Still a staple in my household. I highly recommend Mighty Taco over Taco Bell any day. The names on the menu are simpler and make sense, which is crucial when time is of the essence in a drive thru.

They have gluten free protocols! If you tell them, they will change gloves, put paper down on counters, and make your food safely! As someone who just learned about my issue, this has been a godsend - if I'm running crazy late I can still get food quick on the go. My suggestion is try a nacho bowlito- buffito chicken in a bowlito with sour cream and blue cheese!

Always good food and very good selection of items. Price is reasonable and you can get in and out pretty fast. Nice option for something different than Taco Bell or other fast food Mexican.

I stop into mighty everytime I'm in Buffalo. The food is good, and the price makes the value outstanding. This isn't authentic Mexican food or anything, but it's still very good. Think more along the lines of taco bell if taco bell used better ingredients.

The food was good. The dinning area was clean and the young lady who took our order was very friendly and had a great disposition. One of the better Mighty's I've been to.

The staff is friendly with positive attitudes. They are always very busy yet quick to make orders. Times have been hard but they keep moving with a smile. I love going there for the positivity alone.

Mighty Taco is a Buffalo institution - it has been around for over 30 years. Fast and courteous service. Food is always consistent. I'm a vegetarian, so love their refried bean burritos. Vegetarian menu and the usual tacos, fajitas, etc. I love Mighty Taco - quick, tasty, and affordable.

In Lockport most of the fast food places are an absolute joke. This place is always on point. I ordered my food inside and it was done before I sat down. They are always super friendly as was the kid who cashed me out. This is the only fast food place in Lockport that is great all the time!

It was good. I got hard shell tacos beef they were very tasty. My hubby got a beef burrito he said was good. Plus we got deluxe nachos with cheese with extra cheese but it looks like they put extra sauce on it and not extra cheese. Oh well! They were ok !

We showed up 5 mins before closing time. They staff was so pleasant and the food was delicious!

This is a Home town Favorite for sure, If you haven't tried this spot. It's a great place for the entire family, the menu and options and choices make it great for everyone. Their Signature taste is a nice delight! Start off with a Super Mighty, Hot and Sour Cream :)

I always enjoy the veggie burrito, and my wife likes the taco. I add mild sauce and sour cream to mine, and she only has sour cream. The folks are friendly and the prices are within our budget for eating out fast food at least once a week. Great deals. Enjoy be it your way.

Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages here and everywhere along with big orders, we are doing everything we can to make sure our customers are being taken care of in the order they came in at... this is the response from Corporate although there were 8 people behind the counter and only 3 working the rest conversing. We asked about out order that was taken at the counter after 7 orders that came after ours were distributed. This location always has horrible customer service and long wait times or messes up the order. Do better

Greatest place I’ve ever been to. Highest quality food with amazing taste! The burritos melt in your mouth. Nachos have perfect ratio of salt to chip. Only downfall is having no breakfast. Please Mighty Taco make my dreams come true and let me eat there for every meal of the day.

All of the food was great. I got a steak quesadilla, a beef taco, and the red hot chic-kle taco. The steak was great and I thought there was a good portion. The beef taco was a little soggy but still delicious. The chicken was hot and fresh and had a good deal of spiciness to it. Loganberry drink to wash it all down. Mighty Taco > Taco Bell

I had mighty taco about 30 years ago and hadn't had any since. It was absolutely perfect! Say what you will, but liking something that long ago and finally getting it again was great!!! Love the Super Mighty Beef, Hot!! Just my personal taste and opinion, but I think they make the best burrito around!!

This is my favorite restaurant of all time. I was born and raised in Buffalo. Now I live in PA and wish with all my heart. There was one closer. But anytime I go to Western New York. I absolutely stop by. The meat is amazing. The hot sauce is delicious. Though it might sound strange for a taco place. They use Cooper cheese. Which just throws more deliciousness. If your ever in Western NY. I would highly recommend you try Mighty Taco or Mighty Taco Supreme. They are to die for.

A WNY staple! Food is always good. I just wish they would slow down a tad and take the time to read the order. Too many times the order has been brought out incorrect. That didn't happen this time but many times in the recent past.

The young lady taking order talked way to fast and words were unclear . Hard to understand her and of coarse order was wrong then. And food was cold very unhappy. Worse $13 spent today.

Great food! They definitely have changed something because I remember the flavors being a little better back on the later 80's but it's still pretty good food. I am sure I will be back.

