We had a lovely dinner in Casa Tua. The pasta was delicious and well prepared and the gnocchi very tasty as well. It was great to finish off with a homemade tiramisu. Service was great, we’ll definitely go back!
Lovely food and friendly service. The lamb meat balls for starters are recommendable (but pricy regarding the size). Spaghetti carbonara (rather small too) and gnocchi frutti di mare (good size) were really good too. Tiramisu is homemade and has a little less coffee and alcohol than elsewhere but it is really tasty. It is a very small restaurant with extra rooms downstairs (that don’t have the same lovely atmosphere as it is upstairs).
We had dinner here on New Year's Eve and absolutely loved it. Everything was handled with so much ease and flexibility - we truly felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great music, lots of laughter, and a very warm, welcoming vibe. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and attentive. Amazing service and a wonderful way to start the new year - we would definitely come back!
Food was absolutely delicious, service was great, music a little loud (maybe to mask the sound of the trains going overhead?
Pasta was delicious. Portions maybe a bit small. We can recommend the Cabonara. Wine selection is also very good. In sum a good dining experience.
A M A Z I N G Awesome food and drinks, super-friendly staff! Carbonara was delicious. 🤤 Thank you so much for having us. ❤️
Lovely little gem. I had gnocchi, my friends had: rigatoni, pizza, omelette and all of the dished looked and tasted good. I also had tiramisu and it was freshly made- the coffee was still warm in it & it was divine! Staff very friendly and kind. It wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t too pricey for London Definitely would totally recommend.
food is really good! the place is tiny but really good for small group of people
I think this is the best pasta I have ever had in my life! It was fresh and hand made and I just couldn’t believe how different & fresh it tasted. I honestly could eat here every night and not get sick of the food. The staff were absolutely lovely but the night I was there (Monday) must have been unexpectedly busy as there was only one staff member on who was rushed off his feet with all the food and drink orders. He did a fantastic job but I think service would have been better with a couple more team members on board. It didn’t take away from the amazing meal though
Best Italian sandwiches in UK. Superb fresh ingredients. Unique meats. Excellent Italian desserts. Very good selection of Italian wines. Excellent Espresso. Superb hot chocolate. Impeccable service by friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent place for breakfast, brunch, lunch. Restaurant next door. Tasty trays of Italian food for takeaway. A place to visit and enjoy its offerings whether you are in the area or travel just for it.
We had a really lovely meal here. We ordered a pizza, the capricciosa, to share between 3, and the pizza was lovely, the ingredients tasted really fresh and the tomato sauce was great. Then we gad the slow cooked beef with tomato sauce as the main pasta dish and was super delicious. I will come back! Staff was also good.
Impeccable food and service. The meal was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked. I had the pizza ant the crust was amazing. Only a couple of seats, so make reservations or come early. The drinks were really good. I had the white Negroni. The wine list was fantastic!
The food and cocktails were so delicious. The arancini and burrata are so yummy. The pasta tasted so good, especially the carbonara and paccheri alla bolognese. Also, the tiramisu and cannolo are must try too. Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back to try other food. Can’t wait!
Great food and atmosphere! Especially loved the squid ink sead food one. It was a burst of flavours! Can't believe the plates have a mustache on it too, love it ❤️
Beautiful food, lovely decor and really friendly and attentive services. We had the burrata, aranchini, bruschetta, chicken salad, special of the day and lots of the drinks. The food was all delicious, drinks great and reasonably priced.
I stumbled across this place and was so happy that I did. A small operation run with love and care. The food was great, you can tell that it was made from real deal Italians. A slightly small and tight venue but this all adds to the charm of the place.
Lovely Italian spot in Camden with great authentic flavors. The parmigiana do melanzane was amazing, great starter, quite filling but perfect to share —perfect to eat with the garlic bread or focaccia. The paccheri alla bolognese is definitely a winning main and we’ve ordered that a few times. The orchiette is also delicious, but most recently I loved the seasonal butternut squash and ricotta tortelloni, though it’s a little sweet and quite rich… a bit of lemon/ acid might have helped balance that out a little bit? Their small shop next door which also had a great selection of wine, Italian ingredients, and wonderful gelato.
Food were absolutely amazing😍 probably one of the best pasta I’ve ever had! The truffle fries are a bit disappointing tho🥲 The fries were soggy and the truffle sauce was not enough If you want some authentic Italian food, this is the right place to be😋 The restaurant was quite small but home-like. We sat downstairs and the ceiling was low so it’s better to sit upstairs
The atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious. We booked at short notice, and there was still space for us. We had starters and mains and it was all fantastic quality, very fresh and generous portion sizes. The service was also excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend!
