The Staff is so friendly, they do a great job at ensuring my food is vegetarian…LOVE THEM !!!!!! 11 out of 10 stars. And very clean, as well as the restrooms
I am not one to visit a lot of fast food places, let alone review them, but the lady manning the drive thru window is so sweet and professional. She has glasses and long black straight hair. BK, pls give her some recognition!

Ever since 2021, when BK declared that their foods is rid of preservatives, the food tastes better and is healthier, but is more expensive unfortunately due to to this reason and general inflation. Still, watch out for the saturated fat content that any beef based hamburger will provide, along with deep fried French fries that are notoriously unhealthy no matter where it comes from. I do gotta say, the chicken fries are unhealthy at any BK you'll go too, because it is fried in oil which is not at the fault of the people who get paid not that well to make it who are trying to survive. But it still tastes so good and you can expect this kinda stuff at place that uses a deep fryer. Fast food or not. And they got such great deals. Love you guys!

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings and a small soda. I was ordering at 12 pm and they should have had more than one person taking orders. Lots of lettuce (too much) and 1/2 slice of tomato. Onion rings were good. And the selection of soft drinks was great.
This Burger King in Lodi, whenever I have visited, which is usually during the breakfast and early lunch hours, has always been one of the quieter Burger Kings around. I have heard that there have been incidents of unruly kids here; I can't qualify a comment on that because I'm usually out by 1 pm. My breakfasts have always been solid, and my lunches quite good. Prices are comparable to other BKs in the region.
2 out of the last 4 I drive away with less than I ordered. I wonder if there are cases when people rushed to get out of drive thru to find out later their bag is empty.
Food and service wise, this Burger King is fine. However if you come here on a weekday around the time school gets out, be prepared to have your lunch ruined. These kids come in like they own the place, acting obnoxious, and disturbing the otherwise peaceful environment. The employees and management, in my experience, do nothing about it, and instead let the kids annoy the people who are simply trying to enjoy their lunch.
Not a great experience. The touchscreen on the Coke Freestyle machine was filthy and half of the flavors were unavailable. The fries were extremely salty and part of my order was wrong. Too bad there aren't other locations nearby.
I had to wait 30 min to get my breakfast order, I’ve never waited that long. They had enough staff to complete the order in a good time, but idk why it took so long. Then my hashbrowns were missing 😞.

Very very rude costumer service coming from the women handling the late night shift Dec 21, I wasn’t aware how the new online pickup works, so I drove up. When I get there this women opens her window and extremely rude starts talking back to me with a tone of me explaining myself for a simple mistake. Felt extremely uncomfortable with her and bothered by her terrible attitude and costumer service.
I’m new in town. Craving a cheeseburger. I saw all these negative reviews and decided to call and speak to someone. An answering machine clicked on exactly like in the 1990’s. This is a scary Burger King.
When I crave a burger, I usually choose Burger King. I’ve bought burgers from this location several times before, but each time the taste was disappointing. Still, I decided to give it another chance. When I opened Uber Eats and saw their “buy one, get one free” promotion, I decided to try again. I placed my order, picked it up, and went home. Unfortunately, the result was the same: the burgers tasted really bad. I took one bite from each and threw them away. On top of that, the woman working there was extremely rude and inattentive. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. The negative experiences I’ve had here are no longer just bad luck—they’re the result of consistently poor quality standards. I will never visit this branch again.
Once I ordered and canceled it, I never received my refund. I ordered again online, I didn't receive anything, and they gave me the wrong drink.
Went through the drive thru 4/5/25 about 2pm , there was a nasty lady with black hair, with glasses wearing a black hat that gave me an attitude after I told her that the drive thru mic was not working so I had to order at the window, this lady was so nasty she looked like she was maybe Colombian but she was very nasty, she has no type of customer service skills and needs to be re trained…SMH
do NOT go here i’m telling you take the time and go to a different one. i order a original chicken sandwich and fries last night late in the night around 2am. this morning i woke up SO sick. couldn’t get out of the bathroom it had me so sick my ears started ringing and i was going to pass out if my grandma wasn’t there to hold my head up for me! still feeling sick from it right now! i don’t know if it was back chicken or what but i feel if the chicken wasn’t bad then someone had to do something to it that’s how bad i felt!
Recently got into an hit and run accident at the parking lot by Burger King in Lodi. I was not in the car when the accident happened so I did not see who hit my car. The accident should’ve been caught by the security camera so I had requested the manager to help me obtain the footage of the accident and I can see the security camera outside is pointed directly at my car. The manager said she doesn’t have the access the camera so I left my phone number and accident details so the owner or other manager can reach out to me. A week goes by and I hear nothing back. I follow up to see if there was any information about the hit and run. The same manager was there so I asked if there was any detail. The owner did look at the camera (not sure to what extent) but didn’t bother to reach out to me. The owner saw some car that potentially could have hit my car but that was it. They didn’t give me any information of what kind of make, model, license plate, time, or anything. Didn’t bother to reach out to me. I simply asked for help and wouldn’t even respond to me. What a service.
You got one stars because: - one⭐ I never received my order (I ordered through YOUR app) - one⭐ We contacted you guys by support email (you guys were not helpful in addressing the courier who stole the order or try to escalate the matter even when I provided a video time frame that he purposely took two hours to "deliver" such items that never showed up) AND FINALLY - one⭐ As a last resort, tried to contact this location, phone wouldn't even ring. I am beyond disappointed. I understand to assess situations and not lose business or money but WE had our order literally stolen by this courier, have documented the situation, and have had to literally place this location in it's place for not even reaching back out to address what happened. Do NOT contact us as we obviously are continuing to address this with support. Not interested in your apology.
The man working on Thursday night shift taken orders on the drive thru was really rude and with such a bad attitude. I tried to explain to him that it was really difficult to understand what he said because his voice was braking up, and he started to yelled at me that the mic was broken for 2 years already,which I know it's not true,and said that was nothing he can do about it.I canceled my order and left. Do these people take any training about customer service?
It's 88° today, and my toddler is overheated in the back seat. I thought after going to the dollar store. Why not get a cup of ice? I don't mind how much it is. It can't be more than about $1.50, right, especially with the size cup that I want since I am paying. NO. The woman proceeded to deny me. The woman proceeded to deny me the cup of ice for any price but the price of each cup size. Because they sell bags of ice. So I indeed left with no ice so on to Passaic MCDONALD'S I went and how was a cup of ice free and large on this hot and steamy day! I will be calling corporate. This is disgusting. I never want to even come back. I will remember to starve and eat else where when I am back in the area.
If I could give zero stars I would. I recently visited this Burger King and was very disappointed, I ordered a whopper value meal and chicken strips, the whopper was very cold from the bun to the cheese, my cheese wasn’t even melted and when I asked the employee why the sandwich is so cold she told me that they don’t melt the cheese! And she’ll make me another one, she also told me that the cheese sits on ice and that’s why it’s not melted, who wants to eat a cold cheese burger?Meanwhile in all of the pictures and commercials the cheese is melted, and the chicken strips were cold and horrible as well. This Burger King is lack luster and they don’t care how they serve the food. I don’t recommend this Burger King at all. Very disappointed. Over all a very bad experience.
