Pizza is the best in Lockport. The wings are good also. Older gentleman working behind the counter, I'm assuming the manager or owner is always very nice. I've tried other places, but Sunnys has them beat.

I tried another pizza spot nearby and learned my lesson. Sunnys is the only place that makes good food. I got a small pizza and it was perfect, evenly spread, cooked right, all the goods. And the wings were perfect and sauced up right. I thought anyone could make good pizza but I was very very wrong. I will never go elsewhere from here on out. Thank you guys for keeping the quality even with the little pies.

This place makes a fish fry fit for the gods! Their wings are better then duffs and elmos (Ya I said it, let that marinade). We order delivery and it still gets to our place super fresh even after travel. 10/10 love this place and will keep ordering.

Whenever I'm in the Lockport area I always order pizza and wings from Sunny's. The chicken wings are Always crispy, saucy and delicious. This past Monday I ordered and the man who took my order and cashed me out was very pleasant, my pizza was delicious, my wings were cooked perfectly, the price was right. The girls in the back who have taken my order in the past have also been very pleasant and they surely can make good extra crisp wings. I am very happy with Sunny's!

We ordered from Sunny's last night and I'm seriously sitting here thinking about how good my pizza was! I had the Sergio and it was soooo good! We ordered a cheese and pep too which my guests said was good but I didn't have any. We also ordered a gluten free veggie pizza, and my gluten intolerant friend said it was the best gluten free crust she has had. The wings were also my idea of perfect, a bit crispy but really saucy. I do have one comment, I wish the menu was a tad more descriptive. For example we had to ask if the Sergio was a white pizza, and the veggie pizza my friend wanted red sauce but turns out it was a white pizza. My husband ordered so he didn't ask all the questions I would have. But the food was great!

Great fish fry as long as you tell them to lighten up on the frying or its a little on the darl crunchy side. Cones with coleslaw and a side and roll. Italian sub is awesome. Never even tried their pizza though.

Drove 8 hours in from Long Island, ordered while driving through Rochester, had the food meet us at the house! (Large Pizza and Wings) Nothing will ever compare to Sunny's and home. Go Bills!

Went here on a recommendation of some friends .I wanted to get someone a git certificate. And found out that this is a very popular and well liked place in Lockport. So I had a sub and yep very tasty.

Great pizza and subs! The gentleman who took our orders was very pleasant to interact with. He was also very accommodating with a couple extra requests we had such as a cup of water to take some meds. Awesome experience, great food, would go again! Highly recommended.

The food was fantastic!!! Absolutely great! I got the BLT sandwich and my daughter got the cheeseburger meal. The fries were 3.19 for a large and it was fairly small, but other than that! It was great! This was our first visit and we surely will visit again. On a side not I love that they use aged pepperoni for their pizza!

Some coworkers order from here often. The pizza is not bad but was a little undercooked last time. REALLY like the chicken fingers here and the chicken finger subs. Looking forward to trying some other stuff too. A coworker ordered the cheeseburger sub and said it was fantastic!

The food was awesome! The customer service was ok. The food was out in a timely fashion and was exactly everything we ordered. This was our first time going to Sunnys, we will return for future sandwiches.. I ordered the BLT 🥪 and my daughter ordered the cheeseburger 🍔, we also got fries and a large drink. The fries were pricey for the portion that you get. $3.19 for a large and it was a carnival size. But I honestly enjoy my BLT, I did take of some of the stacked lettuce but they made up for that with the amount of bacon! Delicious!

Went in for lunch and it was a decent experience. Ordering was quick since you order at a counter and find a seat you like while they call out your order number when it's ready. Menu was vast and the seats were clean. Prices were good, as was the food. Good choice if you can't figure out what will please everyone in your group.

Love the food. Usually the service is good. Manager was extremely rude. Don't take your stress out on your customers or you won't have any, no matter how good your chefs are.

Last time we ordered we got home and we didn't even receive the right order so I called and spoke to management they gave me a credit. I called the following week to order from my credit and ended up getting a grilled chicken salad where I had ordered a chicken finger salad. I was not calling again. Ugh. I was disappointed to say the least.