We had the most wonderful evening in Casa Tua. The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious and authentic. The wine was also the perfect pairing. Our new favourite local!
Had the Big John, which is one Eggs Florentine, one Eggs Benedict and one Eggs Royale, with an Ace (carrot, orange and ginger) to drink. One of the most delicious brunches I’ve ever had.
Amazing brunch place to hang out with friends. I booked online and was seated downstairs. The upstairs part is quick to fill up. Brunch was yum and the iced coffee refreshing. Great little find!
Fantastic little Italian Restaurant im Camden. Fantastic food and wine and great stuff. My Italian wife and I visit this place every time we’re in London. Highly recommended!!
This place absolutely blew my mind! My taste buds were rejoicing :D The arancini comes with a nice creamy sauce and every pasta dish I tried were equally as good! Lasagna was to die for. We got a table downstairs and they let us put our own music on the speakers, what a vibe! Staff is super friendly. This is for sure an authentic Italian place that I am so glad I visited. The tiramisu is perfection in a cup, with the exact hint of coffee it needs. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Awesome coffee and food! You can only see our coffees on the photos, but the sandwiches we ordered were heavenly (we were just too hungry to wait and take a photo)! We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine on the day. The staff is great and makes you feel like they know you really well, although we went there for the first time! This is definitely a place I will go back to!
Lovely little cosy Italian restaurant/cafe! We came for lunch and ordered orecchiette alle cime di rapa (vegan) and their classic carbonara. Both really fresh and amazing flavours (even during a heatwave). Would highly recommend this place for lovers of proper pasta!
Lovely authentic food, warm and friendly service and very relaxed atmosphere for traditional Italian dishes and homemade pasta.
Great food, lovely atmosphere, good vibes. The place was a bit cramped, but we went here on a very busy day. Service was a bit slow (we had to ask for the dessert menu and the bill twice), but again I think this was because of how busy the place was - regardless, will definitely be back.
Very lovely atmosphere with great service and even greater food. Waiters and chef were so eager to cater to our preferences and ensure our food was to a good standard. Would definitely recommend!
One of the best dishes we had on our trip! We had the RIGATONI ALL`AMATRICIANA and I would’ve taken a photo but I didn’t get the chance before the plate was empty. The portions looked small but the bowl was deep and just kept giving! I would’ve licked the plate clean if it wouldn’t be frowned upon. We accidentally walked into the desert and bakery side first and we were walked over to our table. The service was incredible!
Food was exceptionally delicious!! We had Arancini and Sea Food Gnocchi… It was so authentic and tasty. Will definitely come back
Casa Tua Camden — Where the Host Feels Like Family Casa Tua means “your home” — and that’s exactly how it feels. This cozy Italian spot in Camden is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where kindness is served alongside handmade pasta, and the host greets you like an old friend. The warmth is real, the food is honest, and the experience stays with you. The owner is the soul of the place — Genuinely kind, attentive, and full of charm Always ready with a smile, a story, or a thoughtful recommendation Creates an atmosphere that’s welcoming, relaxed, and quietly special The food is comforting and full of flavour: Lasagna alla Bolognese — rich, layered, and deeply satisfying Spaghetti alla chitarra — handmade, silky, and served with bold sauces Tiramisu — light, creamy, and just boozy enough The wine list is compact and well-curated — Italian reds and whites that pair beautifully with the menu. The space is intimate and rustic — soft lighting, wooden tables, and a quiet buzz of regulars who know they’ve found something good.
Our server Zisan was absolutely fantastic! So attentive and sociable. The food was beautiful. It was all around a lovely intimate location with good food and wonderful staff.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the environment was clean with a warm, cozy atmosphere. I also had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Bikas, who was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks, CASA TUA, for such a wonderful experience!
Superb food! Just around the corner from a friend's place I was visiting - she is so lucky as this restaurant is a real treasure! We had dinner there twice and brunch - all of the food was fantastic. The homemade pasta is just excellent, the service is good too. I just loved it and can't wait to go back next time I'm in London!
The food is really good and tasty. We really appreciated the homemade pasta with wild broccoli which was really well cooked and tasty. The service was a bit of a problem as we faced some communication issues. We were 3 people and ordered 2 dishes of vegetarian orecchiette and one with sausage. We instead got 1 vegetarian and one with meat and the waiter thought that was all. A bit surprised he didn’t get the order right not only because I repeated the order 3 times but because we were 3 people and the waiter was ok just to have taken only 2 orders 🫠
Oh my, is this place GOOD. Went for a lunch on my own & the service and team there are lovely! I had a green smoothie with a delicious plate of sausage & ricotta tortelloni. Such good pasta & perfect portion size. I'd happily go & sample any pasta they'd give me! A lot of friends have raved of this place for brunch & the eggs Benedict are supposed to be divine, so I'd definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.
