I just want to give a shout out to Caleigh, my carhop. It was a very busy time with almost each space filled. However, this young lady was literally running to deliver orders in a timely manner. She even took a moment to compliment my dogs and make conversation with me. I applaud her hard work ethic.
My favorite location!! Yummy side items like jalapeno peppers and cheese sticks. Sodas are always the perfect mix of carbonation and syrup. Happy Hours are 2-4 and you can't beat the quality for the price! Employees are courteous and attempt to take your order and serve you quickly.
UPDATE! Since last year you guys have improved 100%!!!!!! Keep up the great work ❤️ slow..... for some reason I keep coming back due to my family wanting sonic this time as many times before 🤦♀️ I wait over 25 plus minutes just for the the order to be completely messed up meaning i dont even get what i order! food is cold we spend at minimum 45 dollars even tip (like dummies) please train your staff! this is getting ridiculous!
We had my son's birthday party here and what a wonderful experience! I initiated contact with Ms. Takeytrace (manager) a week before the party to work out details. The day of, they were ready for us. I took the order for everyone in our party and gave it to them already written down. There was a different manager on duty the day of the party and I did not catch her name but she was fabulous as well. Super easy to work with and very friendly!! Best party ever!!
On a recent visit I had a wonderful time. I had only stopped into this particular Sonic once or twice before, but this time was the first time I went and got food from the establishment. I loved it. They had quick service and unbelievably cheery staff. My order came out correctly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be stopping by again. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
We spent some time using the volleyball court and had some food as well. The employees were very kind. The tables weren’t very clean when we got there, but honestly it’s understandable considering how many people go in and out. Over all a great experience!
Had great friendly service and delivered to my car by Maria. She also took my order and was more than happy to make an additional trip to get me ketchup when I forgot to ask for it when ordering. The food was hot and good. I was surprised by how fast Maria delivered my order considering it was Friday afternoon traffic rush. I will definitely be back again when I’m on this side of Longview 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😎
An easy go to place for some grub with a playground and sand volleyball court attached open fairly late. I saw around 40 people hanging out there. Great service. They seem to have gotten a little overwhelmed a few days back, but when I had an issue of being double.charged on my card then cash after I cancelled transaction, they were willing to refund my money but I obviously just wanted more happy hour drinks 😋 Good good. 5 stars.
Not my cup of tea but as far as Sonic's go, this place is great! Friendly, fast service a little playground for your kids and sand volleyball for serious competition (and fun too). I always stop by to get my grandma some popcorn chicken, tater tots & a Dr Pepper before a visit. Don't go through the drive through if they're busy, it's faster to park.
Eat here all the time! They always get my order right, and are always nice and friendly.

Overall a pretty good Sonic. Ive never had bad food or service here. The Smasher burger is the best fast food burger out there, in my opinion.
I have a question with a statement, why doesn't all the sonic make their burritos the same? The ones at this location are perfect! And the server Jennifer was awesome and brought extra condiments, if needed.

Nice place to stay in the car and eat which is not one of our families favorites. If you parked and ordered and have the time I'd rather go inside a dining place and eat. It has fast service and a beautiful play area for the kids which is outdoors. It could be great if the weather was good as you can also order from this area. The food was ok but more of the frozen fried foods not too fresh in my opinion and lots and lots of oil which is not my go to. Overall experience was good. It is this kind of place where you park the car and have your own ordering screen and place order and pay with your credit card than someone delivers the food to you. Fast enough like a drive through. That being said they also have a drive through. Overall experience was good and they were not busy when we went in a weekday.hope you find my review helpdul.
Only get drinks normally, sometimes they are quick sometimes very slow. Have to be careful when ordering fried anything, they don't change grease often enough.