The staff the past year is horrible. EVERY single order has been wrong in one way or another. Been going here 20+yrs. I used to Love Sunnys Chicken finger pizza, but since Covid they have kind of Fallen off. I've ordered a chicken finger sub, and there was 3 pinky sized chicken strips on the whole sub. I figured maybe it was the end of the bag🤣 so then waited a few months and tried their usually Fantastic chicken finger pizza, which I ordered plenty of times.(It used to come with Meaty fingers and Red onions) that time it came with white onion and literally like 2 full onions on the pizza with a few chicken pieces.. smh🧅🤣, again figured maybe they just messed up.. a few months later tried it again, and got a chicken finger pizza that also came with white onions and was also loaded with onions and not much chicken. When I asked about the white onions instead of red, they said that's how it always came.(Which is not true but ok).On the positive side the dough was fluffy and airy.. In the end it was very average and not what it used to be sadly.

Today,, 7/21/21 just made an order, lets give it another try, nope the phone etiquette is aweful, so upsetting.I had always had great experiences, but lately counting today, anytime we call to order, the phone etiquette is so terrible, first I called to order and was put on hold, I think they forget cause after 12 minutes on hold, I hung up, called a second time, after 5 rings they finally answered, and the girl on the phone was cold and rude, I just figured she was having a bad day and passed it off and continued to order after I was done she said anything else, I said no thank you. I said thank you and have a good night, she didn't reply, she just hung up. My husband looked at me and said "I could here her", and asked, "did, she say anything back, because to me she sounded miserable and to just hang up" I said she just hung up, I love this place but I don't think ill be going here anymore, its just consistent with the attitudes, its too bad, you should not be in customer service if you can't deal with people! This place is going down hill, my family has been going here for years, and I have a huge family, to lose all that business is a shame.😪😪😪 there are other places to go who will be a pleasure I'm sure.so my husband goes in and of course has to wait, in the meantime him and another guest has to suffer a dine in guest who is hacking all-over, and wears her mask below her nose when she leaves her table to get ketchup and napkins...just gross, on top of it our subs where terrible, I asked for it to be toasted the mayonnaise was runny yuck, we just threw it out it was so gross. Good place to eat with the kids on the weekend of shopping. They have good service, nice friendly staff, tvs to watch while you wait or eat in. The pizza is good , Its not my 1st choice but is my 2nd . They are my favorite for subs! Steak & cheese is great. place is clean.

Food was decent when it finally came out. We saw order after order coming out before us that had been placed after ours. The biggest detractor was when I asked for a refill on my fountain drink they wanted to charge me $1. It wasn't the cost but the principle. No need to make a special trip out here.

I was a repeat customer of Sunny's and was always happy with their food. However, I just ordered 2 subs their through Doordash and they were complete garbage!!! Tried to call them but got no answer. Guess I will need to find a new pizza/sub shop! 😵

This was my first time to this restaurant and my first impression wasn't a good one. After ordering and waiting for my food I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there wasn't any hot water but the real issue was the water leaking from the hot water valve. When I talked to the manager he told me he knew about it and he told the owner but nothing was or has been done about it in quite some time. The restaurant looks as if it needs to be scrubbed clean two times over. As for the food, I ordered ten chicken wings medium and received them more on the side of hot and they were overcooked. The whole place is run by a bunch of kids and if the owner doesn't care why would the children running his or her restaurant care. It's just a pay check to them. I hear this place has been here for years but it seems the owners over the years have become complacent and not taking care of a business they started years ago and are letting it just slip away. Good luck for the future of your establishment.

Ordered food from here today, 11/16/25. Worked a 12 hour shift and was looking forward to it. First off - no 1/2 tray? Ordered a sheet since I don't want a pie. The pizza was definitely not cooked enough, the bottom barely had any color, it is super soft. It was cooked, but soft. The pizza was pretty bland with an acidic sauce. The large fry i received is what other places call a small. The chicken wings, a nice size, were barely cooked, there is zero crispiness to them. Don't get me started on what they consider BBQ sauce. I have no idea why restaurants use this red BBQ sauce that tastes like you're eating a hot dog. Nowhere near enough brown sugar in it. I will never order here again. Disappointed at every turn. The only highlight is that the staff was friendly.

