Friendly staff, very delicious food. Even though the place was busy, everyone was attentive, helpful, and smiling. Special thanks to Redon for his friendly attitude and excellent service.

The restaurant is out of this world. It is the best meal i’ve had in 25 years on earth, please try this out you will not regret it. The cook your own steak is impeccable for 30 odd quid will be coming back without a shadow of a doubt.

Good food and drinks. Steaks (almost the cheapest on the list) and tuna were excellent. The service was very friendly especially the lady who showed us to the table was very friendly. The wine and drinks were really good choices. would definitely go again.

Great atmosphere, great food, and great customer service. My server Thaigo and Lobit provided great serve and are very knowledgeable on the menu items. They both have great food and drink recommendations. Based on their recommendations it made my experience that much better.

New experience, steak is partially cooked, served on a wooden platter with a hot stone, you pick your type of butter, seasoning and sauce, then finish the cooking with your choice of ingredients. The steak was absolutely delicious, sides were of the same quality, around £44 per head including drinks and puddings. Service was spot on The young lady on the door was fantastic ( Kiki) the waiter (lohit) was attentive, all the staff who came past the table checked we were all good. Give it a try, food, drinks and service was all fantastic.

Steak & Company in Gloucester Road is a fantastic joint! Chicken Schnitzel was perfectly crispy & juicy. The Steak fillet on the black stone was tender, flavourful & fun to cook table-side. Best Sticky Toffee Pudding ever! Our host Johan was warm, professional & made our night very special. Cosy vibe, great value – already planning our return!

We chose Steak and Co for a Thursday evening dinner, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, and I especially love the lava stone grilling – it works really well here. My only small disappointment was that grilled corn wasn’t on the menu, as it’s one of my favourite sides with steak. That said, everything we had was very tasty. I also appreciated the service setup: the waiter focuses solely on the tables, while a separate team brings the food out from the kitchen, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. The space is spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. I’d happily come back.

A night to remember at Steak & Co.! Just a stones throw from 54 Queens Gate our Hotel for the week. Our evening began with the kind and warm welcome with a smile from our server, Elena. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she explained everything perfectly and gave us plenty of time to choose. We took her recommendations and were so glad we did. We ordered the 6 oz and 8 oz fillets, along with the macaroni and cheese, garlic and chili prawns, and the artichoke and spinach dip. Elena gave us time before she came to the table to ask if we were ready for our Mains. When our mains arrived, Elena showed us how to prepare the steaks on the hot stone right at our table. The "Steak on a Stone" experience was fantastic, and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fillets were 5* quality at this establishment, well worth every £ spent. Every dish was delicious and flavorful. The only slight letdown was the garlic and chili prawns, which had little to no flavor and were small, but were a perfect pairing with the fillet. I don't usually eat sides when I have any steak. So usually i get an appetizer like prawns. A special thank you to Elena for making our dinner truly memorable. We will definitely be back to the Gloucester location to ask for Elena.

I have recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy, completely new to me, this restaurant were just fantastic from the moment we went in, we had messed up our booking, on an app, no problem! Then they explained exactly what I could have and tailored this prawn dish for me and then made me a gorgeous salad to go with my steak! Super customer service, thank you all so much!

I had the best experience at Steak & Company (Gloucester Road), truly a 10/10 from start to finish. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. The chilli garlic prawns were an absolute standout: packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and easily a 10/10. The steak was incredible as well, perfectly seasoned, beautifully cooked, and the butter on top was pure perfection. What impressed me even more was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive to my allergies, making sure everything was completely sesame-free and checking in throughout the meal to ensure I felt safe and comfortable. The only downside I’d say is the ventilation, is a little poor therefore you leave the restaurant smelling of the food. I genuinely can’t wait to visit again. If you’re a steak lover, you 100000% need to check this place out!

Fantastic experience Beautiful place, and the idea of ​​cooking the meat at the table was excellent. I have to say, the quality of the meat is out of this world, and the cocktails are incredible. We had a fantastic experience at Steak and Co. We ordered four of the hot stone self-cooking steaks and it was such a fun, interactive way to enjoy the meal. The quality of the meat was excellent and cooking it exactly to our liking at the table made it even better. A special thank you to Agnieska, who looked after us so well. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. Even our kids absolutely loved the experience, which says a lot! We were celebrating my partner's birthday and I must say, this was the right place to be! I ordered a sparkling dessert to surprise him and it was served by our waiters with a bday song. We both had fillet steaks, which we cooked ourselves. This was an unexpected and exciting experience and the steaks were delicious (I can't say otherwise as I cooked mine lol). Visiting from the US and was excited to have my first “full English” breakfast. Food was 10/10 and the service was too! Celene took great care of us.

