Went to Cafe Landwer recently and had a great experience. The food was really good, but what stood out even more was the service. Ramin took care of us and he was genuinely awesome. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming and friendly, started a conversation with us, and helped us choose what to order without being pushy. That kind of service makes the whole meal better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Cafe Landwer if you want solid Mediterranean food and a great vibe. We’ll be back.

loved the mezze platter, spirulina shake and house blend tea. the beef/lamb skewers and the aryse were yummy too. the Nutella rugelach was a nice sweet ending. will have to return.

Their house tea blend is AMAZING! Literally one of the best teas I have had in quite some time. Cinnamon Stick, Fresh Ginger, Mint and The Landwer Mix. I had 2 cups of it. The place smelled amazing too. I'm gluten-free and they had a few options available but I wasn't hungry at the time so I did not get any food, but it did look delightful from what I could see. The server was also very friendly and seated me right away and made sure I had what I needed.

Cafe Landwer is a gem! The ambiance is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. The staff was incredibly nice, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We ordered Turkish Coffee and a Nutella Latte; both were absolutely delightful. The flavors were rich and perfectly crafted, making each sip a memorable experience. One thing that stood out was how clean everything was, especially the bathroom, which is often a good reflection of a café’s overall standards. I highly recommend Cafe Landwer for a relaxing coffee break or a casual hangout. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is great. I asked for a salmon sandwich and chai latte. The bread was soft and well seasoned. Chai was perfectly prepared. The staff is not the happiest but they are efficient. The only recommendation that I can give is to have someone who receives new customers. It is akward to just wait at the entrance not knowing what to expect.

Service was wonderful! The young lady gave wonderful suggestions. I tried this but I forgot the name of the dish. A very distinct taste I would say. Not really my favorite dish, but I know it has to do more with my taste bud than the quality of the food. The quality of the food was still fresh and phenomenal. The salad was absolutely great.

Came here for the limited time Barbie menu. Customer service was amazing and so was the food. Our server Damian A.was so caring and sweet. The host really helped get us a table as well even though we didn’t reserve one. The food was delicious especially the fresh bread and hummus. I definitely will be coming back :$ also really liked the drink and I highly recommend this restaurant

walked into this cafe by chance and we're so happy we did! The food was amazing, the best pancakes ive ever had. Our server with glasses was super attentive and had us laughing the entire time!

Delicious food and a charming ambiance, but the service could use some improvement. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty when we arrived, we had to wait a while before I decided to grab a menu myself. Although we placed a simple order for two, we were left without our second coffee and the kitchen staff seemed disorganized, even bringing our food to the wrong table before running back to the kitchen. But wait, it gets even more comical! Our waiter was nowhere to be found, so we had to venture inside ourselves after waiting for 15 minutes to finally pay. It was tempting to just leave without paying in frustration! Despite the service mishaps, the food was delicious and the coffee was decent. We'll definitely be back for more tasty bites and hope the service improves next time.

I visited this restaurant yesterday afternoon for our late lunch w/ mom & sis.& her doggie . They let us have a table outside on the patio .( inside if the mall ) It was right next to an organic place, so I was torn between them ,but my sister had been to this one & really loved this place,so we decided on this restaurant & it didn't disappoint !! Their vegan meatballs were bombs !! I had a vegan stir fried dish with fake meats was delicious !! Mom had a vegan burger w/ fried sweet potatoes which was excellent as well !! Our waiter was new ,but he was doing his best ,a very friendly / nice guy who made our meal time more enjoyable !! I highly recommend this place !!They had a big bathroom ( toilet ) .This mall has been very dog friendly for such a long long time !! Great mall for dog lovers to visit as well !!

We came here on a busy day for Sunday lunch and we got lucky with a table outside right away. The service was overall fine. The waiter tried to help as much as possible. We did try to ask if falafels were gluten free but no one in the restaurant was able to inform us - even the chef. For the food, the chicken shawarma was a very decent size with a lot to eat. It was okay. I gotta say it was very salty overall, a bit unfortunate. The roasted cauliflower was good. Overall, it was an okay experience.

We came here on a busy day for Sunday lunch and we got lucky with a table outside right away. The service was overall fine. The waiter tried to help as much as possible. Service was awful and food was mediocre. Ordered hummus and zaatar bread but was more westernized than authentic Levant food. If you’ve had real Lebanese food for example this won’t do it for you and there are many better options in LA. The coffee was good and set up was cute.

My girlfriend and I came to eat breakfast on a busy Sunday so we expected the service to take a while, but not to the extent it took. We picked a cute small booth by the restroom. We were ready to have a good breakfast. We felt like an afterthought. Once we got sat it took almost 15 minutes before someone came over to ask us if someone has taken our order. The manager came over and took our order. The water took around another 7 minutes to receive water. The food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my girlfriend ordered the Kebab Hummus Bowl. The Kebab on the hummus was cold. We tried to get someone’s attention constantly, by trying to call over multiple workers who were attending other tables. We were saying “excuse me” but they ignored us. We made eye contact with the manager who was a slender man with glasses and a hat. My girlfriend waved at him, and he acted like he didn’t notice. He started attending others tables. Thank fully a food runner finally acknowledged us and let us know he could bring us knew warm pieces of Kebab. We were thankful because it took around 5 minutes for someone to pay attention to us. The new Kebab meat came out fairly quickly. We were happy, but disappointed how the manager was avoiding coming over to our table. He came towards the end to close our check. He kept it short and thanked us for coming in. We felt that there wasn’t really an issue with the workers, but with the culture and the manager. He was avoiding issues and not touching a table that he should have. Employees follow after their leadership. I am a manager at an upscale restaurant so I can understand this is a different situation, but the manager had to know something was wrong since he saw my girlfriend waving him down. Plus he should have known about the kebab being cold because that’s his job, to address issues during live service. Overall food was good and the service was bad. Specially the manager.

The iced tea tasted like cheap brewed tea with ice, and the matcha had an unpleasant grassy flavour and seemed to be of low quality. To make it worse, the matcha was prepared with regular milk even though I clearly mentioned twice that I wanted oat milk. When I pointed this out, the staff tried to insist that they had personally seen my matcha being made, which was simply not true, considering they had forgotten our drinks altogether. Overall, the experience felt careless, unprofessional, and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We didn't book, got a table straight away, ordered and waited for drinks arrived. then the food not the hottest, food took over 40 mins to arrive to the point we was going to walk, food was bland, then came the cinnamon rolls not ordered and not charged for, the staff he just kept walking around never approached us for more drink even so he could clearly see. Had better service elsewhere.
