I went in for counter pick up today, and the lady with the tattoo on her hand should take customer service training. When guests enter a business, they are greeted, "Good morning, how can we help you?" or "Good morning, have you been helped?" but this employee didn't say a word. Instead, she just stared at me and walked back and forth from the kitchen to the counter. When my order was ready, she just called the number. Very poor customer service.

Some lady was cussing and talking way too loud in a public place. Employees should have told her to leave.

It was just sad. Quarter pounder with cheese had cheese sauce on it. The sandwich was half the size. The unsweetened tea had sugar and the fries tasted like they were dusted with sugar. It was super expensive. On the pluse side the sandwich was warm.

This location tends to get the order wrong. On the off chance it’s right, it takes absolutely forever. The only redeeming quality is the fact that there are a few really kind employees

This McDonald's has problems. I ordered on the self service kiosk and it says "we are only accepting TO GO ORDERS" . And there's a bunch of people eating at tables. It is frustrating when they try to implement technology and it doesn't work. So the machine won't spit out a receipt but it says the order was sent to the kitchen. So I'm waiting for my to go order and the clerk is staring at me like something is wrong. I guess the kiosk isn't hooked up with the kitchen. So I order again. I'm turning this location in to the McDonald's corporate office for incompetent service

I understand why my order was wrong the staff looked confused, this is the first bad experience at any McDonald's I have ever been.

Fast food is no longer fast. I tried to use the kios inside your restaurant. This is not an asset to your restaurant. It's not easy to use, and what it tells me is you would rather not pay an employee to take an order. But you don't mind paying an employee to bring the order to the table. So much for customer service. I will not be eating at your restaurant ever again. Maybe you should reevaluate the importance of taking care of each customer, before you become a casualty of this recession, and go out of business.

Went through the drive thru with zero people in line, once I reached the second window to receive my food they immediately told me to move out of the line to a parking spot, I didn't understand why so I questioned it. The employee proceeds to get a manager who yells at me until I move to a parking spot. Still don't understand why, she didnt really give me a reason, but this is genuinely unacceptable and embarrassing

Raw patties on quarter pounder. Literally red and cold in the middle. Took a big bite and it tasted funky and now I feel sick. Called the place they pick up but does not talk. I called twice and both times no one talks. I was on the phone constantly saying hello for a good minute but no one responds. What kind of customer service is that. Zero for serving raw food making me sick and zero for non-existent customer service. Zero quality control from HQ.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I HAVE OVER 100 thousand points to use for free items. I twice two separate days to use 4500 points for free pancakes. Told twice. It’s not working. The code is not working. I showed them my phone. I refreshed it. Same answer. They are ALWAYS RUDE. November 23 SUNDAY AT 6:30 AM. MANAGER WAS RUDE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. HOW YOU CAN STAND THERE KNOWING I HAVE THE POINTS THE MANAGER TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO. WAITING FOR SOME TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE FROM OWNER

I have ordered egg cheese and steak bagel which is number 10 and I specifically told him that I want the egg cheese steak bagel I did one bite and on the second part that I found out that has bacon strips because of my health concerns and the guy takes the bag saying nothing I go use the restroom come back standing there for my order and standing standing then I just walked out so that was my Monday. Thank you.
