They gave me a water coffee. It was the last in the coffee maker and she had to put a new bag. Still, she gave me a very old and weak cup of coffe. The soft cinabons were very good though.

The pizza pretzel tasted awesome. Just like pizza crust!

I found it strange that Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's were in the same shop, but I love both so hey, why not! I came here for the Cinnabon though. I grabbed a box of six to go, and I grabbed a mini for myself to enjoy right then. The rolls that I took home had really thin layers; I'm not sure whether it was just that box or what, but it wasn't too great. I'm used to thick layers from Cinnabon, so I was disappointed by the quality. At $24.68 post-tax for the six in the box and a mini, Cinnabon has gotten quite pricey but it's worth it once in a while!

No longer at this location, now across from Holister. Called Auntie Anne’s Cafe. Go to the L of Starbucks. Not on the chipotle side.

By far the worst Cinnabon I've ever had. Literally didn't even taste like a Cinnabon at all. Such a disappointment.

I asked for a chocolate mocha chillata and I noticed the guy was being lazy making it he ran out of whipped cream and just put a blob of what the can had left.

I came to Abercrombie and made the stop for some water but is chilling outside and I was looking to buy room temperature water… they didn’t handle so I told to the guy ok give that cold bottles of water and one cup of hot water, I can buy it as a tea but not tea at all since I just want the water to be good for us to drink. He said no I can’t sale that to you. I will pay for that hot water plus with bottles and some Cinnabon but he said it no since is a policy. Which I don’t get it !! Why you refuse to sale someone thing according to the weather?

Okay, Cinnabon is not my issue. It's the employee. I was nice and patient, but not the employee. Terrible customer service. I honestly don't understand why other ethnic groups believe they're better than African Americans. Please make it make sense. I will not come back to this location.

I ordered a jalapeño pretzel dog and pepperoni pretzel bites and mini cinnamon rolls. Pretzel dog was horrible! It was burned and tasted a few days old the jalapeños were shriveled up like they were so old the pretzel bites tasted hard and so so greasy and the mini cinnamon rolls were hard. It just tasted like the food had just been sitting there for a couple days and they just warmed it up again. paid $46 for those things SMH I’m disappointed, Cinnabon.

2 drinks, 1 pretzel, 2 pretzel bites and a mini cinnamon roll came to little over $29.00... I had to take back the shake for a soda because it was mostly bits of ice and not tasty. Pretzel bites most of it was dumped, mini cinnamon roll was very disappointing so it got dumped also. The whole pretzel, not sure if anyone ate it, horrible food choice that day. Wish I could have gotten a full refund.

This Cinnabon does NOT take rewards in the mobile app despite being an available location to place a mobile order. The Stoneridge Mall one in Pleasanton is closed now, but they used to take rewards in the mobile app.