We visited for our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been better! Leon took excellent care of us he was fantastic. The portions were incredible (I’ve never had so much steak at such a great price). We left very happy and would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Steak and Company. Cooking my steak on a hot stone at the table was a fun and unique twist. The steak was high-quality, and the accompaniments, like flavored butter and sauces, were perfect. The sides were delicious, especially the creamy mashed potatoes and fresh salad. The dessert was a delightful finish. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was attentive. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!

Convenient and safe option, but also reasonably good taste. This is like a sports bar mixed with family restaurants - good for all types of occasions. You can come just 2 of you, watch sports drink and hang out. Or you can take the whole family for a quick lunch / dinner. Plenty of seating, service staff were nice though food servings were a little slow. Most dishes we ordered were 7/10. Chicken schnitzel, cheeseburger spring rolls and buffalo sauce cauliflower were particularly good. USDA Prime and Surrey Farm Cote were just "ok".

Great food. Reasonable price. Steak and the ox cheeks are well cooked. I really love the mushroom sauce and red wine sauce. We tried the autumn special set menu, which was tasty. The passion fruit martini was quite smooth and fruity. I really appreciate the service provided by Laila. She’s so sweet, helpful and supporting.

I booked here for the first time for my husband’s birthday, and it was an absolutely superb experience. The food was 10/10 we had halal —the steak was cooked to perfection! The ambience and overall dining experience were exceptional. Our service from Aaron was incredible—what a wonderful gentleman! He really took great care of us, and we cannot thank him enough. I had an amazing time at this steakhouse. The pork bites starter was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked, flavour, and a great way to start the meal. The wine recommendation was spot on and paired beautifully with the food. A special shout-out to Celene, whose service was exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even better. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I had dinner at this restaurant because I was drawn in by the beautiful Christmas decorations and the atmosphere. I ordered a steak and a glass of wine, and both were exquisite. The meat was incredibly tender and truly excellent… but I have to admit that even if the food hadn’t been that good, I would still go back to this restaurant because the staff is fantastic. Everyone is extremely kind, but I have to give a special compliment to the Brazilian waiter. He’s a funny, polite guy who does his job with a passion that shines through everything he says and does. I was sorry I couldn’t leave him a tip, because apparently the restaurant’s payment system doesn’t allow separate payments from the dinner bill. I didn’t have any cash with me, so I couldn’t tip him, but I at least want him to receive my compliments and gratitude. My friend and I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant 😊

We found this place accidentally on our second night in london, and it was the best food we had. The steak was amazing along with the truffle mashed potatoes and cocktail drinks. We went back a second time for our last night and had the best BBQ ribs we’ve ever tasted. They also did a great job singing happy birthday. We had an amazing night! It was a spontaneous decision to go there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be perfect. Even without a reservation, the welcoming staff were so kind and helpful — they found us one of the best tables right away. All the waitstaff were incredible — attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our evening special. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. My boyfriend had the steak dish served on a hot grill — it was not only delicious but also a unique experience. We were celebrating his birthday, and to our surprise, they brought out a lovely birthday dessert with rhubarb crumble, completely complimentary. Such a thoughtful gesture! Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was top-notch from start to finish. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our evening so special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing steak, had the rib eye with garlic butter and a side of mash. Great food and service, the waitress was lovely. Sticky toffee for dessert as well was good. Only note was that all the smoke coming from those doing the cooking experience made the place a little stuffy

We visited Steak & Company last night because of a friend’s recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the first impressions, the Christmas fairy lights were very pretty and overall there was a very warm welcoming atmosphere, and were greeted with a lovely smile by the host who found us a really nice seat in the corner very quickly. Our order was taken by a young man named Thiago who made us feel very welcome with his jokes, and recommended we get the ribeye on the “steak stone experience” which we weren’t sure about at first but he convinced us, and recommended our drinks (I got the delicious Chelsea In Bloom, my husband the Camden Hells) We then were looked after by Catherine who perfectly explained how to use the stone and cook our steaks perfectly to medium rare, the best steak we’ve ever had, and she recommended the Black Forest cocktail which was also amazing and had great presentation with a smoky bubble on top 🫧 We finished the night with a lovely lemon tart between us and the host thanked us on our way out, and we left knowing we made the right choice, and we will definitely be back again soon for the great food, drinks and service!

