The atmosphere and service was incredible. By far the best meal I’ve had while in town from the states.

Peter was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious specially the Risotto! For sure we will be back ! Thanks again to the Hungarian chap Peter, he made us feel very welcomed!

Seafood pasta with a side of greens was phenomenal. It looked great and tasted even better. The chili oil was a nice touch for the garlic bread bomb. Amily provided excellent service and finished w a mini hot chocolate. I would recommend if your by paddington station. Or make a trip to little Venice and drop in.

We visited Zizzi for an early Valentine’s dinner and had such a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Jacek, our waiter, who truly made the evening so lovely. He was incredibly attentive and engaging, making warm and polite conversation while remaining completely professional throughout. He struck the perfect balance and made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. The food was absolutely lush and arrived at the table beautifully presented and still piping hot, which made it even more enjoyable. Everything about the evening felt relaxed and special. Thank you for such a fantastic Valentine’s experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Last week we were on a trip to London. Late in the day, around 8:30, we went to Zizzi to eat something. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. It was nice and quiet. Many thanks to Delisa for the great service! Large and nice-looking portions

The food here was delicious, the pasta was full of flavor and the calamari was perfectly made, nice and crispy. What really made our visit even better was the warm and welcoming service. Natalia was so kind helping us with detailed information about allergens, as per request, which we really appreciate. A wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back!

Had an amazing experience at Zizzi Paddington Central. The food was delicious.I loved the sharing board and truffle pizza-Primitivo red wine was a perfect match. Big thanks to Jacek for the excellent service,he made the evening more enjoyable,great atmosphere by the canal too. Highly recommend.

The place is quite cozy, with a fall-themed decor. We were with children, and the waiter was very friendly and immediately gave the children coloring books. The only downside was the music was too loud, which our newborn didn't like, and it was difficult for us adults to have a conversation. The food was delicious, and the dishes were served within 10-15 minutes—thank you for the speed ;) The lasagna and coffee were excellent! 🤎 I'd also like to highlight all the waiters for their friendliness and attentiveness. Special thanks to Anastasia; we need more waitresses like her, thank you so much!❤️‍🔥

Came for lunch with the gals: Lisa, Anna, The Berti and myself, Karyn. The guys were pleasantly pleasant. Food was spectacular. Especially the tiramisu and carbonara. The aioli was a good pairing with the pizza and breaded chicken. Jacok and Peter were attentive 😏 and we had a photoshoot at the end.

Great service and a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Whenever I had a question, they took the time to explain everything clearly and with a smile. I was walking around the Little Venice area and randomly chose this restaurant for lunch. The interior looks cool and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious, especially the bruschetta. It’s a shame I didn’t have enough space for dessert, but I tried their hot chocolate and it was really good. Such a great place to visit if you’re nearby.

The service here was brilliant. They were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked into their restaurant. The food was delicious, with good sized portions, and the garlic bread and bruschetta was freshly baked. We ordered the chorizo carbonara and bolognese Classico from the lunch menu and would highly recommend both dishes. They also have a good atmosphere, spacious, clean and good vibes. Would definitely come back if we lived in London, or if we visit again.

We had a very special Christmas with our family at this restaurant, and everything was amazing. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and very well presented. The service was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, well organised, and has a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a family celebration. Great pizza and even better service. The food was delicious—perfectly cooked crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our waiter Peter. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome without being overbearing. He checked in at just the right times and clearly cared that we had a great meal. Solid pizza spot, and if you’re lucky enough to get Peter as your waiter, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend.

We had lunch here and really enjoyed the vibe it was a great experience overall. The chili king prawn was delicious, and the pizza was excellent. The dessert was top-notch; the chocolate nemesis was my favorite. The service was also great — Ahmed served us with a smile and even brought us delicious hot chocolate on the house!”

Natalia is so sweet! Made a lot of conversation with my mother, on top of the fantastic food and service. Their tiramisu is fantastic (as always, you’ll find) and their chocolate mousse NEEDS to be eaten with the salt and olive oil they set on the side (don’t skip out on it! salt and chocolate is a great combination!)

