Best Chili's I have ever been to! Not only was the place well kept and cleaned, the staff was nice, and well mannered. The manager walked around checking in on the client's, our waiter was constantly checking up on us as well. They brought a whole team to sing happy birthday and were very genuine about it! The hosts where friendly and very helpful and even wished me a happy birthday on my way out! Super happy and pleased with my experience here.

Party of two, went on a weekday and about 2:00 in the afternoon. It was surprisingly busy. Service was prompt and professional, had drinks within five or six minutes of sitting down. We both went for the new three for me special, which included a drink, of soup / appetizer, and an entree, starting at $10.99. I ordered the chips in salsa, which came out crisp and warm. The salsa was a little bit watery, more of a picante than a salsa. It was very flavorful. My wife ordered the potato soup, which was thick and chunky and full of flavor as well. We both ordered the large smashburger. My wife has issues with toppings on burgers, and we were pleasantly surprised at the waitress made an extra effort to put all of the toppings on the side so that she could add them the way she wanted. Both burgers had a nice char to them on the outside, and cooked just right. All through this, the waitress made a point to check on us multiple times, and kept our drinks refilled, without being too pushy. I will admit to a moment of weakness, and I ordered the deep dish chocolate chip cookie and ice cream, lol. The total cost for this meal, minus the tip, was $34 and change. We will definitely be going back.

I don’t know how they can make it happen - but the 3 for me deal is the best deal hands down. Especially now when everything is expensive and two people going out for dinner normally exceeds $50+ — my fiance and I took advantage of this deal which has several options but includes the very delicious smash burger and our total bill was $28!! The staff at this location is always friendly, food came out exceptionally quick and was hot fresh and delicious.

Restaurant is very clean, well laid out, nice atmosphere and service was amazing. Our server Felicia was extremely knowledgeable, very prompt and considerate. At the end of the meal the manager Tori came over inquiring about our dining experience. I highly recommend stopping in. Tell Felicia I sent you!

My girlfriend and I go to this chilis at least once a month sometimes more and I have to say it is one of the best options for eating out. The deals are great and the staff is amazing, always seem friendly to us. Our waitress Angela was very wonderful tonight and super on top of everything. I recommend this place for a good family dinner!

Hubby and I found our new Friday Night Date Night location! The atmosphere was amazing and lively. Justin, our server was very friendly, and attentive. We had a very slight glitch in our order, that was very quickly fixed. The team at Chili’s work smoothly, and very quickly to help each other. We were very impressed by that! From drinks to food, everything came out quickly, even with us asking for special dietary needs changes. I had the three for me , the Burger was juicy! He fries were crisp! The lettuce and tomato and pickles, were fresh!(all part of a deconstructed burger) I can’t have bread, so that was one of my request. My husband had the Fajitas. They were as juicy as the sizzling plate! The chicken and steak were not dry, they were not burnt, it was just right! The peppers, bright and colorful, and the rice.. again, all amazing! We do recommend this location, we do recommend the two meals… and we do thank the staff for making it inviting for my husband and I to enjoy our weekly Friday date night.

Holly our waitress was exceptional, she went above and beyond from the start to the end of our dining experience and made this meal and experience absolutely wonderful. We had mixed feelings about chili's prior to this visit do to a past experience at a different location. But Holly quickly made us forget about that past experience. Honestly, Chili's is one of my least favorite chain restaurants in the area, however, tonight I discovered that my favorite server from a nearby restaurant is now working at Chili's. And it's only because of Sam, I will frequent Chili's more often until I find something on that menu I like. Sam has a great personality and a wonderful rapport with her diners. I cannot express how thrilled I was to find her tonight after a less than satisfactory experience last night at her last place of employment. I hope Chili's will come to appreciate what a treasure they have in Sam.

The place was 'jumping" on December 21st, wait time 30 min (turned out to be 25), lots of larger groups, the servers were in and out of the kitchen. Organized chaos. Happy Holidays. Despite all that our server gave us time to check the menu, answered questions, made suggestions and not once did we feel rushed. It took a bit to get the food, but we were in no hurry. We had the baby back ribs, a mushroom burger meal and a chicken dish. All was well made, fresh and tasted great. Our server stopped by frequently, attentively brought new drink refills and did so with all of his tables. Not once sounding stressed. The whole experience was top notch. We'll be back soon.

My first time here was awesome. I've been wanting to try it for awhile and finally got out there today. We got the 3 for me for 11$ each which is a great deal for a drink, burger, fries, and unlimited chips and salsa. I upgraded the sauces to queso, salsa, and guac. Everything was great. The waitress was really nice and even gave us a huge bag of tortilla chips to go. I was very impressed and can't wait to go back again!

Chili's is always a solid choice. The restaurant was clean. The men's room seemed not so clean. I had the 3 for $10 which is a great price. I got the Just Bacon burger with chili and fries. The burger is on the larger size and cooked perfectly medium rare. The chili was a large portion and topped with cheese and tortilla strips; very good. Fries where really good and plentiful. 5/28/20, I got an to go order of the Big Mouth Bites, loaded mashed potatoes, chili, and Buffalo wings as an appetizer. Everything was very good! The Big Mouth Bites where cooked perfect and were flavorful. The chili is exceptional. The loaded mashed were very good. Great deal for some really great food!

