Man! I was so hungry for some good ol American food after flying back in from Peru. I hopped off the plane and this burger place was staring at me! I ordered their cheeseburger with tater tots and game over, it was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. The girl working did a great job providing outstanding service as well. Highly recommended!

Maria was so friendly and knowledgeable. The Big Betcha Burger (double patty) was juicy and delicious! Super fresh and great quality! The burger was pricier than I would typically spend on a burger but the portion and quality was so good, it was worth it! 10/10! I plan to come back next time I fly out of LAX. I’ve only experienced it at LAX but I found the staff absolutely lovely. Friendly, easy to talk to and a pleasure to spend some transit time. Highly recommend. Thanks for helping me kill time. In hindsight I should of stayed

I was super hungry and decided to try this burger spot. The cashier was nice and she suggested getting the combo meal with fries and a drink. So I did that. The service was fast and the burger and fries tasted good. I can’t complain since my food was warm and well done.

The fries that came with it were more soggy vs crispy. The beer was great. Come for a drink but not the food. Oh!!!! And they add a 20% tip automatically! VictorB

BETCHA BURGER - LAX, Ordered the two pancakes meal. It came with two pancakes, three packets of whipped butter & two packets of syrup. Pancakes were good size and hot. The syrup was just high fructose corn syrup and more corn syrup. All this for just $16… save your money. I considered one of the burger meals but at around $22 plus each. Just remember, It’s all airport food and you’re in LA…

Food is good obviously pricey but it’s the airport… I ordered on the kiosk and it prompted for a tip. So I did $2.00 to be nice. Then my receipt prints out and a 20% gratuity was already added? So I paid a gratuity twice apparently. The payment kiosk nor a sign stipulate this. Ripoff.

Don’t tip, they add a 20% grat and don’t tell you. I hate using this term as it’s overused, but that’s just a gross scam. Also won’t let you sit at the bar if you order from the kiosk but don’t tell you that until after. So I tipped 40% to be told to leave. Rude people, just not worth your time. I get it’s the airport, but why does everyone have to just be awful.

MARIA C- if it were for her, i wokt even buy, purchase, drink, spend any money here,… she igmored me, cool min, its not busy whatsoever , she seems as if she doesnt want to serve me. I just asked for ONE drink. She still took LONG, bit she attended every one else with SUCH PLEASURE

Airports are famous for overcharging travelers for food and drink, but this place takes price gouging to a new level, with a 20% "gratuity" added on to the bill, and three different taxes adding another 10%! Would you believe $73+ for two pastrami sandwiches and two Cokes? Don't even think of ordering a drink. $34 for a rum and Coke!! Shame on the State of California and the City of Los Angeles for using LAX as a cash cow and for allowing harried travelers to be so egregiously ripped off!