Kids ..all ages..enjoyed the sand playground. The sand is super soft! There is an awesome volleyball area to play, but only one so if there is already a group playing then u either wait ...which could be hours..or u ask them if u can rotate in. So the ONLY complaint was the one volleyball area. No other complaints! They brought our 14 or 15 drinks and all were correct! We all know sonic is known for the drinks!❤❤
I come here to order half-price drinks through the app. Depending on time of day, you'll be waiting a while. Early in the mornings and in the evenings, there is only one carhop. It is a nice place to see both sunrise and sunset! This location has a drive-thru lane. There is also a playground, volleyball court, and outdoor dining area. I like the drinks better at this location than any other in Longview. We don't order food here because it's not our preference, but if you want to ensure your delivery is quick and easy, order ahead through the app and check in at one of the "mobile pick up" stalls to save time!
The food was hot just like I like it 👌 my drink was good also 😋 shout out to amber she brought my food with a smile answered my questions went to get the mgr to assist and he greeted me. Shout out to the mgr also and I appreciate y'all hard work! This was 11-24-25 after 4 stall #7 good 👍 job 👏 also to the cook who prepared my food 😋
I was unaware that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT TAP TO PAY as a form of payment and that was the only form of payment that I had available. The employee was super nice and the manager was very understanding about the situation. The employee also brought out a frozen treat for my puppy!

I love Sonic most of the time. Especially the drinks. However the last few times I've gone, my drinks were not mixed correctly. This is minor and won't totally destroy your day, and the staff is friendly when taking your order, delivering, and correcting it.
Food is good, but don't go around 5pm or you will wait a long time. Ordered on app and got there at 5. Waited till 545 to get food and some of it was just warm and felt like it was sitting out for a while. Was told they only had 1 runner
Not bad really just a problem with getting your order straight seems like the order takers are going so many different directions while trying to take your order they tend to miss small details. I am a large cherry limeade easy ice extra cherry and half the time I get easy cherry extra ice lol! Friendly staff and decent product however.
Last night it took a really long time to get a pretzel and pickle fries. We were concerned after the screen said food was being delivered but it was another 5 minutes. But I have to say my pretzel was hot!!
Asked for phillycheese steak hot dog and this branch forgot to put the cheese on there and the Ore city one forgot to put the onions on it. The North fourth street Sonic says, "We only give student discounts to LETU" students. I flashed one of ny college ids and that wasn't good enough. I don't think I will eat at either one of these branches ever again, or until they are newly staffed. The oreo ive cream cone had non-fluffy whipped cream too. It seemed melted or was frothy or from the last of the can, horrible customer service, the manager had an attitude and should have double checked her co-workers food work order since I specifically told them how to make it-the standard way as it is pictured on the advertisement and the food line worker and drive through host still failed ☹
This is usually a good SONIC. I've had occasional issues with customer service and their food. But, overall, it's good. They do not perform well under pressure though. I don't know if that's the younger generation or just the way people are now. Recently, they left food out of my order. I went back to get it. It wasn't clear if they were making the correction or not. After waiting 20 minutes, I buzzed them again. I was told to be patient because no one wanted to show up for work and it's half price burger night. I didn't know that was a thing! Had I been communicated to from the beginning, maybe I would have just accepted a credit or something else more convenient. I tried to say this back to the employee through the intercom but I'm pretty sure my end of the mic wasn't on anymore!! It's unfortunate. Where is the owner when this is happening? Does the owner even care?
The playground is nice and the Sonic itself is nice. The bad part is.....this might be the SLOWEST Sonic I have ever been to! In all my visits it's taken forever to get my order, regardless what's in the order (just drinks or just food), what time of the day, and how many other customers. It's crazy sssslllllooooowwww
We ordered 2 large drinks during happy hour. We ended up waiting close to half an hour for our drinks and had to press the button multiple times to get a response.
Staff was rude and not very attentive, we waited at the speaker for the better part of 8 mins before pulling to the window. Then we were ignored there for about 5 mins before they finally came to the window. When I mentioned to them the speaker never came on and no one answered when I said hello they just rolled their eyes and walked off. They came back and took my order and then after we got our order the coffee tasted off and my soda I ordered was not vanilla like I ordered. Overall not a good experience.