Stopped in for a meal after a busy day and were greeted kindly by the lady in red on arrival. We didnt have a reservation but were seated promptly. We ordered the steak on the stone but unfortunately ours was delivered to the table next to us in error. Credit where credit is due the team and manager were incredibly apologetic and prepared us a fresh meal. Special shout out to Catherine who took extra special care of us throughout our visit and is a credit to the restaurant. We will come back soon in the hope that she will look after us again! Went to Steak & Co with colleagues for an afterwork dinner and had a great time. The sizzling steak served on a hot stone was a fun and flavorful experience, perfectly complemented by the sauces provided. The wine list was well-chosen, and the Shiraz paired beautifully with the beef. Dessert was a nice touch to end the meal. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively without being too loud. Overall, a solid spot for a casual yet quality steak night in the city.

We came here without a reservation. There were plenty of tables available so we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and attentive. The steak was cooked as requested but did take 40 mins from when we ordered to when we were served.

We ordered 2 steaks , medium rare. 1 was perfect the other one was well done. They made new , did not eat together , so bad experience. Manager fixed a drink, prosecco on the house. When steak came it was perfect , really nice taste . It was a smelly place from «steak/frying»and that we also got confirmed this morning when we had the same smell in our hotel room/clothes. But managers attitude and their quality of meat makes this all in all good.

This is a great place for a steak dinner. Choose any of the "Specialty Steaks" or "Steak Stone Experience." The drinks were superbly crafted. Staff was cordial & professional. The manager floated throughout the restaurant, checking on customers' needs. I will definitely return whenever I'm in London.

Second time here and had a brilliant time both times! The food is great and the wine and cocktail list is vast and delicious! The service is very good, everyone is so attentive. Second time I went i felt my steak was rare rather than the medium I asked for but they rectified it very quickly and I was very happy overall!

A lovely atmosphere and the waiting staff are highly attentive and welcoming. I had a 14 oz speciality steak medium rare, goats cheese salad, Nelson's old fashioned (with barrel smoke theatre) and sticky toffee pudding. The desert, drinks and goats cheese were excellent. The steak was 4/5 and just lacked that kick of flavour/seasoning to make it top drawer. That said it may have been the cut of meat that didn't suit my palette. I am a bit fussy in fairness. The Nelsons old fashioned was genuinely awesome and the waiting staff created a lovely atmosphere. Would reccomend!

Visited this steakhouse whilst on a London break and staying in the area. It was a birthday treat. The ambience is very pleasant and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The service was perfect. I chose to have the steak from the grass fed cows of Finland. It certainly was one of the better stakes I’ve had for sometime. However, I am still trying to justify spending that amount of money on a piece of meat. However, certainly worth a try.

The food was okay (we took prime ribeye, the taste wasn’t prime…anyway it was eatable) but this place has one big problem: exactor hoods. On the menu there’s an option to cook meet yourself but in this case EVERY TABLE should have its own hood…like you know at some Korean/Japanese restaurants. But here - no. Hence it smells so bad and even choking inside….you need to add more hoods or offer prepared at the kitchen meat 🥩

Food was very very good, was £109 for a meal for 2. a main, a side each and a side to share. We also purchased drinks, i brought a coke and a passionfruit martini. and my partner a coke, with waters for the table. for £109 i would say this is very good… however, we ended up paying £123 without our knowledge until we were handed the bill.. because of automated service charge. I politely asked if the 12.50% charge could be chaged to maybe £5-£6 and was told we could not. My partner and i were both quite shocked so offered to pay cash if that would make a difference? they said no.. so we payed and left. The food and service was a 10/10.. definitely reccomend this restaurant! But this was abit of a shock and slightly ruined the mood of the meal unfortunately.

Excellent Steak place for Steak Lovers, if you have anyone who does not like steak then don’t go here as the menu is mostly geared for Steaks. Which is understandable. The portions sizes in compared to the price are Tiny. You can count the chips or Prawns. Maximum Large Steak we ordered was 12oz. The sauce served in the pot with the Steak are tiny. You could perhaps eat half the steak and the sauce with finish. I would not say it was a five star experiece. We just ordered Bottle of water. That came with empty glasses. One of the glass had a impression of a Lip Stick which was clearly not washed. The cutlary that was served had a bent knive tip as can been seen in the photo. They immediatly replaced the items. Now when the bill arrived they had the oduacity to add a service charge. Over all food was okay as I said before not generous portions. Also the review QR code that arrives with the bill has to be complete exactly at that time else it expires. The prices are on the online menu.
