We stopped in this Cicis location in Longview Texas, as we were traveling through with a large group of boys. I have not been to Cicis in quite a few years, but nothing changed. The food is very good, for what you pay for. There were 25 of us in the group, and they accommodated putting together tables for us. And it did not scare them that we were coming to visit. Had a great time visiting, and enjoying the food. Afterwords the boys, or able to play some games. Had a great time here.

I love this place. They have a variety of pizzas, salad, pasta, desserts, bread sticks, & drinks. The staff is funny, friendly, & helpful. We ask them to make a BBQ pizza & a spinach pizza for us all the time. They always accommodate us. There's a game room for the kids to play in so we can sit & talk after we eat. We eat here alot. We love the prices & convenience of not having to cook!

My daughters’ soccer team, The Wildcats of the GLSA, celebrated their end of season party here & it was PERFECT for the occasion! We had a group of about 30 attend, mostly 12-13 year old girls & everyone enjoyed themselves. The Cici’s team members were all friendly & helpful and the pizza & salad bars were stocked, fresh & delicious! There is also a decent sized arcade within the restaurant, which was a huge plus with the girls! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our final game of the season, which we won!! Thank you to Sasha, the manager on duty at the time of our visit, for all her help before & during our party! And there was no extra charge for the reservation or anything! I highly recommend Cici’s Pizza!

It is a CiCis…not pizza king (seeing some reviews). That being said, the food has never disappointed, the service has been available when needed, and it is family friendly. My wife loves the Alfredo pizza and cheesy bread. Their desserts are phenomenal!

Tonight, I must say, they did an awesome job handling two bands, a packed house and food never ran out! Tables were cleaned accordingly. Great attitudes the whole time! I commend them. I would've taken a picture of the 4 bus loads that were in here but I don't snap other folks kids like that. Lol

We really love the Monday and Tuesday $5.99 coupon days. We have a really large family (almost ready for a TLC special) and this is really the only time we all get to go out to eat all together. Everything was clean, food was fresh, and the staff were welcoming. Flat bread pizza is always out favorite, it makes for a nice thin crust

Cicis is a fun place to take a group or large family. I love that they will make a pizza if you tell them what it is that you want. I just love a spinach alfredo pizza and they make it for me every single time I asked for it. The kids love playing the games. I guess that's what a Grandma's for.

The food was fresh, cinnamon rolls were poppin as usual. And the facility was clean. Couldn't expect anything more!

There's usually a large variety of pizza to choose from. The quality of the food has stayed the same which isn't bad but over the years the buffet price has increased from 3.99 to 6.99 which is crazy. Pizza Hut now has a cheaper buffet at 5.99 with a better quality product and it located less than a mile away. The service doesn't compare though, I always enjoy the staff at CiCi's.I still eat here but no where near as much as I used to.

I like the pizza here! The place was clean smelled nice the food is cheap. I would give 5 stars but I tried to call my order in (6 pizzas) and the owner picked up and put me on hold then forgot about me. He apologized when I arrived and was humble about it, I most definitely will be returning.

They've been doing the $5 buffet again on certain days because they know that is where our price memory remains. Find the coupon online and only go on a Monday or Tuesday to get the discount. The food is not worth it otherwise.

Ordered pizza online from the parking lot then went inside to wait on it a few minutes later. I went in expecting to wait, but to my surprise they said it was in the oven and nearly done. I hadn't eaten at cicis in a very long time and the pizza was better than I remembered. I guess the fact that it was so fast was a good problem to have.

It was CiCi's, so it's fast food pizza. It was fast, decent, hot, and filling. The atmosphere was strange. There were folks behind the line in street clothes and no hair net or gloves. They went up and spoke with the cashier. It just seemed questionable on a healthy level for us.

