This place was very crowded and noisy and people have to be very careful with the waiters because they ad in my bill drinks that I didn't order I order 2 beers she put 4 I only had 4 cranberry and vodka she put 6 however the manager took from my bill 2 drinks and that's not nice I definitely not come back .

Great music but horribleeee service, rude waitresses who think they're too good to serve tables yet they are still there lol. If u do end up there leave around 3am, after that you'll get caught in the middle of fights and punches.

Well I like the place really nice music the atmosphere is really what you are looking for. But something that I always complain about is wy if you are not expending money on a bottle of liquor you don't get the same service, I came to this place to have a good time with my wife. I asked the waitress about and she said " only people who expend on a bottle have the fruits at the table as a complement " WY you never know who is in that table that is not a Good service. Asked for menu they found one old, then call again to order. One more thing the waitress need to be more nice, not because they are showing a nice body and a really short skirt and shirt you have to tip good......

So for starters, I had a really horrible experience. Anyone wishing to keep safe and not be overcharged for things they didn’t order, don’t come here. Security was actually very bad. Threatening customers and trying to intimidate them because you’re insecure is not okay. I got the whole thing in camera. I’d like to speak with the owner before I make a police report. I called today to speak to someone. Was told the owner will be back Monday. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, please reach out. Would like to talk with you.

I tried to attend “Ritmos 60” on 7/2/24 to watch the Brazil vs Columbia game. Upon arrival I was told the venue is at capacity by the bouncer, which I understood. As I was about to text my friends inside who have a table I noticing that the bouncer was letting more people inside. So I walked back to the door assuming we would get in. I was then told again they were at capacity, in the middle of my negotiations with the bouncer I watched 2 more people walk in front of me to go inside no problem. Then I told the bouncer, why are they allowed to go in, but not me. He said cause they have friends inside and told me to have someone get me if they’re inside (assuming I was lying). So my friend came to the door and I attempted to walk inside and was stopped again and was told that the manager is the only one who can allow people inside. So again they told me to wait which I did. Then the bouncer asked me if I had something for him (attempted to extort me for money) and laughed and said I am not giving you a dollar. After a while I started to think they didn’t want me to come inside because I was black (not pulling the race card). So I asked the bouncer is the real reason I can’t come in because the color of my skin. He told me no and was super offended by the question. He said because of how big I was they didn’t want to let me in so I dont take up too much room. Ahhh so its not because I am black, it because I am too big (and black). I then told the bouncer my friends already have a table so the entire point was irrelevant (since tables have chairs and I can sit), but at this point there is no point to fight with people to give them my money. Its funny cause as I got closer I seen him pull out handcuffs, but it didnt even cross my mind he bought them out for me “just in case”. Based on some of the reviews I seen I am sure I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this venue. Like this isnt Tao or Harbor, this is a random spot in Astoria on a strip surrounded by plenty of other bars literally walking distance in all directions. If you want a true 50/50 night where you can have the time of your life ORRR be put in the caste system in 2024 in nyc go here. ;)

Good music but terrible service. Waitresses asking you to buy a bottle unless you have sit at the bar. Our whole group left to the next bar and spent our money on what we like to drink.

Came here on Saturday night and the place was so packed it was dangerous. I literally could not even walk or even had comfortable standing space. There was not a single chair available. The place was so packed the staff could barely keep up with the orders. I signaled to the bartender I wanted to order a drink and she signaled back to me wait and I waited by the bar and she never got back to me. I had brought $100 to spend on drinks and my friend was going to spend $100, plus the tips, but I was not even able to order a single drink. The bartender never cared to take my order, which I thought was completely and utterly unacceptable. So I went home and took my $100 with me and my friend did not even bother to go in. $200 in revenue lost because the bartender could not be bothered to take my simple order. Do I recommend going to this place on the weekend? If you’re into claustrophobic environments where you can’t even walk, has no seats, with music so loud you can’t talk to anyone, and where the bartender will not take your order, then by all means come here, because I won’t.

Wish I could give it -5 stars. My friends and I are Colombian and we would go because they play salsa…but every time we go the staff there HARASSES us. We are literally the only ones dancing and then they tell us to sit at a table…when we’re at the table they tell us we can’t sit there because there’s a drink minimum. (We bought individual drinks that were soooooo expensive) we were literally there for 30 minutes and were harassed 25 of the 30 minutes. My group of friends will never ever go back.

I did not like it at all. Very poor customer service and demeaning waiters outfit. The restrooms have an awkward Indian lady spreading legs apart right on top of the toilet (I did not see the point of it). The place has changed so much... It isn't nothing like it was few years ago. Total waste, not worth the trip. What a shame!!
