Fast service, friendly staff. Clam chowder and Flame grilled garlic butter Rib eye was an excellent choice - delicious. Highly recommended.

Staying at Westin. I thought we would try the restaurant. It was very good. The service was fast and friendly. I got the fish and chips. The fish portion was reasonable and tasted well. The tartar sauce was unique with a slight mustard flavor. The fries were plentiful and tasty. My wife got the Reuben and it was very good. The unique dish was the coleslaw with cilantro and peanuts and nice unique flavor.

The food was as good as any 5 Star Restaurant I have ever eaten at except, they give you enough food to feed 5 people! Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with the Angel Hair Pasta, it was the BEST I have ever had. The bread they bring to the table will make you think you are at Grandma's as she takes fresh bread out of the oven. Our waiter was very good and made sure our drinks never ran out. I will eat here every time I come to the LAX area. I forgot to mention, Justin Timberlake was here with his band!

I had prompt, friendly service from a great waiter. The food was delicious, and the experience was a joy! Great cheesecake!

We were staying across at the Holiday Inn. Looking for options in the area we stumbled across this place. Food was fantastic and nice wine list. We enjoyed a couple of steaks with fries and mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese is a winner for sure.

Delicious food with excellent service. Came here twice and had the steak with broccoli the first night and wings the second. Both nights I had fries.

Got to my hotel rather early and had breakfast here while waiting. Not a bad place to people watch, especially football fans wearing their team's jersey after a game. Had a All The Meats breakfast sandwich and it was good, along with my fresh fruit. Waiter was friendly and didn't take too long to bring my food. Recommended for travelers, especially if your room is not ready and you need to kill some time and your hunger.

Incredible entree of Blackened Shrimp with brown rice and hot Sourdough bread. The wedge salad is also a must try for $14.

Wonderful option for an inexpensive snack/meal on way to LAX. We took Uber to the Westin (Daily Grill inside) and then took the free airport shuttle to LAX. Our server, Guadalupe, was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere inviting. They have some really good specials (see Happy Hour Menu attached). We would definitely go back, and it sure beats fighting the traffic at LAX!

Delicious pastas. I recommend the pesto pasta and the spicy pasta if you could handle spice tho 🔥🔥🔥. Everything was delicious, it felt a little warm inside the restaurant but it was just by the entrance. Great service, and fast

I liked the food and service at this airport hotel restaurant! My chophouse burger was perfectly cooked and the peanut coleslaw was different and delicious.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn at LAX, and we found this place about a year ago, since then, it’s become our go-to spot for dinner. The ribeye steak is perfect, and the service is always quick and friendly.

Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious…and the service (Moses) top notch. Would eat here again for sure!

Forget the food. It was good but it was talking to the staff that set this place apart. I believe his name is Moses, amazing man. They were extra loving since it was mother's day weekend. 🤩 I kept hearing bally mother's day. Literally haven't felt so special. They also gave me a gift card. :)

I normally don't take the time to write reviews but 1) for a resturant inside of a hotel, the food was super good and 2) Anyone who goes there needs to sit in Sergio's (I hope I spelled that correctly) section. Not only has he been there 25 years, but his talent is phenomenal - especially wishing resturant patrons happy birthday. He was excellent and the nicest waiter I have seen in a long time. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Also there's a bartender that works there who has the best jokes and can make anyone feel welcome. Didn't catch his name, but he was phenomenal as well.

Wonderful food with a diverse menu. Service was very friendly and helpful. I sat at a small table at the bar area so I didn't see the entire restaurant, but event I saw was clean and maintained.

During our stay in Los Angeles we visited this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. As soon as we were seated, the waiter brought us two glasses of iced water, which we really appreciated. Drinks were served immediately, and the food followed shortly after. The whole experience was absolutely top-notch: we felt pampered and well taken care of at all times. Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Really good food and service. We actually skipped the restaurant in our own hotel to come to this one, and next time we come back we're going to stay in the Westin so it's easier to walk to this restaurant to eat.

Food was delicious and service was great. We walked right in at 5 and sat in a booth. I only give it 4/5 stars because I did not want to spend that much money. Our flight was already canceled due to the winter storm and so we had to book a hotel for the night. For an “only option” restaurant it was pricey but yummy.

After a long travel day, we didn't want to venture out. We expected decent food, but we're quite surprised at the quality and service. Our waiter was gracious and steered my partner away from the large chicken pot pie. The smaller portion was just right for him. Breakfast was also good. If we have a stopover in LA again, we'll definitely be back.

The Daily Grill sits inside the high-end Westin LAX. The bar is big and features top-shelf labels and numerous large TV's. The restaurant is spacious and has an outdoor patio but it's not a very appealing area. They menu features regular menu fare and signature dishes. The plating of dishes varies between Michelin level and Denny's, which is disappointing. The service is spotty as server's can disappear and managers are delivering your food, picking up your plates or filling your water. Several times I caught my server spending time socializing over monitoring tables. Other servers I had were excellent. Food tasted great and was prepared as expected. The breakfast menu far surpassed the dinner menu in quality. As a restaurant in a hotel, the Daily Grill is top-notch, but could do much better considering it's located inside the Westin.

Had a layover of several hours, so I stopped in for some lunch. Friendly staff and excellent food. The shrimp was cooked perfect.

I've visit here when I travel to LA. The manager of the Grill is a very personable, hard working woman who works diligently to ensure proper service. I had the blackened shrimp, which was delicious. I also ordered key lime pie, which is also in the photo, but I think it should have been a bit heartier of a slice for the money; it was yummy though! I'll be back!!

