I've only been here one time, but that one time was great. The employees were both super nice and just chatty enough. The Polar Swirl I got was good, and my wife reported that the Hot Wings were good as well.

The staff are the most friendly people every time I come here! They might forget an item once and a while but, I don’t blame them with how busy the drive thru gets. However, they are so nice about it when you go back and ask them. So I recommend just making sure you have all your items before leaving. The inside is extremely clean and has a fun retro look. The food is made perfectly every time, never had a bad experience. They are doing something right!

Stop in for a quick bite. Handi-cap stardards were perfect, very clean bathrooms. Big parking lot. Open spacious seating with booths and tables. Very clean and nicely decorated with easy thread and understand menus. Staff was very happy and pleasent to interact with. Food quality was great with good serving proportions. The food was good and came out hot with a short wait. I haven't been in many years so I was surprised by the prices, but no worse than Chick-fil-A prices for a better sandwich in my opinion. I do love the fresh made rootbeer too.

The service was awesome. It was very fast and they even gave me a large beverage for accepting a twelve piece extra crispy I was going to order in the first place. Additionally, there was a displeased customer shouting about a missing biscuit, so the entertainment was exciting. The KFC associate was prompt on giving the rowdy customer what she asked for but all in all, I think she ate it and wanted a freebie. Good times

This KFC plus A&W is a combined fast food place. I had the A&W fish and chips with soda pop which was delicious for $6.99. The place was neat and clean & not crowded. The service person was courteous and helpful, and had the food ready within 5 minutes. Try them out.

We just had the best service and customer service from this KFC. The manager went the extra mile for us. We very much appreciated it. You don't find customer service like this anymore.

I always have a great experience at this KFC location. The food is consistently fresh and hot. The staff are truly amazing who make every visit feel welcoming and smooth. They are friendly professional and always treat customers with genuine kindness which makes a big difference. Came here tonight to get some food and some amazing root beer on the way home from work. I pulled up at 9:35pm on December 3rd 2019. They stated that they were closed and was out of chicken?!?!?!?! Huh?!?!?!? They said to go through the drive through and that they can help us that way instead. We drove up to the drive thru and they stated that they can't do any food at all. When we pulled up to pay just for the drinks and they offered the 2 med root beers for free for the inconvenience. I was going to put one star but was thankful that they tried to take care of us for the inconvenience. Thank you 🙂

I had 3 piece fried chicken. Asked for Extra crispy. This is on a weekday around lunch hour. Chicken was hot, fresh and crispy. Drive through was quick. Overall I felt the taste was above average. I would say 7.5/10 for the chicken.

Dad loves fried chicken. So, as a post dentist appt treat; I took him to KFC. I liked the option of ordering through their Drive Thru Window, so that's what we did. The wait wasn't long, even though there were 3 cars in front of us. I ordered 2pc Dark Meat Chicken Meal and the 3pc Tenders Meal. Dad liked the chicken and said the mashed potatoes were really good; (they could use a little more gravy though). Mom liked the extra crispy tenders and her cookie. The only MAJOR disappointment were the fries. They were really nasty! They tasted like they were fried in really old oil. They had a distinct flavor of oil that had turned and ruined the entire meal. Nasty.

Make sure you check your order before you leave otherwise you might be disappointed. Food is always KFC good if you actually get what you ordered it's a quick satisfying meal.

I've decided not to use the app for KFC anymore I'll wait in drive thru instead. The app has messed up my drink on the last 2 orders and my side on the last order. I changed the side when prompted and put my drink in when prompted but it ordered the default coke and mashed potatoes with gravy. I caught the drink issue bc it had happened before... The side dish was a new issue. It might be convenient to use the app might be quicker... But if you get the wrong food it's not really.

Its been awhile since we'd been to kfc and once i was there i remembered why. It baffles me how a place called Kentucky fried chicken doesnt have chicken ready at 6.30 at night? We always have to wait for them to make chicken? The staff is friendly and the place is clean and not overly busy. Once you get the food its tasty. Maybe because they're paired up with A&w they sell more burgers than chicken?

10/2022: Open for dining in but they are a bit slow to deal with the increasing demands. Had to wait 25 minutes to get our order because they ran out of cooked chickens. Only had a staff of 2.

The young Mexican boy (Alendro, I think) was awesome, great service, tipped that kid. But the food wasn't good cold and wasn't fresh.

Friendly cashiers. Fast service. I've only ordered here about 3 times and via drive thru. Last 2x theres something missing. Today it was a cookie missing and by technicality applesauce was missing from the kids meals last time and this time (which maybe I'm missing it but I still can't find where they are listed on the drive-thru menu) however upon going inside to ask, apparently they dont have applesauce or the apple juice pouches sold there that other KFC's do.. and apparently they do not sell apple pies here either. At least there was good customer service regarding not having the applesauce for the kids meals.

