Me and my daughter went in to grab a few sandwiches and we were greeted with the most friendly young gentleman named Nate . Not only was he sweet and professional I think he's made the best sandwiches I have ever eaten at Subway!!! Thanks Nate your AWESOME👍

Love this location. Store is always clean, everyone is friendly and speaks when you walk through the door. Subs are always great! I even had one of the workers make a suggestion on a sub and I haven't been able to eat my sub any other way since.

God forbid a clean store at 9pm. Looks like they clean everything when its dirty. Some of these reviews are skewed for personal problems I guess. No one here refuses service ever. It’s always time to clean.. Its rare to find a mistake at this Subway but it happens from time to time. I’ve never heard a rude word spoken here from any employee. They all go above and beyond.

Sergio was my sandwich artist. I know that he really cares about the product that he is preparing for not just me, but every customer he takes care of. The quality and genuine precision put into my lunch was excellent!!! I have visited many Subways in my life, but this day was different. If you want the best sandwich in town visit this Subway and request Sergio to create your meal. You will not be disappointed!!!

Decided to have lunch here today after leaving Replay. It being lunch time it was busy. The two kids behind the counter Abby and Jonathon were absolutely amazing. Having continuous orders they never once seemed overwhelmed or stopped greeting every customer that walked through the door. I wish the people at my home subway were this great.

I haven't been to subway for years and due to the fresh refresh promotion over the past year, I went back. I ordered the tried and true turkey sub. The bread was incredibly fresh and soft. The turkey tasted fresh and flavorful and all the toppings looked like fresh produce. The shop was very clean and friendly service I'd definitely go back.

Mark the manager was awesome. He work hard to help feed our high school band and volunteers with over 200 people. He personally came in early on a Saturday before the store was open to prepare all the subs and had them ready at 9:30 a.m. He even sliced and boxed all the tomatoes on the side so that the sandwiches would not get soggy. He also made sure all subs were labeled either ham, turkey or veggie. The Lakeview Band and parents are greatful for all his hard work. Thanks Mark for doing and amazing job. Your service was above and beyond our expectations.

There is a subway less than a mile from my house, but my wife and I travel out of our way to this location because the staff is always kind, helpful and accurate with our order. The manager Mark does a great job with the store and staff and everyone makes us feel welcome. The food is always great and the store is always kept in great shape.

Wow. Just wow. Ive been a subway fan for years but this one took far exceeds my expectations! As a Texan, what matters most as a customer is the down to earth friendliness present at this subway location. I have come to this location even when there are several subways that were closer. Always awesome staff and food. Mark and the team are amazing and have made me come back again and again.

Fantastic sandwiches. I stopped going to subway because they just fell off. This location brought me back to the table! Clean, fresh, and tasty! I decided to give subway a try because it was conveniently located by my hotel. I walked in and was greeted by a young man. He asked what I would like. I decided to go with a foot long Tuna. He was very polite and asked what type of bread. He also asked if I would like extra cheese or Tuna. I asked how much for the extra tuna and he responded either 1.50 or 2.50 extra. He stated he did not know. HE Should Know if he is the only one behind the counter! I also asked for Avocado and purple onion to complete the sandwich. I made it a combo. He also asked if I wanted a cookie . I responded no. I left a tip of 15% when I cashed out. My bill came to 18.00$ with tax and tip. Turns out it was an extra 3.00 $ for extra tuna and 1.50 for avocado. I looked at my receipt and was also charged an extra .69 cents for a cookie that I did not receive I confronted him about the charge for the cookie and he stated his manager was not there and he did not know how to refund me. He than asked me so what kind of cookie do you want? .I let him know that I didn't want a cookie and he said he could give .69 cents out of the register. I ended up taking a cookie but let him know he needs to know his product and be more careful when cashing out customers. I think I will just go to Jersey Mike's in the future.