Last two times I've went to this one, there's been problems. It was the best one, in town, in my opinion but thats no longer the case. This last time I order a drink ahead and still parked there for 22mins and decided to leave. Nobody likes giving away money. The above review was a few months ago. But this has happened again, 2 other App orders came and went as I waited 25 MINS!! For a large drink. This place is a joke. That'll be my last time at this location. Thanks for taking my money once again.
Today we stopped for breakfast. My breakfast toaster came out with 2 pieces of bacon on it and came out coldm The slice of cheese was not melted. The last time I came to this location I waited for 15 minutes for a small tater tot and a drink. The only positive about my experience today was that our carhop was very nice.
Normally I never have problem with my order, but today is different. Made an app order for 4 drinks for my family, sent my partner to pick up with drinks. My partner could check in once there because I made the order on my cell, but they called and explained the situation and still brought out our order. After getting my drink and finishing it I like to eat my ice, and while I started eating it I found plastic inside. I could've swolled that and chocked. That's not okay and very dangerous.
Do not take your children here for an outing. The playground is only available if you are having a party. When did this become an issue with any Sonic drive in? Not for family anymore!
I love the playground, and the place itself seems nice and everything, but it takes so long to receive your order. Two previous times all I ordered was a large drink, and I sat there for almost 20 minutes, I couldn’t imagine if I had ordered food.
This place is always extremely slow. I generally only ever order a drink through the app, and it always takes at least 10 minutes after I arrive and check in. I'm only giving it to stars because my order is usually correct. However, today I ordered my usual Large Diet DP with no ice. And my drink was about 3 inches from being full. Not acceptable.

Service was horrible took over an hour to get our food I thought this was fast food! food was soggy.
If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star. We did a order order ahead for just a drink in order of tater tots and we are up to 45 minutes at least waiting. It is awful. Don't ever go here.

Worst sonic I've ever been too. At the stalls the menu boards loudly beep at you when you press the button which is annoying as ever. The car hops do not repeat your order so half of the time its wrong. The drive through attendants hardly ever run a drink out when the line is really long. Sometimes they even forget to answer the stalls and leave people waiting there for 10 minutes with no answer which is what they just did to my husband. Come on people. Customer service is not that hard. I worked for sonic for 3 years and if the thing that happened at this sonic ever happened to the ones I worked at,the managers would have done a complete overhaul. Sadly though it is the managers that are doing the bad job here too. I hear them inside through the drive through window just cutting up and having fun instead of helping or in general just doing their job.
Usually this is the better of the sonics in Longview but tonight my husband and I had an awful experience. Were completely disappointed with our visit. Waited 20+ minutes in line of the drive through before anyone even said a word to us and only greeted after husband tapped on the window. Asked about how much longer and the "manager" turned around with a rude smirk on her face and proceeded to hand our food to the other employee. Absolutely all of this with NO explanation what so ever except that they let our order sit to long and had to remake it.
Used the app to order drinks. Waited 30 minutes. Ask about our order and they said we never checked in. The screen clearly said our name. Finally got our order one drink was a mix of several soft drinks mix togather. Not what we ordered. Other drinks were not the right sizes. When they brought it out they tried to tell us that they didn't know what our order was in the first place and they were very rude instead of just trying to make it right.
This is the absolute slowest Sonic. No matter what, even when ordered ahead, you're guaranteed an abnormal wait time. This is based on 11 visits all using the Sonic app order ahead feature for drinks only. The employees will not hustle, do not care, and get very ride when asked what the hold up was. Tonight, I ordered 3 drinks, have been here 16 minutes and still have not received.
This place has the worst service of any Sonic I have ever been too. I ordered on my app and never got my food. I pushed the button several times and was told they would have it out and never brought it. Then I finally walked up to the door after 20 minutes and asked and they were very rude. Order online if you want your food given to you 40 minutes after you’ve checked in, after pressing the button reminding them it only took them 10 seconds to bring out, they could have done that earlier 😭
Ordered with the app at 7:42 pm. Gave the stall # and checked in. Received food at 8:10 after we saw several others delivered and fter we hit the red button to ask if there was a problem. Lady said it was coming right out . She went over the order and asked what stall we were in?! Really?!?!? When we received the food it was correct...but not hot.. i am so disappointed in quality and service!
