My father LOVES FAST FOOD! Well, not all fast food. But he does love Wendy's. Especially their burgers and chili. Now, I only go inside to order.(FYI; it's always clean). I never go through the drive thru. The people are all courteous and fast. I also go inside because I can ask for a freshly cooked burger, done his way. It's a little longer, but it's worth it! I don't eat fast food, but I have had their chili and it's yummy. When we went in today though, I was hungry. I ordered an Apple Pecan Salad, (full size), and it was so good! Fresh, good size and satisfying. I say go! But take the time to go inside. **Plus, you won't know about the specials, unless you go inside and pass the posters advertising their specials!

Quick service, friendly staff, just could have been a little cleaner. Trash scattered and when I got out of my car right in front of front door I stepped in either vomit or spilled food.

Mustard on Hamburgers? Well, it was a nice touch. We stop at Airway Chevron going north or south on 580 so there are great restrooms, snacks or drinks, and a meal if needed. But gas prices are the highest in the area.

About to hit the road and stopped to get our teenage boys lunch, (it's a app and savings thing😉). Anyway, I really don't know how to comment about fast food, I mean, it's fast food. It was hot, it was exactly what we expected and it was served with a smile. Great Wendy's!

I haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a long time. Stopped by yesterday and ordered a taco salad. I’ve been getting taco salads from Wendy’s for years. They’ve changed. First, they are much smaller, second they no longer give you sour cream nor do they give you salsa. And the chips are now pieces versus the full tortilla chip. Second, we went through the drive-through. Our food was sitting there and the person working the window just ignored us and continued to take drive-through orders. I understand there’s a process but priority should always go to the hot food sitting there waiting for the customer at the window. We also requested ranch for our Nuggets but we’re giving barbecue sauce. Thankfully, we caught it before we left and when we asked for ranch, they gave us one single packet. The Wendy’s on Vasco’s service is 100 times better.

I come here once or twice every few weeks, It's jointed In with a gas station not far from the freeway. I ordered the new Alaskan Fish sandwich and gave it a try and I like it, they gave me a fresh hot piece of fish and asked me to park my car on the side. Only waited about 5 minutes and It was worth it because I got fresh hot fries too. The flavor was delicious and food was nice and hot. I believe I came at a good time of the day, very good service. The second time I came to order the sandwich was a little bit different and felt rushed to say my order. This was around 8 at night, much different service. The French fries were more hard and my soda was flat, no fizz. Best time to come here Is the afternoon.

Doesn’t food need to be a specific temperature to sell? Why do I keep getting cold food here? Will not be returning.

I purchased chicken tenders and french fries. The chicken was dry & the fries became un-chewable as if they weren't real. I tried to return them but the supervisor said that I need to speak with her manager because of the date. I have a kid in ICU on Life Support so I couldn't return the food the next day. I came by one day & the restaurant was closed early. I also had to locate the receipt which took some time. Wendy's is worth $1.64 Billion Dollars, they can afford to Refund my money. I want my money back.

I’ve been here to eat a couple times but had a bad experience today. My daughter’s hamburger was raw and I didn’t notice until she was almost done with it. I went to tell the staff about it but they just thought I wanted another one, but I only wanted to tell them that if she were to get sick it would be their fault. They had a bad attitude about it, not even offering an apology.

Horrible experience!! Came here to order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese meal. Came home to find only cheese in it!! Guy working past 11pm can’t hear!! I just flew 10+ hours and was looking forward to my first meal all day but nope!

Gas station location. Bought food through the drive thru. No ketchup no straws no napkins no spoons. Called in lady hung up then wouldn't answer afterwards. Went in next morning management was courteous and was willing to give a free meal which was nice. Good management horrible drive thru employee. 1 bad employee can ruin a business. She certainly did that. No name needed, if you encounter her you'll know. PS we're at the Hilton at 10pm so the need items were essential
