My papa has been wanting to go here for over a month, we were finally able to go this past weekend and it did not disappoint. Definitely will be going back service was friendly, atmosphere is welcoming in a old school cowboy kind of way, the custom menu covers are so wholesome too. The flat bread (pizzaz) were so delicious the crust fluffy and crunchy im guessing thats due to the wood fire oven. I do wish the wings were more on the spice side but thats probably just cuz im Mexican lol. I will definitely keep this spot in mind for my next date night.
We have been coming here for over a decade and are never disappointed but all of the thoughtful menu items with seasonal ingredients. Full of life is a fitting name but it’s also clear it’s full of love here. Definitely a restaurant we will miss after leaving the area and will make sure we dine at when we visit.
This place is super good. The quality of pizza, the service of the staff, the mountains that you see while eating on the outside porch is worth the visit. Price is pretty reasonable. Loved the place. A must visit! Oh, the crust is made of sour dough whole grain. Thank you so much!
This place absolutely rocks. Really good specialty pizzas that they're willing to do half and half on without any fuss. Excellent serving staff that are kind, attentive, and if it's not too busy will actually have a short conversation with you. Personal favorites of mine here are the bacon and date pizza and the sausage. They also have a selection of beers, wines, and ciders. Their desserts are very decadent and I will be back if not for anything else for the desserts.
Delicious flatbreads and great service! I ordered the nitrate-free pepperoni and peppers 10" and it came out perfectly (much better than the photo shows). Lots of outdoor seating.
Great laid back place. The flat breads are phenomenal. Definitely gourmet. Old West atmosphere hides what this place really is. Decent wines and beers, but the food!!!!
Shared a large pizza (half mushroom and caramelized onion and half fire roasted salsa)- we couldn’t decide on one! Delicious! Shared “The Beast” (secret menu!) for dessert! To die for! Thank you Flatbread for an amazing dinner! 🍕 🍨🎉
We got the wellington (pictured) and the half and half pizza.. really quality and fresh ingredients, you can taste it and see it.. service was great, definitely save some time when dining here as it's not fast food. Between this place and industrial eats, I'm not sure which I like better..
I love going to this place over and over again. The way they make their Pizza 🍕 is awesome. They actually have a big 😳 Pizza Oven that uses wood to cook and it makes the Pizza taste 😋 really good. The staff is very friendly and polite and the location is big and great for families 👪. They have other dishes but I always go for the Pizza. The location is in the middle of nowhere a small town off the freeway but worth going there. They have indoor and outdoor dining. If you are around the area you have to try it 😉 you will love it. Sorry 😞 I only have this picture but I was hungry 😋 😅 we were wine 🍷 tasting around the area. Next time I will take more pictures.

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? This place is so great. Everything is artfully crafted and perfectly presented. I've never had a bad meal. Be sure to show up early as it can get quite busy.
This is my all-time Favorite Restaurant! I love the food, the staff, the vibe, the farm-to-table focus. Such a great place for ‘foodies’! And a great place to go during covid😩! You sit outside. You’re all spaced apart, it’s smart and safe and extremely delicious. If I could give 100 stars ✨ I’d give 100 stars ✨.the salads, the soup!!!!! The specialty flatbreads…. Absolutely delicious. Love it
Best flatbreads we have ever had. It was a cold and rainy afternoon. We were seated right in front of the pizza oven so we were quite toasty. The staff were so nice and friendly. We will go back anytime we are driving back up that way from Ventura County.
The pizza here is amazing!! The toppings taste fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend if you are craving great pizza and want great customer service.
I had such a beautiful experience here! The service was absolutely amazing…Damian was exceptionally attentive and kind when bringing out our food. He made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. I especially loved the flatbread FRESH flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. I also had the pleasure of having a lovely conversation with the owner, Jill, which made the experience even more special. Her passion for fresh produce and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere really shines through. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates fresh ingredients, beautiful garden surroundings, and genuinely great service. I’ll definitely be back!
We have been wanting to try FOLFB for a long time. We were pleasantly pleased. Had the meatballs as a starter and a Caesar salad with SRF steak. Very tasty. Really enjoyed the extra pepper on the salad. Then we had 2 flatbread pizza's. If you enjoy crispy crust this is it. Our server was friendly, informative, and attentive. We had a great experience. OH! The brownie with vanilla ice cream!! YUM!!!!!! Very good coffee too.

One of our must stops between Palm Springs and Seattle!! Dinner tonight did not disappoint! Wonderful service, great drinks and the food was amazing as always and very local!