Disappointing today with my cheeseburger. I ordered with mustard and who ever made it really laid on the mustard! There doesn't need to be so much on a burger. It was stomach churning. Also, I asked for cheese and literally got 2 SMALL 1 INCH TRIANGLES! There was NO CHEESE! These tiny pieces do not count as a slice. The Cherry Slush could have used a little more flavoring. It was a bit bland. Overall my meal was not good and horribly prepared. I went about 10:30am on Tuesday, April 19th. Sorry I threw my receipt out on premises in the trash can at the end of the aisle. Otherwise I would be able to provide a more accurate time.
Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered. Pulled up to the window it took another 2 minutes for someone to come to the window to take our order. Service was SUBPAR the lady that answered the window was annoyed and irritated and not very nice.
Tired to use my app and order a meal Sunday at 2:30. Order, people can and left. I call on the intercom and he came to my car. He said he never got the order. So we left for home in Diana. Phone goes off, my account was charged. I called back. They had my order. I'm half way home. They were to reimburse my food Jasmon. Today Tues 5-2-23, I did a recheck . All information was checked and the manager was going to refund and call me back. 1hour and still waiting. Well today is June 30th and I called the head office for my refund. Yes ma'am no PROBLEM. Apparently it's run by a large PARENT COMPANY....TACO BARN. I guess I'll have to stop ✋️ in. .
First, pull up in a stall and hit the button 3 times no answer!! Pull out of stall to go to drive thru and wait 15 min in line after I order. Ordered a mini butterfinger blast by the time I get to the window it's melted and there's no whip cream and I'm given a straw to eat ice cream. I ask about the whip cream and told it doesn't come on a "blizzard" wth?? They don't even know what restaurant they work for. Won't be back! Wasted my money!!
Said it’d supposed to close at 11. We show up and go in the drive in stall and press the red button at around 10:20. We sit and wait for 15 minutes with the button activated. Suddenly, the outdoor lights turn off. There are people in the drive through, sitting in the stalls, etc. but no one is getting served. We press the button again no response. Save your time and money and go to McDonald’s.
Placed an online order ahead of time for 3 drinks. Got to the sonic and had to wait 25 minutes just for three drinks. When the screen said order was on the way had to wait another 5 minutes. Ended up having to press the call button for them to finally bring my order out. I am very disappointed.
Drinks had hardly any ice and for the time we waited our order should have tasted fresher and the fries should have filled the container instead of only 3/4 the way
Just as bad as the Hallsville Sonic. Can’t make drinks taste like they’re supposed to. Mozzarella sticks barely cooked. Not crispy. Tastes like they were microwaved. Sonic…DO BETTER!!!!!
Ordered a mini Oreo blast last night. Only the first maybe inch, mostly just in the lid area, actually had Oreo in it. The rest was just plain vanilla ice cream. Just ridiculous.
Come through here a couple times and I always manage to get a regular soda even after asking for diet multiple times and asking to double check that it's a diet as I'm a diabetic. Now my sugar is dangerously high and I'm near having to go to the hospital because the stupid employees don't listen to their customers.
This Sonic is gone to the dump. We got here at 5:15 p.m ,They were not busy. We went to three different spaces trying to get service. After 45 minutes we just left. We have gotten bad service from here for the last 6 months. Tonight was the final time. We won't be back. Everything we have ordered in the last 6 months has been horrible. The only reason I gave a 1 was so I could post.
Something's changed with this location. Not sure if there's new management or ownership, but the service has plummeted. Slow order taking, slow cooking, lost servers. Nothing is clicking here. I literally pushed the order button 3 times last week before I drove away with no response. Drive 3 blocks to Chick-fil-A and see what this should look like. I very seldom give a one star, but this one deserves it.
