Our server Rose was amazing and her customer service was impeccable. She was very helpful and kind to me and my boyfriend. The food and drinks were ready quickly and tasted good! The crew were very patient and allowed us to finish our meal even though we came later in the evening. It was a 5 out of 5 dining experience.

our server was nice! we did the 2 for $25 which is a really good deal. i got the bourbon chicken + shrimp which was delicious. the drink buckets are also not bad for what it is but the drink is mostly ice lol

I had the chance to try the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp at Applebee’s, and the experience was quite satisfying. The dish was well presented, served on a sizzling skillet that kept everything at the perfect temperature. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, with a touch of Cajun spices that really enhanced the flavor. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, with a light garlic butter glaze that made them irresistible. The combination with the sautéed potatoes and caramelized onions gave the dish a perfect balance between savory and sweet. It’s a flavorful, hearty, and well-balanced meal. Plus, the restaurant atmosphere was cozy and the service was friendly and quick. I would definitely order it again.

It's been about a little more than a decade since I've last been inside an Applebees and evidently so because you'd be hard pressed to find any entree on the menu less that $20 but I had a taste for something on that menu so I just went with it. Starting off, I was greeted by a young, courteous and lovely lady by the name of Priya who was my server for the day. There were only 10 customers the time I got there on an early Monday Afternoon so service was steadfast. My lunch consisted of the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp w/ seasoned mashed potatoes and for dessert, a sizzling Caramel Apple pie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The food was marvelous and the meat was done right. Not too tough, not too soft, just right in the middle area and desert was delightful. Filled me up proper and gave the lovely lady server a good tip, despite my meal overall coming up to $40 yeah, might be some time before I feel comfortable blowing money at Applebees again. Despite that, the experience was nice and pleasant.

The best place to bring your family or a large party, I want to give a shout out to the manager Prophet for the great hospitality and amazing service. The best value for dinner. Valarie (a great server) and the staff are very friendly and the environment is great to have family and friends over. Highly recommend for a night out. We always enjoy coming here.

Came here for a kids bday dinner. This is where he wanted to come. The waiter was really nice and attentive. We ordered a whole lot of food. The thing about Applebees is that it does taste delicious at the time but everyone's stomach hurt after all with the same symptoms. Wings were my absolute favorite. I devoured them with no remorse. I called on a Friday night January 16,2026 to see if my pick up order was ready a little earlier then I put in to pick it up the girl that was the greeter at the door picked up she said let me go check on your order and put me on hold and never picked up the phone again I wanted about a half an hour on hold and decided to pay for parking and walk in to the restaurant I then explained I called on the phone and someone just left me on hold and never came back to answer my question they said ooo I’m sorry Then I sat to the side on the bench to wait for my order it was suppose to be ready at 6:20pm after sitting there for about 20 minutes the clock then said 6:30pm I said to myself let me ask them is my order ready when I asked then they proceeded to go get my order when she brought the order I had to tell her it’s 2 orders with my name so she had to go back and get the other order which is fine I’m just saying going out to eat whether it’s take out is everyone’s happy place they should be more attentive to the customers especially when calling on the phone to place an order I’m still a customer whether on the phone or walking in also if you see the customer is sitting on the side waiting on there food let them know that your order is ready since she told me it would only be 20 minutes I don’t know what’s the point of both of them Standing there at the door to look cute and not give service I rather go to the apple bees in queens center mall they are top notch service and happy to see there guest your not treated like what ever who cares if you order food

We had a really disappointing experience here. When we arrived around 9:50pm on a Thursday. The hostess at the door was friendly and seated us right away, giving us menus. But our actual waiter never greeted us or checked in. He didn’t come by until about 10:30pm Meanwhile, the busser brought plates and napkins, but we were still just waiting for our server. When the waiter finally showed up, he didn’t say hello or anything he just said “ready to order.” I told him we wanted to start with drinks and asked for the happy hour drink listed for $6, which the menu outside clearly said was available until closing for dine-in. He told me we’d have to go to the bar to get the happy hour price, which makes no sense because at other Applebee’s locations we’ve always been able to order happy hour drinks from the table. He said it would be $2 more if he brought it to us and even asked if we wanted to move to the bar instead. At that point we were already fed up with the service, so my husband and I just decided to leave. Honestly, it was the worst service we’ve had at an Applebee’s, and we won’t be recommending this location.

Service needs improvement, a lot of improvement. As with any business It starts from the top. This review is no different than what the other reviewers have said in other reviews. I am not sure who rated this place as 4 or 5 starts. I think the 4 and 5 stars they receive are bots. These are the areas of service I noticed needed improvement. I had to ask for napkins. Had to get the ketchup myself. Isn’t it common place for a server to ask if you want ketchup or any other condiments when you order fries. Additionally he never asked to refill my soda. Free refills are supposed to be included. (Same as other reviews, they don’t care) Never asked us how our meal was going or if we needed anything. Overall he wasn’t very pleasant just going through the motions. Just being honest. Burger was good. Not excellent or great. Just good. Cutlery came in its own paper packaging. I guess that means it was clean. Suspicious considering the quality of the service, I question the cleanliness of the cutlery. At least the the TVs had entertaining videos. Distractions. Don’t get me wrong. I tipped the guy anyway because I am a nice guy and worked in the restaurant industry. We went with the 2 for 25 meal special. With sodas and tip came out to 40 something. UPDATE later tonight. 1 hr later. Food gave me a stomach ache. Not eating here again.
