Rt 57 Liverpool. Ny Wow what a tremendous improvement since my last visit about two years ago. As soon as we walked in you could see the difference in cleanliness and the staff. Our waiter Kevin was so polite and charming. Good was awesome with that classic Red Lobster Flavor. Kudos for the new management that is making a difference!

I mean like wow..simply loved our visit 🥰 Cajun chicken pasta and Kung Pao noodles 🍜was fantastic. Great ambiance, skilled staff, well cultured, huge menu and huge bar - To be honest, At first I thought it was over priced but after food and dessert specially (BROWNIE OVERBOARD) took it to next level. I think worth every penny we spent. This was our first time and we enjoyed our visit.

We came in today 12/5/25 for an early dinner. Our server was Jack. He was very quick to bring our drinks and food. He even brought us leftover containers without us even asking. We will look for him the next time we come in.

I have not been to this location but have been to Red Lobster. Our server, Michael was wonderful. My husband and mother took me out for my birthday and I wanted to try lobster. Michael made some delicious recommendations which would pan out beautifully for everyone. He was attentive and personable. The food was to our exact liking and excellent in quality. I would absolutely return here again and recommend to family and friends.

The staff is friendly. The food is tasty. When I ordered takeout, they forgot to give me the sides, and I called to complain. The manager spoke to me nicely, apologized for the mistake, and gave me a coupon for next time. I like the way he handled the situation.

Especially the coconut shrimp and crab/lobster dip is incredible. Also highly recommend you get the red lobster app and upload your receipts for free food and cake on your birthday. My husband and I missed the boat this year on making reservations for Valentines Day. I thought I had a "genius" idea to go to a restaurant where (we thought) didn't take reservations. Let's go early and miss the dinner rush I said. Well there were many other "geniuses" out there who had the same idea. The restaurant was packed at 3:00pm! What prompted me to write this review was not necessarily the food, although it was very good. It was the staff and the wonderful service we received. These servers, hostesses, and bartenders were going 90 mph, yet they were cheerful, calm, patient, and professional. I was very impressed! Even the manager stopped by to check in on us. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Went to Red Lobster tonight around 3:00/3:30pm to eat. The food and service was great. The reason I left 1 star for the atmosphere was NOT due to the staff, but was due to the couple sitting behind us. They ran our server back and fourth to the kitchen. Everytime the server came to our table, this couple decided they needed to change their order not once, not twice, but three times, and then turned around and treated this young man like absolute garbage. Then they requested the manager to complain about him, and were basically trying to get free food (which is why they requested their dessert before they even had their dinners). They told the manager this young man was talking bad about them, which was an absolute lie, as we were sitting right there and heard everything. He never once screamed or spoke loudly about how they kept changing their orders to yhr other servers, nor did he snatch anything off the table. He was very attentive and though they treated him badly, he treated them with kindness snd respect. I commend him for how he handled the couple. Tbh, that couple should have been asked to leave and not come back. They had no right treating that server that way. The place was packed and they were short staff and doing the best they could.

My friend and I went here on my birthday (1/31). It was an hour’s drive, but our local Red Lobster closed in 2024. What can I say? I had a hankering for some Cheddar Bay Biscuits! I was impressed right away by the outside of the building; it’s the biggest Red Lobster I’ve ever seen! The interior was warm and inviting. I’d made a reservation online, so they were expecting us. We pretty much already knew what we wanted to order. We split an app- seafood stuffed mushrooms. They were piping hot, coated in ooey-gooey Monterey Jack cheese. We both ordered from the Land and Sea section of the menu. For my entree, I chose the Salmon New Orleans. This is a blackened salmon filet topped with shrimp, some type of relish and a Cajun butter sauce. It comes with two sides. I chose broccoli and cole slaw. My friend ordered the surf and turf: a small steak fillet with a lobster tail. He chose the same two sides. Everything was cooked perfectly… So much so, that we ate slowly and conversed very little. Let me talk about the staff. All the lads, from the greeters to the servers, were extremely young. They all looked about twenty. Their manners were IMPECCABLE, like youths out of a bygone era. They were so polite and attentive! Our server was Sam. When I told him it was my birthday, he said: “Do you want me to round everybody up to sing…” “No!” I cut him off, mortified at the thought. “If I wanted that, I'd've gone to Applebee’s.” He thanked us for coming and told us to drive safe. (There’d been a recent bout of wicked winter weather.) One note: The price of my friend’s entree was higher than expected. Turns out he was given a filet mignon when he’d assumed he was getting a sirloin, resulting in a ten dollar upcharge. “Next time I’ll be more specific,” he said. We didn’t mention the gaffe, just laughed it off. I couldn’t have picked a better restaurant for my birthday dinner.