Been going to Sunny’s for over 45 years. Recently there has been an issue getting an order done correctly. I consistently order double pepperoni. I’ve had a few times when I did not receive double pepperoni and just let it slide. Today, I decided to call and bring it to the managers attention. All he could say is, bring it back and we will re-make it. Regardless of how near or far I am to their location, he never once offered to credit my card for the difference. I sure hope in the future they have a better response. Moving forward, I will check my order before leaving. I certainly hope they inform their staff to pay closer attention to orders. As a long time customer, I’m disappointed in the lack of concern. Hope they do better in the future.

The last time I was here was back in 1997, working in the area, so I stopped in. Nothing has changed, had the steak sandwich, still good, but they forgot my onions and enjoyed the bun.

Past couple of times we noticed things getting cheap there. This time was the worst. Pizza was thinner than usual,, way under cooked and very skimpy. The only thing that was bigger was the price. Really have to think about it before going back again.

Asked for lightly cooked mild wings, got overcooked, hot wings cooked in old oil Thursday night. Sunnys not cheap and the customer suffers twice between prices and food preparation by young girls.

This place has been around for a very long time. since the 70s. And it had great pizza for a long time. But the truth is. It's not the same. The dough is tasteless, the sauce is generic and bland, the cheese doesn't even taste good. It's like they threw out their old recipes and just used prefab store bought products. It almost like they're trading on their longevity and nostalgia. I don't order there often cause I live on the other side of town now. But the last two times i have ordered, I felt a sense of regret wasting money on a pie. Sunny's is not what it was all them years ago. For me, it's time to write them off and find new places.

I am amending my review! Sunny's was always our go-to pizza place. That changed yesterday. We ordered a sheet and 50 wings. We requested our wings to be crispy. Politely we mentioned we have requested this in the past and still received under done wings. The man on the phone seemed to cop an attitude and was very blunt. Upon picking them up the attitude continued with a snarky comment about how long he cooked the wings and we better enjoy them. Although they were cooked perfectly I don't appreciate the added comments. So now I will no longer use Sunny's as my go-to pizza stop. There are other places a little further away but want my business.

Had got the 2 slices of pizza, pop, and a fry deal to go. The pizza was mostly dough and tasted like it was reheated old slices. It was not appealing at all and very disappointing. Sunnys used to have really good food, not any more.

I will start off by saying this is the LAST TIME I buy from Sunny's! The sign outside advertised sheet pizza with fifty wings, 59.99. conveniently when we came in to pick up our order, we were told "oh we're not honoring that price". After the manager was a little rude to us about the picture we had taken of the advertised price, she offered the owners phone number. After speaking to the owner, Tony. He agreed to give us the advertised price. I am a life long resident of Lockport and been frequenting Sunny's for over thirty years. I am shocked and disappointed at this false advertising.

I moved out of the area, but when I come back I always love coming to Sunny. They have the best BLT. So it makes me sad that I will not support this business anymore. I can't sit and eat my BLT when the TV station playing was found guilty of lying about the 2020 election. Why can't they just play a local news station 😞

Saturday we decided to have pizza and wings for a pre birthday dinner. Seen the sign stating a certain price for a sheet pizza and wings earlier in the week so we decided to order. When we went to pick it up it was a different price. We asked why when the sign states a different price. The night time manager said we aren't going by that price. I showed the picture I took..her response..well honey you can keep taking pictures all day long they don't mean anything. Very rude!! She asked if we wanted the owners phone number. She rattled it off as fast as she could. When I asked for it again..more attitude. My husband spoke to the owner, he said that was an old price and the sign would be changed later in the week. Reluctantly he gave us $10 off our order. I believe in supporting local businesses but I will never go back there.

My family and relatives have been going to Sunny's for years. We've always enjoyed it! Unfortunately, there is an employee there who is not only rude on the phone but she purposely had only part of my family's order ready when I arrived to pick it up. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the meal to be ready. The Manager was very apologetic and comped my entire meal. That's not what I expected and was very nice. It's not his fault she's a rotten employee but doing nothing about the employee's behavior is. Definitely going to lose more customers because of her. You've already lost me and my family.