I just left this store. There was a line of cars at the drive thru. But no one came over the intercom to take my order. I waited they got 4 or 5 minutes and so I finally pulled up to the window and ask the girl at the window, who's name was Bristol, if the intercom was not working and she rudely asked if I was pulled up ask the way. And I did yes I was, my window was evenly lined up with the intercom. Then she proceeded to get and attitude with me while taking my order. I was not rude to her. But I did not appreciate the attitude she gave me.
Won't be back. Don't listen. Ordered one drink at drive thru and before ordering, I asked to pay for the veteran's order in the car ahead. They let the veteran pay, tried to give me a $20 food order from someone behind me, and the drink I got tasted terrible. Was a lot better under Denson French.
Waited an hour in the drive through for TWO drinks. We called several times and were made to wait again. When we got our drinks the milkshake was sour, and the slush was completely watered down. We got sick and it ruined our whole day out. The very least you could have done after making us wait an hour was remake the drinks ; ;
I had to pick one star but if I had an option for a -1 star that’s what I would have chosen There were about 6 cars in the parking spots and it took over 10 minutes to get a response after pushing the order button I then watched over 6 vehicles drive off because no one would answer their call button It’s been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting for my order and watching cars drive away without ordering because no one will take there order When my husband went to the door to find out what the hold was was he got an apology and every one was working. Must have been under staffed We had already paid so no option to leave !!! The worst Sonic I ever visited!!!!!
Stopped in around 7 in afternoon with only 2 other cars in parking lot. Ordered 3 large tots (2 with cheese) paided by 7:13 and received order at 7:37, which tots were cold, burnt and stale! Carhop shoved food into window and rushed off. Will not be back!
This is the worst sonic in Longview, TX. Every time I think it won’t be that bad, I go and order ONE drink and it takes 20 minutes even if they are not busy. This sonic has so much potential, but it has been ruined by its poor service and management.
I waited over 20 minutes before my $3 small chili dog was delivered to my car. Sonic used to be better. Now it takes too long and costs too much for me.
I ordered 2 double meat grilled cheese the bread and meat where both burned!! Unlike Dangerfield sonic you the cook needs lessons this was at 10:30 am on 7-6-2022 and the iced vanilla coffee was way to sweet! Until a change or better training I do NOT recommend this place Amie was my car hop.

Go to Chick-fil-A. This place is crazy unorganized at their drive-through. From giving the order at the speaker to getting a strawberry limeade is 13 minutes. The owner should be fixing this problem after all of the bad reviews that is on this rating system but apparently he is not concerned with his ratings :-)

This review is for store # 6496 at 3501 N. 4th st. In Longview Tx. I had a Dr. Appointment and this Sonic was just a few blocks away so went there for a quick breakfast... we ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito combo thinking it would be a as described but it was smaller than a Jr burrito with very little meat. I asked for jalapeño on the side but when I didnt see them in the bag i opened the small burrito and there was more jalapeño on the burrito than meat. Our total was 8.53 so handed the carhop 10.53 and she said oh I need to go get your 2.00 change. After a few minutes my husband had to go inside for our 2.00 change ( and no we did not tell her to keep the change ) and to have them fix the issue. And yes I requested jalapeño on the SIDE but the girl that took the order even though she read it back as on the side she didn't put it in as such. And when my husband brought the second burrito out it was smaller than the first one. If you want a big breakfast burrito worth your money go to Burger King and order the big burrito with all the meat for 6.99 you need two hands to hold it... I took pictures but don't know how to attach it to this review... I won't be back at Sonic and I use to love Sonic so much I worked there but that was 20 years ago and I had the best manager ever
Its not poor service its no service. On my last 2 attempts to order...1st time I waited 10 minutes and they never answered the buzzer. The last time I ordered just a burger, after 20 minutes I checked and they said it would be right out; 10 minutes later I just left. It wasnt worth the 5 bucks to sit any longer. They were NOT busy.... the answer below does NOTHING. It's as if Sonic doesn't care. Why can't Sonic contact the owner? Because they couldn't care less... If the franchise owner doesn't care enough to read all the negative reviews and act on them, "elevating" my comment would do no good. Best thing is to simply avoid the place.
