We love this place! Every time we go thru Buellton or Solvang we try to stop here. Great food, service, the beer selections are endless. If you're a sports fan, (we don't know much about it), it's a great place with big TV'S everywhere, lots of room and an energetic, local crowd. A real taste of Buellton. I've NEVER been disappointed with the food.

Fantastic through and through, loved the Food options, world class beer, I was a kid in a candy store this was like going to the final boss of breweries, loved it and soaked up every second of pure joy.

Great food and great beer. Service could've been better. Server stop by once which at that point I just asked for the bill. I would've had a second drink but waitress never offered. Manager did notice the lack of attention and he started helping her out. Manager had to bring out our drinks and food. Waitress was too busy on a Wednesday night? Burgers was a little too well done but after waiting so long, I ate it. Will definitely give it another try.

Great first experience at Firestone Walker for the entire Fam! I've been a fan of FW since I got into craft/hoppy beers but first time at the brewery. We were staying in Solvang overnight so naturally had to visit Firestone in Buellton! Great atmosphere inside and out. It was a perfect sunny day outside with nice breezes so we decided to eat outdoors. It was relaxing, inviting and the service we got was top notch. Wife had a flight and I had pints of Oaktoberfirst along with a west coast IPA & hazy. Never could go wrong with anything at Firestone. Lol Food was also quite delicious. We were there on a Tuesday so had to go with their taco Tuesday deal! They are also kid friendly with a kids menu. Something for everybody! Our server was super friendly and nice! Kudos! Thanks again FW and cheers!

An absolute five star experience. Great industrial vibe in the dining room, but mercifully quiet. Service was consistently good the entire time. My husband tried a flight of their beer followed by a pint, while I had an excellent local rose. Our son had a Coke and was quite happy making a meal out of a bowl of garlic fries; I tried one and it was delicious. My husband had the BBQ smash burger with fries and said it was excellent, while I had the burrata salad and thought it was one of the best restaurant salads I have had in a long time.

Loved the atmosphere here. Lots of room inside, tons of seating, and there is a patio outside you can sit at too. We sat at the bar and tried several beers, all of which we liked. The food was great too - we got a burger and the chicken katsu bowl. Friendly staff, very clean! Follow up: have been several times. Food and service always perfect. Mezze burrata salad, schnitzel, pizzas, pretzel with cheese sauce, all delicious. Beers change regularly.

This is a local brewery that is very popular and well known. We noticed that many of the restaurants were serving this beer on their menus. I had a beer flight and my wife had a glass of wine, so for people who are not beer drinkers they do have other options. Nice spacious area, nice staff, and an overall fun experience. We sat at the bar and were able to talk to other patrons.

Fantastic place with friendly, accommodating service—quick and laid-back. The tuna tacos were incredible, and the burgers and salads were equally delicious. Wide beer selection. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for lunch on our way to Paso. Good atmosphere, friendly service. Liked the menu options and, of course, a good selection of beers. I had the fish and chips, Wifey had the fig burger. Fish and chips were good, not overly greasy. And the burger had some good flavors with the fig jam, rosemary aioli, and mozzarella. But the lion fries were really good. I think she said 1 more fry at least 6 times 😅 If you are driving through, stop in and give them a try. Based on the smells and reviews, I'll have to try the pizza next time 👍🏼

Took a party of 7 to Firestone Walkers brewery for a late lunch at 330pm on a Thursday. They were setting up for a few events later in the evening but let us go to the barrel room for some privacy and even smash some tables together to make a spot big enough for us. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome. The burger was great, but the two stars of the meal were the beer flights and the blueberry crumble dessert. I got the mozzarella, bacon fig jam, burger with arugula and it was a unique flavor combo that absolutely worked. Everyone really enjoyed their food, but that cast iron cooked blueberry crumble was just a banger. Highly recommend. If I'm ever back nearby I'm going to try the fish and chips.

We had a great time and a fantastic server. Sad that the brussel sprouts were not on the menu anymore. The orange beer was fantastic as was the na. Food was beyond bar food, lots to choose from and a good place for a variety of beer and food. Waited 20 mins to sit @ 4:30pm, seemed a bit short staffed. As we left ppl were waiting about 40 mins. We sat in the bar while we waited.

We came in for lunch and a beer with friends. The brew was good but man! That Smashburger was the bomb! We came back the next day for dinner, sampled 5 of their brews in a flight...while scarfing down the beer batter fish tacos. Cudos to the kitchen staff! The waitress was hard to find but that happens... Came for the beer...came back for the food and the beer! If you are in in Buellton you gotta stop in...you'll leave happy.

Keen to try after reading lots of good reviews. Place was busy, though not full when we visited. Ordering drinks was a bit of a comedy, as we tried to order some of the fruit drinks, but a lot were not available. Do not know why the server did not tell us what they did not have when he gave us the menus? Sautéed vegetable well overcooked, very soft, no texture, and swimming in liquid. Lots of grease. Tri-Tip Sando was good though. Place was very loud,hard to have a conversation.

It was a beautiful place with great service, everyone was super helpful and nice. The pretzel and the wings were amazing and so were the beers but both our entrees weren't great mine just tasted like burned pork fat and his just tasted like rendered pork lard.

Burnt pizza. Dirty table. Waitress didn't seem very happy when we asked for cleaning the table. My fish tacos were good. Disappointed overall.

Beer, amazing. Service, amazing. Place, amazing. Food for years has always been amazing. Please tell me the cook is out, because today I was embarrassed taking my date out to the worst salmon I have seen in forever, and my smash burger for some reason was the size of a White Castle, Issues—- 45 minutes to get food??? —- first salmon has no crusted, it’s crisper salmon, server brought another, it was raw inside see pictures, I hope we don’t get sick. Update-the server caught us before we left and credited us back the two meals, and apologized and said they can do better, we will be back because I love when they are on spot. And I do love the place and staff.