It was my first time ordering from here based on friends recommendations. I ordered pizza and wings. One was good and one I wouldn't touch because it was too disgusting. The pizza was good, the wings were gross. I opened them up it looked more like trash than an order of food, I asked for them to be xx crispy- they were far from it. Instead I got soggy, slippery, mush to the touch wings. And why does it say drive-In? I expected a drive thru window to pick up my food. If there is a pickup window I didnt see any markings or signs directing to it. So my ice drinks were melted, wings inedible but decent pizza. I won't go back. There are other places with great pizza and wings.

This is my second attempt at trying Sunny's (first time was not thrilled with the food) but thought I would give it another chance. We ordered two subs (not a true sub but more of a sandwich) one cheeseburger and one steak and cheese. Cheeseburger sub was basically two very thin burgers on a huge roll (ordered a large) with tons lettuce (not shredded per a typical sub), sliced tomatoes (subs have diced), whole sliced onions (diced for subs) and no taste at all. Steak and Cheese sub same huge roll with same lettuce, tomatoes and onions and three steak ums (not even real steak)...very disappointed and now I know not to even give them three strikes...two times is enough.

We have ordered pizza exclusively from Sunny's for the last 3 years. We celebrated a little ones birthday party and spent $130 on 2 tray pizzas and 50 wings. We love the food, that's not the issue. However, the sausage & onion pizza had barely any sausage on it. Maybe 1 or 2 pieces per slice if you're lucky. Great food, but be careful getting shorted. This is unacceptable when spending $42 for a tray pizza. We called and made the manager on duty aware of the situation and she told us that there’s nothing she can do for us. I guess we will be ordering elsewhere.

The chicken fingers were something out of a bag like Tyson's. The large order of fries was definitely a small. Almost$40 dollars later I could have stayed home and ate for a quarter of that. Never again. Don't waste your money like I did.

Atmosphere was weird. It's an old Pizza Hut or Taco Bell. You ordered at the counter and no one checked on you. Food was expensive for being sub par. The haddock was good but the cole slaw was awful, it gave a weird nasal burn. Potato salad tasted store bought. JaIepeno poppers were average and the pizza was dry and old. I get better frozen pizza from Walmart. Cheeseburger sub the only thing my wife could taste was the mayonnaise. The price is what really stands out. We won't be going back

Ordered small pizza got a large. Charged for small,but they should of threw it out. WAs burned ,dry,and burned. All could eat was pull the dry crusty top off and threw rest out.

Disgusting pizza. I think Drano is more palatable. They also kept the fountain drinks behind the counter like you're a child which feels incredibly chintzy. I went here because I thought it would be good to go to a small business instead of the number of chain restaurants down the street but guess not!

On 12/24/2023 at 15:50 I was told that we needed to order because the restaurant closes at five. This tattooed punk said to my family, but never told anybody else walking in they needed to Hurry up in order. This was the rudest person I have ever seen working up front at Sunnys in my 23 years of eating here. But if this is their staff they want to keep, I'll eat elsewhere.

Used to be an amazing place to get food from. However after ordering almost 50$ worth of food (2 subs wings and chicken fingers) for the family tonight I'll NEVER go their again. I checked my food to make sure everything was their before we left and the owner questioned why I was checking my order ... as I don't want to have to drive back to the restaurant with 2 small children then says "well since your going through them then you can bag the boxes" and proceeded to throw the bag at the food. I getting home to find soggy subs (with more lettuce then anything) and their chicken wings were soggy as well covered in thick goopy chunky sauce. (Nothing like a NY style buffalo medium sauce taste or look like at all!) And they were the most nasty wings I every tried to eat in my life (then ones McDonald's had for a while tasted better and had more crunch) I didn't even let my Children eat them. .... when I go out to eat I expect good food and good people not disrespect while I pay for my food and I expect my food to be what I pay for.....THAT PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Maybe new owners would do that place good!