It was kind of a pain because they still haven't opened the inside (even though it's been allowed now), NOT even for takeout! So if you really want KFC, it's DRIVE THRU ONLY. They no longer make the potato wedges (fat fries) but the new ones are still really yummy. They're shaped more like typical fast food fries, but they have some sort of little crispies on the outside (think of it like a LITTLE bits of bread crumbs LIGHTLY sprinkled on them before frying) along with a little seasoning (but nothing super strong or overpowering).

This is historically a very badly run KFC. Dirty restrooms, seemingly haven't been cleaned in years. Patrons leave their garbage out on the tables and it doesn't get cleared. Eating area disordered and garbage cans full. Long wait for service, badly managed staff. McDonalds just across the parking lot is such an improvement on everything except perhaps the basic menu options, since this place offers both Fried chicken various and A&W burgers.

Not a big fan of KFC, but commercial looked pretty good so I thought I'd give it another try-2 for $6...regretted it after first bite. Crispy chicken sandwich not so crispy (soggy and a little gristley) and looked nothing like the commercial (chicken strip on a bun, lot of bun, not a lot of chicken). Also had the pot pie, not too bad, only reason for the 2-Stars. Reasonably priced if you have no other options.

The guy who tried to take my order seemed to be drunk and or hi. Took my order wrong and just kept giggling to himself. Wouldn't trust anyone like that to handle my food.

I ordered 2 chicken pot pie to go. When I reached home I got something like chicken nuggets on top of mashed potatoes. WTF? I ordered this from the counter too.

Very happy to enjoy a family meal. my kids and I prefer thighs and legs and I know their savings money keeping the breasts. unfortunately my request was denied and I'm willing to pay more but unfortunately again I have to get what they want to give me. Good to know now so I can go to el pollo loco were I never have to deal already these. We are having very hard time with money and business but they still don't believe customer service. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 Reese's Twisters here and they barely put anything in them, both topping an ice cream wise.... they were less then half full. Lesson learned won't stop by this location again

I do not recommend this store to anyone. The food came out ok. It came out greasier then I'm used to. But what I'm really upset about is how dirty the palace is. Drinks and food are sitting at the tables after people leave. There is food all over the floor. The tables look like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. And as I was the only costumer there, nobody came out to clean. Even as I write this in front of the store I still don't see anyone out there cleaning.

I am working here in Livermore for the next few weeks and wanted to purchase something that I could stretch into a few meals so I bought an 8 piece (chicken only). Out of the 8 pieces there are two pieces that can actually eat!! The rest is left over for who knows how many days!!! It is dried out and disgusting!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!! I had to give 1 star to writ this review! I'd give it a zero..... it is gross and horrid service. The food was so gross the fry oil was old I could tell bye the taste of the food, I've always worked in restaurants so old oil leaves a bad taste food poisoning is a garentee here... they never have pot pies ready they never have corn bread. The people are dirty an repulsive looking druggies. It's the worst place ever I'd rather eat 7-Eleven food at least it's clean and fresh!

Every table in the place was dirty, I had to get napkins from the front counter, wet them at the drink center just to wipe the table off. Customer service isn't one of the items they are trained on either. My food was half prepared sitting on the back of counter for 10 minutes. This was my first time here and definitely my last.

The restaurant was really dirty. Quite a few of the tables were dirty with previous dinners mess left. The floor was so sticky our feet stuck to it as we walked. Food crumbs all over the floor. The women's room was also dirty. Will not go back to this restaurant.

I was a little upset last time I went in. The chicken was old , I asked for butter they gave me 1 and 1 honey for my 12 biscuits. The service was really slow, there were about 5 employees, but 3 were on there phone close to the drive thru.

Livermore location off of Vasco Rd, the place was absolutely filthy. Chicken had been sitting there quite a while. No customers but still had to wait for service. When food was ready, it was cold! NEVER AGAIN!

This is a horrible KFC the lobby is generally closed for a variety of reasons maintenance and lack of staff. Food is always a day old. And you can not place 2 orders at once when going through the drive through can only be paid for with one card, come on this is the 21st century. Will never eat there again horrible horrible service and food at this KFC

Manager was rude and disrespectful. We did never received our order and when the driver called to tell us that the manager claimed our food was already delivered we could here her yelling at him in the background. The driver put her on the phone and all she could say was she didn't know what to tell us. I get that in the service industry it is easy to make mistakes amd give the food out to the wrong customer but some accountability is necessary. We paid for food we never got and then got yelled at by a manager who probably made a mistake giving it out or accepting it.... terrible experience and my family won't be supporting this establishment anymore.

This place is allways slow. The few times I come by to give it another shot I regret it. I asked for my money back this time and will not be returning. Floors and tables are nasty. Extremely disrespectful employees. After asking for a combo meal the cashier neglected to ask for the drink of choice. We politely asked if we should advise on the choice of drink and we're met with a poor attitude as this individual decided to not acknowledge their oversight and just proceed with the order and I taking the drink types