Stopped here for breakfast ahead of going to LAX. Nice place to get some work in ahead of going into the chaos of the airport. Coffee was good. Huevos rancheros were delicious, though I will say it said rice and I literally got 1 tablespoon. Honestly, that's fine by me, but just though the random portion on that was strange. Service was a little lacking. It was great at first, then my server disappeared (maybe he went on break and assumed I was going to work there a couple hours?). Two other gentleman started covering and never once spoke to me. They helped another gentleman across the aisle, a regular from the sounds of it, but my empty coffee and water were ignored. I even had my credit card on the table ready to after being ignored for twenty minutes, still no one came and I couldn't seem to catch there attention. Eventually my server came back and continued to be lovely. So would have been 5 stars if the break covering gentleman would have even so much as stopped by and only getting 4 because the food was good.

Fast friendly service. From the host to the waiter. Answer questions with patience and smiling. We shared a Beef deep (see photo) and subbed the fries for the Kale Caesar. The waiter brought the salad before the sandwich which was thoughtful. Food came hot. I would give it 5 stars but the food was a bit bland.

Food and service was really good! Was hesitant because it was in the Westin hotel and didn't want to pay $40 for parking but they validate so parking was free!

Average hotel restaurant dining experience at the Daily Grill. Clam chowder was decent, but the calamari was over-cooked with very little flavors. It is a safe dining option if you don’t want to venture out of the hotel. Service was great, super friendly and very efficient. Good size with plenty of tables and seats at the bar.

Average at best. We were staying at the hotel across the street due to flight cancellations. Decided to walk over to this restaurant based on the review ratings. Currently, it’s undergoing renovations, which really lowers the ambiance. Food was fine, just average. Sprite was off and the lemonade is “made” at the bar, so it wasn’t sweet enough the first attempt. Also strange pricing for beverages in that the coke, sprite and lemonade where all different prices.

Done breakfast twice here. Good food no doubt. There 3 omelet choice is the best one and you can make it the way you would like it to be. Service is good. Good environment and definitely a very clean ambience.

The Goods: This snazzy little spot is pretty chill. I actually found out about this place while Door Dashing and said to myself, I'm going to come back eventually. So in coming back it was better than I expected. I only had a burger and sweet potato fried but they hooked up that burger to perfection. The waiter Luis was cool and I enjoyed the atmosphere . The relaxed upscale feeling but attached to the Westin Hotel Vibes. The Ugly: I wanted Breakfast food and even the lunch food wasn't eye popping oh what's that!" Kinda effect. Opted for the burger because everything else wasn't speaking to me. Even the burger was just a giant Patti. Was giving Bison burger meets Beyond Burger vibes (huge for no reason) The place looks like it's only cuztomes come from during check in time. Google directed me to this place among breakfast places snd it fell short if being a breakfast establishment, mind you the fiance wanted to go to IHOP 🤔 I wouldn't go out my way to come here but if I ever stayed at a hotel where I wanted to spend $200 a night for a subpar view of industry and airport I would come down and spend $47 on a meal

The Daily Grill, once one of the greatest upscale chains, is now a ghost town diner. Prices are very high, and the quality of the food is at the level of Denny's. The wedge salad's dressing was watery, and the blue cheese was tasteless. Chicken Pot Pie: large underdone chunks of dark meat, tasteless sauce, and the crust was doughy and underdone. My daughter had chicken with burnt pieces of vegetables.

The food was mediocre. My toast were burned, my eggs were supposed to be over medium and were well overcooked. The service while polite was not good. They brought us our food but no silverware. My kids asked the hostess twice for our silverware as we couldn’t find the waitress and she smiled as she said ok but never brought them. When I asked her myself a 3rd time she said she was busy. We finally saw our waitress and I had to ask her myself. She brought the silverware right away but by then our food was cold. She never brought me my coffee and nor my husband his water. She never checked on us even once and never refilled our water. I left her $20 tips because the bills was $156 but she definitely didn’t deserved even that much. Management needs to train their waitstaff and kitchen staff better. When you charge that much for breakfast food, offer better food and service.

French dip didn’t come w sauce I requested. And it wasn’t good that the Cheese wasn’t melted. So I didn’t finish it. Fries were bomb. Kids grilled cheese was disgusting. Like I’ve never had a disgusting grilled cheese the kids didn’t even want it. No one finished their food. It wasn’t worth the 40 odd dollars for it. So happy I didn’t get the steak. Fee like I would have been even more disappointed

Horrible service provided by the bartender Marcel, trying to teach manners to a lady, being sarcastic, pre judging customers and showing his lack of customer service and hospitality. Simply a disgusting person! However lucky for us Manager Albert was there to take over the situation, he apologized and made us feel more comfortable. Over all the selection of food, beers and spirits is pretty decent. However as far as employees like Marcel are still working there, we are definitely not coming back!

Attempted scam, food was ok but please beware they may try ripping you off this way: My total bill was $51.58, so I placed my credit card, they took it away (bad sign, they should use card reader in front of you), and return with the receipt, which marked $116.55. Thankfully I read the receipt before leaving which made me scratch my head, called the waiter and ask to fix it. Next bill marked $51.58, but they couldn't provide any paper guaranteeing that previous payment was cancelled. When I checked on my online banking, it showed first payment ($116.55) was reversed but second payment was $61.89, not the original 51.58$. I guess they unilaterally chose to include that extra 20% as the tip, which honestly after such blatant "mistake" they do not deserve. Shame on any restaurant that preys on the customer's trust to inflate bills like this.