Good some days, bad others when it comes to in house service. Depends on the staff at the time in the store but they seem to have been picking it up here lately. Thankfully they are paired with the Waitr app now and deliver because the retail location is boring. *Edit* 3🌟🌟🌟 One thing I can't get over is how messy this place gets at times. I know they get hammered and the staff seemed lost at times but still dude you have to have like 2 dedicated people cleaning your lobby at all times while slammed. Or it gets disgusting in here and I don't wanna be here. The restrooms are a nightmare and it's like they get cleaned twice a day. Step up your standards on sanitation and retrain your staff on some basic cleaning methods and I might feel better about eating in here. I wouldn't bring my kids here if I had any it's to dirty.

me and my boyfriend were going to take our friends out to eat and we got their at 8:53 to get the buffet and they told us it closed at 9! i looked all over the website and i didn’t see anywhere that it closed an hour early than the rest of the store. if it is somewhere it’s hard to find and they should advertise it better:(

Food is good always putting fresh pizza out. We ordered a couple slices of pizza that we wanted and they put it out on the counter and others took it instead of like they used to do walk around and bring it to you or at least let you know your pizza was ready

Pizzas where over cooked, and not hot, salad bar wasn't fresh. Alfredo sauce was runny with water my 8 yr old didn't like it and she lives to go to a CiCis for the noodles and Alfredo sauce. For her to turn it down and say she doesn't like it says a lot.

First time eating here. The salad bar is right there entering the establishment, think it should be moved, it's surrounded by people waiting for to-go orders. It's just seemed crowded in that area tonight. The salad bar is nicely stocked with different options which we enjoyed. Lots of fresh options on pizza/pasta tables. Everything was good and fresh. Only complaints were the employees using cells phones and not using gloves to make or handle the pizza or washing their hands after touching their phones. They were also talking about non Spanish speaking customers so loud, I even looked at them shocked because it wasn't professional and the manager seemed cool with it because he was laughing and joking along with them. The brownies were over cooked and had so much sugar they were not edible. The cinnamon rolls were raw! And I mean raw. Other than that we had a good dinner. P.S. Why are the brownies always burnt?

The pasta noodles could have been fresh and they need shredded cheese at the salad bar.. Pizza was all good. They could add a few different styles though. All in all was okay. My son had fun playing games.

I wanted to give this 0 stars,but gave it 2 stars ONLY because of the girl working the counter that day was extra nice. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and bread to go. The Alfredo was horrible,old old rubbery noodles and the sauce was flavorless and so watery . The bread was undercooked and still very doughy. I will not be back.

The tea was soured and in a dirty container. When I got up to get another plate, they cleared my table. Not worth a second trip.

We arrived a little after 8:30 after checking there closing time which stated 10. Taking money for 4 children an 2 adults the counter only had odd flavors. No cheese, no pepperoni, no sausage, etc. No macaroni for the sauces, said it was all cooking. After about 10 minutes they finally put out 3 pizzas which obviously the rest of the customers were waiting for too. Then commenced to closing down half the counter. Never did put any pasta out. One of the girls was cussing using the f word behind counter. Pretty sure we won't be back!!

Okay at best. The place was so packed out that getting 2 tables beside each other was impossible. The adults in my group had to stand 90% of the time. No staff cleaning up the dirty tables. My kids wouldn't barely touch the food, and they are not picky eaters. Middle stall in the womans bathroom had the seat nearly broken off. Half of the arcade games didn't work and the ones that did ranged from 3-5 tokens per play ($0.75-1.25). And did I mention that it cost us $50+ just to eat there? Yeah, won't be going back.

Terrible parking without many spaces. Pizza was generally grease soaked. The dining room is too small. The pizza bar was too small to serve everyone in a timely way.

The veggies are not cut very well on salad bar, usually big chunks of onions that still have part of root on it. Salad dressings were empty, and no plates. Pizza quality has gone way down. Toppings are decent but the crust is under cooked and soggy. Ice machine was empty as well as all the napkins and other condiments. This wasn't the first time, but same issues the last 3 times I've visited over the last year. I guess it's still a good value for a buffet. The desert pizzas were good though. I won't give up on them, but it'll prob be a year till I try again.

Most of the tables were dirty. There was a large family of black people and all of the males were running around the store without shirts on. They were having trouble keeping up with the food even though there was less than 20 people in there. And I really got to emphasize how dirty the place was

We did stop between lunch and dinner, but I used to love Cicis pizza. They had only five pizzas and three of them were the exact same thing. The pizza quality is just garbage now. That's a pretty strange thing considering how expensive it is to eat there now.