I'm giving 3 stars because as soon as I walked in I greeted the white first. He never turned around to face me and when I asked him how he was doing he still kept his back turned mumbling. Jay graciously came and helped me he was so kind and polite to my baby and I and if it wasn't for him I would've walked out I didn't want the other guy near my food after that interaction besides the fact that he just looked unkept. Thank you Jay for your service I hope you get a raise just for having to share space with such.

I gave 2 stars because the guys that work there are friendly but I was not pleased with the food. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich. I should’ve just ordered a veggie sandwich because that’s literally what I received. I understand that you have to measure the portions and serve accordingly but the guy filled the scoop with chicken and then shook half of it off then put the rest on my sandwich. It’s not worth spending $7 for a sandwich with no meat. I was very displeased to say the least. I won’t be returning as this was the 2nd consecutive time that this has happened. I’m sure they train employees to do this to cut corners on cost. Terrible!

The whole time she was rude and slamming things around. We then went to get our drinks and they had already dismantled the drink machine. The minute we were going to sit down, she told us we couldn’t eat inside because they were closing. The minute we walked out, at 9:43, she turned off the open sign. Either you are or aren’t operational until 10, but don’t treat customers poorly because you want to go home.

False advertising! They overcharge compared to the listed prices on the menu and when confronted about it, they say that they cannot adjust the price to reflect what they advertise it at.

Placed an online order and received almost every item either incorrect or missing. I called the store and spoke with Bryan who said "it's not our problem to get the order right, it's the customer's problem who picked up the order". Why would you have a online ordering system if you don't read the orders? He asked me what was wrong with the order and I tried to answer but he kept interrupting me and arguing with me about a dozen times. After 5 minutes of being interrupted repeatedly, I insisted that he stop interrupting me so I can answer what was wrong in the order. He responded by raising his voice and continuing to talk over me, cursed at me, and hung up on me. Luckily, I have an app that records all phone calls, this one included. I went to the store and video recorded the following exchange: I told him I'm the person you just hung up on and I need your manager's information. He told me the manager isn't in until Monday so he's the manager right now, and repeated that online orders aren't a priority, that he had customers in the store he had to attend to, and that's why he hung up. Then he went on to say he didn't hang up, he was accidentally disconnected. Can't be an accident when you just told me the reason you did it on purpose! I said just give me your manager's information. He said the complaint number is on the wall, and told me to leave before he calls the police. As he walked away, his co-worker seemed to be embarrassed by the situation and apologized to me. I went to find the number and it wasn't there, but meanwhile he said to my husband "Can I talk to you man to man?" My husband said "No, you can talk to her directly since she's the one addressing you." I overheard this and came back saying "Excuse me, why are you asking to talk to my husband "man to man"? Are you saying you can't speak with a woman the same as a man?" He replied that he couldn't talk to me because I "wasn't thinking in my right mind". I said give me the number and we'll be leaving. His co-worker wrote it down and before we left I had a moment of pity and tried to give him a redemption: I asked him, "Do you think you could've handled *anything* better today?" He started telling me again how it was my problem not his, so we left. All phone and in-person interactions are recorded. Subway, is this part of your re-branding campaign?

Walked in with my wife and the young black lady didn't great us, even after I walked up to the counter and said hi to her with a smile. She didn't say a word. We turned around and walked out and drove down to the one on 121 and Watters. If this girl didn't want to work and be friendly, then maybe she should go pick peaches or change tires for a living. There were no other customers and she wasn't busy. I also noticed she had wireless ear phones in her ears. I'm assuming that's one reason she didn't respond or say a single word to us. She saw us pull up and get out of the car. She saw us walk in and even looked at us when we reached the counter.

Just beware of your receipts. The cashier added his own tip to my order. Put the receipt in the bag. Saw it when I got home. And of course, they don’t answer their phone when I called in to address it.

Order was delivered to my house but was incorrect. Staff remade my order and I understand it was a mistake but their blasé attitude and refusal to refund my money for my added inconvenience of having to drive to the store to have my order remade makes me understand why they might have gotten it wrong in the first place. Will not be returning for awhile.

