Bill's Restaurant & Bar - Greenwich

I had a fantastic meal recently! The food was top-notch, especially the Tuna Steak which was fresh and beautiful, and those Biscoff Pancakes were a real treat. The drinks were lovely too, especially the Passionfruit Martini. The only downside was that the toilet could've been cleaner, but everything else, from the service to the atmosphere, made for a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

This Eggs Benedict was absolutely incredible. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection with a rich, runny yolk, and the hollandaise sauce was creamy and flavorful without being too heavy. The side of crispy bacon was a nice touch and complemented the dish perfectly. A must-try!

My wife and I visited Bill’s Greenwich and had a lovely experience. The location is perfect- right in the heart of Greenwich village next to the markets and Cutty Sark. The restaurant is over two floors. We sat upstairs by the window and were served by the lovely Gino who really looked after us. We had starters and main course each. The dishes were all very vibrant and full of flavour. I particularly recommend the king prawn and avocado starter and the chicken shawarma main. My wife is gluten free and one of the best things about Bill’s is they ask for allergies at the door. They have an extensive GF menu with some lovely options. All in all a memorable experience and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Gino and Team 5*

Such a nice ambience, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drink were amazing, decent prices too. We tried the berry pancakes, the full English and the matcha coconut latte. Was the perfect start to our Sunday! We’ll definitely be back.

Such a lovely place to have a chill and delicious breakfast! The staff was very kind! Compliments to Caroline! I recommend the pancakes with berries and the eggs royale! And the ginger shot was a good start of the day :) We will definitely come back another time :)

I visited Bill's Greenwich few months ago during summer. It was a delightful experience with good weather. I ordered the smoked salmon egg benedict, which was beautifully presented. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. The smoked salmon added a delightful flavor that complemented the dish wonderfully. The pancakes also did not disappoint. Stacked high and adorned with peanut caramel sauce and banana slices, simple but delicious. To conclude, I will definitely come again when I go to Greenwich.

Great family meal with lovely service from Alberts. Something for everyone- kids activities, gluten free menu and a range of food all 5 mins walk from the maritime museum. Very reasonable pricing too.

Good service! We were there for lunch and it was packed with a queue outside. Luckily we made reservations in advance. We ordered the Bourbon Beef Burger which was so unique because they stuck a pipette filled with bourbon to be squeezed into the burger! The buttermilk chicken burger was wholesome and flavourful. We also ordered from the kids menu which came with ice-cream. Love the decor and ambience. Do give this place a try whenever you're visiting Greenwich!

Looked for a place to have breakfast in Greenwich. Found Bill’s but didn’t know what to expect. It turns out to be a gem of a find. The food was fresh, hot and tasty! Service was super friendly and professional. Credits to Caroline for being a most excellent host. Highly recommended!!

Great lunch place! Wasn’t too busy on a Monday afternoon and was seated quickly by Caroline (very friendly and chatty lady). We ordered both beef and chicken burger, both were great but I preferred the chicken because it was surprisingly juicy! Also had a brownie, moist but a bit too sweet for our asian liking. Overall would recommend this place and I’d be interested to come back and try the pancakes 🙂

The food was amazing, and I managed to finish my large portion of pancakes just because they were too delicious to not! A special mention to Caroline, who was not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind. She offered me extra syrup and served everything with a smile. I truly appreciated it — it made me feel welcome and at home. 😊

Pancakes! Pancakes! Pancakes! I love pancakes and I love going to Bill’s for them. They always seem to have an offer on them, we went most recently for their £5 unlimited pancakes if you purchase a drink deal. Their staff are always nice and the service is fast. Bacon pancakes were superb!

Everything was excellent! Sunshine and Caroline were very attentive and welcoming. I really appreciated the variety on the menu, and the prices are great for the quality and experience they offer!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was outstanding – beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with great care and high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was delicious and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the service. Heni was amazing – warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She made us feel welcome from the very first moment and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really elevated the entire experience. This place is very child friendly. the staff was very helpful and funny. I ordered an egg’s royale. It tasted alright, not the best I had but met my expectation. We also ordered the mac and cheese (side) for the child. The whole restaurant is very busy on a Saturday. But it is spacious enough that people don’t have to wait for a long time. Staff is very busy. The whole restaurant is quite noisy so it is suitable for young children. They also provide colouring for children. Overall, I will come back with the family.

Bill’s is sooo cute and has a great atmosphere! Definitely one of the best egg Benedicts I’ve ever had. The staff were also super nice.

We loved the bottomless pancakes (tried the Biscoff, Chocolate and Bacon ones). Delicious food and excellent service from Sarah - she was super friendly which helped make it a lovely evening.

The food was lovely! We had pancakes in the evening which was a bonus. My friend got the berries one and I got the chocolate one. Gino’s service was splendid, very warm and welcoming. Will be back again :)

Bill’s Greenwich is a great restaurant with fantastic service and overall good food. The decor and atmosphere match other Bill’s locations, which are second to none when it comes to chain restaurants. I quite liked how friendly and welcoming the servers were. They looked after our needs well and appropriately asked if we needed more food and checked in with how we were doing. Overall, it was very friendly and conversational, which made us feel comforted. The highlight dish, maybe, I feel is the sharing platter and the Bill’s breakfast burger. Although the buns were a bit soggy, it was great. The peach iced tea was not that good, but I found the superfood green drink to be nice and tasty. The Korean fried chips, loaded with Korean-style sauce, could have been passed on. It was nothing special, but it wasn’t bad at the same time. Overall, I’d recommend the sharing platter and breakfast burger, as well as maybe a main like the sea bass.