I ordered a veggie barito on wheat with guacamole. Its always very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the line was slow do to the training of a new cashier.

I've never had a bad meal at any of the mighty taco locations, except the rare occasion they forget to leave off the tomatoes. Once that nasty slimy foul tasting vegetable touches my food the entire plate is tainted and therefore cannot just be removed

Used their drive thru at 10:30pm grabbed their mighty taco 6pack, they had it out quick and the quality was nice. Was impressed by their food quality, and their service was great and super friendly even at closing hour of night on a weekend.

Great local staple will always pick mighty Taco over Taco Bell any day of the week. Their meat is way more flavorful the staff is a lot nicer, and it's local which means you know it's going to taste good. Highly recommend.

Love me some Mighty Taco!! Whenever I go to the store, it is a must after. Sigh... wish they had these everywhere I traveled! Always get take out. Music is so loud.

Place is really quick! But for some reason there's a 50/50 % chance you get a crusty and dried up tortilla for a burrito. Or stale nachos for a nachos deluxe but that doesn't happen to often to me.

Food was good. Having to wait a long time to order at the counter with 5 associates there wasn't good. Couldn't find a clean table to sit and eat. Won't be returning for more of this.

The food was fine but ordering it was a nightmare woman interrupted me when I ordered my first Taco to ask me if I wanted peppers and onions that was fine and come to know as soon as I started talking to restart the router she can you stop interrupting me this let me place the order please she she was very rude after that. Not too bad, quick service but the tacos could be made with better choice ingredients. Never had a taco with sliced American cheese. Just a little odd. Tacos should have full fillings with taco flavor.

Always loved the tacos and burritos, even with the ground chicken, but the Lockport location has fallen off a bit. I always ordered the medium sauce because it was the perfect amount of heat without being too overpowering, but now it's like there's no sauce, and so skimpy with tomatoes on tacos! One or two tiny tomato pieces per taco isn't cutting it.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I've been grabbing late night tacos here for 20 years, and it's gone so far downhill, I won't be back. Food prep is a mess, almost like school food, just slapped together. Taste, I feel, is still there, but when the prep is so bad, you never get a similar bite. It's really sad.

Delicious food but poor presentation. Anytime i take one bite into a burrito it falls out the side or the other end of the burrito. Whomever is wrapping them either isn't trained well enough, isn't paying attention, doesn't care or is rushing. Other than that it's good.

Prices go up. Size goes down. Employees make more money. Their speed goes down. Dinner for 2 $26. 15-20 minute wait. Not what they used to be in years past. Could've got a large pizza and fed 3-4 people.

The memories of going to this local establishment-after a school dance or party, are better than the food. It's a must-stop when you're in town from out of town, then you probably don't need it again for quite a while. It is still better than the other fast food taco place in town.

Very disappointing that you guys have fish and only do it every Friday now especially when its just fast Food. Bring it back to everyday.

Used to be the go to place for simple Mexican. Over the years quality has slowly dropped as has the service. The only thing that's give up is the price, like any fast food restaurant. Although they did add alcohol which is nice but because it's a fast food place is hard to drink the alcohol fast enough. Even though this is a local chain and I want it to succeed, Taco Bell has a better value.

Had to change my review. What happened to the hard shell tacos? They are almost half the size of what they used to be. I asked corp and was told they couldn't get the regular ones from their supplier. That was over 2 months ago. Ordered last week and they still have little tacos. Same price, no where near as big.

Ok the location and food made there is all fine. You might want to look into the manufacturer of your chips. I dumped the bag to find this rock hard chunk of I don’t know what and just these few chips. Definitely not going to eat them lol it almost looks like a chicken nugget but that wouldn’t make sense.

Love most Mighty Taco locations. But Lockport - today's stop had sons order incorrectly made, my order included sour cream that I did not order(and that I am allergic to), and very skimpy lettuce/tomato on everything. PLUS attitude from the young girl that was making the dangerous errors. Not good.

Tables were dirty and it wasn't busy. Female manager on the large side was being a bully, threatening to kick someone's rear end , not in those words. Pretty disappointed in her attitude. She was oggling female customers and an employee who was walking away.

The kid at the drive thru was mad when I told him he input my order incorrectly. He put in burritos instead of tacos. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, except he then closed the window and proceeded to yell to the other employees that I changed my order and they had to make it over. I know what I ordered, I get the same thing every time.