Very disappointed. I ordered a Bacon sub and paid close to $10. I received a BLT. The guy at the counter said it's the same thing. I'm sorry it's not. A Bacon sub is like ordering a ham sub. The main ingredient is bacon. Three slices of bacon on a bacon sub is not acceptable. You don't give just one slice of ham. There should be at least 8 to 9 pieces of bacon

I used to love this place! They really gone down hill. Pizza is trash Fry's under cooked. I'm eating a assorted sub and it's sorta just thrown together onions falling off sub hanging off i should say. The sub is made disproportionately and capacolla is half fat hard rubbery can't eat fat. Ordered twenty wings xxx crispy with extra blue cheese. Got zero blue cheeses and wings that looked like they were soaked in mop water. When I called to ask the manager (NICELY!) if she could remake them and provide the blue cheese I paid for she said no, I have to go thru Uber for a refund. Advised I amm simply asking that they be remade and give me the sauce I paid for and she cared less. Really nice end to halloween after crashing my car this morning 🤗

Tiffany told my wife 45 minutes and are food was under cooked over 85.00 $ and was nasty on the phone to us when we called and complained I will never walk back into this place after this would not even remake are food I left my name and number for the owner to call me back let’s see if it happens!

Gave my business to them for 10 years. Had a nasty experience with the manager Don on 10/14/18 with a phone call at 5:00 pm. He was rude arrogant and belligerent. If he paid as much attention to his job and his manners as he does flirting with high school workers well wouldn't be deserving of a name tag on his shirt. After seeing all the reviews the owner is quick to say thank you on good reviews however..he will not respond to a negative or informative review. So after 10 years of doing business I'll say it's time to say goodbye. Seems the manager Don is a reflective of the owner neither one cares or is professional. When your an absentee owner having high school kids supervised by a unprofessional rude manager who just wants to flirt with the girls well Mr. OWNER WAKE UP. After 10 years of giving my money to your business and I had to deal with a rude manager I'll give my money to another establishment in town. Ya can't run a business sitting on your couch at home and let a snot nose rude so called manager handle your Buisness Good luck with that. I ordered a large pizza and double wings Friday. The wings were good but when you order double cheese on a pizza and it's so thin you can see the sauce and crust that's just wrong. I could've paid less for a frozen pizza and had more cheese on it. It used to be good. DO BETTER! Won't be going back there. Total waste of $50.

I've been coming here from time to time most of my life living in Lockport. I also use to work here as a teenager. This is probably the last time I'll come here. We ordered subs tonight. my assorted sub meat was so thick (roughly a 1/8 thick) slices shouldn't be this thick on a sub or a sandwich and each kind of meat wasn't even on every part of the sub. They forgot oil on all three of our subs and the rolls were very over toasted. When I came in I went to use the bathroom which was occupied. Once the person left the bathroom it was an employee who returned to the kitchen. Once I went into the bathroom it stunk of cigarette smoke like the employee just smoked in there. Yuck!!! This is so disappointing since sunnys was once one of the best sub shops in Lockport. Now I would say there one of the worst.

Ordered online, went into pick it up, it wasn't ready which isn't a problem since we ordered extra extra crispy wings. When the order is done they give us the pizza and wings, the pizza is at best room temp, the wings are soggy and chewy. This isn't the first time but figured would try again and maybe they could figure out how to make the order correct. You have a better chance getting a correct order at McDonalds then this place

Ordered XX Crispy wings. Wings are extremely slimy no crunch or crisp to them at all, have to put them in the oven myself.

A couple days ago, my partner and I decided to try this place for the first time. We both ordered the fish fry and it came with fries, coleslaw, and a roll. Worst fish fry we've ever had. These were frozen fish fillets that they deep fried. French fries were flimsy so undercooked. The coleslaw tasted expired. Will never order from here ever again

This was my first time eating here (and my last). The person I was with ordered plain Chicken Fingers. The person at the counter asked him what he wanted on them. He looked puzzled because he was just getting the chicken fingers with extra blue cheese. She seemed agitated and asked him again what he wanted on them. I said, "it's our first time here". She then rephrased the question, so how you want them? He replied just plain with extra blue cheese on the side please. Knowing I wanted the soup, he inquired what kind of soup they had. The person at counter just looked oddly at him, so he repeated the question as to what flavor soup they were serving. With the soup inquiry, I received my second eyeroll since approaching the counter. She replied that they haven't served soup since the Coronavirus. I said, "Again, this is our first time so I couldn't have known that". I explained that online, the menu showed a Soup and Salad section. I then ordered a fish fry. She gave me two potato side options but I asked what else I could order because I was allergic to potatoes... (third eye roll). When our number was called out, I went up and collected our order and brought it back to the table. The fish was a greasy, over battered, flat slab of tasteless something - but I am not sure what that something was. Everything was subpar. It's not even worth wasting anymore of my time (or yours) on this review. It was by far the worst meal I have had in Lockport.