It's hard to believe that this nice sonic in such a great location has gotten so bad. You better not be in a hurry if you're stopping here for drinks or food. I ordered 3 burgers in the drive-thru (Tuesday special and they were not very busy) waited at least 10 minutes to find out they only put 2 burgers on my order not 3. Then told me that I would have to wait a while for the 3rd burger. So I said forget it. I repeated how I wanted the 2 burgers made at least 5 times at the window and they still weren't made right when I got them.
Was worried about ordering food because we have had so many bad experiences, but we thought we would give it one more try. Ordered our food at 6:17 pm, waited patiently until 6:48, saw that an employee was “on the way” waited several more minutes. Pressed the call button with no answer, waited a few more minutes and pressed the call button. Did this a total of 3 times. Walked into the sonic building, our food was sitting on the counter. Explained the situation to an employee who slammed her tray down on the counter with an extreme attitude and mouthed off. The manager did apologize. Checked the order before leaving and it was wrong. Took it home and of course all of our food was cold. Do better, Sonic!
this is truly the worst service ive ever experienced. i had preordered 2 drinks 10 minutes before i got there and continued to wait almost 30 minutes. why does it take almost an HOUR to make 2 simple drinks?? multiple people were in the order slots and for too long and ended up leaving. people kept clicking the button to order or ask about their order that they had been waiting nearly half an hour for but nobody was answering. truly disappointing. this place needs more people on hand or they shouldnt be open at all.
I did a mobile order like usual and not only did they bring us the wrong drink (like the order wasn’t right in front of them) but we waited 20 min for somebody to answer us after we pushed the red button. Once they brought us the “correct” drink (Diet Dr. Pepper) it was completely watered down. We had to drive through the drive through to finally get it fixed. Big thanks to Nina for taking the time to get the soda fixed. The only competent person there.
I’ve ordered on my mobile app and still waited in line well over 1 1/2 hours in line. Got to the window without any reason or apology for the wait time. I even repeated my order to her to make sure it was correct only to get home and it was wrong so one of my family members didn’t get his food. I work retail so I don’t complain often because I know it’s not always easy to deal with the public. But this was by far my worse experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. It seems to happen a lot that my order is wrong at sonics in general. I like the food but it’s getting to the point it’s not worth the hassle anymore. Totally not acceptable.
Drive through not working. One whole side of stalls not working. Took 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered a drink. Took 18 minutes for me to get my drink. Almost a 30 minute wait for one drink! It's not the workers fault. I still tipped. It's the owners/management's fault. I will avoid this location until all of this is improved. Update 7.16.24 I will never go to this Sonic again. After today I finally learned my lesson. Pulled to the drive thru and set there for 10 minutes. No one took my order. I saw 2 employees outside. One was on their phone. I asked the lady if the drive thru speaker was broken. She said I could pull up to the window. I did. I sat at the window for 3 minutes. No one opened it. No one acknowledged me. I just wanted to order a freaking drink after my 12 hour shift! I have never had to leave multiple bad reviews before. I worked at Sonic for 2 years when I was in highschool. I get it. But this unacceptable.
This Sonic has gone down hill from when it first opened. I pulled on the parking lot at 6:00 on a Friday night trying to get the sonic experience. It was weird not seeing any cars on the parking lot. Now there were 3 cars in the drive through area. So I pull to the stall that’s facing the window, to where I can see inside the store. I see 7 employee cars on the lot. Nobody is on the playground area. I ordered a small lemon berry slush at 6:03. As I waited on my order, I only watched one car get their food in the drive thru. I never seen any carhops. I saw a manager through the window on her phone, apparently the same one who took my order. She goes in circles 3 times as I’m watching her and looking around the store and I just notice the vibe of this store is completely sunken. It feels like a graveyard. When I finally received my order at 6:32. 30 minutes later, the manager approaches my car and says “lemon berry slush, Thank you. Oh yeah,” and then held her hand or for the money. I only waited to see exactly how long it was going to take for my one little drink. Then it finally hit me after I took a sip of the slush, that the parking lot is EMPTY because the city of Longview is more than likely tired of the terrible service that this store offers. It use to be so different. What happened to this place. It’s just sickening and embarrassing to see.