The last year, they have been terrible. The portions are off, unmelted cheese, sloppy rolling and three of my shirts are ruined, one being my Buffalo Bills Jersey. I worked for Mighty Taco in the 90s and they’re not the same anymore—the last five years they’ve lost their way.

Service was slow and they were out of several menu items. I have been here multiple times thinking it was a fluke but it seems each time they are out of what's you would think to be common menu items. None of the food was bad but it was more of a pain then it should of been.

Definitely gone downhill sadly. I used to come here almost daily for a taco salad because I was doing keto diet. Tasted absolutely amazing and worth what I paid. Taco salad is now gone, and quality of food has decreased. Muuuccch smaller portions, rude staff if they get the order wrong and you try to explain what was incorrect. I'll try again in 6 months- I'm done at this point.

They are getting very sloppy with their food preparation. Problems with both of my last visits here. My second last visit I ordered a burrito to go and when I opened it up it was barely folded and the sauce was spilling outside of it before I even been into it. Today I ordered a crunchy taco... I ordered it with medium sauce but there was no sauce on it at all, and the filling was just popped in the center of the taco with no filling at all for more than an inch each side of the taco. I know it's fast food, but it's getting ridiculous how their quality of preparation has gone down.

We had our first Experience and mighty taco and it was not a very good one. We each got a rice bowl and a burrito in all of it was cold. The flavoring was not very good at all and we ended up throwing 80% of it in the garbage. The only positive was the fountain so it was good. I think we are done with mighty taco.

Used to enjoy frequenting from time to time and always used to be great, however lately it’s been going down hill, I mean this is a picture of the “cheese quesadilla” I just received…. Seriously? We were the only customer at the time, could have at least melted the cheese. This was a cold cheese sandwhich.

Mighty Taco in Lockport NY ruined mighty taco for me permanently by messing up my order then claiming they reviewed the cameras and they made them correctly so they called me a liar. Could it be the blue cheese and sour cream were in the wrong bottles? They refuse refunds and will only give you gift cards regardless which I would never use so the experience at this location should be taken with caution if you're going to give them your money. The staff at the location was very unprofessional. When I called to tell them about the mistake they asked me if they was EG and then passed the phone around after hanging out because they said it was too busy to talk.

Ordered steak fajitas and ended up with chicken. Was my first time and obviously my last time there. Tacos weren't that great either. I'm going to find a Taco Bell where I know I'm getting what I order.

Service was slow. Employees wear Berry unenthusiastic. One was just standing around. Iwas in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes do not recommend at night time. Register guy was very unenthusiastic

Every single time I go to this location I order a CHICKEN bowlito and end up with BEEF. I have only ever gotten chicken two times out of probably 15 orders over the last couple years. My husband repeated chicken to the Man who was taking his order three times to make sure that it was correct and he said "do you want grilled chicken or shredded chicken?" My husband said "shredded chicken" and I still ended up with beef!! I am super disappointed in this location and how careless the employees are

Waited 20 minutes in the restaurant for three tacos at 8:30 pm. Had to leave without the tacos because I couldn't wait any longer. This is the worst "fast food" experience I've ever had. Be careful if you try to get food there. One other customer had pre-ordered. He came in right after me and waited in the pre-order pickup area. After 20 minutes, the staff had not even checked with him about his order. When they did check with him, it turned out they hadn't started preparing his pre-ordered meals.

If I could rate a 0 I would. The gentleman on counter was incredibly rude and acted as if he was bothered by having to do his job. He then forgot a drink I had ordered and requested my receipt prior to giving me the drink. Both bags of chips were stale and there was a nice brown hair inside one of the burritos.

What happened to the Cherry Empanada??? Whatever you’ve replaced them with are terrible! Thick doughy wrap with barely any cherry filling in each bite instead of the crispy cinnamon shell full of warm cherries!! So disappointed. 🙁

If you're short staffed...why stay open? Pandemic is a tad done. There's no reason for it. My wife is vegan and they always screw up her order. Apparently it's hard to figure out the difference between a taco and burrito. That's not a big deal there, but...charge her for something that's not there that she asked for and occasionally put cheese and sour cream in it when asked not to. Becomes more than frustrating when it happens SEVERAL times. I get it though...I've worked in the restaurant industry....but at some point you have to accept the fact an overhaul is needed.

