOD NEWS is… This business caught my eye when I was searching for a lunch place when I was running about in town. Saw they had a sandwich that was made between two pickle halves!! I WILL be going back to try it!! Anybody on a low carbohydrate diet may really appreciate that too!! Never heard of such a thing before!! I give this place 5 stars now JUST for the idea and even though I haven’t tried it yet, it sounds like I can’t go wrong! After I get mine I’ll come back and repost. My apologies to Jimmy John’s for my mistake!! Like the fictitious character in the movie Terminator played by Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll be back!”

The best service and the freshest food. My order is usually ready before I’m even finished paying. Highly recommend.

My wife enjoys the variety of options they offer, and recently they introduced the toaster which makes their already delicious bread even better. I personally love the wide range of choices. Compared to Firehouse Subs it's nowhere near close. They didn't have a Philly cheese which I thought was shocking when I showed up. Better than your Subway however. But I gave it 4 stars due to the service. They hire great employees. Went to the Livermore location.

4 stars because I don't know how they put the sandwich together so quickly. They are conveniently placed down the road from Brushy Peak Regional Preserve which is where I had just finished my hike. The Italian on French bread is delicious.

Service was slow since the "internet" was down. Luckily, I had cash on me so I didn't have to let them copy down my debit card info in order to run it later. Other than that the sandwich itself was good!

First time stopping here cause I had a Xmas gift card. The ladies made my sandwich pretty good and packed it nicely too! Everything tasted fresh so that was great.

The #6 vegetarian sandwich is the best ! And it is so much fun to read the quotes (full of wisdom) on their walls.

They aren't on any delivery services 😞 We had to go pick it up. We tried the limited time offering of the Pickle Sandwhiches. They were good but probably won't order again.

I went out of my way to get a sub and thankfully it was delicious. The store, however, was not as pleasant. It is riddled with a dull, slow, and hostile vibe. I shan't return.

Let me tell you, I love! Jimmy John. Up in Idaho Jimmy Johns was the thing to get while studying for finals. Fast but delish and half way healthy food for delivery! So when it came to Livermore I was super Excited!!! But the first time I ordered it was a slow delivery, which I could understand. Livermore is a big place. But they never asked for a name on the order, and never gave me my total. And then they forgot a sandwich! Ugh. Then it took forever to get the last sandwich. Okay. But like I said I LOVE Jimmy Johns! So we got it again today. And still no total and still no name on the order. And this time they got the order wrong. I asked for a #2, #5, and a #12. Instead we got 2 #5s and 2 #12s. (And yes I asked them to read me back my order, and yes I told them what I wanted twice.) As exciting as it is to have a Jimmy Johns... I don't think I'll be ordering from them for delivery for a while. Maybe they'll get training or a new manager or something and by then things to shape up. When ordering on the phone for delivery triple check. It's needed.

Ordered a tuna sandwich and it was very bland and it wasn’t worthy of the price, or the $5 tip. What bothered me the most is the tall male cashier who helped us order our food was rolling out the bread dough without gloves then he proceeded to the trashcan and then back to the counter the whole time no gloves We won’t be eating there again

I actually had to ask if someone would be willing to take my order then it was sloooooow. Been back a few times, same problem. Also, this is now an expensive Jimmy Johns, they want $11 for a sandwich. I understand prices go up, but that's a lot more than the other franchises in the area charge. I can handle slow, but slow and a bad deal? Pass.

So extremely disappointed. I was so very much looking forward to my turkey/avocado sandwich for dinner on Monday evening. 1st bite was shockingly salty, next bite, same shock. I got 3 bites in and had to throw it out. Absolutely inedible, it was so overly salty. I left a feedback on their website and haven't heard a word from them. It was less than 30 minutes from when I picked up my order that i ledt feedback. Lesson learned.

I ordered my sandwich at 11:16am. It was confirmed at the store at 11:20am. It is now 12:07pm and still have not received anything. I called the store and it took 5 rings for someone to answer the phone. And then I asked for a refund. I will NEVER order from them again. Let’s see if they give me a refund.

I went for the T-Mobile offer drove 30 min and they said the deal expired because people were abusing it..... Also I ended up just paying for the sandwich it was rock as a hard not sure if their suppose to be this way but the bread was so hard and cold. I wanted to go back and say something, but I just wanted to get back home it was getting really late, and I had things to do.

One question for JJ’s. How do you call yourself a sandwich shop and not have pastrami??? Ridiculous.

The employees at the register is playing around with orders and I didn’t like the hygiene standards they were following while making my sandwich. Sandwich is made by some new employee I believe and she is playing around with the Sandwich asking tons of questions on how to make it properly. Hair is falling on the front and is literally inches away from the sandwich.

I i usually always go to Jimmy Johns because I love their sandwiches but a couple weeks ago I had a very bad experience , I’m not sure the workers name but she had brown hair and dressed tom boy-ish. She was very rude while taking my order and had an attitude, I asked for light condiments on my sandwich and she sighed very loudly multiple times, she even coughed over my sandwich whereas I saw spit come out so I ended up saying that I didn’t want it. I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but not the workers, very bad experience here and very unsanitary workers here, would not recommend this location but I tried to come again to give it a benefit of the doubt but the same workers were there and I wasn’t even acknowledged for 5 minutes when there was nobody else in line because they were both playing around and chatting it up, Jimmy Johns please hire better workers. Thank u

TERRIBLE overall experience. I tried calling in, phone was passed back and forth between employees, huge language barrier. So I went on the app - Tip is FORCED and prompts DOUBLE tip option. No way to edit or cancel order and the meal is significantly overpriced. No parking around 2:30 in the afternoon at this location. I immediately deleted the app. Will not spend my money at this location (or Jimmy John's due to my experience with this store) again.

This is not a very smart business model. Apparently the extra 2 minutes of delivery time will cause the sandwich to go rancid and that's why they won't deliver to me. They've probably lost a few thousand bucks over the last few years as I'd order 3 times a week. Make it make sense
