You cannot beat the quality and QUANTITY of the bowls here. HUGE selection of ingredients with no hidden upcharges for any of it ... and just when you think the bowl is maxed... side options!!! Flavors, freshness, and friendliness were on point. Will be back.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the customer service here was exceptional here and I feel it’s worth mentioning. The poke bowl was delicious as well. It was my first time getting poke and the young man working there called Arizona was so friendly, sweet and informative. I definitely enjoyed the food and the customer service gets an A+++ too! Will be back for sure!

So I used to live near this place, but before the place was made I used to eat at mainland poke shop, I believe that this place is superior, and this one in particular too, because I have been to other poke bar's and they aren't as good as this one. They have made a lot of upgrades since I was last there, because the community has changed a lot, it used to be just poke, but now they have ramen, poke, soup, boba and more. I got the poke with the chips on the side and used the poke as a dip, it was delicious. It was savory and succulent, overall just delicious, the chips really set it off. The service was really nice because I was shy as I had not been there in a while (like couple months) so my server help direct,me in what was different since the last time I was there. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that they use the pad screen where you get to choose the tip, so I always feel pressured to tip, but that's me personally, nothing on the business, but still, I feel bad honestly if I don't tip them.

Great place (not too fishy) lots of great toppings too! Always clean and no line. They serve boba now!

Today my experience was unpleasant. The lady with two lip piercing needs some training in costumer service. She cut me and my boyfriend off multiple times while ordering. “What else? What else? That’s it ? “ Like, lady please let me finish my sentence. There’s multiple notes placed throughout the counter written “ I have ADHD please be patient.” I’ve been patient on multiple occasions with this lady. She always has a bad attitude. Reading through the comments, I know I’m not the first to complain about her. We got our food to-go, and both me and my boyfriend got food poisoning. The only common food we ate was poke. We won’t be back for a while after today.

This particular location loves to mess up orders. The other locations are great! But the last few times we’ve ordered from here half of the bowl was missing, or leaked through the packaging because the ingredients were oddly soggy, and smelled spoiled, and poke is already expensive enough. I’d recommend going to another location if you’re craving for Poké Bar.

This particular location loves to mess up orders. The other locations are great! Normally love this place but I placed a order though Doordash. The medium poke bowl, I had a avacado that is old and looks like it had roots sprouting in it. Its very disappointing considering the avacdo cost extra. 😕

DO NOT EAT HERE! I got food poisoning from there today 1/7/25 from a salmon bowl. The food tasted good but the raw meat is bad.

Went there for my first time today. The girl at the counter with the short hair made me choose to never go back there, even before trying the food (which was great btw). I can't remember a time where I've ever felt more unwelcomed at a restaurant. I will absolutely NEVER go back to Poke Bar. What a depressing visit.

I always go here in person and order but I need to know if the kids working here are high when they’re making the online orders??? Every time I order it comes out wrong and the ingredients are in the wrong plate. That needs to be fixed because it can be deadly putting the wrong ingredients, people have serious allergies hello?? That, or they don’t even put what was ordered. It’s so ridiculous. And in person they give so little or too much of something. There’s also a kid there who handles the food with dirt under his nails.

Garbage. What is this? Big hunks of basically frozen “seared” albacore fish. Will never order from here again. Worst Poke I’ve ever had.

I've eaten here a few dozen times over the years and it was always solid. The seafood quality isn't the best, but they were generous with the proteins, toppings, and sauce. Basically, you were getting good value for a tasty poke. Recently, they changed their containers and it has been all downhill. The new containers are nicer but also smaller. It used to be when you ordered a large, you'd get two scoops of rice and the scoops of protein were full or even rounded. Now, it's a single scoop of rice and not even full scoops of proteins. They are similarly stingy with the sauces and toppings too. The result is a significantly smaller poke bowl that is bland and unsatisfying. If you need to fix your food cost, raise your menu prices. Expecting customers to be happy when you've changed the portion size and ruined the quality is the wrong route. It's a high-turnover location, so maybe the staff need some serious retraining. Either way, after two terrible experiences in a row I'm giving up on this spot.

I’m a delivery driver and came to pick up an order here. The order wasn’t ready yet, so I politely asked if I could use the restroom while waiting. The employee told me that I’m not allowed to use it because I’m a delivery driver, not a customer. He literally said that if I buy something, then I can use the restroom — otherwise no. This makes no sense. Delivery drivers are working with your business and helping you make money by delivering your orders to customers. Treating drivers this way is disrespectful and unnecessary.