This place is GREASY!! Barely any pizza out. Certainly not the ones that we liked. What was out there was old, cold, and greasy. The place was filthy. Tables were all dirty. Salad was atrocious. Old lettuce, browning and bitter. Most of it was white and brown. Out of all the dressings. This store needs an overhaul.

This place is not that good at all. We have been 3 times and it's awful. We went to this location a few times about 3 years ago when we came to visit a friend and the food was always hot and good, now it's just gross. The lady was very sweet and made me my own pizza which was way better than the pizza's on the buffet but the sausage wasn't done and the veggies were still raw. The soup was empty and when I asked when more was coming she said 3 minutes so I came back for more, which I assumed she pulled from the oven and it was cold. I have been to CiCi's in 3 different states and 7 different locations and this was one of the worst. As far as food goes. Employees were nice even though they heard us comment the buffet was empty. Must have been after a rush. Who knows.

The pizza was good that's why I gave two stars. Cleanliness not so good. I ordered brownies to take home $7. I get home with them open the box to eat them they are dry & BURNT. Eating out today was a treat for because it's something we don't do & then to get home with burnt brownies. We don't go to Longview much so taking them back is a waste of money with gas at close to $5 a gallon.

I’m very disappointed. I love CC’s pizza. Most of the time we come they have fresh pizza but tonight we got there about 8:30. Google said they were open till 10. I asked an employee if they had anything cooking and they said no because they close at nine. So we paid $30 for crusty cold pizza. Also the place smelled like poop for some reason. I have defended CC’s in the past because my wife don’t like it but now I don’t think we will be back for a while.

Overpriced, the food was okay and the restrooms were terrible and 2 out of 3 toilets didn't work. Their website said that the buffet was $5.99 but it wasn't updated and the price was really $10.99 ! Will not be back.

Paid for toppings we did not get on 1 pizza. But that was the only pizza that was done...it was almost burnt. The other 2 pizza and the garlic cheese sticks were still raw dough underneath and we just ended up throwing it all away. Wasn't worth getting sick over. Tried calling the restaurant and they wouldn't pick up. When I picked up my pizza, it took 15 minutes for anyone to help me. 3 girls sta ding around talking and only 1 person cooking, 1 person running register, and 1 person stocking cups, etc. I said excuse me to 3 slackers a couple of times and 1 girl purposefully turned her back to me when she heard me because she didn't want to be bothered and was busy playing with items on counter but not truly doing anything.

Haven't eaten here in a long time. Won't be back for a while. Went with some family after lunch time. Tables very dirty & asked an associate for a rag to clean off our table. Was given a dirty rag to wipe our own table. This cici used to be awesome

This place sucks💯don't know what happened to the old cicis that had great pizza and service but u don't get none of that here now. I guarantee I will not be back. Lettuce was brown. Pizza sucked.... took forever on cinnamon rolls. Guy was very rude when I asked for some. And then threw them on the counter. I will be contacting management and i will never be back. Worst visit ever! They don’t greet u anymore! The whole staff just look at u if ur standing up at the buffet wanting to order or wanting to ask a question and never ask if u need help! There’s a young hispanic girl that’s like 16 or so dressed in different clothing with cut up jeans and she is very rude! The manager there is or owner idk I told him there were dirty plates which were supposed to be clean plates and he just snatched them and grabbed some more! Then my daughter noticed a long piece of hair that was made off into the pizza and he said nothing about it! It’s just very unprofessional! There were dirty tables also never again for my family!

Worst place to go, we loved Cicis so much that we don’t no more, we went for my cousins birthday and the guy who cleans the table was spraying a strong cleaning liquid, and the kids started coughing a lot we had a little baby with us and she even smell it we was the lady at front to tell him to stop spraying that and he didn’t care we even move tables and he continued spraying close to us, so when we got home my little sister got sick and we had to take her to the hospital because of the strong spray he had..!