The speaker didn't work. A lady ran out and got our drink orders. They where all correct but I sat at the speaker 🔊 for a bit waiting on someone to finish taking my order. So the lady ran out and got them. I was thrilled with her getting our drinks right after all the chaos that was at the speaker.
I have made reviews about how poor the amount of food this location does by not filling the cartons partially with food and even half of what should be in there. Update: I have gone back a few times after this and this will be probably if not for sure my last time coming here. I love the aspect of the sand play area so the kids can unwind while they wait for their food but there is a limit to my patience. I have seen the playground so junked with litter in the sand that you couldn’t walk on the sand just trash, I have seen the bathroom have poop literally everywhere that it look like a child played in it and smeared it everywhere so went somewhere else to go, I have also seen people put their baby bare bottom on the table with no blanket/pad to change the baby’s diaper and got poopy on the table which I told an employee about it and they cleaned it right after the people left and then from then on I brought my own stuff to clean the tables but the last straw was today when I saw a mom let her child pee in the sand. I told the employees about the incident and they didn’t even ask who it was to do anything nor did they want to refund my order that I had just ordered. I would not recommend going to this place because there are people who go there and don’t care to be clean. Update: Tried calling the customer care when the incident happened and no one answered or even called me back. Shows the lack of care this establishment has.
I'm giving 1 star so I can leave a review. The (little girl) manager attempted to charge my card twice with the second time it being denied. She came to me with an attitude & wouldn't listen when I tried to show her the mistake she had made. After some back & forth, me giving back my food and her seeing her mistake (without owning up to it), she finally refunded my money. Tip for the so-called manager - if you can't handle your job, then go home!!
I spent $40 on food last night and had to wait over an hour to get it, when people all around who showed up after us got their food. I ordered my food and proceeded to wait 1 hour for the attendant to show up with the food. And then only got half of our order and then had to get out of my car and proceed to wait another 30 min for the rest of our order to come outside. I ordered at 9:15 didn’t get our food until 10:45 and then got home at 11 and we still didn’t have everything. And by the time we got home my sons French fries were hard like they had just been sitting there for a while inside. I understand things happen but I work hard for the money I spend. And today was just a waist!
Worst sonic I have ever been to. First they tell us that the computer is down and we have to wait. Then they never come back on and we have to press the button again to try and order. They come on and act surprised when we tell them we've been waiting here to order. We finally place the order and wait over 40 minutes on 3 simple meals, and never got them. Oh, and they tried bringing us two other orders that weren't ours. We ended up leaving with no food. Sonic is already horrible food, but this was absolutely ridiculous. We will never go back to this Sonic, and it will probably be years before I give sonic another chance, if ever. Thanks for the great service team. Absolute disappointment. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my life for nothing.
They had served us sour/old ice cream. Went back didn’t get a refund but they made them into shakes which weren’t even close to fully filled.
11pm on a FRIDAY, no ice cream or anything because they’re cleaning it. So if you want ice cream late, don’t go here.
I didn't get any marinara with my cheese sticks. I didn't know they couldn't read in texas. Thought they were better schools here than louisiana but I c they r not
I ordered a simple chicken sandwich. Take the mayo off. Don’t come with cheese in the first place and they put cheese on it. I can’t have cheese. I drove all the way back to the location was very nice about it. Gave them the receipt and they said they were going to remake it. They did that and even with the receipt they made it wrong again and put mayo on it. When I press the button and told them I asked for the manager to which they put me on hold and refuse to let me speak with the manager and just said they were going to remake it yet again. Can these employees not read? When a manager is requested, it should be no problem for them to come out and speak with the customer, especially after being so nice. Mind you this was a online order So it’s not like there was any miscommunication while ordering all they had to do was receipt In the first place. I’m very nice when it comes to fast food restaurants seeing as though I started out in fast food. But this is unacceptable and if I was running a restaurant, this is not how I would treat the customers, especially when they were so nice. Not to mention that the other day, when I was here, I had to wait for an extended period of time to which the employee generously brought me out two coupons for the long wait. One of which was expired… Get this place under control.
