The sign actually says Don Julios, so look out for that when you arrive. The food was good, although the proportions were much bigger than expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the dining room was very clean.

I went to pick up my order, I asked for Don Julio soup, I asked for extra liquid because my son doesn't feel good he can eat more liquid. I order another dish, dessert and coffe. I checked the bag they didn't put the extra liquid on the side. I asked why since I had done before and they were acting like i was liying, the server was nice and understanding but the supposed owner was rude and want to showed off. She was fighting over liquid not meat or shimp, for extra liquid. I was upset because I told them I had paid extra just for the extra liquid and they were like it was not true. I had to tell them I don't have to lie about this and left, but the supposed owner told I'm the owner and let's see if I sale you again as I was walking out. Come on this super rediculus. I loved the food but she The owners needs cudtomer services skills.

Went on a Sunday around noon a few weeks ago and no one was there. Just us. We went for breakfast because the menu and reviews looked good. Out of the three things we wanted for breakfast they did not have 2. They offered us alternatives. Why advertise what you don’t have. Lack of preparedness. Maybe I would like to give it another chance and support the small business. We came from 40minutes away too.

I was really excited to try this restaurant and thought my birthday would be the perfect occasion. I placed an order online and received an email confirmation saying it would be ready by 6:05 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the order had been canceled—but no one could explain why. They refunded me, but I was never given a courtesy call or even an email letting me know the order had been canceled. Really disappointing experience, especially on a special day.

Had ordered a tallarin saltado to go and unfortunately found a dead roach in my food. Unfortunately will not be eating from here again.

Food was amazing, untill the waitress started to file her nails on the counter of the food right in front of my face, I thought she was doing it on purpose because she continued to look directly to my eyes and I wanted to vomit 🤢 I couldn't eat I went to pay and she asked me for the tip, I left the tip because it's the right thing to do but I wanted to run away... she knew what she was doing... horrible!

Service here un professional, and they don’t know how to serve properly, no pictures on the menu you don’t even see what you getting if you don’t google it like come on is 2022 get with the program. I didn’t even get to eat due to them being unprofessional

Okay so, my experience I ordered to pick up, when the lady pick my call she was rude, I tried to get some chi jau kay plate with arroz chaufa, they charge me for a extra arroz chaufa and gave me a really small container with the arroz chaufa. the chi jau kay container was spilled over the whole bag. $30 bucks for just one person meal? And food was tasteless, horrible. Need better customer service FR!!!

I ordered takeout last night and was told to wait about 45 minutes for it to be ready. I waited and once I arrived to pick up the food I was shocked by the total cost of my takeout. I got a leche de tigre which was very small by the way, one side order of potatoes, one tallarine verde with chicken, and one Lomo Saltado. The total for the bill was about $63 for those 2 entrees and 2 small apps. I didn’t question it but I did take a menu home and once I calculated my bill for what I got, I realized I’d been ripped off by over $15. Honestly very upset and won’t be coming back. Careful and check your bill before you pay!

Terrible service. I tasted my food and did not like it, i asked my waitress for a different options and she told me that i tasted it so I have to eat it. I asked for the manager and she said that he was not available. Chicken soup had no flavor, my fish smelled bad and my plate was greasy. I asked for something to drink and she told me to get it myself. My experience was absolutely horrible and i will never come here again.