This place was aweful, the employees do not wear gloves or face mask. Their hands touch the food and they have no hair nets. The drink cups are sitting on a table face up where everyone can touch them and get their on(so unsanitary) I am reporting this establishment to the health department with all of this COVID-19 the manager should make the employees take better precautions. Some of the pizza was aweful and cold. Just nasty and unsanitary

The place was not clean the buffet was not full at all Floors were filthy trash everywhere one person busting tables was the only one and struggling trying to keep the place together definitely do not recommend taking your kids out for lunch on a weekend at this place pizza was hard over cooked and brownies were like a sponge and cinnamon rolls were overcooked

Went in yesterday for lunch ! Considering you can see the kitchen from the buffet I saw some pretty gross things. None of the girls in the back had on gloves or hairnets. They were playing on their cell phones and pulling at their hair all while making the pizzas and smashing the dough. Disgusting ! Will never catch me here again !

Very unsanitary, the staff would go from putting together pizzas directly to grabbing a rag and wiping down tables. Staff was standing around talking while there was no ice in the machine and a line in front of a cashier less cash register

If I could leave no stars, I would. This was the most awful Cici's I've ever seen. The manager was rude af as soon as we walked in the door. The salad was old. The pizzas were barely there when we came in. They were slow to come out and the sauce had been watered down and had no flavor. After getting my plate and sitting down, we observed a woman grabbing pizza with her hands and told the manager. He said nothing to the woman and didn't remove the pizzas she has touched. It was an awful experience.

Being run by kids who could hardly be bothered to get off their cellphones. Never saw hand washing and many of the tables appeared clean but were sticky and streaked. This used to be a fun place with a reasonable price. Needs new management to come in and get new employees. I won't go back.

This place tried to charge me for cold pizza sauce , that typically is free , and because I had a two topping pizza , it made it a specialty pizza . Cost difference 6.50 after tax , vs 10.83 for the specialty , and this was the manager of the store who did this and confirmed this. So in essence , four dollars and 23 cents for a cup of sauce . Seriously guys? , I will never be back , cicis of Mount pleasant , you have gone down hill - the not so clean restrooms were tolerable before , and hot , fresh pizza was good . But I draw the line with this guy's . You have lost a customer who visits weekly sometimes three times a week . I would rather go across the street to little Caesars , or pizza hut who won't charge me 4 dollars for a cup of sauce . Seriously guys, your loss - I won't be back.

Food was good however after watching this young girl not only not wear gloves, she kept running around being loud and touching every single surface including her cellphone and not once did she wash her hands. How can they allow ppl to 1.) acting VERY unprofessional & 2.) preparing food with their bare unwashed hands!? I have the CiCi's app and you get a free buffet or large 1 topping pizza as a reward every 5 visits. Well I just had to pay a 1.99 for a free pizza. After looking at my ticket, I also paid 5.29 and 5.69 for cinnamon rolls and cheese bread that is 4.99 on thier menu. Longview Cici's is over charging for everything on tickets that have a reward to make up for it. The manager said some CiCi's charge different.

Store is full of rude employees who don’t do their jobs. Their is maybe 3 people who were working hard. Wish I had the guys name who was working hard in the lobby he deserves a raise. There was no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom and it needed cleaning. Most the napkins holders were out. And I really just can’t get over the attitudes so unprofessional!

The place seemed rundown and dirty the ceiling very outdated . The pizza if hot wasn’t so bad but if not hot I wouldn’t even attempt it . The salad bar the lettuce was brown and wilted and uninviting . I was concerned because the pizza was not cut throughly on most and makes me wonder how people cut it without touching the pizza . The pasta was over cooked and the Alfredo sauce tasted more like flour milk mixture . Now keep in mind you’re paying 8.99 for buffet and 2.75 for your drink . A little over 12 bucks . Is it worth it ? Oh heck no . If you’re starving and don’t care about taste then this is your place . If you do have taste buds then I would suggest skipping this place all together .I tried the Alfredo spinach as this is one of my favorite pizza at most pizza restaurants . Here I just could not believe anyone could stomach it . No flavor in fact it was what made me want to leave ASAP .My favorite thing at this place was sadly the Diet Coke I refilled after my first cup . You really need the liquid to hide the dollar tree taste of the pizza . This place makes little Cesar’s seem like a treat ( can’t stand little Cesar’s ) . Now I can say I tried it , and I’ll never do it again . Do yourself a favor if your broke and hungry get a 5.99 from Little Caesar’s . Though it ain’t for me or my family does not mean you will feel the same . I just recommend if you do go wait for the hot pizzas.

