Wandering around LAX and came across Beecher’s and gave it a try. Got a Chai Tea Latte and a mixed green salad and both were great. Staff was kind and helpful and quick service. Other menus items looked good and maybe next time a sandwich.

Got off at six hour flight, had the best macaroni and cheese ever outside of my own house. And I’m from Wisconsin and a lemon drop martini fantastically, fast, sweet and efficient lovely staff.

I had the grilled cheese and turkey sandwich. It was tasty and not too heavy. Came within 6 minutes so was pretty fast.

To be completely honest and blunt, Socorro and Juvenal provided the highest level of service I have ever received in the food and beverage industry. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and consistency were unmatched. They represent the very definition of a legendary hospitality experience.

We ordered the chicken veggie soup (seasonal soup). I was absolutely delicious. Our salad was fresh made with spring mix, dried cranberries, cheese and a light dressing. The atmosphere got 4 star because we are in the middle of the international terminal in LAX. We wished there were more places to sit.

Food is excellent. Service by Socorro is proactive and always listening to customers needs. Wine is of excellent quality. Ambience… well it would be waaay better to have nice wine bar music the likes of Frank Sinatra and company . I would come more often

I was at the airport on 9/17/2025 after a long flight and decided to grab a drink and some food. Erick V., the bartender working solo that night, gave me an amazing experience. I was undecided about what to order for food and he recommended the smoked turkey sandwich — it was absolutely delicious! You never expect to have such a great experience at an airport bar, especially in such a crowded and busy environment, but Erick went above and beyond. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable — he turned a simple layover into a pleasant memory. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re traveling through!

Great atmosphere and great service. Yesterday night I was so hungry so I decided to give Beechers a try. It was so full!!! It was a little bit of wait but it was so worth it!! Erick made me a Cadillac Margarita and gave good food recommendations. I got to try chicken mama's sandwich and it was delicious. I was amazed by the taste of food but more about how the service was. Erick being the only bartender was able to handle a full bar and taking orders promptly too. At first I was a little bit frustrated because it was taking some time but once I noticed he was the only bartender I understood.. I work in this industry too and seeing how hard he works deserves too be applaused.

First time trying the chain, but we had a pretty decent toasted cheese and french onion soup. We paid about $21 for the combo, so it’s definitely on the expensive side, but definitely hit the spot for what we wanted. Was open late as well, and service was nice, less busy than the food court for sure!

Fast and easy. The food was delicious. Service was efficient. Dropping a star because two of the four beer drafts were out. I would definitely eat here again.

They almost forgot our soup, otherwise, tasty and reasonably priced for the airport (gratuity included in price so it's actually cheaper than other places menu prices) Bartender is entertaining, he likes to joke around. We were also getting over a cold and he was very accommodating by offering some warm water with our meal.

Amazing food, great place to sit down before your flight. A 20% service fee is automatically added to the bill. We nevertheless really enjoyed our stay here.

I don’t appreciate when being served at a bar and then automatically having 20% Gratuity added. The barman couldn’t even stretch to one word of conversation and then offers the card machine where it gives you options to add even more gratuity. It’s a con! Exploitation! So 20% plus 20%!!! Avoid this bar to avoid getting ripped off!

Waiting for our food and drinks was so long that if we would have been in a rush we would’ve totally missed our flight. There were barely costumers on the bar and the two chefs were just chatting outside the kitchen even if our order was made more than 20min ago. The waiter tried to compensate by being funny and nice (the only good thing I can comment on) but probably they should hire more people because despite trying his best the wait was unjustifiable. Their policy was that a 20% extra on the bill was charged for the bartender/servers (see the picture) but this culture doesn’t promote the staff to provide the quality service they are supposed to. Awful experience.

This place doesn't serve anything like Beecher's Mac & Cheese. Microwaves and school cafeterias probably do better. I was expecting something like their OG mac & cheese and instead got bland, mushy penne with a watery sauce and no spices. I'll have to wait until I'm back in Seattle to have the real deal, I guess. The 8oz Mac & Cheese is $10 and the 16oz is $15.60--which frankly isn't too bad of a price for airport food. However, I feel the food was sub-par. They have four beers ($13) on tap: Firestone Walker 805 Asahi Modela Especial Lagunitas IPA Also, four canned beers/seltzer that vary ($11). It's one of the few spots in the terminal (TBIT) that has a TV at the bar, but they can't show NFL games for some reason, just live game stats. One thing going for it: It is mere steps from the "unlisted" smoking area of LAX--the only one on the air-side, after security. Even if you don't smoke, it is an outdoor deck and with great views of the "Hollywood" sign and the aircraft taking off and landing. That said, it's a food court, so all the other spots are also mere steps from that hidden jem. Lastly, like most places, there is a mandatory 20% service charge. However, the default app they use (Toast) puts an additional 18% on top of that, so make sure you notice that you're tipping nearly 40%.

Horrible service they don’t care about the customers the two employees tell me that they open at 8 with a really bad attitude at 8:00 they hide behind the counter for more that 10 minutes !!!!

I ate at Beecher's at the airport this morning and deeply regret the experience. When I arrived, I waited nearly 5 minutes for a cashier, while a bartender completely ignored me. When a cashier arrived, I paid $21.90 for a quinoa breakfast bowl and coffee. I expected this bowl to be served on a plate and tray like the other meals I saw being served at the bar, but was promptly handed a paper bag with a small, bitter, microwaved paper bowl of quinoa with a minimal amount of vegetables and reconstituted egg. It tasted terrible and wish I had just gone to Starbucks. When I went to sit with this sad meal at the bar, the cashier asked me if I planned on ordering drinks. Confused, I responded that I had just ordered a coffee. She clarified: was I going to order alcoholic drinks? I said no, it is 10:30am, no thank you. She said then I could not sit at the bar. Incredulous, I sat down to wait for my coffee. When she gave it to me, she reiterated that I could not sit at the bar. I asked her, "How many people at this bar are drinking?" Of the four people at the bar, three had coffees, and one had a beer. It is seriously offensive to tell a customer they are not welcome anymore after they drop $22 on a tasteless, microwaved meal. The airport is a stressful, expensive place. When I buy a meal at the airport from a restaurant that provides seating, I expect to be able to sit down. The lack of civility and care amongst the staff was striking, and reflects poorly on Beecher's as a brand. After this experience, I am not interested in supporting this business in the least. I was asked to leave two more times as I finished my coffee. This was an expensive, hostile experience. I am demanding a refund and have contacted customer service.

Overly expensive for what you get. $48 bucks for a small unflavorful grilled cheese, tiny soup and a beer. I get that its at an airport, but atleast make the sandwich worth it. And why pay a forced gratuity? Had to wait 20 minutes just for a beer at a the bar.