Before food: arrived around 6:30-7pm, 15-20 mins for us to get a seat, 10-15 mins before we placed our order, 30-40 mins before we get our food. They made a mistake on our order and the waiter was very kind to offer us the flatbread for free. Food: Loved the flatbread. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We ordered the weekly special Navajo Churro Lamb Birria and tomato sause + cheese flatbread. The lamb birria was very juicy and flavorful. The tomato sauce was okay but nothing special about it. After food: 1 large + 1 small flatbread came out to be $40. Do i recommend it? Yes if you're in the area. No if you have to drive 30+ mins. The food was enjoyable but nothing really stood out enough to make me want to come back.
We made the trip to Los Alamos just to eat at Full Of Life Flatbread...and we were not disappointed. One of the best artisan pizzas I've ever had! Everything was good...the salad, the wine, the woodfired pizza...even the music playlist! Cudos to the kitchen staff. Wait staff could have been more attentive, but friendly enough... Two thumbs up.
The good: the flat bread pizzas, fish & chips, location, ambience The bad: hostess ( family of 6 with 2 kids, placed an online order via toast to ensure pizzas ready before the location closed based on rave reviews from friends) The restaurant on a Friday evening at 720 pm was about 30% empty and we requested for a spot to sit and have a quick bite (4 seater was enough for 2 kids + 2 seniors) Hostess was having none of it repeating the same 40 minute wait We finally reached out to the manager (Clari) and she was extremely polite + sensitive to the kids + seniors and helped us get a table for 6 in less than 10 mins - thank you Clari ! We will be back ( pizza and fish & chips were great) but the hostess could do with some improvements
Warm inviting place to stop in for lunch or dinner. They bake your flatbreads to order in the wood burning oven inside the restaurant. This oven also makes the place a warm and inviting place on a winter’s day. In addition to flatbread they have salads, sandwiches and usually a main dish, presently a meatloaf that was generous enough for two people for lunch.

If anyone wants to get in on a class-action lawsuit over their parking lot... just kidding. Seriously though, the parking lot is a dirt lot - which is fine in itself- but the section of dirt right next to the sidewalk has a deep dip that causes problems for vehicles entering or exiting. I watched many sedans crunch their bumpers, and even two slow-moving lifted trucks. weren't spared. The problem gets worse at night because there's no lighting to reveal the drop (as they say, you gotta go up to see down). Some grading or leveling would go a long way. Even a simple sign would help. The recent rains washed out the dip even more. For now, my advice for the short-term is to enter the lot from Den St, not Bell St since that side is level. I went on a Satruday night at 6 PM without a reservation, the wait was 50 minutes (lot of time to watch cars try to leave the parking lot). Service was slow but apologetic - they said they were short-staffed many times. We changed servers three times as well, and we ran into the issue of a waiter saying they'll fetch the waters and not showing up again. The food was solid, and the staff tried their best. Once they fix their parking lot dip and the staffing dip, that should finally even things out.

I gave this place 3 chances and it missed the mark every single time. The first time, I ordered Take Out; a drink and two flatbreads. The bartender took a half full glass of melted ice from the bar that was sitting out for who knows how long (a 16 dollar spritz) and dumped it in a to-go cup and handed it to me after waiting for 30 minutes. The staff is sweet but always entirely overwhelmed and never seem to be on the same page. The flatbreads are okay but most of the time they’ve been long awaited, cold, and chewy when we receive them. Just tonight we gave it one last shot and were left on hold for 25 minutes. We walked down to see where our order was after being promised a call 50 minutes before to an empty restaurant and cold, stale, flatbreads. We really wanted to love it and tried to give it a full chance but unfortunately it’s not worth your time or effort.
Honestly this place is not it. Everywhere else in Los Alamos sells better food at better prices and with better quality. We are locals here and the 4 times we’ve gone here have been consistently bad. The bread is always stale, dry and flavorless, the staff are inattentive, and the atmosphere can only be described as chaotic and overwhelming. Servers arguing with each other about orders, children running around in the garden screaming. This isn’t the Los Alamos experience. Recently today with our last order, we called in an order and they said they’d call us when it was ready. An hour later, I called them to ask for an update, and was put on hold for 40 minutes. I walked from our house to the restaurant, phone in hand on hold and asked one of the staff about our order, which was sitting in the corner cold, bland, and stale as always. I’ve wanted to love this place over and over again but it’s just never been a good experience. From speaking with our neighbors/other locals, this restaurant used to be really good but went down hill very quickly. I would recommend any other restaurant along the main strip other than this one.
