Incredible all around. I got both a coffee and a matcha. The cold brew was strong, well rounded, and balanced. The matcha is such high quality with a high matcha to milk ratio which I don’t find often. The breakfast burrito is one of the best I’ve had, and the salsa served with it on the side is amaaaazing. The owner/barista Gio is so kind, in the couple hours I was here I watched him go out of his way multiple times to make sure every customer was happy with their orders. And to top it off the prices are great and the space and atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. One of my favorite spots in WeHo, 10/10 recommend.

I had an appointment nearby and stopped into GG Coffee & Matcha to work for a bit. I ended up having a drink called Summer's ---- (I don't remember lol) but it was good. I got it hot instead of cold, so I didn't have the brown sugar cream on top, which I imagine would have made it even better. They have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies with sea salt on the counter, and I knew it was a trap. I couldn't resist having one and while they offered to warm it up for me, I didn't get it warmed up and it was AMAZING. So good! Ugh. Now, as I'm ready to leave, I want another one. Must. Resist. The two women working that day were very kind, great personalities, and provided recommendations. I even had a random request for a measuring tape, and while they didn't have one, I learned that one of the women is in school for welding. How cool?! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop by.

I’ve been a loyal customer since the early days when this was the first location and the lines were always long. Now that there are more stores, ordering is much quicker and more convenient. I really enjoy the Reaper chicken definitely not for the faint of heart. If you’re going to try it, make sure you have a lot of water and get ready for the spice. This is a great place to eat if you love spicy food and hot challenges. Highly recommended!

The veteran of “Hot Chicken” never fails to amaze me. They have perfected the technique and are solid in their presentation each visit. There’s usually a line but for my visit it was pretty quick to get in sit down and eat. We opted for the “hot” level which is plenty to get some burn but not enough to flame your entire stomach out later. It comes with slaw, pickles and Dave’s sauce on it. I find taking the sauce off gives you an opportunity to add it per bite when you want. Plus it gives you some for your fries too, if you get the fries, GET the fries! Dave’s Hot Chicken is the veteran of the Hot Chicken genre and it shows in consistency every visit.

This Daves location is clean and service has always been great! I’ve been to this location three times now, and have always had great service. Food comes out fast too. Today I tried their cheese fries. So yummy. Definitely ask for extra cheese because they are limited to how much they add. The chicken sliders are out of this world. Sweet yet so savory. The chicken is so juicy and delightful with all the spices. I usually get mine medium, but today I did mild. The coleslaw and pickles with it just make the slider more heavenly. It’s a guilty pleasure. I would definitely recommend Dave’s and this location.

Came here with my friends, the employees were friendly and the food was good. A bit pricey but good! The spice levels aren't as accurate // "Mild" level spice was not spicy at all... Will definitely come here again and get a spicier sandwich next time :)

Try the hot or super hot chicken at Dave's Hot Chicken. The mix of spices they use is just incredible and keep you eat more & more like you are trying to reach something. I have been there twice and every time I go there it is always busy so dedicate enough time to wait on the line until you can order but tte staff are very fast. Yum, good fried chicken here! You can choose from 3 combos. I got the slider + tender combo and it was really good! You can customize your spicy level too and get it to go or in house. It's a popular place so there probably will be a line.

Very chill local energy. The music sits at the perfect volume and the booths are genuinely comfortable. The horchata matcha was spot on with a great balance of bitter and sweet. My only notes: the space feels a bit bare, like it could use something — plants, art, maybe a few more tables. And a couple of power outlets would make a huge difference. The staff is friendly and actually follows up to see how you’re enjoying your drink. Great job all around!

From pictures the design looked classic, but the actual vibe was actually more casual than I thought. Compared to atypical coffee shops around the neighborhood, I would say their prices were slightly more affordable. Initially intended to get coffee only, I couldn't help to skip the sea salt chocolate chip cookie when I spotted it on the showcase right next to the order point. Being heated upon order surely elevated it though I would say I had better ones in other cafes. Still worth trying nonetheless! I got their signature cold brew with maple syrup and touch of cinnamon, added with dash of almond milk. It's tad acidic, but still in a good way and felt refreshing. I loved how the maple syrup gave sweetness into the drink, but not overpowering the taste. Overall it felt refreshing and surely would be right choice if you dislike overly milky coffee.

I got a matcha latte with coconut foam on top which was tasty. I also got a chorizo breakfast burrito which I absolutely enjoyed with their green sauce! Our barista was really kind and patient with my group of 5 friends. Thanks for the yummy meal!

Stopped in Mar30th for a basic matcha latte. Very nice front desk and unlocked, clean bathrooms. Average matcha for $6, but I feel like that’s pretty good for around here. Small space though - maybe six tables in the whole place. Many milk options. Nice wood paneling.

The food was delicious. I like that there is levels of how hot you like your food. Service was quick even during high lunch hour. The restrooms were clean and from the time we order our food to the time we got our food it was less than 5 minutes. The only problem for me is parking access. Street meters only give you 1hr and you risk getting a ticket if you are eating in.

I went there around 9:30 pm, as soon as i got there it was crowded and it was a long line, the line was there until i left after 10 pm. I come here because it’s so close and my friends LOVE the burrito combo but I think it’s very overpriced for what it is. I got their psl (persimmon) and it was mostly milk and syrup - I had to add so much coffee at home.

I want to be as understanding as possible, but incredibly fair and truthful at the same time. We came in to try GG Coffee & Matcha and ordered a Horchata Matcha and Horchata Cold Brew. I want to preface that being a lifelong LA Native, I clearly know the taste of horchata. Upon receiving my Horchata Matcha, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if it was the Horchata Matcha, to which he said “yes.” I took a sip and immediately realized that this was just a matcha with oat milk. My partner’s drink order was correct, as was evidenced by the Horchata milk and taste. I think in the future, they should prioritize either taking all orders or making drinks first, instead of one person trying to do both and ultimately getting the order wrong. I would be willing to return.
