Ordered takeout through Grubhub and was not at all disappointed, the sushi rolls and egg rolls tasted amazing. The rolls were perfectly made, packaged, and delivered the expected taste. Price was reasonable based on quantity and size of the sushi rolls.

An update after a year, and Bangkok Thai still has our taste buds and tummies! Continuing to love all the dishes and all the flavors. I actually tried a glass noodle dish tonight and really enjoyed it! We have find it to be a place you can't go wrong with! So should you eat here, yes. Will you? Now that rests solely on your shoulders... Enjoy!! Bangkok Thai Restaurant has some of my favorite flavors in town. It has all the classics that you love and so much more. Most recently I ordered the Praram long song and mmm,mmm,mmm bop!! Was it delicious!! I loved the way the veggies soaked up the peanut sauce so every bite was a peanut buttery explosion in my mouth. You get a side of white rice and because I'm a glutton for peanut punishment, I mixed that in with the sauce and soaked it all in. I think you get the picture... We love the food here and tonight we ordered delivery but it's a lovely place to go and sit down and enjoy your meal. This is a highly recommend from me and strong encouragement to venture away from the pad Thai once in a while 😜. Enjoy!!

This place is fantastic! It rivals any other Thai restaurant I have tried in the area and beyond. I had the basil pork spiced medium and it was delicious and amazing. The Tom yum soup with shrimp may be the best I have ever had. My daughter had the chicken wings and I have never tasted anything like that. My husband had masamam duck and the seasoning was unbelievable! The service was perfect and the waiter (owner?) super friendly. I love that they have discounts for seniors or vets. I will be going back soon. Someone said it’s under new ownership but whatever is going on they are doing things right. I did not hate it before but now it’s like an expensive Thai restaurant but with reasonable prices. And I love that their schedule is accommodating. They don’t close between lunch and dinner service. And look at the presentation of my dish! Wow! Go!

Ordered the chicken Gang Dang, which is a red curry dish with chicken. Overall it had great flavor and was prepared well. The Thai tea was delicious and the egg roll that came with it tasted good as well.

Tom Ka was one of best soups I have ever had! Satay great, Fried rice delicious. Food just excellent. Decor nice, service prompt. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for the best Thai food around the Syracuse area, this Liverpool location is amazing! I have tried several Thai places now and Bangkok is the best. The place makes you feel like you are away from Syracuse for a moment. We had the Crispy Thai it's sweet like honey and my husband had shrimp pad Thai. I've had the chicken one before. They are all amazing, however the crispy Thai signature dish is my new favorite. For an app we had the fried egg roll and dessert the cheesecake. All amazing!

I love this restaurant. The owner is truly passionate about his business and it shows. The staff is super friendly, fast, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious, some of the best Thai food I have had. Make sure you get the egg rolls as an appetizer, they are outstanding. The prices are very reasonable.

Great Thai food for Syracuse. Definitely not the most authentic Thai, but would for sure go here again if I had the chance. The Pangan curry had a nice taste to it, as well as the Spring rolls. We also ordered the veggie pad thai and it seemed a bit too sweet for me. I hope they stay open.

I really enjoy Thai food and have noted previously that Syracuse is very fortunate to have three excellent Thai restaurants in the Lemongrass, Thai Love NY, and AppeThaizing. I was hoping when we visited Bangkok in Liverpool for the first time that it might offer us a fourth choice. However, although it has the advantage of also offering Japanese cuisine, in my opinion it falls short of the other three restaurants. I ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer followed by tom yum soup with shrimp. The shrimp in both dishes were cooked perfectly but I found the coating on the tempura less crispy than I would have preferred. The soup was very good and had a nice variety of vegetables in addition to the shrimp. My wife ordered drunken noodles with tofu. She thought the tofu and noodles were nicely cooked, and the quantity of scrambled egg was appreciated. I also enjoyed a few bites of the dish but was a bit disappointed by the sauce. For dessert, we shared an attractive presentation of fried bananas with ice cream lightly drizzled with berry and chocolate sauces. The wrapper for the bananas had good flavor but was not the crispy direct coating we expected. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, but the high quality of nearby competition will probably keep us from returning soon.

Tom yum soup is small and the soup is not as authentic as I expected. Seems like an instant food to me. Didn’t see any lemongrass in it. Pad Thai serving is enough for us two and good. The Mango salad is ok but not what I expected too.

I've been here twice. First time was a few months ago with my son and a friend. Everything was amazing. Second time was just now. I was by myself. Asked for a table for one. Was given a menu and a glass of water. Sat there for a little over 20 minutes with no contact from any staff. No one came to get a drink order or even acknowledge my presence. So I left. Too bad, I was looking forward to the food. The place was moderately busy, but not enough to warrant that.

Food is not the same pre-covid. Got Pad Thai the other day and the food was too spicey for medium, very little veggie that it glommed together the next day as this noodle ball, which usually I love Pad Thai the next day. And 5 undercooked scallops all which has a weird chemical after taste all for 50 bucks. Spring rolls had what looked like rotten lettuce in it and didn’t taste right .Will not be returning, highly upset as it was the best place to get Pas Thai in the area and had been going for years.

The worst Thai food I ever had. Not sure why this place has high reviews. (Edit: after reading more reviews, looks like new owners can’t cook Thai food. All the positive reviews were from the previous owner.) I couldn’t even eat my pad Thai it was so bad. Look elsewhere.