Management needs to take a very close look at this location. There are systems that are failing, the service is inconsistent at best, the food quality is sub par, there is a lack of training and a complete lack of desire on the part of the staff. My family has given this location innumerable chances to get it right, or even get close. Today was the last chance. After waiting 15 min in line to be told they were out of white bread and were 20-25 min away from seeing any come out, and that I should know because "they been tellin everybody when they order".........not as they get in line.........but only if they order it. When I suggested a sign on the door, I was told to "have a nice day"....the closest thing to polite I had seen since walking in the door and it was drenched in bitterness. Do yourself a favor, avoid it. Your money is better spent at a casino, you have more of a chance coming out a winner.

Ordered a sandwich with chips via Uber eats. Order got here, no chips. I checked the receipt, and I definitely paid for the chips too. So I called and told them what happened, they replied with "so what do you want me to do?" I said I'd like for them to make it right, so he told me I could come pick up some chips... That's a huge inconvenience for a bag of chips, especially when I paid extra to have it delivered, but I really hate that they just cheated me out of a couple bucks, plus we're kinda rude about it

the sandwhich I ordered was supposed to be toasted and it clearly isnt. the cheese is not melted. I also ordered extra meat and there’s just a regular amount. this location scams you of your money. I do not recommend ordering pickup ever from this location since they like to believe it’s okay to not give you your moneys worth when taking out.

I suggested he try one to confirm, but he dismissively refused. While he offered a store credit, I initially didn’t care for it; what bothered me more was their reluctance to acknowledge the issue. It’s ironic they sell old cookies yet won’t taste them. The owner(s) should meet with manager Jason to ensure he follows company policies, as serving old food without verification is unacceptable. I have no reason to lie about cookies. Although the sandwich was good, I won’t revisit this location, and I recommend avoiding those cookies unless you prefer stale ones. I wish I could share a video demonstrating their hardness.

(3 more photos at 9:45 pm) Entering the store I was immediately inundated with excuses starting with "if I had ordered it would have taken 15 minutes to get everything out... and by then it would be 10:00 pm." I am truly disgusted and will be seeking a white collar audience this time. I'm thinking SOMEBODY higher up has to care. If the staff and manager don't want to be at work then let them go home and play video games and STOP LETTING THEM DISGRACE THE GOOD SUBWAY NAME!!! Previous review: Considering the place is open at 9 pm yet all the chairs are on top of the tables and he's cleaning and refuses business, I can't tell you much about the place except RUDE!

The people are friendly enough but I am tired of ordering the Titan turkey and having it look like THIS. I quite literally took a bite and could barely discern that there was any turkey in it. I looked the other way when you were doing the buy one get one free promotion even though those were some abysmal sandwiches. But in no universe is this sandwich worth $5. 😡 I'm sure the employees are just doing what they're told to do but I will expect my next experience to be markedly different from the recent ones. This is pathetic, and the reason why my kids prefer Jersey Mike's. I have not even looked at my son's Beast yet, but I'm very confident there is no half pound of meat on it. Update: we never went back. With Which Wich? (YUM) and Jersey Mike's around, why bother?

The worst experience I've had in this food chain, it's not possible for the people who work there to be disrespectful to you, I've been eating everywhere in the Subway world for years and I've always ordered the same sandwich, they wanted to make me a chicken one with a sweet sauce like teriyaki chicken, I told them that it wasn't the chicken that I've always seen them prepare and they got rude, insinuating that I was lying! The worst experience, how unfortunate that the workers have to be guided by a paper to prepare the sandwiches

Worst experience at this subway has happend twice I order 2 foot longs on the app and the sandwich are lazily put together didn't read any of the instructions just throws it together I say hey this is cold and the young lady working there immediately had an attitude do not go to this subway 1/10 if I could for .5 stars I would this place is horrible