First time visiting this restaurant based on rating and food offered. Friendly and professional service from everyone who served our table. When there was a situation with the order, the manger took care of it perfectly. The food was cooked perfectly and priced well. Would definitely return when back in the area.

Fantastic restaurant. Employees are very respectful and entertaining to the customers the food itself is also spectacular. I always visit here to order a wonderful full English breakfast. The atmosphere and background is also appealing, it's feels like you went back in time. If you're looking for a restaurant to eat in, this should do the trick. Just wonderful!

I went here yesterday with a friend. I love Greenwich anyway, but love where this restaurant is situated, just on the corner and at the intersection of Greenwich high Street. It has great views and a nice sunlight that comes in. I went here for a catch up with a friend, and literally spent hours, talking mostly! But it was a perfect meet up spot. We sat in the comfy booths. We went around 1pm on Tuesday so the restaurant was fairly quiet which was fab. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gino, who is such a warm person. I'm a bit of a kid so wanted to order a milkshake which sadly they only had kids, so we just opted for water, we both got a stack of pancakes and I ordered fries additionally. The pancakes were very tasty, but we both ended up leaving with a take away box as we just couldn't finish it! The only thing I'd say is that there were quite a lot of flies around us even before food was at our table, which is off putting and not very nice to be swatting flies as you sit down and try to have conversation. I think they were fruit flies from the bar perhaps, but even still that should be dealt with as it had an impact on our experience. Sometimes it's not necessarily about the restaurant itself but the people working in the restaurant. Gino is amazing and gave us some real first class service even with me expressing a little dissatisfaction with the fly issue. I'll be back again, a nice local lunch, brunch spot that's reasonably priced.

I went to Bill's as i saw these big pancakes photos outside the restaurant and they all looked so yum. I ordered pancake with fruits and it was really soft fluffy. It comes as a stack of 5 full size pancakes with maple syrup and fruits. Their maple syrup tasted one of the purest i had in Canada. The flavours were really good and it was so fresh. However, i felt after few bites that the pancake went dry due to the little syrup and fruits added on the pancake and had to leave 1/4 of my dish due to dryness. But if it had more fruits and maple syrup added in between pancakes no one can leave even a little crumb of that great pancake.

My sister and I came to try the “Bottomless Pancakes” that we had seen on social media. The pancakes were delicious and fluffy. We were unfortunately defeated at the first plate. Caroline was a Joy 😊

A fantastic evening with food and friends. Sunshine was absolutely phenomenal, she was patient, funny and such a lovely person overall. The food was lovely and filling with the Bills flowerpot dessert being the star of the show. The only reason it was not a 5 star was it was slightly noisy but overall service was fantastic and food was fantastic also. We are looking forward to dining in again soon and hope we get Sunshine as our waitress! Thank you Sunshine. Keep shining!

We had lunch here and the place was strictly average. What made it worse was that there were disappointed to see flies all around. It made us question the hygiene of the place. Food was average to good, had buttermilk chicken burger and hot chocolate. The price was reasonable I'd say. They have made paying it via qr code/ online, which is amazing but they put service charge which you can't remove and you have to speak to the staff to get it removed which is ridiculous. Come on what is it with the cheap tricks? People should not be forced into paying it. Please give an option to put voluntary service charge and not force it on people.

Staff is very nice, the food is delicious and is a really great quality-price-quantity ratio. The only downside is the cutlery that wasn’t neatly washed and the optional-but-you-have-to-call-a-member-of-the-staff-to-remove-it-from-the-digital-tab-12,5% service charge, which can be a bit high if you’re a student. But considering that the staff relies on it, and were so nice, they deserved it. Thank you so much for this brunch !! :)

A nice atmosphere. We ordered a vegetarian sharing platter but given a seafood platter. We were in a rush so didn't have time to change it. Food was ok.

Cannot understand why there’s a queue to get in here. Service poor and food mediocre. We had to ask to order and ask again for our drinks after waiting an age (4 cans of zero cola, hardly challenging the barman). There were only 2 sets of cutlery on a table for 4. Food turned up hot on the heels of the drinks. That was all that was hot about my burger. It was tepid and oily. The others said their food was “ok”. There’s a ridiculous 12.5% service charge added , which we struck off. Don’t expect the Blue Light discount either if you don’t have the app. We had our card but they don’t recognise that. All in all, expensive, over hyped and two stars at best.

Food okay but service is a hell… Waiting long to get order and waitress arguing with each other on the side who should take the bill… Take them extremely long to get a bill and when mentioned this to the lady in suit, presumably in charge of the place, she told simply, we should come on weekday only if we expect a fast service… Fine good luck with your service attitude or let’s fairly say that there is certain micro aggressive towards Asian customers 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻🤷🏻‍♂️