Arrived at 10:30pm, site said they close at 12. We all got our food around 11pm. We all sit down and as soon as we start eating an employee tells us his manager said we have 5 mins to finish so they can close the dining room. No one else was told this. We ate some of our food then left. The food was also obviously end of the night stale stuff so over all it was disappointing after being excited for our first Mighty Taco visit in a few years.

Did not do drive through as it was extremely busy went inside had to wait for about 45 minutes to take care of my order and 3 individuals ahead of me. Meanwhile drive through handled 24 cars and staff reported only 6 minutes for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible counter service. Should have done drive through as they are obviously the most important customer.

We stopped at the drive thru on the way home yesterday. $50.00 for 3 people to eat is despicable. Our order consisted of a super mighty pack, a mighty pack and 2 bowlito's. The food has completely changed. The super mighty's literally tasted like chili inside of a burrito shell. I don't know what makes this dump believe that their food is worthy of these prices, but the taste as well as the portion size don't come close to being worth it. Maybe someone needs to clue them in that they aren't real mexican food. It's a shame that their quality has gone so far downhill. I remember when they were the place to beat when it came to fast food. Now it's nothing but a disgrace. Save yourself some money and go to Taco Bell. At least it tastes fresh.

Went to restaurant in Lockport at 8pm Wednesday august 20th2022, six cars in drive thru, long wait, car in front of me pulled out of line after he ordered and drove away. I finally arrived at window and noticed the workers looked all untrained and not properly dressed. Looked dirty inside. My food was cold and not up to par.

I came in and waited atleast 10 minutes to order, nobody in front of me, and another 15 minutes just to get my food, the drive thru was no where near busy and there were 2 other customers in the lobby. I asked if I could have free empanadas for the extremely long wait and the manager just sort of blew me off. Her name was brandy. Horrible customer service. Will never come to this location again.

4 different employees asked if I was there to pick up for a food delivery service, all were told no, yet none wanted to take my order. My food was all refrigerator level cold and gross

When I pulled in the drive thru line was all the way to the road so I had to park and go in.... I ordered in 10 minutes and then waited 30 before the food was done! Guy in there before me said he had been waiting 20 minutes.... Well turn around and drive thru was completely empty and there was 10 people in the restraunt waiting for food .... If I could give -10 stars I WOULD!!! Only one person working the restaurant while there were 6 on drive thru! Straight ridiculous!

Went to mighty taco yesterday, ordered two 3 cheese nacho burritos, they were so thrown together that they just fell apart, there was barely any meat, and no crushed up chips in it at all. My husbands fajita… not even sure the fajita was supposed to look like that, it was such a mess that he didn’t even bother trying to get it out of the paper bag… my nachos deluxe, more chips than anything else and also looked like it was thrown together in a fit of rage. We usually go to mighty quite often because I love the food, honestly considering never coming back at this point. Never had such a bad experience. Honestly wish I had taken photos of the food it was so bad.

Mighty taco does not stand behind the quaity of their food ! The staff that waited on us had the personality of a rock.He had a blank stupid look on his face the whole time when we tried to order. Will never go back to that location or any other Mighty Taco.Garbage food and half wit staff.

I went to this location at 10:30 and the doors were locked even though the lobby didn’t closed till 11. Then went into the drive thru. Waited almost half an hour in this drive thru for four items. Customer service was terrible. Asked me for my order name as I was working for DoorDash. Then needed proof that I actually worked for DoorDash. Rude all around. Made me confirm pickup before I was even given the food. I do not recommend this location for late night.

What happened to the customer is always right? I ordered 1 meatless BURRITO and 1 impossible BURRITO. I’m sorry but the kid taking my order couldn’t understand that. My order was wrong and I tried to help them understand that the kid must have put it in wrong but no. I was wrong. And left hungry. Taco Bell is 10x better. Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!

went to mighty after the fair, ended up waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. worker was extremely rude. i ordered 3 tacos and only got one so when i told them they said they only had one taco on the order so i had to pay for two more. then had to wait another half an hour for two tacos. my friend also ordered nachos and was handed a taco. so ridiculous

Why do you tie the bags so tight and with no napkins? The service has been terrible too. Last time I go to this location. I advise to all to never go here.

Hair. .. that's right, hair..... in one of our quesadilla. To be fair, I called the store to let them know what happened and told the manager to make sure his employees are wearing hair nets. He apologized for the hair and offered me a replacement or coupons for my next visit, I denied both..... a refund was never offered which is what should have been offered. Let's be honest.... who would wanna go in for a replacement or coupons to more possibly hair contaminated food?....
