I visited this bakery for the first time and found that they had very few options. We tried the egg tarts, chocolate mousse, and tiramisu. We personally enjoyed the tarts the most. Having experienced bakery items from a variety of places, I would say this bakery has potential but could improve by offering a wider selection.

I remember trying 85C bakery when it first opened and we weren't really impressed with it. Fast forward a couple of years, we decided to try it again and was pleasantly surprised with how much we like it better now. Maybe what we chose this time around were the right ones. In any case, we bought these: * mochi egg tart - good, this will be a repeat buy! * taro mochi boroh - another repeat buy, mildly sweet and the bread itself was good * Hokkaido cheese tart - good * mooncakes - solid selection and we're happy we availed of the 3+1 offer

There were a big variety of baking goods. There was also a long line to pay because of their kiosk wasn’t working and there was only two cashiers. But it was worth the wait, delicious and fresh lemon cup cakes and some ube bread filling

Came in today to get their Monday special: buy 1 get 1 free sea salt teas. Unfortunately, I am allergic to all seafood (including carrageenan which is seaweed). After my drink was made, I didnt realize that the sea salt cream was made with heavy cream. Some heavy cream contains carrageenan. When I told the person who made my drink of my allergy, she immediately said she could make me another without the cream. I was very happy by their customer service. Their indoor seating isn't very large. However, there are plenty of outdoor seating. I am deducting a point because the restroom was not very clean.

Visually appealing and clean environment. Lots of parking in the shopping center parking lot. Restrooms in the building. The pastries and breads are fresh and good quality, and the staff is generally friendly. Also have coffee and boba, so a good place to hang out in free time.

More spacious than most 85Cs, but as this branch is extremely popular, they do run out of popular items. It's nice that the labels include calories, for those of us who are dieting. One star off, as quality is not top notch (true of all 85Cs), but there's enough variety that you'll likely find something you like at a reasonable price/fair value. It's nice to have one in the neighborhood.

My first time here, not so long ago opened, very impressed. Just across the San Francisco Premium Outlet, this cozy bakery cafe has a variety of sweets to satisfy your cravings. Freshly baked tarts, buns, rolls, custards, panna cottas, mango custards, velvet cakes, cheesecakes, and many more delectable stuffs. They have Coffee Monday Special, Buy one get one free sea salt coffee. The bakery is self service style, pick your tray and choose your goodies displayed in glasses, cleaner that way, but quite hard to get what you want when you’re holding the tray and thong! But everything they sell are just delicious! I’d come back for another try.

Love the snacks and pastries but by far one of the most unhealthy options for food. Unfortunately most stores don't care about our health and well being and in the end it's about money.

Went in for the first time and got the croissant, jalapeño and cream cheese. It was very delicious, but I recommend the establishment to do some cleaning. The inside of the store was really dirty. The front door was really dirty. it’s not something that happened overnight. You can tell the dirt buildup on the floors under the shelfs Was there for months. All in all good desserts.

Even though I very much like, and enjoy every time, I am at this franchise, this location seemed a bit down and needs some attention. Especially the sanitary conditions and wing bakery selection (although the last one could be due to the end of the day). Came in at 6 PM and almost got to the empty shells of bakery. Even though I’ve picked two, to please, my sweet tooth, however, I think the cells should have a bit more to choose from. Good and pleasant service did brighten up the visit. Pretty authentic light fixtures in the main hall vaulted ceilings did impress. Bathroom condition on the way out is the one that truly disappointed. Looking forward to coming back and increasing my rating once improved.

We orded the Tiger Boba Tea and Pudding Tea. Drinks were purely milk, no tea inside. They also forgot the boba I added in my Pudding Milk Tea, I paid extra for boba too. They basically made our drinks purely milk, I've been too other 85c's and they're drinks tasted much better and they didn't forget the boba or tea inside it. Not going too that location ever again.