Experience was good. The service was great. We had a young man named Connor who was very warm and attentive. The drink I got was great (the frozen flamingo?). We got the triple Dipper with mozz sticks, big mouth bites, and southwestern egg rolls... Yum! The ribs were a bit dry and tough which was one of my only complaints which were all very minor. I have been going to this Chilis for more than two decades and almost always am pleased with the food, unfortunately yesterday that was not the case. the only thing in the pick three that I ordered that was edible was the egg rolls! The chicken crispers were chewy overcooked and probably sitting under heating lamp for hours. I have never had a mozzarella cheese stick I didn’t like, but this Buffalo Mozzarella block of grease should just be taken off the menu! My friend ordered the mushroom burger and it was also overcooked and fell apart in the first couple of bites and the bun was a soggy inedible mess. Yikes! My friend is also a long time client so I was embarrassed I had chosen the restaurant. On a positive note the service was adequate considering the entire restaurant and bar area were nearly full at 4 on a Saturday afternoon. The frozen watermelon margaritas were buy one get one and refreshing on a very warm afternoon. Glad to see the frozen is available again. Update the same friend and I decided to try Chilis again, every establishment has a bad day now and then. This visit was much better. Other than waiting a bit to see who would be waiting on us on the bar side. Justin volunteered to take care of us and everything was great from this point on! Great service with a touch of comical rapport. I ordered the Margarita of the month, Watermelon Wave. It is more than enough and shareable, great deal for $6. I had the new Bacon Guac Chicken Sandwich which was delish a bit on the messy side, but I loved the guac served with bacon and Swiss. It actually would be great for take out, it kept well and stayed together after setting a bit. Fries were hot and well seasoned. My friend ordered coffee and Fajitas. The first cup of coffee was a bit cold but she was quickly offered a new cup, and a fresh pot was put on. The fajitas came out sizzling, the roasted jalapeño on top is a great addition. My friend steers away from the heat, I was happy to cut it up and add to my Bacon Guac Chicken! I think jalapeños on the sandwich would be a great addition! My friend and I met at Chilis for dinner. We scored an open booth in the bar area with no wait even during this busy holiday seasons. The Merry Maker Margarita caught my eye immediately as I had already come across posts featuring this holiday must have cocktail for only $6 and a peppermint swirled straw with a Santa stash! Friendly and attentive table service. We tried the new triple dipper with your choice of three dips! We ordered queso, avocado, and salsa just as pictured on menu. Perfect appetizer and delish, guacamole is the perfect texture for my liking. They have a new triple fajitas that is chicken, steak, and shrimp that looks amazing! In hindsight sight I wish I ordered that to share, definitely enough for at least two! I was tempted by the trio and ordered chicken crispers, south west egg rolls, and fried mozzarella. It always looks so tempting but it's not as desirable as it looks on menu. Chewy crispers, even their appearance is unappealing, and the fried mozzarella are now slabs of greasy cheese that border on inedible. Southwest Egg rolls are decent but there are better options. My friend's fajitas came out sizzling and fresh to order, I'll make a better decision ordering my next visit! Chilis always has a fun sports bar atmosphere and has been a favorite of ours for years! The Merry Maker Margarita and new triple dipper were definitely the fav of the evening! I may need to pop back in for another Margarita if the month before they are gone with the holiday season!

Can someone please do something about the parking? There is not enough room to get out of your car without dinging the door of your neighbor. I looked and my parking neighbor was in the middle of his/her spot , both tires on the lines. Was the budget for getting out a ruler and a quick google search to see how far apart spaces should be for average vehicle size not an option when they planned out this parking lot ? -> Lunch service at the bar was amazing , food was good ! Please , pretty please , do something about your parking spaces. It was the talk of the bar area !

I don't think I've been to a Chili's in years and now I won't hesitate to go back. Went with friends for an early Saturday dinner at 430pm and the place was packed and already had a wait-list. Now no biggie for us but I was surprised. The restaurant only got busier throughout the night in the 2 hours we were there. That said once we got seated everything was fast and smooth. Server was wonderful, the food and drinks came out promptly and everything tasted good to great. The menu really has a wide variety of fun options which we all greatly appreciate. I think if you're looking for an easy crowd pleaser with something for everyone, you got a solid option here. Enjoy!