Most of the pizzas were burnt or overdone with little to no sauce. The entire restaurant is sticky and your feet stick to the floor. It was fairly busy but it looked as if the dining room hadn't been cleaned for days.

I hate to even give this review, because I'm a fan of Cici's. But this one was filthy dirty. They didn't greet us when we came in like other Cici's do. The pizza was NOT good. We couldn't taste any pizza sauce. We actually looked under the cheese to see if there was any pizza sauce and there was so little it was hard to find. All the different ones we tried tasted the same. Just blah. Mac & cheese was tasteless, hardly any cheese in it. Salad bar was mediocre. They were out of cup lids. Garbage and food all over the floors and tables. Staff unfriendly and when I inquired about dessert pizza they acted annoyed that they had to bother with it. Games only work with cards now, so the kids were disappointed as well. Won't go back to this Longview location. But if you like Cici's, the one in Texarkana is amazing!!

At 8pm the drinks were no longer available and the pizza bar was mostly empty. They asked if there was something they could make for me specifically and I said yes, anything pepperoni or ham. For 15 minutes, 3 of the positions remained empty. When I got up a second time to check on a specific order, they told me it would be just 5 minutes. Suddenly a customer assaulted me from behind, stepping on a McDonald's ketchup packet they placed on the floor. Every one of the working staff members were laughing, along with the two girls who caused the assault. I felt like I was back in middle school, being pranked by a bunch of bullies. None of the staff offered to help me. I took a batch of napkins to try to wipe up the mess all over my clothes. Meanwhile the laughter and pointing continued. I just left without finishing my meal. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I will not return to this location. I wish I could get my money back!

Walked in, and it smelled like poop. Husband walked into the bathroom and all the toilets filled with poop. Cleaning staff was cleaning everything but the bathrooms. After a couple hours, had extreme diarrhea. The health department needs to come check this place out!

They never have many pizzas out, the ones they do have are cold. They always seem to be out of cinnamon rolls, which are the primary reason I go to Cici's. It always looks and smells awful and like hygiene standards are neglected. They're staff are rude. They just need to get it together, we drive further to go to Mount pleasant Cici's because they blow Longview out of the water. If management took a couple pointers from them, they might earn our business back.

Took my family here for my son's birthday. We ate pizza and let them play the games. I just wanted to let you guys know. The gaming area should be cleaned or lysoled down. We ended up catching Flu A.

Haven’t been to this place in a LONG TIME and after tonight I remember why. My husband and I went tonight with the kids and this place SMELLED AWFUL!! my kids even complained. The pizza was OK. The floors were sticky, it was all around a waste of money. There was one boy that was working his butt off cleaning tables, emptying the plate bins, I’m not saying that the rest of the employees were not working, but this one stood out.

Smells like sewer inside and it made it very dry uncomfortable to eat: so may kids when we went, which didn’t expect. Not enough fresh pizza out. Also my husband recorded and saw a roach 🪳

It's too hot inside. It quite often smells like sewer. This place is always dirty and the food sucks. Not enough meatless options. Had pepperoni mixed in with the burnt cheese pizza. That's enough to never return.

The WHOLE experience was AWFUL! It smells like the restroom backed up into the whole restaurant. It is so hot, almost feels like being outside. Their thermostat shows 80 degrees! The pizza is greasy and some didn't even have sauce. The meat was scarce. Over all, the worst restaurant experience we have had! This place stinks in every aspect! We will never come back!

Last time I ate here I watched an employee bump a slice of pizza with their wet dishrag they were using to clean the table and simple poke it back onto the pan. I ignored that and avoided that pan, but when I returned home I vomited what I believe to have been a clump of black hair. Called the management to let them know and they were completely apathetic. The one eatery in Longview I avoid at all cost.

Absolutely awful! The crust is so thin it is barely there. The pizza is overcooked and visually disgusting. The ONLY thing worth eating is the desserts, which are great. Buy Totino's frozen pizza instead.

The food was great but the overall cleanliness was horrible! I don’t want to walk into a cici’s restaurant and see someone’s makeup bag sitting on the same counter as the pizza, It really bugged me! It’s unsanitary and really just unprofessional for the employee! But like I said the food was great and the service was ok.