Came here for a Saturday lunch in search of reprieve from the horrid weather. Casa Tua hit the spot with warm home made Italian pasta. We shared two dishes between the two of us which was plenty. The carbonara was rich and satisfying, made without cream in the traditional Italian way. The torteloni was delicious and stuffed with ricotta and sausage, and a hint of truffle. Overall good experience but a bit expensive for what it is, which is pretty good pasta.
Ordered the pizza with the goats cheese and the gnocchi. The service was impeccable but I would not recommend the pizza if you don’t like bitter Italian broccoli. Even though the gnocchi was soft and pillowy the pesto was not warm and not mixed with the gnocchi. We felt that the pesto was more decorative that it was functional. Other than those two small details the rest of the food was good.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cosy. There looked like a bigger seating area downstairs so it's not as small as it first looks. A bit of our order was missed however we weren't changed for it and it was only some garlic bread so nothing major. Would just have been good to have while waiting for food to be cooked.
Visited here for a business meeting. It is very compact and quiet but very sweet place to visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I only had a drink so can’t comment on the food but my overall impression was good despite it being very quiet.
Service was good and food was good but nothing to write home about. It's small and has a local, cosy feel to it which I enjoyed
A small restaurant, a bit crammed for my tastes but nice enough for a meal. The staff was nice, they did take orders in a timely manner. Food was standard, anglo italian tastes I would say, rather than authentic flavours. Certainly for the tiramusu it was normal, no distinct or over powering flavours . The pasta also was ok, the sausage meat was not really individually distinct as in Italy but it passed.
I went to Casa Tua Camden last night hoping for some real Italian vibes, but I left quite disappointed. The staff were very polite and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the place felt overpriced and not very Italian. The pizza didn’t look or taste great — maybe the ingredients were good, but from the appearance and overall flavour, I wasn’t satisfied.
Went here for dinner with friends, and it was ok. The service was a tad slow and the kid waiter they had serving drinks was clearly uncomfortable and shy. Maybe he was new... The food was decent but I think what let it down was just how small and cramped in I felt. Not sure I would go again.
Came here with my friend but was frankly disappointed by the pizza that we got, very thick with lots of cheese and oil covered the base, if that’s your thing then this is the place for you. Unfortunately not what we were looking for :(
Bro it’s really hard to tell. Even I’m starving the food still taste awful. I won’t recommend it anyway… Sorry. Please avoid the first one of pasta section and pizza section( the vegan one)(they are what I’ve ordered and if you are smart enough please DO NOT order them.
Yesterday my friend, her one-year-old daughter and I decided to try this restaurant after reading the very positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, it is presented as an Italian restaurant, but run by non-Italians. That already felt a bit unusual, but we decided to give it a chance anyway. When we entered, there was no greeting at all – just “Are you the one who asked for the high chair?” while pointing at a bar stool, not even a proper high chair. The restaurant itself is extremely small; we didn’t even know where to place the stroller. After sitting for more than 10–15 minutes, I had to get up myself to order because no one came to take it. The waiter, while setting our table, simply handed us things as if we were supposed to do it ourselves. We ordered two gnocchi with seafood, focaccia and garlic bread as starters, and a simple pasta with tomato sauce for the baby. Instead of starters, the main dishes arrived first. To make things worse, the baby’s “simple pasta” came with pancetta and pepper – basically an amatriciana, which is completely inappropriate for a one-year-old. The gnocchi had no flavour at all. My friend sent hers back, while I ate mine just to avoid wasting more time waiting for food. The seafood tasted of poor quality, and I ended up with stomach pain all evening. We cancelled the focaccia and garlic bread, since starters should be served before the main course – not after. After the disappointing dishes, it didn’t feel worth spending more money there. Honestly, there was nothing authentically Italian about this place. The waiter mentioned the owner is Italian, but that doesn’t mean much if the staff in the kitchen and on the floor don’t know what they’re doing. The service was unfriendly, the food tasteless, and overall it was a terrible experience. We will definitely not be returning.
We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. We went at 21:30 and my pasta was reheated and it was not good at all, I was not even able to eat it. My partner pasta was better but it was definitely not worth 25£ a pasta with peas and mushroom. The focaccia we had was nice indeed and the olives as well. The reviews did look good that is why we went but I would definitely do not recommend and would not go back.
This is called iced latte, many powder inside of my coffee 🤣😮💨😮💨. Worst coffee. Speechless for everything of what I ordered. My foods was cooking other shop, and they haven’t covered my foods, then just holding on their hand and walking in the street a block to delivery to the place where I seated. Full of dust …