This place really has gone way down hill in recent months first the quality of food decreased then customer service became atrocious. Been going here for over a decade and even worked there many years ago I've met the owner really nice man but unfortunately he must be away because I won't even recommend anyone here and I've always said best wings withing 50 miles hands down but last time I ordered I got half cooked "burnt" wings how you ask undercooked in dirty fryer oil smh Tony please fix SUNNYS I want good food with better service back again

Been going here forever.....last two times were less than satisfactory. Old owner are greatly missed. Counter staff is fine the cooking is going down fast. They must have had my chicken fingers down for the full 20 minutes. They never should have been served. The sub had some new shake spices that ruined the taste of the sausage. Used to be so good...

I originally called and started to drive to the restaurant, I was asked to hold , the phone was placed down I could hear everything, my call was never retrieved and I walked into the restaurant with phone in hand. The front counter person was rude and unprofessional when I identified I was the person still on the line for almost 15 minutes, he could have cared less and laughed. Held up the phone and said this phone rocking the phone back and forth. Hel Refused to give me his name , identified himself as the manager, I asked to speak with his boss and he stated he was not here. I asked for owners name and he stated “ I am not allowed to give out that information” I stated I would be back tomorrow to speak with the owner, he laughed and stated he would be here all day tomorrow in an attempt to be intimidating . This front end person was a white male, black baseball cap, tattoos on arms. I received my order I stated I will be back tomorrow, he laughed and said great have a great night. If the order was not for an out of town guest I would not have placed it. Customer kindness goes along way, a simple I am sorry would have shown that the manager cared, instead of condescending tone and comments. I have a feeling the owner would have at least said , so sorry. Great food , horrible manager who needs customer service training.

Today 10-17-25 was the absolute last time im ordering wings from them. After asking several times for my wings to be cooked extra crispy and extra saucy just to get some soggy no heaven sauce chicken you would think as a restaurant they read the reviews. which I’m pretty sure they do and they still continuously serve people wings that are nasty and just barely done like it’s OK to leave them in the fryer a little bit longer, but you know what don’t take my advice. don’t really matter to me anymore because I would never go in order from you guys ever again disgusted if I could give zero as a rating, you guys would have zero

Ordered pizza and wings 10/12/25 around 430 pm, first time having there food highly disappointed! Never again. So gross!! I ordered my wings extra crispy and the were very soft and slimy. Also did not give me any of my dipping sauce for the wings. My dinner is ruined.

My family member who has vision problems just went into this establishment and asked if they had a daily slice special and the girl at the counter said “they are posted in the board” he asked if she could let him know what they were and how much and again she stated “ they are posted on the board “ she refused to TELL HIM the price and what it included. HE IS VISION IMPAIRED!!!!! He ended up leaving as she was very unpleasant and unprofessional! I called a few minutes later and asked to speak to a manager and it just so happens that the MANAGER IS THE GIRL WHO WAS AT THE COUNTER!!!! I brought my concerns to her and she stated well he should have told me he had vision problems!!! Um NO why can’t you just do your job?!?!?! So I asked for her manager and she giggled and hung up on me!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Her name is TIFFANY . Not manager material or professional AT ALL !!!

Pizza is good. Wings used to be good but tonight I was very disappointed. Not crisp at all- soggy. Each wing had to be squeezed with napkins due to the amount of sauce they were soaking in. 20 wings were ordered “mild” but it was more like medium. Bathrooms were clean.

So the last two experiences have been awful. Last week we ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were pretty terrible and one was not even what I would consider a wing which was included in our single order. We were waiting for our food to be done and were told to “sit down and wait” pretty rudely by one of the workers- even though we called and preordered food to go which was going to be ready any minute…. Then this week we call and asked to place an order for pickup- ordered a small pizza and we are told that the pizza oven has been broke for 5 days… ridiculous so then on top of that I say can I call back in 2 minutes to figure out a new order and I’m told they are closing and that they “are closed” but the hours then say they are open for another 36 minutes… needless to say not the best experiences recently, may need to get some better staff if you want loyal customers.