I ordered a sweet top strawberry lemonade and they brought it out with just lemonade and the foam on top. I told them I asked for a strawberry I would pay the difference she asked me could she just give me some strawberries on the side in a cup then I said no I would like them in the drink at the bottom like it’smade please. Then she took my drink back inside and she mix the cream all in with the strawberries into the lemonade, and then brought it back to me again, and it was all mixed together which defeats the purpose of it being a strawberry cream top lemonade. You don’t mix the ingredients together l it looked absolutely disgusting and so finally, she agreed to remake it after she told me she doesn’t drink that kind of drink. I was dumbfounded that the manager was standing behind her. I got no re Receipt for my order at all every time I go to this sonic ,sonic service gets worse and worse. It’s really sad. This used to be the best on it. Sonic.
Me and my sister ordered two hamburgers and two drinks and had to wait for like 20 minutes plus for our order and then as my sister bit into her burger there was a big chunk of plastic in her burger. We went back and they didn't offer us our money back they just brought two burgers in replacement and a $2 gift certificate. Appreciated yes but ridiculous even more.
I order me and my sister one of the new honey chipotle jr sandwiches with cheese and they couldn’t get the order right for nothing! I stayed there for 30+ minutes before the order could be made correctly! Never coming back to this location! Highly disappointed!
The worst Sonic in East Texas! Don’t bother ordering ahead on the app because you will still wait forever only for your order to be wrong. It is very unfortunate because they have such a great location to do business. I called and spoke with the manager Oscar today because I was fed up about my order being wrong once again and he offered me a refund. I won’t hold my breath.
This Sonic is consistently BAD. They do not know how to make it through busy times, so you’re left waiting 20 or more minutes for your food, even if you order ahead. The carhops are more rude than nice. I’ve witnessed employees outside talking to friends in groups by the friends cars instead of working. An “I’m sorry” doesn’t work when you’ve paid for food that took 30 minutes to get to you and it’s cold. My food looks like it came out of the garbage. I’ve seen 4 different franchise owners at this Sonic and there’s no wonder why. The owner doesn’t even care about his restaurants and most definitely doesn’t care for the customers. I’d say do better, but you don’t care. Thanks for nothing Sonic! Here we are AGAIN! Why did I think ordering just a drink wouldn’t be a problem. NOPE! Ordered ahead and after waiting 15 minutes I finally pressed the red button so I could get my drink. The first girl didn’t have a clue what she was doing, so I was hung up on. Then the second had to ask which stall I was in. This is after the screen told me 5 minutes before my order was ready. DO BETTER FOR ONCE!!
Don't get me wrong I KNOW sonic is slow, but this is literally the slowest one I have ever been to, like ever!! I waited almost 30 min for a PRETZEL AND DRINK I PRE ORDERED ON THE APP MYSELF!! Which is also the only reason i didn't leave, not to mention there was literally maybe 5 other cars at the restaurant at the time....ridiculous!! This is the reason I almost never go to sonic, why choose this "fast food" joint nothing "fast" about it...
Very disappointed... came in on a Sunday morning.. as seen by the receipt... ordered a #16 with tots and a Sonic Sunrise... lady was very rude.. said we dont do those anymore... so my wife said she would take a Vanilla Dr Pepper. I ordered a # 1 with Onion Rings... lady said we dont have Onion Rings... ok.. Let me have tots as well. Order was delivered to the window... lady doesn't say good morning, hi, how are you... nothing. She simply says heres your food.. she seemed bothered when I asked if we could have some ketchup... So on to the food... Toaster was fresh... Hamburger was fresh... but as you can see in the pictures below.... the toys are burnt to a crisp... and I dont remember ordering fries.... Sonic has a great reputation but the leadership needs to open their eyes here...
