My experience at this location was absolutely wonderful, especially since it was my first time visiting. From the moment we were seated, our server, Carlos, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He consistently checked in on our table to make sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our time. Carlos is extremely charismatic, caring, and full of positive energy, which made the overall atmosphere feel joyful, comfortable, and safe. His ability to multitask while still providing warm, personal service truly stood out. His excellent service turned a great meal into an exceptional experience, and he played a huge role in making my first visit memorable. I would happily return and hope to be served by him again.

Great service! Very delicious breakfast food! Everything was absolutely spotless when we got here. The bathrooms were clean, we were served with kindness and thoughtfulness considering the early hour we came in at and the fact that i’m not a morning person. I was very pleased. Overall, it was very organized. Definitely coming back!

This is our second visit to Dennys 5his year and we are very happy with this location. Maggie was friendly and welcoming and took our order quickly, correctly and without any rush or hesitation. The food arrived fresh and hot and we were all very happy. From the Nachos, to the breakfast burrito and the pancakes everything was great. We will be back.

Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic during my visit! She greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome right away. My order came out quickly and exactly as I requested. One more incredible experience dining at Denny's! The Avocado Bacon Burger was cooked to perfection and arrived hot and fresh. Every bite was delicious, and the fries were the perfect golden-brown complement. To top it off, the Coca-Cola was perfectly chilled. The service was what truly made the meal stand out—the staff was beyond attentive and made sure my entire experience was exceptional. I can't wait to go back for another one!

Diego is the best. We are a regular here and every time we come here he gives us excellent service. He should be promoted to a manager position and I am saying this as a businessman who has wine and dined in some of the best restaurants in the world. The restaurant itself is always nice and clean with a nice and soothing music always played in the background. We always come and stay for at least a couple of hours and have had nothing but excellent experience every single time.

A few months ago, we came in for breakfast and lunch. We wanted hot coffee and for some reason the waiters didnt want to make fresh coffee. Instead they heat up the coffee using the microwave. Really? A restaurant chain heating up coffee with a microwave and not wanting to make fresh pot for the customer. The food was okay and can be better. We going to try to visit again soon hopefully expectations is better dining experience.

I dined at this Denny's location with my Family a couple of weeks ago after shopping at the outlets; it was around 6pm and not busy at all when we go there. We were promptly seated and our server, Diego(at least that is the name on the receipt, he never actually introduced himself to us and wasn't wearing a name tag), took our drink order and brought them out to us. After this is when things started going downhill, keep in mind that there were only a couple of other tables occupied in the restaurant and there were two servers. It took another 10-15 minutes for our server to come back and take our food order; after that, we asked for coffee and drink refills twice and they never came until I flagged him down for a third time and asked him to bring refills again. All of the food we ordered came out cold(or at best, room temperature); one of my family members ordered the classic sampler and the chicken wings were as if they had not even been cooked, their mozzarella sticks were not gooey, and the onion rings were chewy; another member ordered the zesty nachos and they were cold and the chips were stale; another ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and the gravy & mashed potatoes were cold and bland. We brought all of our concerns about the food quality to Diego's attention twice; especially concerning the person who ordered the sampler because those items should have been HOT! However, he shrugged it off and said that he pulled it right off of the counter from the kitchen and that he would have to charge us to remake the dish. Which, I understand it's not his fault but the way he handled the situation definitely is not the way to handle an upset customer who received cold food. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, and he informed us that there wasn't one available(which perplexes me, why would you not have someone in charge to make these kind of decisions while the restaurant is open?). I also asked if he could just remove the item from our check and he said that he was not allowed to do that and for any complaints, I would have to contact Denny's corporate(which I did, but is still not a good experience and the restaurant should just be taking care of their customers instead of making them do the extra work for help). Overall, this was a horrible experience for people who regularly eat at Denny's locations throughout the Bay, Sacramento, and the Central Valley. If the manager of this location is reading these reviews; please empower your staff to make decisions on your behalf when you aren't there. If someone has an issue with their food, just remake it or offer them a different dish; every other restaurant does it and does not put their customers through the hassle of reaching out to customer service for help. This is a sit-down, fast-casual restaurant; this is not Chipotle, Mc-Donalds, or Burger King; do better.