Our waiter was Kevin and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The food was really good The only downside was I was a party of three two of them got like the whole surf and turf kind of thing and their steaks were tough. Obviously had nothing to do with our waiter but they were a little bit disappointed. Now I got the full whole seafood platter thing with shrimp and lobster and crab legs. Well I probably could have done without the crab legs because it was a battle and they won. But they did taste awesome So I guess it was worth the fight. Anyways for the majority I would give this place of five star rating because everything was good except for the steak. I hope this helps✌️

Enjoyed walking over from staying at nearby hotel on work project for happy hour cocktails. Sit by myself at bar reading, relaxing and absorbing atmosphere. Attentive staff, very well managed! Pictured is special smokey old fashioned I finally splurged for, excellent drink! They literally impart smoke on top with smoker device and employ one large spherical ice cube, perfect chilling minimized watering down. Food is well known Red Lobstericious.

If I’m being honest, the food was not anything great and this location seems a little outdated. Not anything like what Red Lobster used to be. The only thing that was great about our visit was our server, Amy. She was always smiling, seemed genuinely happy to be there and take care of us and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu options. It’s been awhile since we’ve had a great server in any restaurant. If we return to that location, it will be only because of the positive experience we had because of her.

He was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, very attentive without being annoying, able to carry on great conversation (which can be a challenge with the younger generation). Went to Red Lobster in Liverpool NY for Happy Hour and was pleasantly surprised. The $5 drinks hit the spot and our Server Jack was so patient and friendly while we took forever to decide what to order :-). But it was worth it because the Food was good and Jack was also the bartender so the drinks were 🔥. Edit: We came back again on a Monday night and had a terrific server. Her name is Tricia. She told us at the end of the meal she was new. My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief. She did everything right and made the night for us. If you are able to ask for a server I highly recommend Tricia. Dinner was good. A little expensive but not overpriced. We were seated right away and mostly had an attentive server. The crab legs were fantastic and the mushrooms were delicious. As always my Boston Iced Tea was good. I’m glad they were not crowded.

It was Valentines Day and I didnt know you needed a reservation to sit. We got there at like 4pm and they said its a 2 hour wait that she would take my name number and try to sit us at some point. So it was like 2 1/2 hours later we finally got sat. The server got to us and we ordered I ordered the cajun chicken and my mom ordered the surf n turf. My food was delicious BUT her food was not. She said the lobster tail tasted funny and the steak was tuff to chew. So the server was trying to be helpful and see if she wanted something else. She didnt anymore. Now just to give you a picture, she's an 82 year old Vietnam era Vet and very hard to hear and speak up. This is where she wanted to go because she loves seafood. I was caught in a hard place because my food was delicious. They took her meal off and we paid and left. I felt bad because I wanted her to enjoy herself and the food.

Service was pretty good, and the food was excellent. Even though it wasn't busy it still took a while to receive the entrees. Overall it's a good place to go for seafood. Our bill for two with two entrees, salads, drinks and an appetizer was around $100 with tip.

