Solid Experience, ordered the spicy Houston with a side of onion rings and and fries. The order came out fairly quick, and the food was good. But what was really special was the Oreo shake, which is perhaps the best part of the meal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Went shopping yesterday and found this place inside the food court. Probably the best tasting food in the outlets. Chicken now scares me, their food isn't fresh so it's cool that Johnny rockets has pretty bomb chicken tenders, my girlfriend got a burger I wish I would have too. Maybe we just went on a slow day but it's worth the price considering it's not pre-cooked food (every other place has precooked food sitting out) and a burrito from chipotle is 8 dollars. 5 stars

Pretty good burger - took some time till I finally got it

Their burgers didn't look very good, but tasted good. First of all, as you can see in my picture, The Original burger has a lot of vegetables. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, I guess. I like vegetables very much, so I appreciated this point. I enjoyed a good harmony between the vegetables and source. Then, I liked the buns. It was crispy and a little salty. I thought it was very good to have it with a beef patty. It would be better if it would have a better shape. When we visited here, their service was good. It was about 11am on Saturday, and there weren't a lot of people in the food court.

The Johnny Rockets is one of the many restaurants in Premium Outlets. We selected this one because price was reasonable. Employee was kind and polite. Ordered burgers looked strangely, but it tasted very good. I can recommend this place, it is also wheelchair accessible.

We ate at a food court in an outlet mall. The burger, fries and shake were tasty. A little overpriced and seething in the food court was an issue. The buzzer system to get your food when it was ready was very effective.

Food looks great But flavor is mediocre at best... Asked for ketchup and i was given only two packets!

I ordered a milkshake from the place and it was $10 with tax. As for food, the burgers are decent. It’s nothing too crazy other than their prices. So if you ever gonna buy food here don’t make it a daily thing.

I went to buy fries and a bacon cheddar burger, and on the board it says if we want to add fries it would be 2.99, however they charged us 4.99. I didn’t realize this until after I ate all the fries. When I went back to go get a refund they said I couldn’t get one, because the fries were eaten. However I had the receipt to prove it and they told me “you should have payed attention when you were paying” they put the blame on me.

This place is TRASH. 16.74 for a disgusting burger , fries and drink.

I order the smokehouse burger with fries and an iced tea. Total was $18 so I expected it to be legit. Guy at the register was nice. I loved that bbq ranch sauce when I was growing up so I hoped to scratch the nostalgia itch while at the outlets. Not even close to as good as the Johnny Rockets I remember as a kid. Burger was small and didn’t taste like the fresh patties that they used to use. Bacon was sad and flappy like fast food bacon, it used to be legit. I got food poisoning from my meal and spent the night with painful cramps and an all-together awful experience. I’m not going to go into details, but it was unbearable. Never going to a Johnny Rockets ever again.

The cashiers are friendly and helpful however the portion size is way off. The burger shown on the menu at this place is big and tall. The burger I got was practically just 2 buns with barely anything inside. The patty was tiny, barely put any bacon inside. When I got it, I literally thought they just gave me 2 buns. The burger displayed in the menu compared to the burger I got is completely different and this is clearly a case of false advertising and misrepresenting an item. Even Burger King burgers matches their advertisements better than what is being sold here (and you know Burger King does a pretty bad job already). The fries and onion rings serving was sort of ok. The fountain drink I got was half ice. I paid $16 for a burger, a serving of half onion ring and half fries, and a drink. It was not worth it at all and barely filled me up. I would highly not recommend eating here. Even the place called Chicken Now in the same food court gives better serving sizes for the same price. If you are really hungry after shopping at the mall, do yourself a favor and drive yourself to Hacienda Crossings in Dublin (not too far of a drive, around 2 miles down the road after you get on Dublin Blvd). The restaurants at this shopping center is way better and more fairly priced than any of the restaurants in this food court.
