I honestly never leave reviews. However; the entire team at this Dunkin’ Donuts is AMAZING. They are just genuinely kind and get what customer service is. I work in customer service and for the team here at this location to greet me with a hello and Goodmorning consistently almost every day says a lot about the team. It’s not easy to be that kind and stay that consistent. It really only happens when is genuine. Thank you All!!!!! Will

Only thing I will say is that it’s a shame there is no card tip option when it’s so busy—and we all know no one carries cash these days. Come on. Please update your system so the baristas & cashier may be tipped through card. They deserve it.

As a New Yorker, when they opened I was more than excited! Especially them being in my neighborhood and usual driving route most days. I still drop in at least twice a week, however, I'm very disappointed in their customer service. These past few months there's always new employees. Which sucks because they ones from the beginning were great! And I'm also a customer that likes and prefers my local business to know my family and I. As well as know them. This location is slipping. I try to mobile order now not to deal with the kids that work there. Though they are still annoying at times. But other than that, food and coffee is always good. Makes me happy and for a moment, feel like I'm back home.

Service was great but the food just isn’t as good as it used to be. I don’t think it has anything to do with this store in particular just an overall haul of dunkin. As they expanded quality dropped. Still one of my go-to’s just for the east coast nostalgia

I started off loving this place for the food, I think two people out of everyone that works there are nice everyone else is just. How are you even working there just rude. So want to see the Dunkin' Donuts that closes an hour before it's supposed to close? Well, you have come to the right place! The laziest, least open store I have ever seen. Three times, now, I have tried to get donuts from this location and EACH TIME, they have been already closed or closing with no donuts left to buy a FULL HOUR before their closing time. So whoever runs this place is an absolute slacker. I have never found a location this useless before, for ANY place of business. Fully expect to see this Dunkin' location for sale any day now.

I want to say she’s a prejudice because on the morning of 9.6.2025 she tossed a bag with my donut over the counter to me, never saying anything to me, I didn’t even know it was for me, as I waited for my coffee to be made, however the white guy that came behind me received a welcoming smile, and was told him to have a nice day by her. Never seen such a switch. Like I’ve done something to her by buying coffee while black. In my time, great customer SERVICE was the number 1 priority for managers working in the SERVICE industry. Now-a -days these managers are entitled, prejudice, and many are racist. I will go out of my way to Starbucks not to give this store my business again.

It was the end of the day so wasn’t expecting super fresh donuts, but the two that I picked out were pretty inedible - so stale. I took a nibble of each (I couldn’t bring myself to take a full bite) and immediately tossed them both. I’m not sure if this is the norm at this location but after that experience I have no desire to try again.

Why wait 20 minutes?! And I did curbside because I'm with my baby. I went in to get my refund because they told me you can't cancel it from they app and they need me to come in. They said they didn't tell me because I wasn't in a curbside spot. There are 3. 2 of the spots were being used by the employees. The app says what my car is and I'm sitting in the lot with my lights on. So lazy to not even check.