Had dinner at Zizzi by Little Venice and it was such a good choice. You sit right by the canal, watching the boats drift by (some of them are even floating restaurants – very cool vibe). We went for the truffle salami pizza and fonduta formaggi – both were banging. The pizza had that rich truffle flavour that just works, and the fonduta was gooey, cheesy heaven. Proper comfort food. Big shout-out to Jacek, our server – super friendly, fast, and made us feel looked after. If you’re around Paddington and fancy good food with a nice view, this spot is worth it.

No Words! Closest thing I’ve found to the fresh and great taste of Italy! The truffle calico Pepe was delicious! The pasta and sauces are all made in house! The staff is great as well as the atmosphere. Very attentive to allergies and even allowed a custom pasta dish to be ordered for my vegetarian sister. Everything is absolutely delicious from the drinks to the mains! Definitely looking forward to returning. È stato assolutamente perfetto! Mi ha ricordato il mio tempo a Roma!

Absolutely delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! The fresh pasta made on-site was outstanding – you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We were there with our 2-month-old baby, and even he was warmly welcomed – something we really appreciated. A special shout-out to Jacek – he's simply irreplaceable! We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Everything felt fresh and well-prepared, and the flavors did not disappoint. What made the visit even more memorable, though, was the service. Our waiter, Ahmed, deserves a special mention. He was not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely warm and kind. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel very welcome, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. His efficiency and positive energy really added something extra to the whole dining experience. You could tell he cared about making sure guests had a good time, which is rare to find and truly appreciated. All in all, Zizzi Paddington combines tasty Italian food with a great atmosphere and, in this case, exceptional service. I’ve been to a few different Zizzi branches across London, but this one really stood out because of how friendly and efficient the team was – especially Ahmed. I would definitely recommend this branch if you’re in the area and craving Italian food in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

Right outside Paddington Station, near the Canal, is this awesome place, run by an amazing person called Natalia. Her recommendations on the Pizza and the Beer to go with it were spot on! The service was super fast too. The Pizza was (very) thin crust and just fab. When we asked for Oregano to put on it, she politely pointed out that Oregano would kill the Rosemary flavour and encouraged us to try it without that. I'm glad we did! She was right! That Rosemary didn't need anything else. She runs a great team and this is a place simply NOT to be missed.

Food was excellent. La bomba meatballs were unreal. Amily was very attentive. Thanks for a nice meal.

The food and service at Zizzi were both great! A big thank you to Anastasia and Emely for making my girlfriend's birthday so special: a candle in the tiramisu, cotton candy and even a little birthday song. Such a lovely, genuine experience! We would definitely come back!

Zizzi was absolutely awesome. Great experience, great atmosphere. Peter was very attentive and lovely to talk to :) the whole experience was elevated by his presence to be quite honest. And ofc the food was perfect, we had a 2 course meal, a bruscetta and a pepperoni pizza and they were both fresh and delicious :)

Lovely Sunday lunchtime experience- excellent staff. We visited here when meeting a family member in Paddington. We picked the £29 set menu and was not disappointed! Calamari and dough crusts were good, but the aubergine was nice too. Mains- pizza, beef ragu and pollo Milanese were very nice. Desserts of were good with the nemesis being the best. Dragon fruit margarita were also good. The staff are not only vey efficient they are friendly and the reason our visit was so good! And the view.... Zizzi can be a bit hit and miss and this was definitely a hit. No names of the staff as there was no name on either their shirts or the receipt but I hope they get a pat on the back.

A very cozy place that we love to visit. I really love your comfortable sofas with large windows and views of the canal. Excellent food, especially the shrimp, different types of Italian bread, and delicious pizza. It's very pleasant to feel the attention of the staff. Excellent service from Anastasia, very attentive, positive, and took into account all our requests. A huge thank you to Emilia for her service and attention. We will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Brilliant food and service! Would highly recommend this Zizzi restaurant. We came to eat on Friday evening (02/01/26) and the food was very nice. Thank you to Ralitsa the chef (I think this is her name) who made incredible pizzas for us. Thank you also to Jacek, who served us and gave us a brilliant service. We had a lovely lunch. The service was really efficient and friendly. The couple serving us made us feel very welcome. 4 stars for food as I felt the lasagne was served too hot, lacked meat and had too much tomato sauce. The rest of the food was great.