Well it's Saturday dinner time. We were able to get a table less than 5 minutes. The service was excellent. Lexus was our waitress. She brought us our drinks and the baskets. We had a appetizers witch only took mayb 15 minutes. Dinner was not to far behind our appetizer. So my fish and chips were just ok. The fish seemed to be on the tough side tonight. Affordable seafood in a casual dining setting. I had my birthday dinner last evening and was not disappointed in the least! I called ahead and was able to get a table for 6pm, it was a Sunday evening so not a busy time. Though online the site only showed availability after 7pm. The ambiance is cozy and decorated for Fall. I always order the Ultimate Trio and my spouse had shrimp Alfredo linguini. Both meals were excellent, our waitress was friendly and attentive. She kept those yummy Red Lobster biscuits coming! They have several holiday drink specials. I loved the SnowGlobe Sangria, the shimmering gold is so pretty! Everything was good and the complimentary birthday Sundae was the icing on the cake! Brought my son for 17th Birthday celebration. He is just starting to be a seafood connoisseur. He has started to enjoy shrimp and lobster, this is the first time he chose seafood for dining. Loved the snow crab legs, though I had to explain the challenge of getting the meet out of the shell! The Lobsterita was enormous, and they made raspberry flavored as I am not a Coconut Rum fan. Everything was delish as always. Service was prompt.

Clay location, overall a good experience: Pros: * Atmosphere in one of the booths was easy to have a conversation, sounds were not out of control. * Our server Carmen was very friendly, polite, and especially helpful to our 11 year old grandson's first time eating crab legs!! Much appreciated. * Booths next to us had people leaving as we arrived, and items that had fallen under the table were promptly cleaned up from the floor and vacuumed underneath. I have not seen vacuuming happen in any restaurant in ages. Cons: * My husband ordered surf and turf, cooked medium. It was much closer to medium rare. However, with the rest of the plentiful food he had, he knew he could bring it home and cook it a tad more. * Food coming out was somewhat slow. Quite a lag between ordering and receiving our soup, but then was quickly followed by our full meal.

Overall it's just ok.Staff was very friendly and attentive. Biscuits are amazing as always. Plenty of places to park. My daughter Ordered the shrimp trio .I ordered the clam chowder and salad.The flavor was lacking in the shrimp Alfredo it literally tasted plain. The 'shrimp scampi " is just some shrimp in butter. The popcorn shrimp, I can get that in the freezer section from a local grocery store.I just wasn't impressed.For the prices I can make something way better at my house. I guess I went for the nostalgia of it. This place was the place to go when I was a kid.

My husband and I were disappointed with our recent lunch experience at the Red Lobster in Liverpool. To begin with, upon arrival, we were greeted and the manager initiated escorting us to our table but was intercepted by another patron inquiring about the absence of lobster mac and cheese on the menu.Instead of prioritizing our seating, the manager engaged in a lengthy, five minute explanation regarding the corporate nature of the establishment. Fortunately, another employee intervened and seated us. Our server, Jack, greeted us, took our order and promptly addressed and issue with the glassware. We commence with our appetizer, only to discover a hair protruding from the stuffed mushrooms. The manager's response was to remove the hair, attributing its origin to the crab used in the dish, and proceeded to elaborate on the topic. A more effective approach would have been to discreetly remove the plate, offer and apology, and deduct the cost of the mushrooms from our bill. I appreciate Jack's understanding and promptness in addressing the issue. It is evident that the management could benefit from training on effective conflict resolution, rather than relying on the waitstaff to mitigate such situations. Thanks again Jack for you help in the situation!!!

I was in it for the biscuits . I love seafood but not fish , Red Lobster used to have a create your own or similar that had all the options and was reasonably priced . The only thing you can order where you can switch it up is a little pricey , in fact it was all a little pricey . The food is decent , it tastes good . The server was a bit too quick on picking up the plates , there was food still on them that we were working on finishing up.

