Can't beat a large Diet Dr. Pepper and tacos. The drive-through was wicked fast.
Had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a young lady by the name of Tierra in drive, she was organically professional, personable, and accommodating. Im a deaf person and was quick to accommodate me without delay. This young lady knows how ro deliver great customer service. The entire interaction with Tierra made for an excellent experience at this location.
Dress code can be very casual. Overall friendly staff and they do offer a military discount for those that show their ID. Tasty food options.
On September 28th I experienced the best customer service from employee Alex he was very polite friendly and thoughtful by asking me if I needed any condiments. People like him are the reason why I enjoy jack in the box late night.
The staff was very friendly the food was exactly what we expected the order was prepared properly and quickly we will definitely be back when in need of fast food in the area by the way I really like the new Smash Jack without sauce
One of those places that you go to not because you have a choice but because it's the only walk-in service around there. That being said the sandwich wasn't all that bad but for a three bite meal it was on the costier end.
I ordered on line while waiting in line at the Jack-in-Box in my city. The order did not go thru correctly, and what showed up on the app was a normal priduct and not the special changes I had made to the order. I could have been my error, but I did review my order and could not change the order once i got to the review order page. The app would not let me. So I thought it was correct, but I was wrong. It just took a while for the order to be processed.
Only fast food to open 24 hrs, especially on Memorial Holiday! Our group had to eat a small breakfast because my group had to leave for early golf appointment. Got there 6am and left 6:30am. Food was good since we were in a hurry.
Drive thru was inundated with orders and too slow. I would say the system worked before they implemented mobile orders, now they cant keep up. Edit: No. I dont want to go to your website so you can fix this off the record I want you to improve your restaurant.
To Jack in the Box Corporate Human Resources and Compliance Team, I am writing to formally report a serious and unacceptable incident involving discriminatory hiring conduct by a store manager at your Lompoc, California location. This email serves as a formal complaint and a request for immediate review and corrective action. On February 20, between approximately 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, I visited the Jack in the Box located at 539 N H St, Lompoc, CA 93436, to inquire about employment. When I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The cashier refused to even ask the manager if he could speak with me, despite my polite request. When the manager eventually came out, he identified himself as Jose Munoz. I introduced myself and explained that I was seeking employment. Mr. Munoz stated that there were no openings but said he wanted to ask me several questions. The first question he asked was whether I could work all three shifts: morning, afternoon, and overnight. I explained that I could not work overnight shifts due to a medical condition. Immediately after disclosing this, Mr. Munoz stated that he could not hire me because I had a medical condition and was not medically cleared to work overnight. He further stated that he needed someone who could work every shift. I then asked Mr. Munoz directly whether he was refusing to hire me because of my medical condition. His response was dismissive and evasive: “If you want to take it that way.” He repeated that he would not hire me if I was not medically cleared to work overnight. Let me be very clear: refusing to hire an applicant solely because of a disclosed medical condition, without any discussion of reasonable accommodation and without establishing that overnight work is an essential and non-negotiable job requirement, is discriminatory and unacceptable. The language used by Mr. Munoz was explicit, direct, and left no ambiguity as to the reason for refusal. While I understand that businesses have scheduling needs, that does not excuse discriminatory statements or conduct. A store manager represents your company, and Mr. Munoz’s actions demonstrate either a lack of training, a disregard for company policy, or both. This behavior exposes Jack in the Box to serious legal and reputational risk and reflects poorly on your brand. I am not contacting you to pursue litigation. I am contacting you because this conduct must be addressed. I expect Jack in the Box to take this complaint seriously, investigate the incident, and take appropriate corrective and disciplinary action regarding the store manager involved. I also strongly urge your company to ensure that management staff are properly trained on lawful hiring practices and employee accommodations. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise what steps will be taken to address this matter. I expect a response. Sincerely, Fernando
This place is as the worst burger joint in Lompoc burger weren’t right I ordered two bacon ultimate burger and only got 3 slices of bacon and they didn’t make them right never coming back again
I used to love going to Jack in the Box, but my latest experience has completely ruined it for me. The young manager working that day behaved in a very rude manner, which made the visit uncomfortable from start to finish. The service felt careless, and the overall experience left a bad impression. I truly hope the restaurant does well in the future, but not with management like that. After this, I won’t be returning again.
I used to really enjoy eating at Jack in the Box, but my recent visit completely changed my opinion. The young manager on duty was extremely rude, which made the whole experience unpleasant. The atmosphere felt tense, and the service was far from welcoming. I genuinely hope the restaurant thrives in the future, but unfortunately, I don’t see that happening with this kind of management. I never thought I’d say this, but after this visit, I don’t plan on coming back again.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jack in the Box. The food was barely warm, and the quality was far below what I expected. My order was prepared incorrectly, and even after asking for it to be fixed, it still wasn’t right. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and the restaurant itself didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.
Trying to get food around 4 am. Was told that the system is “resetting” for about 10 mins. But when i looked inside, the workers were just sitting down on their phones. I’m not trying to hate and maybe it was resetting but they were just their your phones. They could’ve at least took my order and waited until the system went back up. Just poor customer service and the perception of it seems like they didn’t want to take orders.
ordered food at 8:21pm for Michael M. 11/06 on the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived at 8:35 and we weren't greeted, were only asked if we were here for an order. Waited 10min to get cold food and didn't receive our free large curly fries. Not to mention that Kaitleen marie cashier/ drive cashier working wasn't wearing gloves the whole time. She touched everything including online orders / drive thru orders without gloves , its cross contamination and to not put on gloves is crazy. I hope management sees this and does something about it, avoid this place at night. Spent 37$ on cold food.
Food is always cold it takes forever they're always out of something unfortunately I work nights and it's the only place I can stop to get food on the way back to the motel. I usually like Jack in the Box but I can't stand this place
I just got a jumbo jack with cheese through the drive through and there was so much mayonnaise and ketchup that it was all over the inside of the paper, the outside of the bun and the inside of the burger was swimming in it. I had to take it apart and use 5 napkins to try and get most of it off but it was still too much and the bun was so soggy I ate half of it cause I was so hungry but threw the rest away. I don't throw away food lightly. I tried repeatedly to call the number on the website and it told me three times there was no voicemail set up and disconnected me twice it just disconnected me so I couldn't even get in touch with them. Horrible burger and no one to follow up with.
I tried to order loaded waffle fries and the girl told me they don’t make loaded waffle fries. I’ve ordered them twice here so I know I wasn’t making it up. So I placed a pick up order and what do you know I got loaded waffle fries. Thanks Jack in the box for the poor customer service at this location. This is the last time I order from this location.
Drive through was extremely poor customer service. After waiting 2 minutes for them to greet me ,they still had an attitude. Then had the nerve to ask me to move forward. So you can trick the timer. I refused. They refused my order and gave me back my money. Real talk. Because I didn't want to move forward. Dude is a straight b#%$# and a punk. He did give me a free soda still. Haha. Loser
Very rude cashiers, completely ignored me and acted as if I wasnt a paying customer because I asked how much longer on my burger after i waited 25 mins for a sourdough burger. Never eating at this place again. Doesn't help that the manager and cashiers argue about who doing what. If I could give them zero stars I would. UPDATE after waiting 30 mins for my food, it was provided to me once I asked for a refund and it was cold and hard.