I came in about 3:47pm on Saturday the 31st of January. The employee taking orders is extremely rude and dismissive towards customers. The worst attitude I have ever seen in food service. Rolled his eyes multiple times when I asked what he said as I didn’t hear him and asked for extra cheese on my sandwich. My order was not complicated at all, I got 3 things put on it lol. I understand having a bad day but to be like that to random people for no reason is ridiculous. If it was a younger me it might have been a different story other than me leaving a review. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I asked for a bacon and ranch foot long and I let them know that I didn't have any personal preferences and that I would just accept it exactly as pictured. Well the lady starts barking something at me and I couldn't understand her. She was trying to ask which bread I wanted. I said that it didn't matter and that I would just accept it however this order normally comes by default. She barked back that I need to pick a bread and was frantically pointing at the list of breads. I said I didn't know and we went back and forth a couple times where I was repeatedly stating that all I wanted was the order as described on the menu. While I understand that subway prides itself on making the sandwich your way, it is not anything out of the ordinary while at a food chain, to simply point out the item you want off of a menu and then they make it without any questions. And even in other traditional franchises you can make special requests (like no pickles please) just like at a subway. So I don't see anything out of the ordinary of what I was asking for but to the service worker, I was being difficult and she was getting so vocally frustrated with me. She dumped the meat onto a white bread, tossed the sandwich is the toaster and slammed the door shut. She didn't even want to make the rest of the sandwich, she whispered something to her manager and he made the rest of it. While I know and understand it's perfectly common for workers to Paton pass sandwiches to each other, this exchange felt off and it was clear the manager was trying to do damage control. Well except he got my order wrong and put pickles in the sandwich when there was no pickles listed on the items description on the menu. He double checked the item on his end and said there were pickles listed on the recipe but that it was no problem and he kindly removed the pickles for me. If this is true, then I would suggest to subway corporate to make the menu consistent between recipes that workers use and the customer facing menu. Very poor experience in line but the sandwich and cookies slapped!

09:32pm I was told I needed to take my order home with me because they are getting ready to close. This should be unacceptable, I was not planing to take my order. I had plenty of time to eat my 6in sub and was refused to eat here. I asked for a refund and was told that she can’t give refunds. Very unprofessional and rude when preparing the sub kept asking “what else, what else” I will NEVER return to this place again. Then a customer comes in 10-15 mins before closing and he was allowed to eat there. While we were there since 9:24 and were refused to eat there!

My family and I were trying to place an order online because yes they have the deals 2FOR1299. Unfortunately we were having an error on the app and called the store to see if we can place an in store order for pick up, the employee answered the phone and said they can’t take over the phone orders but would honor the app and have a 10% discount. Well we thought that was great. My daughter than proceeded to go to the store and get Our order, when they checked out it was 53 bucks with the 10% discount, online it was $38. My daughter called me and I talked to the store employee(they said that nobody ever called and they would not honor the online order with the 10%). That being said the employee was very rude and disrespectful on the phone and told me that there was nothing she could do and for us to move on. I was very disappointed in the way she handled everything after telling me another thing. I would. It recommended this store while that employee is working there.

Terrible place to order online! Terrible staff to help you resolve the problem with your order. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they always respond with a terrible attitude. I don't recommend it. Look for another place where they can provide good service and have no problems with your online orders.

This experience was horrible! The worker are so rude and we walked in around 9:30 and they were rolling their eyes and SO RUDE!! They had already cleaned and put everything away and got upset that we made them pull everything back out. They told us we were not allowed to sit inside and that the lobby was closed although it is clearly open! They are not honest to their hours AT ALL! We also watch another kind lady walk in after us and the workers got really mad and refused her service until she put them into their place and ended up being served. Im not surprised but if these works don’t want to be here they shouldn’t. The service was once again terrible and the costumer service needs a major step up! (And watched them eat cookies, lick their fingers then put them back in cookies and other foods with no gloves at all!!!)

