The restaurant open at 10:00 however we waited outside for an extra 10 minutes untill they opened the doors for us. We ordered our food and when we went to find a spot to sit it was a challenge because there were no clean tables not even one clean table in the whole place. Do not go here. They're shedding the chicken so you can't tell that the double chicken tostada doesn't even have a much chicken as the regular one used to have. But the audacity... they WATERED DOWN the cilantro sauce. Literally so thin its basically water. I can to smell it to make sure of what it was because it's so watered down the color was wrong. Edit to add, one side of the tostada itself is SOGGY. This is the last time I'm giving this place a chance, every time in the 2 years I've lived here has been disgusting. It's so gross I can't even eat it, which pisses me off considering *this* is what I wasted my time and money on at 9pm when all I wanted was dinner so I can get to bed.

The one of long Beach Blvd is awful. The young people who work there are rude as hell. One was giving dirty looks. I wanted to jump over the counter and teach them respect because it's apparent they aren't getting that lesson at home. There's always some weird shit happening outside with the homeless. I've seen fights inside the place. Love me some El Pollo. But will never step foot in that one again.

This place was in wretched condition. The men's bathroom smelled awful...there was a puddle of pee water on 1/3 of the floor stinking, and there were no paper towels to dry after washing your hands. The restaurant was also lacking napkins (for your meal), straws, and lids. All the trash cans were overflowed with garbage. Perhaps I just caught them after serving a large messy crowd/lunch rush. To me it appears like bad management and lack of pride. It was revolting and i now wonder what condition the kitchen is actually in....do they clean it or is it neglected as well. Yuck! The one and only redeeming quality about this visit was the charming and handsome cashier who took my order. He was extremely good looking and was very courteous and well mannered even when i told him his restaurant is out of everything and the restroom was disgusting! Once he turned around though and i saw his butt i was stunned stupid and when he handed me my order, i couldn't remember what my order was...so despite me checking the contents of the bag, I didn't realize the order was incomplete! Lol
