YUM! Never disappoints! I order for pickup in-store, it’s always ready when I arrive (in the past I’ve had issue with this in other locations). Yay! They always get my order correct. Double Yay! && It is SO swift & easy to get in and go. Yay Yay YAY! Today I had to snap a photo of my gorgeous bowl - it was picture perfect: The Vitality Bowl + shaved coconut & bee pollen, plus I added more honey when I got home. 😋🥥🐝🍯 - Very Happy Loyal Livermore Customer
Out of all the vitality bowls I've been to this one is hitting the spot! Pretty fresh lately I'll be coming back for sure. Especially when the heat starts!
Açaí bowls and smoothies were delicious! Very friendly staff and order came out quick in a timely matter.

The food was deliciously natural, got a pressed juice too. Just what we wanted and needed! Jackson, the staff, was so nice to explain the contents, made our salads, the super greens and the power pesto! We'll be back! Reasonable costs too!
Wow! This place has definitely turned around. The food seems very fresh, the wait times are shorter and the staff is a lot nicer. They have a new manager running the place and it seems they're turning things around. Id definitely come try this location again

I hope the owner might be reading reviews. I have been going to this place for years now. In the past, I had an experiences where the employees close the shop and they are roaming outside. I dont remember the dates, but just on 25.11.2025 the guy closed the shop around 6:15 pm. But their timings are 8 to 7.

I have to write this review Because owner needs to know . I order a lot from the Livermore location. I can handle some of the other inconsistencies but I get most upset when I order a Large paying extra and my bowl comes half full. This is my meal and I paid $21 total with doordash , and I’m not full!!! It feels like a snack and i feel ripped off. This is the 3rd time it came half full and today, came half full and no strawberries. I order from this location because it’s the closest and I want to continue to order bc I love vitality bowl, but if these inconsistencies continue, no longer.
Would not recommend! Rating a 1 as I can't do a 0. The chicken was hardly warm. The salad was slimy and unfresh. When we were ordering at lunchtime most the food wasn't available and no juice options as the juicer was out of order.
Honestly i really liked this place when i first tried it, but after this second time ive come to the conclusion that this is expensive for what it is. They put this in a microwave, and its very clear that nothing is fresh about this except the spinach lol. And i ended up finding a bug in my food??? For 16-18$ its not worth it, literally take your money anywhere else . The rice was mushy like it was made 1-2 days ago. Even the radishes were soggy like they were cut and left behind for 2 days. I wouldnt even feed this to my dog over concerns of getting my dog sick
This the dragon bowl served when you order. You pay for full but they serve half empty. When I questioned the guy he said this is how they serve. I wonder how the small Bowl size would look like if this was medium (half empty). My advice- ask how much they will Fill the box before you pay

Nutty bowl? More like granola bowl. Ordered a large one, and 3/4th of it was just granola. It’s gonna be hard to be excited to come again.
I really want to love this place and I never write bad reviews. I come here very often, and almost every single time there is an issue with my order. Waited 40-60 minutes for juice or Their juicer is broken or they don’t have any celery? Waited 20-30 minutes to have them tell me they can’t make my order. They make me a completely wrong juice or without notifying me or calling me when i order online that something they don’t have? I own restaurants and understand the difficulties that arise but this is so consistently bad.
Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an order through DoorDash, and they reported that my food was made but never picked up—yet the store had already closed before I even arrived. Now, I’m out $18 for a bowl I never received because DoorDash refuses to refund me, claiming the food was already made. The service and quality here have gone downhill lately, and this was the final straw. I won’t be returning. Guess I’ll have to go to Dublin instead, since this location clearly no longer cares about its customers. What a waste of time and money!
Came here to pick up a couple smoothies and a wrap that I ordered ahead of time. After waiting for 20 minutes, the single employee comes out from the back, And asked if I had an order. Which I replied “yes” Meanwhile, the music on his personal speaker was playing so loud that I could hear it across the street at Nick the Greek. It took him asking me six times what my name was because he couldn’t hear me yelling it. Said employee then goes to the back comes out five minutes later and asked me is this my name? “Yes”, I replied. It will be 20 minutes he says. Great, I ordered it 30 minutes ago… to which he replies “OK” Came here on January 30 at 11:43am, 2025. If you’re the manager or you own this place, I would get some new employees quickly, because I watched three patrons come in and immediately leave.
This is the third time I have placed an online order, had it confirmed, been told the driver was “waiting for it” only to have the store suddenly cancel the order - more than 30 minutes after it was confirmed. Until management figures out how to manage this location I highly recommend ordering from the Pleasanton/Dublin location instead.
New addition: This place needs to close and be given to a better establishment!!!! It’s ridiculous!!! Ordered some delivery for breakfast panini and 30 minutes later driver texts me they don’t have avocado!!! In the morning, which is basically an ingredient in almost every meal. It’s like a pub not having beer. I guess i’m skipping on breakfast now cause 40 mins later it wasn’t picked up. I was supposed to pick up a Doordash order, but it never happened because there was a big backlog in orders queue, and the only employee wasn’t handling it well. But what was most outrageous about this encounter with the place was that the employee reprimanded me, an adult woman, in front of another customer for me being impatient! Yes, i was impatient and was inquiring abt my order often, but i wasn’t rude or didn’t say anything insulting to her. Two of my bigger other orders were delayed because of this small order, so after waiting for abt 15 mins and the order not even started, I left. The way this employee talked to me and how she was pointing her finger at me, accusing me of causing her stress out and not letting her do her work was unacceptable! Please, attend to this issue as nobody is supposed to reprimand customers at all like that! I’m not a child to be spoken to in such a manner, and life is hard on many of us, i don’t do deliveries after my full-time job because i just love doing it! But i don’t throw tantrums!
The 2 people working today Sunday 5/1 have the worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 bowls online pre paid for and came to pick them up 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be ready. When I got here the girl told me that they “didn’t have” one of the bowls so they decided to not make my entire order. They claimed they called me, which they never did. I asked what number they had for me and the girl said “I don’t know” and claimed the guy working with her called me. Don’t know how they “didn’t have” a bowl but I asked for a different type. They made me wait for over 20 minutes to make my bowls that should’ve at that point been ready an hour before. When they were finally ready the guy was really rude when he gave me my order. Really frustrating experience and awful customer service all together. Really hope they get new employees.
I ordered orange, carrot, and apple juice & it was the color yellow because they were out carrots, but they could’ve not charged me for the juice or might as well not make it because it tasted horrible & sour. The green bowl chicken salad had a strange stench to it and I was extremely disappointed for 2 things costing around $28. Not worth it, subway or any other fast food probably does better than them. Very disappointing.