I've known Chili's from overseas and they were always top notch. When I came back and tried it last year, I was not impressed of the food and overall service. However, it seems things improved since as my visit today was much better. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. One thing they seem to have an issue with is the cleanliness of the High chairs and some utensils. Their cajun pasta is great, and their burgers and steaks are delicious. They made a couple of mistakes but they have very similar names between sweet/street corn, so I understand why they may have confused one with the other. Their molten cake was very refreshing as always. Overall good experience

Went to Chili's because everything else was full. As Canadian visitors weren't aware it's not a Mexican restaurant, on us I guess. Also pretty packed, sat at the bar. staff tried to push the special margarita on us, we insisted on more a labor intensive version. got grumpy when we switched to beer, gave us an out of date list. Service overall had a vaguely hostile vibe, understand they were busy. Food was tasteless, staff almost automatically refunded a salad when we complained about it which suggests that happens a lot. Payment system refused all of our Canadian credit and bank cards, which puzzled the staff, and us because they worked fine elsewhere. Staff allowed us both to leave for our 15 minute trek across the street to an ATM. Appeared to have forgotten the whole thing when I returned with cash, asked me if I wanted a menu. paid them anyhow.

Overall the food and service was amazing, unfortunately the situation was not okay in a place where children and families are in ear shot.

Poor customer service. No response from management for 2 days after order was not correct only to be told there was nothing they could do because because it was a door dash order. If I had been told that 2 days earlier im sure the issue would have been rectified.

I am very shocked on what they have done with portion size here. Below is the cajun chicken pasta with chicken on the side. For $13.69 you now get 1 cup of pasta. The plate shows after only Two bites. The manager came by and essentially told us yup that's how it is. I asked why my quesadilla explosion salad was a heaping plate and her pasta is barely covering one layer of pasta. He said the salad is cheaper to make. He also stated it's part of a new menu initiative to cut costs. This was the most expensive item in out meal and the portion was smaller than one of our kids meals. There is no way 1 cup of pasta is cheaper than a whole plate of salad. I'm sorry but after reducing the kids meal from three tenders to two on top of this it may be a while before we try this place again. Just to clarify, our server was wonderful. The manager blew us off.

The service and atmosphere are based on the fact that we showed up today around 5 pm on 4/5/25. We entered and signed up for our table for four, as we waited outside, I saw at least two other groups go of four and 5 go in and when they came out they told their groups a 45 minute wait. This was about 10 minutes after us, and then we watched two of those groups get called in and seated before us. They told us they signed up on Yelp. Then why would they have been told by the front that it would be a 45-minute wait....? Then the manager decided to whisper to the seating lady like we're not there and they're not looking right at us. Our server Connor was amazing though.

This was my first and last time at chilis. The service was not great. Our server was not attentive. The food was mostly all inedible. I asked my kids to rate their meals and they all said 0/10. My son’s tenders were bone dry. All of our French fries were cold, grease soaked, and dry. My burger was barely warm. The only food that was fresh were the chips + salsa and mozzarella sticks. All of our actual food was just awful. The macaroni and cheese was just basically liquid cheese/cheese soup with hard undercooked pasta. When I showed the waitress our grease soaked fries, she told me it wasn’t possible because they were frying up fries all night long. We will not be back.

This place is always a 5 star when we go in, but just attempting to even look at the menu online is such a hassle. What is so difficult about programming the menu to actually pull up the menu instead of having to go through 3 or 4 different selections to see the whole menu. Then it tries to make you order online when you click to view an item. Just an awful experience online, as is everything online these days. The people designing this don't realize how the ease of functionality makes everything better

The host seemed completely overwhelmed and struggled to manage the crowd. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and had to remind her twice that we were still waiting to be seated. The bartender was also not very attentive. We drove 50 minutes specifically for the Wicked Margaritas, only to be told they were out of nearly everything—even though they’re supposed to offer them all month, and it’s only the 15th. Once we were finally seated, our server was great. The food was good—not amazing, but good.

Honestly if I could rate it lower I would… service was great but just absolutely disgusting place, was given dirty cups that still had lip marks on it that I was able to scrape off with my nail and when I asked for new cups I was told that they rest would be the same but that they would try. We then ordered our food and asked for a medium well burger and we were told the only option was pink or no pink. As we sat there a bit confused cause we’ve never been told this before we asked why medium well wasn’t an actual option and we were told it depends on the cook, well it shouldn’t depend on the cook your cook should know how to cook a medium well burger, and when we said that we wanted pink in our burger but didn’t want a lot she said she’d put the order in for no pink and “hope for the best”, so then I had to ask if she could at least put a bug in the cooks ear to make it correct. She then comes back with new cups of water and tells us she looked through THREE different racks and found us the CLEANEST cups she could, but the cups were still mad dirty and when I said that they were still dirty she told no that were clean. So I had to physically show her that our cups were not clean and scraped the crud of the edge of the glass once again, and while I’m trying to talk with her my boyfriend is scraping stuff of his spoon, at that point we just asked if we could leave because clean cups/ silverware are not an option and we were not trying to “hope for the best” for our food.

I bought the sliders and when I say they were raw I mean they were fully red inside. Of course I'm at work and bought my order through door dash. I called the restaurant to report my issue as well as offer the photos and the manger stated he would offer me a refund. It's now been 2weeks and still no refund. This place used to be a weekly order spot for me. Now I'll never order from there again.