I recently visited this Subway location and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and was my worst experience I had ever had!The staff, including both a male and a female employee, were very impolite, especially the male employee, who showed little respect or consideration for customers. When I asked him to add tomatoes to my sandwich, he added only a minimal amount in a dismissive manner. Additionally, the lettuce looked old and wilted, which affected the quality of the sandwich. When I inquired about the types of bread available, the male employee responded with an unprofessional, mocking smile instead of providing a clear answer. Moreover, the women’s restroom lacked basic hygiene essentials like hand soap, which was quite concerning. Overall, this experience fell far short of Subway’s standards. I hope improvements can be made to ensure better service, food quality, and cleanliness in the future. This feedback is polite yet clear about the issues you encountered. It also provides constructive criticism, which may encourage the restaurant to make improvements.

I came in about 3:47pm on Saturday the 31st of January. The employee taking orders is extremely rude and dismissive towards customers. The worst attitude I have ever seen in food service. Rolled his eyes multiple times when I asked what he said as I didn’t hear him and asked for extra cheese on my sandwich. My order was not complicated at all, I got 3 things put on it lol. I understand having a bad day but to be like that to random people for no reason is ridiculous. If it was a younger me it might have been a different story other than me leaving a review. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I asked for a bacon and ranch foot long and I let them know that I didn't have any personal preferences and that I would just accept it exactly as pictured. Well the lady starts barking something at me and I couldn't understand her. She was trying to ask which bread I wanted. I said that it didn't matter and that I would just accept it however this order normally comes by default. She barked back that I need to pick a bread and was frantically pointing at the list of breads. I said I didn't know and we went back and forth a couple times where I was repeatedly stating that all I wanted was the order as described on the menu. While I understand that subway prides itself on making the sandwich your way, it is not anything out of the ordinary while at a food chain, to simply point out the item you want off of a menu and then they make it without any questions. And even in other traditional franchises you can make special requests (like no pickles please) just like at a subway. So I don't see anything out of the ordinary of what I was asking for but to the service worker, I was being difficult and she was getting so vocally frustrated with me. She dumped the meat onto a white bread, tossed the sandwich is the toaster and slammed the door shut. She didn't even want to make the rest of the sandwich, she whispered something to her manager and he made the rest of it. While I know and understand it's perfectly common for workers to Paton pass sandwiches to each other, this exchange felt off and it was clear the manager was trying to do damage control. Well except he got my order wrong and put pickles in the sandwich when there was no pickles listed on the items description on the menu. He double checked the item on his end and said there were pickles listed on the recipe but that it was no problem and he kindly removed the pickles for me. If this is true, then I would suggest to subway corporate to make the menu consistent between recipes that workers use and the customer facing menu. Very poor experience in line but the sandwich and cookies slapped!

Worst experience at this subway has happend twice I order 2 foot longs on the app and the sandwich are lazily put together didn't read any of the instructions just throws it together I say hey this is cold and the young lady working there immediately had an attitude do not go to this subway 1/10 if I could for .5 stars I would this place is horrible

09:32pm I was told I needed to take my order home with me because they are getting ready to close. This should be unacceptable, I was not planing to take my order. I had plenty of time to eat my 6in sub and was refused to eat here. I asked for a refund and was told that she can’t give refunds. Very unprofessional and rude when preparing the sub kept asking “what else, what else” I will NEVER return to this place again. Then a customer comes in 10-15 mins before closing and he was allowed to eat there. While we were there since 9:24 and were refused to eat there!

My family and I were trying to place an order online because yes they have the deals 2FOR1299. Unfortunately we were having an error on the app and called the store to see if we can place an in store order for pick up, the employee answered the phone and said they can’t take over the phone orders but would honor the app and have a 10% discount. The worst experience I've had in this food chain, it's not possible for the people who work there to be disrespectful to you, I've been eating everywhere in the Subway world for years and I've always ordered the same sandwich, they wanted to make me a chicken one with a sweet sauce like teriyaki chicken, I told them that it wasn't the chicken that I've always seen them prepare and they got rude, insinuating that I was lying! The worst experience, how unfortunate that the workers have to be guided by a paper to prepare the sandwiches
