El Pollo Loco

I eat here like 4 times a week! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They never mess up my order, never forget to put the salsa in the bag. All the employees are super nice, always offer extra things to add to the order and the manager Elena is top tier. She always makes sure to make it personal and welcoming it feels like I'm going to my moms house. I never thought I'd say that about a fast food place haha but I just love them here. 10/10 recommend.

I wasn't too sure what to expect when coming here but I had a coupon mailer and wanted to try it out. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service by a young gentleman who had positive energy and looked like he enjoyed his job. When asked, "tortillas?" as a first timer, I said, "yes" and Al followed up with, "flour or corn?" I felt silly but he guided me with the options, including the sauces. After finishing our meal, he greeted us goodbye with his friendly smile.

I was greeted by Sandra immediately upon entering. She was very friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. I will definitely be back.

The lady helping me out was super friendly! She handed out a flyer to helped me save $$$. The chicken we got (family combo with 12 pcs legs and thighs) were succulent and tasty!

This Pollo Loco location is definitely one of the best around. After being a customer for over 5 years the quality has remained so consistent and tasty. The staff are extremely hospitable and friendly, and the manager Maria is very understanding and helpful. If you want cheap, healthy, and reliable food I would go here 10/10.

Partner got the street bowl, only available in the App Double chicken tostada with avocado(not overly ripe^^^ just right, and their dressing is very tasty Partner upset that soda machine sold out of the mango lime . I wish they and more eateries would have plain soda water so some of us can dirty up our drinks and make them less sweet. A heathier choice would be nice right?

Glad there is a branch here as the nearest Boston Market is far too distant. Five stars for their chicken, but their burritos are inedible (no flavor or freshness in the rice and oversalted chicken) - go to Chipotle instead for burritos.

Absolutely horrible I ordered a pollo bowl with just chicken due to my dietary restrictions I can’t have anything else. I usually get a size able portion from any other pollo loco compensating for the lack of everything else.. but nope! I paid five dollars for a laughable pathetic amount of chicken shame on the employees they act like it comes out of their pockets.

Chicken 🐣 🍗 is no fresh, it is stiff and super skinny, it actually looks like a quail 👎🏻. Super expensive salad for the quality and size. Why do they abuse? do the owners have quality control?

I am on a very tight budget and fast food is a treat for me…I have ate at the Dublin ca 6-7 times in the past with no complaints, but this time was different..I did an online survey and got $3 off all 8 piece chicken only meal…The guy at the drive thru window was very nice but the chicken, oh my GOD, had obviously been sitting on the grill warming for way too long…The skin was so tough like leather was not edible …And the meat was sooo dry…This was my one treat myself meal for the week and it was literally not edible…I ended up throwing most of it away…I’m so disappointed!!!