My husband mentioned that we hadn’t gone to Red Lobster in over a year. With the experience we had this past Thursday it reminded me why. Biscuits were delivered cold was sent back for fresh ones. I ordered the Lobster duo and requested both be grilled. This was not the case. The waitress took the steam one off of a plate that I ate from back to be grilled. They were out of baked potatoes had to wait 20 minutes for another batch to be cooked. There was water underneath the booth where we were sitting. It was mopped up leaving the floor very wet and slippery to the point I almost fell. I did twist my back in the process of trying to stay upright. My husband asked for napkins so that he could dry the floor.. He ordered a seafood boil that was missing the seasoning he requested. Overall not a good experience

I usually enjoy coming to Red Lobster and very seldomly have an issue with the food or the staff that I feel the need to leave a review. However, during my recent visit last Saturday, our waitress Ashley had a very strong smell of marijuana and appeared to be high while working. It was uncomfortable and made the experience feel horrible . I understand everyone has off days, but this went beyond that, constantly forgetting things and stuttering over words while wreaking of marijuanna. I hope management addresses this kind of situation the right way so that future visits can be better.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Last evening we ordered over $100 worth of food for delivery as a Valentines treat for ourselves and our children. The delivery was on time but when we looked at our order 1/3 of the food was missing, and what was included, was unacceptable to say the least. we ordered a $60 family fish dinner. The fish was flavorless, smelled old and overcooked. We also ordered chicken tender kids meals and 1/3 of their order was also missing. I did call the restaurant, and the girl on the phone was very nice and offered a partial refund. That being said, I think that the right thing to have offered, would have been to send the parts of the order that were missing. I understand there is delivery and tip fees but ultimately their mistakes were not my fault. I paid the first round of delivery fees and tip only to have a 1/3 of our food not included. Highly disappointed, and will never patronize that restaurant again. The picture included does not show how small this position for $60 was. If you know how small the biscuits are, you might be able to tell.

Do not get the spendless shrimp meal. It is a scam. My pasta didn't have any sauce when I showed it to the waiter he said I had to pay around $3.99 for the sauce. I have contacted Red Lobster twice no reply. This proves the cheap deal is a scam. That is okay. They have officially lost a customer who was once loyal for almost 50 years. Now I see why the parking lot and inside are empty. Central NY has a lot of restaurants. Go were they appreciate your business.

Garrett the manager sent me raw fish. Paid 93 dollars for 3 meals and 6 biscuits and received RAW FISH, french fries were undercooked. I called and tried to ask for a refund and Garrett says oh you ordered through door dash we aren't responsible for raw food. Ok so red lobster isn't responsible for making my food and sending it to my doorstep RAW???? BOZO. wait till the US food and administration gets a hold of this!!!

I wouldn't come back here again after an uncomfortable experience with the manager. I ordered the Lobsterfest duo. The roasted Maine tail was delicious and I ate that first. But the grilled Maine tails with scallops tasted terrible. The manager took off a few dollars off the bill, but I felt like it wasn't enough for a $49.99 meal. I brought that up politely and in a friendly tone. He took off more, but proceeded to talk us down loudly in front of other tables. He was talking loudly and rudely on purpose putting us on the spot. He said I shouldn't have eaten so much of my meal if it tasted badly. It was the roasted lobster tail that tasted good. I barely ate any of the grilled lobster tail. He seemed irritated and jittery with us. He handled it completely unprofessionally and it made everyone uncomfortable. I wouldn't come back here again for that reason. On a positive note, the waitress was fantastic, polite, and very attentive.

Every kind of soda was flat that's how we began the meal we were given vegetables that were steamed and fish water, undercooked fish, and overcooked lobster and steak. My son ordered the surf and turf and his steak medium. His lobster was rubber and the steak was WELL DONE! My asparagus was crunchy and tasted like rotten fish and I spent the entire night vomiting. I will NEVER go back to the Clay location. Most expensive dinner mistake I ever made. $260 for 4 people to be completely disappointed. How do you have food in warmers ON A TUESDAY?! It should have been fresh! The one good part was our poor waitress, she was doing every job at front of the house and expo-ing in the kitchen. She was trying really hard to keep up. This location sucks.

Very weird experience, waitress taking my to go order was very dry & short, not welcoming at all. Used a gift card & wanted to pay with tap/Apple Pay for the remaining balance and the waitress says “we don’t have tap” but as soon as I ask to cancel my order & get my gift card refunded all of a sudden she has a tap machine. Just a little weird, food is a 5/10 probably will not return, just had to put my gift card to use.
